This report describes the synthesis and biological evaluation of cationic (99m)Tc-tricarbonyl complexes anchored by ether-containing tris(pyrazolyl)methane or bis(pyrazolyl)ethanamine ligands to be applied in the design of radiopharmaceuticals for myocardial imaging: fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}](+) (R = H (1a), MeOCH(2) (2a), EtOCH(2) (3a), (n)PrOCH(2) (4a)) and fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (R = H (5a), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6a)) (pz = pyrazolyl). At the no carrier added level, complexes 1a-6a were obtained in high radiochemical yield (> 98%) by reaction of fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3)(H(2)O)(3)](+) with the corresponding tripod chelator in aqueous medium. All these complexes display a high in vitro and in vivo stability, except 6a which metabolizes in vivo yielding fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){HO(CH(2))(2)NHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (7a). Biological studies in mice have shown that among the radiotracers evaluated in this work, 3a, anchored by a tris(pyrazolyl)methane chelator bearing an ethyl methyl ether substituent, has the highest heart uptake (3.6 +/- 0.5%ID g(-1) at 60 min p.i.). Complex 3a presents also the best heart: blood, heart: liver and heart: lung ratios, appearing as the most promising as a potential myocardial imaging agent. The chemical identity of 1a-7a was ascertained by HPLC comparison with the previously reported fac-[Re(CO)(3){HC(pz)(3)}]Br (1) and with the novel fac-[Re(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}]Br (R = MeOCH(2) (2), EtOCH(2) (3), (n)PrOCH(2)(4)) and fac-[Re(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}]Br (R = H (5), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6) HO(CH(2))(2) (7)). The novel Re(I) tricarbonyl complexes, 2-7, were characterized by the common analytical techniques, including single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The solid state structure confirmed the presence of facial and tridentate (kappa(3)-N(3)) anchor ligands. Solution NMR studies have also shown that this kappa(3)-N(3) coordination mode is retained in solution for all complexes (2-7).  相似文献

The reactions of bidentate diimine ligands (L2) with cationic bis(diimine)[Ru(L)(L1)(CO)Cl]+ complexes (L, L1, L2 are dissimilar diimine ligands), in the presence of trimethylamine-N-oxide (Me3NO) as a decarbonylation reagent, lead to the formation of heteroleptic tris(diimine) ruthenium(II) complexes, [Ru(L)(L1)(L2)]2+. Typically isolated as hexafluorophosphate or perchlorate salts, these complexes were characterised by UV-visible, infrared and mass spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, microanalyses and NMR spectroscopy. Single crystal X-ray studies have elucidated the structures of K[Ru(bpy)(phen)(4,4'-Me(2)bpy)](PF(6))(3).1/2H(2)O, [Ru(bpy)(5,6-Me(2)phen)(Hdpa)](ClO(4))(2), [Ru(bpy)(phen)(5,6-Me(2)phen)](ClO(4))(2), [Ru(bpy)(5,6'-Me(2)phen)(4,4'-Me(2)bpy)](PF(6))(2).EtOH, [Ru(4,4'-Me(2)bpy)(phen)(Hdpa)](PF(6))(2).MeOH and [Ru(bpy)(4,4'-Me(2)bpy)(Hdpa)](ClO(4))(2).1/2Hdpa (where Hdpa is di(2-pyridyl)amine). A novel feature of the first complex is the presence of a dinuclear anionic adduct, [K(2)(PF(6))(6)](4-), in which the two potassium centres are bridged by two fluorides from different hexafluorophosphate ions forming a K(2)F(2) bridging unit and by two KFPFK bridging moieties.  相似文献

Two uranyl nanotubules with elliptical cross sections were synthesized in high yield from complex and large oxoanions using hydrothermal reactions of uranyl salts with 1,4-benzenebisphosphonic acid or 4,4'-biphenylenbisphosphonic acid and Cs(+) or Rb(+) cations in the presence of hydrofluoric acid. Disordered Cs(+)/Rb(+) cations and solvent molecules are present within and/or between the nanotubules. Ion-exchange experiments with A(2){(UO(2))(2)F(PO(3)HC(6)H(4)C(6)H(4)PO(3)H)(PO(3)HC(6)H(4)C(6)H(4)PO(3))}·2H(2)O (A = Cs(+), Rb(+)), revealed that A(+) cations can be exchanged for Ag(+) ions. The uranyl phenyldiphosphonate nanotubules, Cs(3.62)H(0.38)[(UO(2))(4){C(6)H(4)(PO(2)OH)(2)}(3){C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(2)}F(2)]·nH(2)O, show high stability and exceptional ion-exchange properties toward monovalent cations, as demonstrated by ion-exchange studies with selected cations, Na(+), K(+), Tl(+), and Ag(+). Studies on ion-exchanged single crystal using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDS) provide evidence for chemical zonation in Cs(3.62)H(0.38)[(UO(2))(4){C(6)H(4)(PO(2)OH)(2)}(3){C(6)H(4)(PO(3))(2)}F(2)]·nH(2)O, as might be expected for exchange through a diffusion mechanism.  相似文献

The two-step one-pot oxidative decarbonylation of [Fe2(S2C2H4)(CO)4(PMe3)2] (1) with [FeCp2]PF6, followed by addition of phosphane ligands, led to a series of diferrous dithiolato carbonyls 2-6, containing three or four phosphane ligands. In situ measurements indicate efficient formation of 1(2+) as the initial intermediate of the oxidation of 1, even when a deficiency of the oxidant was employed. Subsequent addition of PR3 gave rise to [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)3(PMe3)3]2+ (2) and [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)2(PMe3)2(PR3)2]2+ (R = Me 3, OMe 4) as principal products. One terminal CO ligand in these complexes was readily substituted by MeCN, and [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)2(PMe3)3(MeCN)]2+ (5) and [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)(PMe3)4(MeCN)]2+ (6) were fully characterized. Relevant to the H(red) state of the active site of Fe-only hydrogenases, the unsymmetrical derivatives 5 and 6 feature a semibridging CO ligand trans to a labile coordination site.  相似文献

A series of sulfonate-tagged 1,4-diazabutadiene (DAD(S)) ligands was prepared as salts with typical ionic liquid (IL) cations ([EMIM](+), [BMIM](+), [BMMIM](+), Bu(4)N(+), Bu(3)PMe(+), [Gua-4,4-4,4-4,1](+)). Complexation behaviour of the ligands was investigated by preparing complexes of the types [BMMIM](2)[MCl(2)(DAD(S))] (M = Pd, Pt), [BMMIM][Rh(COD)(DAD(S))] and [BMMIM](2)[Mo(CO)(4)(DAD(S))]. Using UV-Vis spectroscopy, the latter sulfonate-tagged chromophore was shown to be well soluble in the sulfonate IL [BMIM]OTf and completely insoluble in toluene, resulting in perfect immobilization. The crystal structures of [HNEt(3)](2)[2,6-Me(2)-Me-DAD(S)], [BMIM](2)[2,6-Me(2)-Me-DAD(S)], [BMMIM](2)[2,4,6-Me(3)-Me-DAD(S)], [BMMIM](2)[2,6-iPr(2)-Me-DAD(S)] and [HNEt(3)](2)[PdCl(2)(2,6-Me(2)-Me-DAD(S))] were determined. Regarding the diimine fragment, they show geometries similar to the respective non-sulfonated parent compounds.  相似文献

Reactions of the bis(hydrosulfido) complexes [Cp*Rh(SH)(2)(PMe(3))] (1a; Cp* = eta(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with [CpTiCl(3)] (Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)) and [TiCl(4)(thf)(2)] in the presence of triethylamine led to the formation of the sulfido-bridged titanium-rhodium complexes [Cp*Rh(PMe(3))(micro(2)-S)(2)TiClCp] (2a) and [Cp*Rh(PMe(3))(micro2-S)(2)TiCl(2)] (3a), respectively. Complex 3a and its iridium analogue 3b were further converted into the bis(acetylacetonato) complexes [Cp*M(PMe(3))(micro(2)-S)(2)Ti(acac)(2)] (4a, M = Rh; 4b, M = Ir) upon treatment with acetylacetone. The hydrosulfido complexes 1a and [Cp*Ir(SH)(2)(PMe(3))] (1b) also reacted with [VCl(3)(thf)(3)] and [Mo(CO)(4)(nbd)] (nbd = 2,5-norbornadiene) to afford the cationic sulfido-bridged VM2 complexes [(Cp*M(PMe(3))(micro2-S)(2))2V](+) (5a(+), M = Rh; 5b(+), M = Ir) and the hydrosulfido-bridged MoM complexes [Cp*M(PMe(3))(micro2-SH)(2)Mo(CO)(4)] (6a, M = Rh; 6b, M = Ir), respectively.  相似文献

Treatment of fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3{(PMe2)2CH2}]ClO4 (1a R = Ph, R = tBu) with KOH produced the cleavage of one of the P-C bonds of the coordinated dmpm ligand, resulting in the formation of phosphine-phosphinite complexes fac-[Mn(PMe2O)(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)] (2a,b). Alkoxides such as NaOMe and NaOEt promoted similar processes in 1a,b, yielding fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2OR')]ClO4 (3a R = tBu, R' = Me; 3b R = Ph, R' = Me; 4a R = tBu, R' = Et; 4b R = Ph, R' = Et) derivatives. The phosphinite ligand in 2a, b can be sequentially protonated by addition of 0.5 and 1 equivalent of HBF4 leading to fac-[{Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2O)}2H]BF4 (6a,b) and fac-[Mn(CNR)(CO)3(PMe3)(PMe2OH)]BF4 (5a,b), respectively.  相似文献

Cationic iminoacyl-carbonyl tungsten complexes of the type [W(CO) (eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (acac = acetylacetonate; R = Ph ( 1a), Me ( 1b)) easily undergo thermal substitution of CO with two-electron donors to yield [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (L = tert-butylisonitrile [R = Ph ( 2a), Me ( 2b)], 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile [R = Me ( 2c)], triphenylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3a), Me ( 3c)], and tricyclohexylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3b)]). Tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b exhibits rapid, reversible phosphine ligand exchange at room temperature on the NMR time scale. Photolytic replacement of carbon monoxide with either phenylacetylene or 2-butyne occurs efficiently to form [W(eta (2)-alkyne)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) complexes ( 5a- d) with a variable electron donor eta (2)-alkyne paired with the eta (2)-iminoacyl ligand in the W(II) coordination sphere. PMe 3 adds to 1a or 5b to form [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNC(PMe 3)Ph)(acac) 2] (+) [L = CO ( 4), MeCCMe ( 6)] via nucleophilic attack at the iminoacyl carbon. Addition of Na[HB(OMe) 3] to 5b yields W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-MeNCHPh)(acac) 2, 8, which exhibits alkyne rotation on the NMR time scale. Addition of MeOTf to 8 places a second methyl group on the nitrogen atom to form an unusual cationic eta (2)-iminium complex [W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-Me 2NCHPh)(acac) 2][OTf] ( 9[OTf], OTf = SO 3CF 3). X-ray structures of 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile complex 2c[BAr' 4 ], tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b[BAr' 4 ], and phenylacetylene complex 5a[BAr' 4 ] confirm replacement of CO by these ligands in the [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) products. X-ray structures of alkyne-imine complexes 6[BAr' 4 ] and 8 show products resulting from nucleophilic addition at the iminoacyl carbon, and the X-ray structure of 9[BAr' 4 ] reflects methylation at the imine nitrogen to form a rare eta (2)-iminium ligand.  相似文献

The reaction of Mn(2)(CO)(9)(NCMe) with thiirane yielded the sulfidomanganese carbonyl compounds Mn(2)(CO)(7)(mu-S(2)), 2, Mn(4)(CO)(15)(mu(3)-S(2))(mu(4)-S(2)), 3, and Mn(4)(CO)(14)(NCMe)(mu(3)-S(2))(mu(4)-S(2)), 4, by transfer of sulfur from the thiirane to the manganese complex. Compound 3 was obtained in better yield from the reaction of 2 with CO, and compound 4 is obtained from the reaction of 2 with NCMe. The reaction of 2 with PMe(2)Ph yielded the tetramanganese disulfide Mn(4)(CO)(15)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)(mu(3)-S)(2), 5, and S=PMe(2)Ph. The reaction of 5 with PMe(2)Ph yielded Mn(4)(CO)(14)(PMe(2)Ph)(3)(mu(3)-S)(2), 6, by ligand substitution. The reaction of 2 with AsMe(2)Ph yielded the new complexes Mn(4)(CO)(14)(AsMe(2)Ph)(2)(mu(3)-S(2))(2), 7, Mn(4)(CO)(14)(AsMe(2)Ph)(mu(3)-S(2))(mu(4)-S(2)), 8, Mn(6)(CO)(20)(AsMe(2)Ph)(2)(mu(4)-S(2))(3), 9, and Mn(2)(CO)(6)(AsMe(2)Ph)(mu-S(2)), 10. Reaction of 2 with AsPh(3) yielded the monosubstitution derivative Mn(2)(CO)(6)(AsPh(3))(mu-S(2)), 11. Reaction of 7 with PMe(2)Ph yielded Mn(4)(CO)(15)(AsMe(2)Ph)(2)(mu(3)-S)(2), 12. The phosphine analogue of 7, Mn(4)(CO)(14)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)(mu(3)-S(2))(2), 13, was prepared from the reaction of Mn(2)(CO)(9)(PMe(2)Ph) with Me(3)NO and thiirane. Compounds 2-9 and 11-13 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 contains a disulfido ligand that bridges two Mn(CO)(3) groups that are joined by a Mn-Mn single bond, 2.6745(5) A in length. A carbonyl ligand bridges the Mn-Mn bond. Compounds 3 and 4 contain four manganese atoms with one triply bridging and one quadruply bridging disulfido ligand. Compounds 5 and 6 contain four manganese atoms with two triply bridging sulfido ligands. Compound 9 contains three quadruply bridging disulfido ligands imbedded in a cluster of six manganese atoms.  相似文献

The octahedral Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)R)][OTf] (L = L' = PMe(3), P(OMe)(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3); R = H or (t)Bu) have been synthesized and characterized. Deprotonation of the amine complexes [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][OTf] or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][OTf] yields the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) and TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu). Reactions of the parent amido complexes or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) with phenylacetylene at room temperature result in immediate deprotonation to form ruthenium-amine/phenylacetylide ion pairs, and heating a benzene solution of the [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] ion pair results in the formation of the Ru(II) phenylacetylide complex TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in >90% yield. The observation that [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)(t)Bu)][PhC(2)] converts to the Ru(II) acetylide with good yield while heating the ion pairs [TpRu(L)(L')(NH(3))][PhC(2)] yields multiple products is attributed to reluctant dissociation of ammonia compared with the (t)butylamine ligand (i.e., different rates for acetylide/amine exchange). These results are consistent with ligand exchange reactions of Ru(II) amine complexes [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)R)][OTf] (R = H or (t)Bu) with acetonitrile. The previously reported phenyl amido complexes TpRuL(2)(NHPh) [L = PMe(3) or P(OMe)(3)] react with 10 equiv of phenylacetylene at elevated temperature to produce Ru(II) acetylide complexes TpRuL(2)(C[triple bond]CPh) in quantitative yields. Kinetic studies indicate that the reaction of TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NHPh) with phenylacetylene occurs via a pathway that involves TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(OTf) or [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(2)Ph)][OTf] as catalyst. Reactions of 1,4-cyclohexadiene with the Ru(II) amido complexes TpRu(L)(L')(NH(2)) (L = L' = PMe(3) or L = CO and L' = PPh(3)) or TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(t)Bu) at elevated temperatures result in the formation of benzene and Ru hydride complexes. TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(H), [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]C(H)Ph][OTf], [Tp(PMe(3))(2)Ru=C(CH(2)Ph)[N(H)Ph]][OTf], and [TpRu(PMe(3))(3)][OTf] have been independently prepared and characterized. Results from solid-state X-ray diffraction studies of the complexes [TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(NH(3))][OTf], [TpRu(PMe(3))(2)(NH(3))][OTf], and TpRu(CO)(PPh(3))(C[triple bond]CPh) are reported.  相似文献

The novel cationic diiron μ-allenyl complexes [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)(α,β)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}](+) (R = Me, 4a; R = Ph, 4b) have been obtained in good yields by a two-step reaction starting from [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(4)]. The solid state structures of [4a][CF(3)SO(3)] and of the diruthenium analogues [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)(α,β)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}][BPh(4)] (R = Me, [2a][BPh(4)]; R = Ph, [2c][BPh(4)]) have been ascertained by X-ray diffraction studies. The reactions of 2c and 4a with Br?nsted bases result in formation of the μ-allenylidene compound [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(1)-C(α)=C(β)=C(γ)(Ph)(2)}] (5) and of the dimetallacyclopentenone [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)=C(β)(C(γ)(Me)CH(2))C(=O)}] (6), respectively. The nitrile adducts [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(NCMe)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}](+) (R = Me, 7a; R = Ph, 7b), prepared by treatment of 2a,c with MeCN/Me(3)NO, react with N(2)CHCO(2)Et/NEt(3) at room temperature, affording the butenolide-substituted carbene complexes [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(R)(2)OC(=O)C[upper bond 1 end](H)] (R = Me, 10a; R = Ph, 10b). The intermediate cationic compound [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(Me)(2)OC(OEt)C[upper bond 1 end](H)](+) (9) has been detected in the course of the reaction leading to 10a. The addition of N(2)CHCO(2)Et/NHEt(2) to 7a gives the 2-furaniminium-carbene [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(Me)(2)OC(OEt)C[upper bond 1 end](H)](+) (11). The X-ray structures of 10a, 10b and [11][BF(4)] have been determined. The reactions of 4a,b with MeCN/Me(3)NO result in prevalent decomposition to mononuclear iron species.  相似文献

The reaction of Fe2(S2C2H4)(CO)6 with cis-Ph2PCH=CHPPh2 (dppv) yields Fe2(S2C2H4)(CO)4(dppv), 1(CO)4, wherein the dppv ligand is chelated to a single iron center. NMR analysis indicates that in 1(CO)4, the dppv ligand spans axial and basal coordination sites. In addition to the axial-basal isomer, the 1,3-propanedithiolate and azadithiolate derivatives exist as dibasal isomers. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations indicate that the axial-basal isomer is destabilized by nonbonding interactions between the dppv and the central NH or CH2 of the larger dithiolates. The Fe(CO)3 subunit in 1(CO)4 undergoes substitution with PMe3 and cyanide to afford 1(CO)3(PMe3) and (Et4N)[1(CN)(CO)3], respectively. Kinetic studies show that 1(CO)4 reacts faster with donor ligands than does its parent Fe2(S2C2H4)(CO)6. The rate of reaction of 1(CO)4 with PMe3 was first order in each reactant, k = 3.1 x 10(-4) M(-1) s(-1). The activation parameters for this substitution reaction, DeltaH = 5.8(5) kcal/mol and DeltaS = -48(2) cal/deg.mol, indicate an associative pathway. DFT calculations suggest that, relative to Fe2(S2C2H4)(CO)6, the enhanced electrophilicity of 1(CO)4 arises from the stabilization of a "rotated" transition state, which is favored by the unsymmetrically disposed donor ligands. Oxidation of MeCN solutions of 1(CO)3(PMe3) with Cp2FePF6 yielded [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)2(dppv)(PMe3)(NCMe)](PF6)2. Reaction of this compound with PMe3 yielded [Fe2(S2C2H4)(mu-CO)(CO)(dppv)(PMe3)2(NCMe)](PF6)2.  相似文献

In the presence of ligands such as acetonitrile, ethylene, or propylene, the Ir(I) complex [Ir(1,2,5,6-eta-C8H12)(NCMe)(PMe3)]BF4 (1) transforms into the Ir(III) derivatives [Ir(1-kappa-4,5,6-eta-C8H12)(NCMe)(L)(PMe3)]BF4 (L = NCMe, 2; eta2-C2H4, 3; eta2-C3H6, 4), respectively, through a sequence of C-H oxidative addition and insertion elementary steps. The rate of this transformation depends on the nature of L and, in the case of NCMe, the pseudo-first-order rate constants display a dependence upon ligand concentration suggesting the formation of five-coordinate reaction intermediates. A similar reaction between 1 and vinyl acetate affords the Ir(III) complex [Ir(1-kappa-4,5,6-eta-C8H12){kappa-O-eta2-OC(Me)OC2H3}(PMe3)]BF4 (7) via the isolable five-coordinate Ir(I) compound [Ir(1,2,5,6-eta-C8H12){kappa-O-eta2-OC(Me)OC2H3}(PMe3)]BF4 (6). DFT (B3LYP) calculations in model complexes show that reactions initiated by acetonitrile or ethylene five-coordinate adducts involve C-H oxidative addition transition states of lower energy than that found in the absence of these ligands. Key species in these ligand-assisted transformations are the distorted (nonsquare-planar) intermediates preceding the intramolecular C-H oxidative addition step, which are generated after release of one cyclooctadiene double bond from the five-coordinate species. The feasibility of this mechanism is also investigated for complexes [IrCl(L)(PiPr3)2] (L = eta2-C2H4, 27; eta2-C3H6, 28). In the presence of NCMe, these complexes afford the C-H activation products [IrClH(CH=CHR)(NCMe)(PiPr3)2] (R = H, 29; Me, 30) via the common cyclometalated intermediate [IrClH{kappa-P,C-P(iPr)2CH(CH3)CH2}(NCMe)(PiPr3)] (31). The most effective C-H oxidative addition mechanism seems to involve three-coordinate intermediates generated by photochemical release of the alkene ligand. However, in the absence of light, the reaction rates display dependences upon NCMe concentration again indicating the intermediacy of five-coordinate acetonitrile adducts.  相似文献

We show here that the new complex fac-[Re(CO)3(dmso-O)3](CF3SO3) (1), efficiently prepared in one step from [ReBr(CO)5] and featuring a broad range of solubility, is, in general, a better precursor for the one-step synthesis of mono- and polynuclear inorganic compounds containing fac-[Re(CO)3]+ fragments compared to the commonly used (NEt4)2fac-[ReBr3(CO)3] and fac-[Re(CO)3(CH3CN)3](Y) (Y = PF6, BF4, ClO4) species. Compound 1 is the first example of a Re(I)-dmso complex structurally characterized and confirms the rule that dmso is always O-bonded when trans to CO. The reactivity of 1 was tested in the one-step preparation of several new and known complexes. The O-bonded sulfoxides of 1 are replaced under mild conditions by tri- (L3) and bidentate ligands (L2) to produce fac-[Re(CO)3(L3)]+ and fac-[Re(CO)3(L2)(dmso-O)]+ compounds, respectively. An excess of monodentate ligands (L) and more forcing conditions are needed to prepare fac-[Re(CO)3(L)3]+ compounds. The new compounds include fac-[Re(CO)3(bipy)(dmso-O)](CF3SO3) (4), that turned out to be an excellent precursor for binding the luminescent fac-[Re(CO)3(bipy)]+ fragment to polytopic ligands for the construction of more elaborate assemblies. One example reported here is the two-step preparation of fac-[{Re(CO)3(bipy)}(mu-4,4'-bipy){Ru(TPP)(CO)}](CF3SO3) (8) (TPP = tetraphenylporphyrin). The X-ray structures of the new compounds 1, 4, of the bis-porphyrin complex fac-[Re(CO)3Cl(4'MPyP)2] (13) (4'MPyP = 5-(4'pyridyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin), and of the rhenium-cyclophane [{(CO)3Re(mu-OH)2Re(CO)3}2(micro-4,4'-bipy)2] (15), among others, are described. Compound 1 might find useful applications in supramolecular chemistry (metal-mediated assembly of large architectures), in the in situ preparation of stable Re compounds to be used in nuclear medicine, and for the labeling of biomolecules.  相似文献

[ReO{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}{OC(CH(3))(2)pz}][ReO(4)] 6, with a chelated pyrazolyl-alkoxide, was derived from an unprecedented ketone-pyrazolyl coupling on reaction of crude 1 with acetone. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopies, FAB-MS spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry and, in the case of 5 and 6, also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical E(L) Lever parameter has been estimated, for the first time, for the SO(3)C(pz)(3)(-) and oxo ligands allowing the measurement of their electron-donor character and comparison with other ligands. Compounds 1, 2 and 6 appear to be the first tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate complexes of rhenium to be reported.  相似文献

The non-heteroatom-substituted manganese alkynyl carbene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(R)C[triple bond]CR'(3; 3a: R = R'= Ph, 3b: R = Ph, R'= Tol, 3c: R = Tol, R'= Ph) have been synthesised in high yields upon treatment of the corresponding carbyne complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[triple bond]CR][BPh4]([2][BPh4]) with the appropriate alkynyllithium reagents LiC[triple bond]CR' (R'= Ph, Tol). The use of tetraphenylborate as counter anion associated with the cationic carbyne complexes has been decisive. The X-ray structures of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=C(Tol)C[triple bond]CPh (3c), and its precursor [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn=CTol][BPh4]([2b](BPh4]) are reported. The reactivity of complexes toward phosphines has been investigated. In the presence of PPh3, complexes act as a Michael acceptor to afford the zwitterionic sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh3)R' (5) resulting from nucleophilic attack by the phosphine on the remote alkynyl carbon atom. Complexes 5 exhibit a dynamic process in solution, which has been rationalized in terms of a fast [NMR time-scale] rotation of the allene substituents around the allene axis; metrical features within the X-ray structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(Ph)=C=C(PPh3)Tol (5b) support the proposal. In the presence of PMe3, complexes undergo a nucleophilic attack on the carbene carbon atom to give zwitterionic sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PMe3)C[triple bond]CR' (6). Complexes 6 readily isomerise in solution to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PMe3)R (7) through a 1,3 shift of the [(eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn] fragment. The nucleophilic attack of PPh2Me on 3 is not selective and leads to a mixture of the sigma-propargylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)(PPh(2)Me)C[triple bond]CR' (9) and the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R)=C=C(PPh(2)Me)R' (10). Like complexes 6, complexes 9 readily isomerize to give the sigma-allenylphosphonium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC(R')=C=C(PPh2Me)R'). Upon gentle heating, complexes 7, and mixtures of 10 and 10' cyclise to give the sigma-dihydrophospholium complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(R')PMe2CH2CH(R)(8), and mixtures of complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Ph)PPh2CH2CH(Tol)(11) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2MnC=C(Tol)PMe2CH2CH(Ph)(11'), respectively. The reactions of complexes 3 with secondary phosphines HPR(1)(2)(R1= Ph, Cy) give a mixture of the eta2-allene complexes (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=C=C(R')H}](12), and the regioisomeric eta4-vinylketene complexes [eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R)=CHC(R')=C=O}](13) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{R(1)(2)PC(R')=CHC(R)=C=O}](13'). The solid-state structure of (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)2Mn[eta2-{Ph2PC(Ph)=C=C(Tol)H}](12b) and (eta5-MeC5H4)(CO)Mn[eta4-{Cy2PC(Ph)=CHC(Ph)=C=O}](13d) are reported. Finally, a mechanism that may account for the formation of the species 12, 13, and 13' is proposed.  相似文献

Three heterotetranuclear complexes, [{Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(L(n))}(3)Mn(II)](8+) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, n = 2, 4, 6), in which a Mn(II)-tris-bipyridine-like centre is covalently linked to three Ru(II)-tris-bipyridine-like moieties using bridging bis-bipyridine L(n) ligands, have been synthesised and characterised. The electrochemical, photophysical and photochemical properties of these complexes have been investigated in CH(3)CN. The cyclic voltammograms of the three complexes exhibit two successive very close one-electron metal-centred oxidation processes in the positive potential region. The first, which is irreversible, corresponds to the Mn(II)/Mn(III) redox system (E(pa) approximately 0.82 V vs Ag/Ag(+) 0.01 M in CH(3)CN-0.1 M Bu(4)NClO(4)), whereas the second which is, reversible, is associated with the Ru(II)/Ru(III) redox couple (E(1/2) approximately 0.91 V). In the negative potential region, three successive reversible four electron systems are observed, corresponding to ligand-based reduction processes. The three stable dimeric oxidized forms of the complexes, [Mn(2)(III,IV)O(2){Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(L(n))}(4)](11+), [Mn(2)(IV,IV)O(2){Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(L(n))}(4)](12+) and [Mn(2)(IV,IV)O(2){Ru(III)(bpy)(2)(L(n))}(4)](16+) are obtained in fairly good yields by sequential electrolyses after consumption of respectively 1.5, 0.5 and 3 electrons per molecule of initial tetranuclear complexes. The formation of the di-micro-oxo binuclear complexes are the result of the instability of the {[Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(L(n))](3)Mn(III)}(9+) species, which react with residual water, via a disproportionation reaction and the release of one ligand, [Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(L(n))](2+). A quantitative yield can be obtained for these reactions if the electrochemical oxidations are performed in the presence of an added external base like 2,6-dimethylpyridine. Photophysical properties of these compounds have been investigated showing that the luminescence of the Ru(II)-tris-bipyridine-like moieties is little affected by the presence of manganese within the tetranuclear complexes. A slight quenching of the excited states of the ruthenium moieties, which occurs by an intramolecular process, has been observed. Measurements made at low concentration (<1 x 10(-5) M) indicate that some decoordination of Mn(2+) arises in 1a-c. These measurements allow the calculation of the association constants for these complexes. Finally, photoinduced oxidation of the tetranuclear complexes has been performed by continuous photolysis experiments in the presence of a large excess of a diazonium salt, acting as a sacrificial oxidant. The three successive oxidation processes, Mn(II)--> Mn(III)Mn(IV), Mn(III)Mn(IV)--> Mn(IV)Mn(IV) and Ru(II)--> Ru(III) are thus obtained, the addition of 2,6-dimethylpyridine in the medium giving an essentially quantitative yield for the two first photo-induced oxidation steps as found for electrochemical oxidation.  相似文献

The complexes [(H3N)5Ru(II)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]2+, prepared from [Ru(OH2)(NH3)5]2+ and [Mn(CN)L(x)] {L(x) = trans-(CO)2{P(OPh)3}(dppm); cis-(CO)2(PR3)(dppm), R = OEt or OPh; (PR3)(NO)(eta-C5H4Me), R = Ph or OPh}, undergo two sequential one-electron oxidations, the first at the ruthenium centre to give [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]3+; the osmium(III) analogues [(H3N)5Os(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)Lx]3+ were prepared directly from [Os(NH3)5(O3SCF3)]2+ and [Mn(CN)Lx]. Cyclic voltammetry and electronic spectroscopy show that the strong solvatochromism of the trications depends on the hydrogen-bond accepting properties of the solvent. Extensive hydrogen bonding is also observed in the crystal structures of [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(PPh3)(NO)(eta-C5H4Me)][PF6]3.2Me2CO.1.5Et2O, [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(CO)(dppm)2-trans][PF6]3.5Me2CO and [(H3N)5Ru(III)(mu-NC)Mn(I)(CO)2{P(OEt)3}(dppm)-trans][PF6]3.4Me2CO, between the amine groups (the H-bond donors) at the Ru(III) site and the oxygen atoms of solvent molecules or the fluorine atoms of the [PF6]- counterions (the H-bond acceptors).  相似文献

This study probes the impact of electronic asymmetry of diiron(I) dithiolato carbonyls. Treatment of Fe2(S2C(n)H(2n))(CO)(6-x)(PMe3)x compounds (n = 2, 3; x = 1, 2, 3) with NOBF4 gave the derivatives [Fe2(S2C(n)H(2n))(CO)(5-x)(PMe3)x(NO)]BF4, which are electronically unsymmetrical because of the presence of a single NO(+) ligand. Whereas the monophosphine derivative is largely undistorted, the bis(PMe3) derivatives are distorted such that the CO ligand on the Fe(CO)(PMe3)(NO)(+) subunit is semibridging. Two isomers of [Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)3(PMe3)2(NO)]BF4 were characterized spectroscopically and crystallographically. Each isomer features electron-rich Fe(CO)2PMe3 and electrophilic Fe(CO)(PMe3)(NO)(+) subunits. These species are in equilibrium with an unobserved isomer that reversibly binds CO (DeltaH = -35 kJ/mol, DeltaS = -139 J mol(-1) K(-1)) to give the symmetrical adduct [Fe2(S2C3H6)(mu-NO)(CO)4(PMe3)2]BF4. In contrast to Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)4(PMe3)2, the bis(PMe3) nitrosyl complexes readily undergo CO substitution to give the (PMe3)3 derivatives. The nitrosyl complexes reduce at potentials that are approximately 1 V milder than their carbonyl counterparts. Results of density functional theory calculations, specifically natural bond orbital analysis, reinforce the electronic resemblance of the nitrosyl complexes to the corresponding mixed-valence diiron complexes. Unlike other diiron dithiolato carbonyls, these species undergo reversible reductions at mild potentials. The results show that the novel structural and chemical features associated with mixed-valence diiron dithiolates (the so-called H(ox) models) can be replicated in the absence of mixed-valency by the introduction of electronic asymmetry.  相似文献

Reactions of Cd(NO(3))(2)·4H(2)O with TabHPF(6) (TabH = 4-(trimethylammonio)benzenethiol) and Et(3)N in the presence of NH(4)SCN and five other N-donor ligands such as 2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bipy), phenanthroline (phen), 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (2,9-dmphen), 2,6-bis(pyrazd-3-yl)pyridine (bppy) and 2,6-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (bdmppy) gave rise to a family of Cd(II)/thiolate complexes of N-donor ligands, {[Cd(2)(μ-Tab)(4)(NCS)(2)](NO(3))(2)·MeOH}(n) (1), [Cd(2)(μ-Tab)(2)(L)(4)](PF(6))(4) (2: L = 2,2'-bipy; 3: L = phen), [Cd(Tab)(2)(L)](PF(6))(2) (4: L = 2,9-dmphen; 5: L = bppy), and [Cd(2)(μ-Tab)(2)(Tab)(2)(bdmppy)](2)(PF(6))(8)·H(2)O (6·H(2)O). These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-Vis spectra, (1)H NMR, electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. For 1, each [Cd(NCS)](+) fragment is connected to its equivalents via a pair of Tab bridges to a one-dimensional chain. For 2 and 3, two [Cd(2,2'-bipy)(2)](2+) or [Cd(phen)(2)](2+) units are linked by a pair of Tab bridges to form a cationic dimeric structure. The Cd atom in [Cd(Tab)(2)(L)](2+) dication of 4 or 5 is coordinated by two Tab ligands and chelated by two N atoms from 2,9-dmphen (4) or three N atoms from bppy (5), forming a distorted tetrahedral (4) or trigonal bipyramidal (5) coordination geometry. For 6, each of two [Cd(Tab)(bdmppy)] fragments is linked to one [(Tab)Cd(μ-Tab)(2)Cd(Tab)] fragment via two Tab bridges to generate a unique cationic zigzag tetrameric structure where the Cd centers take a tetrahedral or a trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry. The results may provide an interesting insight into mimicking the coordination spheres of the Cd(II) sites of metallothioneins and their interactions with various N-donor ligands encountered in nature.  相似文献
