We report for the first time (to our knowledge) a 1053 nm Nd:LiYF4 (Nd:YLF) laser by directly pumping into the upper lasing level with a tunable Ti:sapphire laser. The results obtained for direct upper laser level pumping at 872 and 880 nm of Nd:YLF were compared with traditional 806 nm pump band excitation. Highly efficient 1053 nm continuous-wave (CW) laser emission under direct pumping at 880 nm in an 8 mm thick, 1.0 at % Nd:YLF crystal is obtained. The slope efficiency is improved from 39.1% for traditional pumping at 806 nm to 63.9% for direct pumping at 880 nm.  相似文献

We demonstrate a high-power UV 278 nm laser by fourth-harmonic generation (FHG) of a 1112 nm Nd:YAG laser in a nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal CsB3O5 (CBO) for the first time, to our best knowledge. A 30 W level diode-pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1112 nm with beam quality factor M2=1.2 was used as the fundamental light source at a pulse width of 500 ns. With an LiB3O5 crystal, the 1112 nm laser was first frequency-doubled to 556 nm with an average output power of 13.5 W. It was then frequency doubled again in a CBO crystal to obtain the FHG output at 278 nm. The maximum average output power of the 278 nm laser is up to 1.5 W. The results demonstrated that CBO crystal is a promising NLO material for UV high-power lasers below 300 nm.  相似文献

The sub-Doppler absorption laser spectroscopy at 728 nm transition from the 5D5/2 state to the 6 F state of cesium with linewidth near 10 MHz is first experimentally performed with indirect pumping from the ground state 6S_(1/2)to the state 7P_(3/2)by a 455.5 nm diode laser.Using a 455.5 nm diode laser as an indirect pump laser,several excited states will be populated due to spontaneous decay from the 7P state.We first implement the sub-Doppler absorption laser spectroscopy at 728 nm from the 5D_(5/2)state to the 6F state when Cs atoms within thermal glass cell decay to the 5D_(5/2) state.Due to velocity transfer effect,the hyperfine structure of 5D_(5/2)shows a mixed and complicated pattern but very clear structure when the 455.5 nm pumping laser is counter-propagating(or co-propagating)with the 728 nm probing laser.  相似文献

An efficient and compact green laser at 526 nm generated by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of a diode pumped Nd:YLF laser at 1053 nm under the condition of suppression the high gain transition at 1047 nm. With 19.5 W diode pump power and a frequency doubling crystal LBO, as high as 2.15 W of CW output power at 526 nm is achieved, corresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 11.2% and the output power stability in 8 h is better than 2.87%. To the best of our knowledge, this it the highest watt-level laser at 526 nm generated by intracavity frequency doubling of a diode pumped Nd:YLF laser at 1053 nm.  相似文献

Simultaneous double-color high-power continuous wave (CW) Raman fiber laser at 1239 nm and 1484 nm is demonstrated which uses CW 8.4 W Yb-doped double-clad fiber laser at 1064 nm as a pump, 1 km phosphosilicate fiber, and cascaded cavities consisting of two pairs of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) mirrors. Maximum output powers are 0.65 W at 1239 nm and 0.97 W at 1484 nm with a 50%/50% output mirror reflectivity pair, and 0.37 W at 1239 nm and 1.06 W at 1484 nm with a 75.5%/50% pair. The output characteristics of this laser for different FBG mirror reflectivities are reported.  相似文献

Holographic gratings were optically recorded by two beams from a He–Ne laser operating at 632.8 nm in poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film containing push–pull azo dye. The holographic characteristics of the recorded gratings were dependent on the polarization direction of the recording beams and the relationship between the diffractive signals and the power density of recording beams was investigated. The formation of holographic gratings accompanied by 532 nm (double-frequency of Nd:YAG laser) irradiation was studied in detail. It was found that the effect of 532 nm laser to the holographic grating lay in two aspects. The acceleration effect of 532 nm laser to the formation of holographic grating is predominant when the power density of 532 nm laser is low. While at relatively high power density of 532 nm laser, the erasure is the main factor to the holographic grating. Moreover, the holographic grating was probed by 532 nm laser at low power density and the dependence of the first order diffractive signal on the recording beam power density was also presented.  相似文献

以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基材,分别以激光吸收剂A和激光吸收剂B作为功能添加剂,制备了能有效地吸收530nm、1060nm波长激光和500~580nm波长眩光的防激光、防眩光PMMA材料。对其防激光、防眩光的性能、可见光透过率和力学性能进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明,实验所制得的防激光、防眩光PMMA材料在530nm波长处的透过率为0.01%,在1060nm波长处的透过率为0.02%,在500~580nm波长范围内该PMMA材料的平均透过率为0.1%左右。  相似文献

A high power continuous-wave single-frequency green fiber laser by second-harmonic generation of a Yb-doped fiber amplifier(YDFA)is developed.A linearly polarized single-mode fiber amplifier produces a 60 W infrared laser at 1064 nm with a 103 W incident diode pump laser at 976 nm,corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of 58%.An external bow-tie enhancement cavity incorporating a noncritically phase-matched lithium triborate crystal is employed for second-harmonic generation.A 33.2 W laser at 532 nm is obtained with a 45 W incident 1064 nm fundamental laser,corresponding to a conversion efficiency of 74%.  相似文献

低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞诱导增殖效应的可见光谱特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
比较研究了可见波段405,514,633和785nm低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞的促增殖效应。实验采用100和1 000J.m-2两种有效能量密度的可见光波辐照细胞,照射后24,48,72h采用MTT法检测细胞活性。结果表明,405,633,785nm激光均能促进HeLa细胞增殖,且呈波长和时间依赖性;633nm激光辐照对细胞促增殖效应最显著;514nm激光辐照对HeLa细胞促增殖效应较不明显。不同光剂量对细胞增殖效应不同,405,633,785nm激光辐照时能量密度为1 000J.m-2的辐照组细胞增殖均较100J.m-2辐照组明显,而514nm激光辐照时1 000J.m-2辐照组与100J.m-2辐照组细胞增殖的差异不明显。  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YVO(4) laser emitting at 1064 nm intracavity pumped at 912 nm by a Nd:GdVO(4) laser. We carried out a model to design the system properly, and laser performance was experimentally investigated. Intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 912 and 1064 nm was then realized in a BiBO crystal to reach the blue range. We obtained a cw output power of 155 mW at 491 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 20 W at 808 nm.  相似文献

A new external-cavity diode laser system based on an extended version of the Littman configuration is investigated. In our laser system the tuning mirror is replaced with a second grating mounted at the Littrow angle. This double-grating design provides a smaller passive bandwidth than the grating-mirror configuration, which is used to compensate for the large angle-of-incidence-dependent losses of the grazing-incidence grating. This results in a broader continuous tuning range with an improved mode stability. Because two laser diodes, emitting at 820 and 775 nm, respectively, are used, the external-cavity laser is continuously tunable without mode hops across 35 nm at 820 nm and 27 nm at 775 nm. Such a laser was used to measure the absorption lines of the oxygen A band around 762 nm. The complete R - and P -rotational branches of the b summation operator(g)(1) (+)(nu(??)=0)?X (3) summation operator(g)(-)(nu (?)=0) transition were recorded in a single-wavelength scan.  相似文献

We report for the first time a continuous wave (CW) coherent radiation at 611 nm by intracavity sum-frequency generation of 1064 nm Nd:YVO4 laser and 1433 nm Nd:YAP laser. Red-orange laser is obtained by using a doubly cavity, type-II critical phase matching KTP crystal sum-frequency mixing. With total pump power of 27.9 W (17.8 W pump power for 1433 nm Nd:YAP laser and 10.1 W pump power for 1064 nm Nd:YVO4 laser), TEM00 mode red-orange laser at 611 nm of 1.15 W is obtained. The red-orange power stability in 30 min is better than 4.3%.  相似文献

We demonstrate a harmonically pumped femtosecond optical parametric oscillator(OPO)laser using a frequency-doubled mode-locked Yb:KGW laser at a repetition rate of 75.5 MHz as the pump laser.Based on a bismuth borate nonlinear crystal,repetition rates up to 1.13 GHz are realized,which is 15 times that of the pump laser.The signal wavelength is tunable from 700 nm to 887 nm.The maximum power of the signal is 207 m W at the central wavelength of 750 nm and the shortest pulse duration is 117 fs at 780 nm.The beam quality(M^2 factor)in the horizontal and vertical directions of the output beam are 1.077 and 1.141,respectively.  相似文献

采用激光烧蚀的方法结合激光全息技术,直接在高分子聚合物MEH-PPV薄膜表面烧蚀光栅结构,制备了分布反馈式有机激光器。这一方法具有工艺简单、光栅参数的可控性和重复性好等优点。器件MEH-PPV的膜厚是400 nm。利用波长为355 nm的Nd-YAG纳秒激光器进行单脉冲烧蚀,获得的光栅周期和光栅高度分别为370 nm和 100 nm。利用飞秒激光放大器作为泵浦源激射DFB激光器件,得到激射阈值约为182 μJ·cm-2·pulse-1,光谱的波峰约在609 nm处,半高宽为4.2 nm。通过改变两光束的夹角获得了周期为360, 370, 380, 390 nm的光栅,它们对应的激光波峰分别为602.91, 609.24, 613.26, 619.01 nm。  相似文献

We report a linear-cavity high-power all-solid-state Q-switched yellow laser. The laser source comprises a diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG module that produces 1064 nm fundamental radiation, an intracavity BaWO(4) Raman crystal that generates a first-Stokes laser at 1180 nm, and a KTP crystal that frequency doubles the first-Stokes laser to 590 nm. A convex-plane cavity is employed in this configuration to counteract some of the thermal effect caused by high pump power. An average output power of 3.14 W at 590 nm is obtained at a pulse repetition frequency of 10 kHz.  相似文献

We report a green laser at 531 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (cw) laser operation of a 1062 nm Nd:GAGG laser under in-band diode pumping at 808 nm. A LiB3O5 (LBO) crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching at room temperature is used for second harmonic generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 18.5 W, as high as 2.31 W of CW output power at 555 nm is achieved.
