Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Bis（nitrate）bis（N—n—octyl—α—pyrrolidone）uranyl（Ⅱ）

The crystal structure of the title compound UO2(NO3)2[CH2(CH2)2CONC8H17] was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P ī, a = 7.456(2), b = 8.371(2), c = 13.470(3)A, α = 95.66(1), β = 94.64(2), γ = 102.67(2)°, C24H46N4O10U, Mr = 788.68, V = 811.73A3, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, Z = 1, F(000) = 390, μ = 5.052 mm-1, the final R = 0.0256 and wR = 0.0568 for 2826 observed reflections I>2σ(I). The central uranyl ions are coordinated by six oxygen atoms. Two of them are from the carbonyl groups of N-octyl--pyrrolidone molecules, and the other four from two nitrate groups.

以间氨基苯硫酚为起始原料,与乙酰乙酸乙酯一步环合得目标产物4－甲基－7－巯基－2（1H)-喹啉酮（4）,收率：22％;以间苯二胺为起努原料,经乙酰乙酸乙酯环合,重氮化,二硫化合物的形成及盐酸锌和粉还原获得目标产物4,收率：59％。     

Structure and Photosynthetic Mimicking of Bis（2,6—bis（benzimidazol—2—yl）pyridine）manganese（Ⅱ）

Mn(bzimpy)2(1)[bzimpy=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine],a mononuclear manganese(Ⅱ）complex,was synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OOCMe)2 with bzimpy in absolute ethanol.The complex was structurally characterized by elemental analysis,cyclic voltammetry,and X-ray crystallography.In the complex,the manganese-nitrogen distances were different,and the geometry and the metal ion environment showed the distortion.The cyclic voltammetric measurements have been performed to assess its redox characteristics.The presence of oxidation wave at 0.62V and 0.081V vs.SCE or 0.8V and 1.0v vs.NHE suggested that this complex could catalyze the oxidation of water,therefore,simulate the water-oxidizing complex(WOC) of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ).The measurements of photoreduction of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DCPIP),and oxygen evolution in the manganess-depleted and the comples 1-reconstituted PS Ⅱ preparations just support our conjecture.     

Syntheses and Anti—inflammatory Actiobn of （η—C5H5）2Ti （Cin）2 and （η—C5H5）2Ti（Tzea）2

Two new Complexes(Cp)2Ti(Cin)2and (CP2)Ti(Tzea)2(CP=Cyclopentadienyl η^5-C5H5)have been synthesized in THF by the reaction of HCin(Cincofen,2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid)or HTzea(5-phenyltetrazolyl-2-ethanoic acid)with(Cp)2TiCl2,and characterized by elemental analyses,IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR,UV spectra,molar conductivity,TGDTA.In the complexes the carboxyl groups are coordinated to Ti(IV)in a monodentate manner,The inhibitory actions of the complexes on mice ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and the rat foot granulation growth produced by cotton wool are higher than those of the corresponding ligands HCin,HTzea and [(Cp)2TiCl2],while their toxicities are lower than those of the free ligands.ηη     

A Practical Synthesis of （S）—（＋）—2—（6′—methoxyl—2—naphthyl） propionic Acid

A simplified procedure for enantioselective synthesis of (S)-( )-2-(6′-methoxyl-2-naphthyl)propionic acid ((S)-( )-naproxen), starting from (6-methoxy-α-naphthyl)-1-propanone,with D-mannitol as auxiliary catalyzed by SmCl3 in one-pot is described. The yield is 87.5%(ee value 99%).

Synthesis,Characterization and Crystal Structure of （2,2′—Bipyridine）（μ—maleato）copper（Ⅱ）Dihydrate

The title polymeric complex [Cu(C₄H₂O₄)(C₁₀H₈N₂)]_n·2nH₂O was prepared and its crystal structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. The crystal belongs to space group P2₁/c with cell dimensions of a = 1.0104(1), b = 1.9952(2), c = 0.7357(2) nm, β= 98.38(2)° and Z = 4. The complex forms zig‐zag chains along crystallographic axis c via Cu—O (carboxyl) bond in the apical direction. Each repeated unit consists of a square pyramidal Cu(II) centre with one maleate dianion and one 2,2′‐bipyridine forming a basal plane. Adjacent chains link to each other by H‐bonding between carboxyl groups and crystalline water. The distance of 0.3482 nm between parallel bipyridine rings shows a π‐π stacking interaction. The title complex was also characterized by IR, UV and ESR spectra.

本文报道了以２－（６－甲基－２－苯并噻唑偶氮）－５－二乙氨基酚（ＭＢＴＡＥ）作柱前衍生化试剂，在ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ＿８柱上，以甲醇：水＝８０：２０（Ｖ／Ｖ），含２ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＬｉ＿２ＳＯ＿４和１０ｍｍｏｌ／ＬｐＨ５．０醋酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相，反相高效液相色谱分离和测定了Ｆｅ￣（２＋）、Ｃｏ￣（２＋）、Ｎｉ￣（２＋）和Ｃｕ￣（２＋）。各金属离子的检出限（Ｓ／Ｎ＝３）分别为（ｐｇ）：Ｆｅ￣（２＋）６．４０，Ｃｏ￣（２－）１．３８，Ｎｉ￣（２＋）４．４７，Ｃｕ￣（２＋）７．２８。方法用于欧洲标准局，黑麦草标样的分析，所得结果与标准值相符。     

Crystal Structure of 2—[（P,P—Diphenoxy）phosphono（p—methyl）benzyl]—1,2—

The crystal structure of the title compound 2-[(P, P-Diphenoxy)phosphono(p-methyl)benzyl]-1, 2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, C27H22NO4PSe, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(No. 2) with Mr=534.41, a=9.761(2), b=10.304(2), c=13.396(3), α=110.97(3), β=107.70(3). γ=90.02(3)°, V=1190(1) 3, Z=2, Dx=1.492 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=1.6596 mm-1 and F(000)=544. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.068 and Rw is 0.074 for 2500 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The results presented herein indicate that the selenium-containing bicyclic moiety is a coplanar structure and that two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other forming a dimer through the Se(1c)...O=P(1) bonding interaction with an intermolecular Se(1c)...O distance of 2.797 .     

Crystal Structure of 5—（l—Menthyloxy）—3—chloro—4— Pyrrolidinyl—2（5H0—f

The molecular structure of the title compound 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3-chloro-4-pyrrolidinyl-2(5H)-furanone, C18H28ClNO3(Ⅰ), has been determined by X-ray diffraction at 296(1)K. The crystal is monoclinic with space group P21, a=9.457(3), b=10.413(3), c=9.525(2), β=95.19(2)°, V=934(1) 3, Z=2, Mr=341.88, Dx=1.22 g/cm3, μ=2.15 cm-1, F(000)=368. The final R factor is 0.059, and Rw is 0.065 for 1020 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The absolute configuration at C(14) of the acetal carbon was proved to be S, taking into account the known configuration of 1R, 2S, 5R-menthyl moiety. There are three rings in the molecule of this compound: the furanone ring, the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy group ring. The franone ring is connected with the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy ring by N atom and μ2-O bridge atom respectively.     

A Facile Solid Phase Synthesis of 2—Alkylthio—4（1H）—quinolones

The resin-bound cyclic malonic acid ester 2 reacted with aryl isothiocyanate and alkyl halides to afford the key intermediate arylthioaminomethylene cyclic malonic ester resin 3.Subsequently,resin 3 proceeded thermal cyclizaiton giving the 2-alkylthio-4(1H)-quinolones in good yields and excellent purties.
