We examine the role of relativistic finite baryon volume effect in the phase transition between hadronic matter and quark-gluon plasma at vanishing baryon density. It is found that the appearance of abnormal state at high temperature may enhance the baryon-antibaryon excitation, which has large influence on the quark-gluon plasma formation. The numerical results show that the occurence of this phase transition depends on how to extrapolate the nucleon-scalar meson coupling constant to the baryonic resonance-scalar meson coupling.  相似文献

Using the General Cascade Program (GCP), the production and absorption of J/ψ,in p-A and A-A collisions have been studied. Nucleon absorption mechanism and comoverabsorption mechanism are considered to investigate the J/ψ suppression. We search for the ψ(4S) state in the B~±→ηJ/ψK~± and e~+e~-→ηJ/ψ processes based on the Belle measurements with the assumed mass M =(4230±8) MeV/c~2 and width Γ =(38±12) MeV. No significant signal is observed in the ηJ/ψ mass spectra. The 90% confidence level upper limit on the product branching fraction B(B~±→ψ(4S)K~±)B(ψ(4S)→ηJ/ψ) 6.8×10~(-6) is obtained in the B~±→ηJ/ψK~± decays. By assuming the partial width of ψ(4S)→e~+e~-to be 0.63 ke V, a branching fraction limitB(ψ(4S)→ηJ/ψ) 1.3% is obtained at the 90%confidence level in e~+e~-→ηJ/ψ, which is consistent with the theoretical prediction.  相似文献

The extended model is used to study the density, temperature, and strangeness fraction dependence of the effective masses of baryons in the matter. The J/ψ photoproduction via resolved photon process at HERA is studied. It turns out that the J/ψ production is dominated by the leading order production process in low pt range (pt < 4 GeV), while in the high pt range (pt > 4 GeV), it is dominated by the fragmentation processes. The difference of J/ψ cross section caused by using GRV and DO photon structure functions is large, especially in the large negative rapidity range. Hence it is possible to use the J/ψ photoproduction process to probe the parton distribution of photon and proton, as well as to test the gluon and heavy quark fragmentation of J/ψ from the perturbative QCD.  相似文献

In this article, we calculate the B*→ηc form-factors with the three-point QCD sum rules, then study the semileptonic decays B*→ηclυl. The tiny decay widths may be observed experimentally in the future at the LHCb, while the B*→ηc form-factors can be taken as basic input parameters in other phenomenologieal analysis.  相似文献

We discuss QCD sum rule constraints based on moments of vector meson spectral distributions in the vacuum and in a nuclear medium. Sum rules for the two lowest moments of these spectral distributions do not suffer from uncertainties related to QCD condensates of dimension higher than four. The two-point function of the 0++ three-gluon scalar current is calculated by including not only the perturbative contribution but also the non-perturbative contributions of condensates of dimension up to six The QCD sum rules for the 0++ three-gluon scalar glueball are deduced in the "zero-width resonance plus continuum" model.
