A reaction sequence involving ortho-lithiation of [15N]-(tert-Butoxy-carbonyl)aniline, quenching with Bu3SnCl, palladium catalyzed coupling with bromobenzene, and deprotection provides efficient access to [15N]-2-aminobiphenyl (4). Compound 4 is converted to [15N]-carbazole via diazotization, treatment with NaN3, and heating to promote intramolecular nitrene insertion.  相似文献

The molecules benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) and 1-, 3-, and 6-nitrobenzo[a]pyrene (1-NBaP, 3-NBaP, 6-NBaP) are currently of significant interest due to their presence in respirable combustion exhaust particulates and their mutagenic and carcinogenic properties. Structure-function correlations as well as spectroscopic signatures for trace analysis are necessary for these benzo[a]pyrene derivatives. In this paper, detailed infrared and Raman spectroscopic data of BaP and its three mononitrated isomers are provided for the first time. By utilizing density functional theory (DFT, B3LYP method with 6-311+G basis set), the molecular geometries and the vibrational spectra are calculated. Good agreement is noted between the calculated and experimental geometry for BaP, and predictions of the vibrational data for all compounds are within approximately 5 cm-1 of the experimental data. Normal mode assignments are proposed with particular emphasis on the nitro group vibrations. The geometrical distortions of the BaP structure upon nitro group substitution and correlations between structural parameters and vibrational data as well as structure-function relationships related to the mutagenicity of this important class of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are discussed.  相似文献

A procedure was developed for the biosynthetic preparation of 15N-labelled guanosine and inosine through the action of a mutant Bacillus subtilis strain. Crude [N2,1,3,7,9-15N]guanosine and [1,3,7,9-15N]inosine were isolated from the culture filtrate by precipitation and anion-exchange chromatography (Scheme 1). No cell lysis and no enzymatic degradation was necessary. The per-isobutyrylated derivatives 1 and 2 were isolated from a complex mixture, purified by virtue of their different lipophilicity, and separated in three steps involving normal-and reversed-phase silica-gel chromatography. One litre of complex nutrient medium yielded 8.44 mmol of guanosine derivative and 2.84 mmol of inosine derivative with high average 15N enrichment (83.5 and 91.9 atom-%, resp.). [N6,1,3,7,9-15N]Adenosine ( 4 ) was obtained from 2′,3′,5′-tri-O-isobutyryl[1,3,7,9-15N]inosine ( 1 ) through the ammonolysis of its 1,2,4-triazolyl derivative with aqueous 15NH3 (Scheme 2).  相似文献

A systematic study has been conducted on the geometrical and electronic structure, heliomeric conformations of a series of 8-oxa[5]helicenes based on density functional theory (DFT) computations. A complete vibrational analysis has also been attempted for one of the 8-oxa[5]helicenes (molecule 5) on the basis of experimental infrared spectra in the far and mid infrared regions (60-3100 cm(-1)) and density functional theory computations using B3LYP/6-31G** method characteristic bands of the molecule identified. The approximate mean plane angle between the terminal rings A and E in the presently studied molecules are found to have values between 48.64° and 59.46°. This angle is much larger than the corresponding angle between the terminal rings in benzo[c]phenanthrene (~27°) and partially reduced benzo[c]phenanthrene (34.6-46.0°) and indicates that the presence of oxygen-containing six-membered ring provides a greater helicity to the molecules. Detailed quantum chemical study on molecule 4 shows the existence of two enantiomeric forms M- and P- of almost equal energy separated by a potential barrier of 15.55 kcal/mol. It is expected that similar 8-oxa[5]helicines (molecules 3, 5 and 6) may also exist in two enantiomeric forms.  相似文献

Large ‘through space’ hydrogen-fluorine and 15N, F-couplings have been observed in [15N]-2-fluorbenzamide. The nuclear spin information is transmitted via the hydrogen bond between fluorine and the trans-NH-proton of the amide group, as shown by the solvent dependence of the couplings.  相似文献

The14N and15N NMR spectra of a number of 2-substituted 5-nitrofurans were studied. On the basis of experimental data it was concluded that there is considerable π-electron density on the nitrogen atom of the nitro group. A linear relationship between the chemical shifts in the14N NMR spectra and the frequencies of the asymmetrical deformation vibrations of the nitro group in the IR spectra was found for the series of investigated 5-nitrofurans. The observed15N-H spin-spin coupling constants showed that in the 5-nitrofuran molecule transmission of spin information through the ring oxygen atom to the H2 nucleus is appreciably greater than through the carbon atom to the H4 nucleus. It was established by measurement of the15N NMR spectra that the crude adduct formed in the nitration of furfural diacetate with acetyl nitrate is a mixture of trans and cis isomers of 5-nitro-2-acetoxy-2,5-dihydrofurfural diacetate in a ratio of 7∶1. The present paper reports the regioselective [15NO2]-labeling of N-methoxy-2,4,6-trinitroaniline and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazine (reduced DPPH). Starting from N-methoxy-2,6-dinitroaniline, or N-methoxy-2,4-dinitroaniline, nitration in methylene chloride with solid sodium [15N]nitrite and 15-crown-5-ether afforded N-methoxy-2,6-dinitro-4-[15N]nitroaniline and N-methoxy-2,4-dinitro-6[15N]nitroaniline, respectively. The same compounds could be prepared in higher purity by nitrodecarboxylation (ipso-substitution) under the same conditions starting from N-methoxy-4-carboxy-2,6-dinitroaniline (4-methoxyamino-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid) and N-methoxy-2-carboxy-4,6-dinitroaniline (2-methoxyamino-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid). Similarly,ipso-substitution of 2,2-diphenyl-1-(4-carboxy-2,6-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazine afforded, under the same reaction conditions, 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,6-dinitro-4-[15N]nitrophenyl)-hydrazine. By1H-NMR and13C-NMR it was also observed that under these reaction conditions a14NO2 group can be replaced by a15NO2 group.  相似文献

Potential energy surfaces and vibrational spectra for the four isotopomers (l5N14N16O,l4NI5N16O,15N2 16O and15N2 18O) of N2O have been investigated with the vibrational self-consistent field-configuration interaction method. It is shown that the isotopomers with the same end atom have similar values of the potential parameters, and that substitution with different end atoms can affect the potential obviously. The calculated vibrational levels are in good agreement with the observed values by the optimization of several potential parameters (f 1 (1),f 13 (0),f 3 (1) which are sensitive to isotopic substitutions. The synthesis of [1-15N]nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is described. Chemical shift data from 15N NMR studies are presented for the pyridine ring nitrogen of labeled NAD and related compounds. The results indicate a 15N label in the N-1 position to be highly sensitive to the redox-state of the pyridine moiety, with an upfield shift of over 100 ppm observed upon reduction of NAD+ to NADH. The feasibility of conducting 15N NMR studies of pyridine nucleotide binding to dehydrogenases is discussed.  相似文献

IR and Raman spectra of [Mo2O2S2(S2)2]2- were reported. The resonance Raman spectra and the depolarization ratios in CH3CN solution were measured. By using the data of crystal structure, the simplified normal coordinate calculation of the stretching vibrations for anion [Mo2O2S2(S2)2]2- was performed. The results obtained are useful to assign the vibrational bands of some Mo-Fe-S clusters.  相似文献

Vibrational self-consistent field (VSCF) and correlation-corrected vibrational self-consistent field (CC-VSCF) methods were used to compute the anharmonic frequencies of fundamentals, overtones, and combination transitions of natural abundance hydroxylamine, 15NH2OH, NH2(18)OH, ND2OD, ND2OH, and NH2OD isotopomers at second order M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory (MP2) in basis sets of triple-zeta quality. Frequencies of the fundamental transitions observed in the gas phase spectrum were reproduced by CC-VSCF treatment within 20 cm(-1) in TZV(d,p) and TZV(2d,2p) basis sets, and the change of basis set composition had only minor effect on the frequencies of the computed fundamentals. CC-VSCF computed wave numbers of overtone and combination transitions were typically within 1-40 cm(-1) of the gas phase band positions, except for those resulting from multiple excitations of v2, v3, and v7 fundamentals, because of a strong mutual coupling between these modes. Integral transition intensities calculated at MP2 level closely followed those of experimental spectrum, including intensity decrease in v1, 2v1, 3v1 progression, and 30-fold intensity increase of 2v8 in respect to that of v8 fundamental. The frequency of the OH torsional fundamental was found to be strongly dependent on the mode-mode interaction potential among v9 and v1, v7, v2, v4, v5 modes. Band shifts resulting from 15N, 18O and complete 2H substitutions were reproduced almost quantitatively by CC-VSCF computation in TZV(d,p) basis. Computed anharmonic isotope frequency shifts were different from those obtained in the harmonic approximation and no scaling procedure seemed capable of performing their interchange.  相似文献

The infrared and Raman spectra of the isolated adsorbate 2-nitrofluorene (2NF) have been registered and the spectral assignment was performed on the basis of both previous data concerning related molecules and density functional theory DFT calculations. The theoretical calculations were compared to the experimental results, obtaining a good agreement with the IR and Raman data. The surface-enhanced infrared and Raman spectra, SEIRA and SERS, of 2NF on different metal surfaces were registered; the best spectra were obtained by using the 633nm laser line. The most probable orientation and organization of the adsorbate on the surface were inferred from the reflection-absorption infrared spectrum RAIRS and SERS and SEIRA data.  相似文献

Reactions of N15C5 (2,3-naphtho-15-crown-5) with nickel maleonitriledithiolate sodium complex, Na2[Ni(mnt)2] (mnt?=?maleonitriledithiolate) using different molar ratios (2?:?1 and 4?:?1) afforded two structurally different complexes [Na(N15C5)2]2[Ni(mnt)2] (1) and [Na(N15C5)]2[Ni(mnt)2] (2). The sandwich [Na(N15C5)2]+ and mono-capped [Na(N15C5)]+ organic cations are observed in the crystals of 1 and 2, respectively, with the same [Ni(mnt)2]2? inorganic conteranions. It is these structurally different organic cations that lead to the dissimilar structures. Complex 1 exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) chain-like structure assembled by intercantionic {[Na(N15C5)2]+} π–π stacking interactions and electrostatic interactions, while 2 displays a novel two-dimensional (2D) corrugated sheet-like structure constructed by Na–N interactions which occur between the [Na(N15C5)]+ inorganic cations and [Ni(mnt)2]2? inorganic anions.  相似文献

The polarised i.r. and Raman spectra from three orthogonal faces of single crystalline phthalimide have been measured. Supplemented by information from solution spectra (depolarisation ratios from the Raman spectra), it is possible to assign the fundamental vibrations for the molecule almost completely. The experimental assignments are confirmed by an approximate normal coordinate calculation.  相似文献
