Josephson结开关电流分布的测量方案探讨 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
Josephson结的开关电流存在着一定的分布.利用开关电流的分布,我们可以推算出Josephson结的逸出率.进一步结合合适的微波辐照,还可以获得结的诸如能级、拉比振荡等许多相关的量子特性.Josephson结的开关电流分布的获得,对于研究超导量子比特,包括相位量子比特、电荷量子比特、磁通量子比特和涡流量子比特以及他们的组合量子比特都有着重要意义.我们提出了三种测量方案,对这三种方案进行了比较,并初步的对自制的NbN/AlNx/NbN Josephson结的开关电流进行了多次(104次)测量,得到一定温度下的开关电流分布的直方图.针对三种方案各自的优缺点及已有的结果,我们提出了需要进一步改进的措施,对于下一步开展在极低温下(mK)Josephson结的开关电流分布的测量有着重要的意义. 相似文献

通过超低温实验直接测量了制备的全铌Josephson结的电压源驱动RCSJ模型的I-V特性曲线。建立了Josephson结在电路仿真软件EWB中的模型,极大的方便了Josephson结及相关电路的仿真研究。利用这一新模型对Josephson结的基本特性进行了较为系统的研究,包括RSJ模型和RCSJ模型的直流驱动I-V特性曲线。 相似文献

自从本征Josephson效应发现以来,由于其涉及到高温超导材料和结构、Josephson结动力学、高频应用等多个领域,本征结的研究一直是国际上研究的热点之一.我们采用低能离子刻蚀,实现了每分钟和单结本征结厚度相当的刻蚀速率,由BSCCO单晶成功的实现了含有单个或少数几个结的本征Josephson结的制备,并用四端子方法测量其低温下的I-V,Ic-T特性.通过反复实验研究,提高本征结制备的成功率及可重复性,完善制备工艺,并进一步探讨本征结的特性. 相似文献

在Bogoliubov-de Gennes(BdG)方程的基础上,研究了考虑自旋与轨道耦合效应下s波超导体/绝缘层/p波超导体结的直流Josephson效应.研究表明:p波超导体结的直流Josephson电流与温度、结的相位差的关系强烈地依赖于p波超导体的配对势形式,结界面的自旋与轨道耦合散射对s/I/p波的结直流Josephson电流有抑制作用也有增强作用. 相似文献

Properties of planar Nb/α-Si/Nb Josephson junctions with various degrees of doping of the α-Si layer

The properties of Nb/??-Si/Nb planar Josephson junctions with various degrees of doping of the amorphous silicon layer are experimentally studied. Tungsten is used as a doping impurity. The properties of the Josephson junctions are shown to change substantially when the degree of doping of the ??-Si layer changes: a current transport mechanism and the shape of the current-voltage characteristic of the junctions change. Josephson junctions with SNS-type conduction are formed in the case of a fully degenerate ??-Si layer. The properties of such junctions are described by a classical resistive model. Josephson junctions with a resonance mechanism of current transport through impurity centers are formed at a lower degree of doping of the ??-Si layer. The high-frequency properties of such junctions are shown to change. The experimental results demonstrate that these junctions are close to SINIS-type Josephson junctions. 相似文献

Phase dynamics of a stack of coupled intrinsic Josephson junctions was investigated in the framework of capacitively coupled Josephson junctions with diffusion current model. We study the transition from the current-voltage characteristic specific to Josephson junctions arrays with small dissipation and weak coupling between the junctions to the arrays with strong coupling between the junctions and high dissipation. Low dissipative arrays of Josephson junctions are characterized by the absence of branching for overcritical currents which appears for highly dissipative arrays. Described branching appears due to charging on the superconducting layers and charge traveling waves generation. Arrays of Josephson junctions with intermediate values of coupling and dissipation parameters are characterized by the chaotic behavior, confirmed by positive Lyapunov exponent, and branching on the current voltage characteristic for both sub- and overcritical currents. 相似文献

The phase dynamics of the system of long Josephson junctions whose length exceeds the Josephson penetration depth has been studied. The possibility of the appearance of a longitudinal plasma wave and parametric resonance has been demonstrated. Both inductive and capacitive couplings between Josephson junctions have been taken into account in the calculations. The current-voltage characteristics, as well as time evolution of the spatial distribution of the electric charge in superconducting layers and the magnetic field, have been calculated in all Josephson junctions of the system. The coexistence of the longitudinal plasma wave and fluxon states has been observed in the region of parametric resonance beginning with a certain length of the Josephson junction. This indicates the appearance of a new unique collective excitation in the system of coupled Josephson junctions, namely, a composite state of the Josephson current, electric field, and vortex magnetic field. 相似文献

This paper examines the time-dependent Josephson effect in systems of tunnel superconducting junctions and in layered superconductors
(the intrinsic Josephson effect) with allowance for nonequilibrium superconductivity effects. Kinetic and quasihydrodynamic
equations are derived that describe self-consistently the dynamics of Josephson phases and nonequilibrium quasiparticles.
It is found that the state of nonequilibrium between the layers leads to an effective mechanism of the interaction between
interlayer Josephson junctions, which can be used to synchronize the junctions. Current-voltage characteristics of chains
of intrinsic junctions are obtained for different values of the parameters.

We consider a pancake vortex in a layered superconductor with linear defects in the superconducting planes. We treat these defects as Josephson junctions. We show that the tunneling Josephson current through these junctions results in a pancake with a superconducting core. We find the mobility of a Josephson pancake. 相似文献

The effect of a system of ferromagnetic particles on the field-dependent critical current of a Josephson junction is experimentally studied for junctions of different geometries. For edge junctions, the effect of commensurability between the periodic magnetic field of the particles and the Josephson vortex lattice is observed. The effect manifests itself in additional maxima of the field-dependent critical current. For overlap junctions, giant (greater than sixfold) variations of the maximum critical current are observed depending on the magnetic state of the particles. The changes in the “Fraunhofer” pattern of the overlaped Josephson junctions are attributed to the formation of Abrikosov vortices due to the effect of uniformly magnetized particles. The effects revealed in the experiments can be used to analyze the inhomogeneous magnetic field of a system of submicron particles and to control the transport properties of Josephson junctions. 相似文献

In this paper I review our experiments on visualization of discrete breathers (intrinsic localized modes) in nonlinear lattices made of Josephson junctions. Properties of Josephson junctions and arrays made of such junctions are discussed in the Introduction. The visualization technique based on low temperature laser scanning microscopy (LSM) is described in detail. Images of discrete breathers in Josephson junction arrays of various geometries are presented. Possible further experiments that can be done using LSM technique are envisioned. 相似文献
