Condensation of 2H-naphth[2,3-d][3,1] oxazin-2,4 (IH)-dione (1) with schiff bases (2) in acetic acid resulted in the formation of 2,3-dihydro-2,3-diarylbenzo[g]quinazolin-4(IH)-ones (3). Reaction of 1 with ketoanils generated in situ results in 2,3-dihydro-2,2-substituted-3-phenylbenzo[g]quinazolin-4 (IH)-ones (6) and the spiroalkanes (5). The reaction of O-ethylbutyrolactonium tetrafluoroborate with ethyl anthranilate gave the corresponding imido ester, which undergoes cyclization to a furo[2,3-b]-quinol-4-one derivative when it is heated in a solution of sodium butoxide. A novel air-stable n-type benzothiaphene endcapped azaarene (BTPQ) and its sulfonated derivative (BSPQ) were prepared via two pathways and characterized by NMR, UV–vis, fluorescence and cyclic voltammetry spectroscopy. Symmetrically introducing four nitrogen atoms into acenes, the semiconductor properties could be changed from p-type to n-type detected through the space charge limited current (SCLC) method. After sulfonation of BTPQ, BSPQ is with deeper frontier orbital energy levels and enhanced the electron mobility. 相似文献

Reactions of the title compound with the malonic acid derivatives diethyl ethoxymethylenemalonate (EMME), ethyl ethoxymethylenecyanoacetate (EMCA) and ethoxymethylenemalononitrile (EMMN) are reported. Condensations occur at the amino group or C-4, depending on conditions and the former intermediate was successfully cyclized to the pyrimido[1,2-b]isoquinoline system. Reactions with 2,4-pentanedione and p-bromophenacyl bromide gave only the angular systems, pyrido[2,3-c]isoquinoline and pyrrolo[2,3-c]isoquin-oline, respectively. 相似文献

3-Aminocoumarin undergoes the Skraup reaction to give a new ring system, 5H[l]benzo-pyrano[3,4-b]pyridin-5-one (IVa). When 3-aminocoumarin was condensed with the ethoxy methylene derivatives of active methylene compounds, ethyl acetoacetate, and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate, the intermediates Vla-VIf were formed which on thermal cyclizations afforded other derivatives of 5H[l ]benzopyrano[3,4-b]pyridin-5-one (IVb-IVf). A simple strategy for the synthesis of the hitherto unreported 3-arylazo-4-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazepino[2,3-H]quinazoline-2,7(1H)-diones is described. Spectral data indicated that the studied compounds exist predominantly in the hydrazone tautomeric form. The antimicrobial activity of the newly synthesized compounds was also evaluated. The results indicated that some of these compounds have moderate activity towards bacteria. 相似文献

A new series of fused polyheterocyclic aromatic compounds, 7-alkoxybezopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-3-one (C- n BPP), were synthesised and characterised by infrared, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C-NMR and two-dimensional 1H-13C cosy spectra. Their phase transition behaviour was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and polarising optical microscopy. All of these compounds showed enantiotropic mesophases with temperature domains of 12–60°C and 22–69°C on heating and cooling processes for a carbon number of the alkoxy chain from 2 to 10. The effect of the length of the alkoxy chain on the mesomorphic properties was discussed. Comparison of C- n BPP and several kinds of coumarin derivatives indicated that the intermolecular hydrogen bonding acted as the driving force of the mesophase formation. 相似文献

以环己酮、氰乙酸乙酯、硫粉和吗啉为原料,依次通过Gewald反应、关环反应、Chan-Lam偶联反应和Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应以23.9%-40.9%的总收率合成了18个新型5,6,7,8-四氢苯并[4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4(3H)-酮类查尔酮化合物,所有化合物结构经过了1H NMR和MS的确证。初步的生物活性测试表明,目标化合物对乳腺癌MCF-7和MDA-MB-231细胞均显示出抑制活性。

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.7167(14), b = 13.113(1), c = 8.378(1) A, β = 98.992(2)^o, V = 1488.4(3) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.278, F(000) = 608, μ = 0.089 mm^-1, MoKa radiation (2 = 0.71073), R = 0.0498, wR = 0.1238 for 2336 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all ring atoms in the benzo[4, 5]furo [2,3-d] pyrimi- dinone moieties are almost coplanar. 相似文献

The synthesis of six new compounds incorporating either a pyrazino[2,3-b]indolizine or indolizino[2,3-b]quinoxaline core are reported in good yield (58-87%). The intermediates for the key cyclization reaction for one set of compounds (5a-c), with a sterically demanding 3,5-dimethylpyrazole group in the 5-position of the core, were found to be mono-substituted. These intermediates could be isolated and cyclized by heating under acid-catalyzed conditions. To further demonstrate the versatility of the chemistry, compounds 6a-c were synthesized in 58-68% yields. Compounds 5a-c are non-planar in solution and the solid-state, while 6a-c have close to planar conformations, pointing to weak hydrogen bonds between the acidic C-Hs and the adjacent azine nitrogen atoms. The cytotoxicity of the six newly synthesized and three previously prepared compounds was assessed against a human glioblastoma multiforme cell line. 相似文献

Benzo[b]thiophene-2,3-diones ( 1 ) react with Grignard reagents to yield 2,3-dihydroxy-2,3-diaryl(aralkyl)benzo[b]-thiophenes ( 2 ). The latter compounds yield 3,3-diaryl(aralkyl)-benzo[b]thiophene-2-ones ( 3 ) by pinacolone rearrangement. Treatment of 3 by hot ethanolic sodium hydroxide solution yields the corresponding carboxylic acids by hydrolytic heteroring opening. 相似文献
