Solvothermal reactions of 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid) (H2oba) with 1,3-dipyridyl benzene (1,3-dpb) produced a two-dimensional (2D) cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(oba)(dpb)]·H2O}n (1). The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 13.6692(9), b = 25.9647(17), c = 8.7912(6) , α = 125.0370(10), γ = 2544.7(3)°, V = 2544.7(3) 3, C30H22N2O6Cd, Mr = 618.91, Dc =1.609 g/cm3, F(000) = 1248, μ = 0.904 mm-1 and Z = 4. The neighboring Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by oba2-anions and 1,3-dpb to form an infinitely 2D wavelike sheet, and two such 2D sheets are interlocked with each other by H-bonding to form a 2D → 2D structure. The adjacent two groups of interlocked structures are further linked to form a bilayer 2D supramolecular network by π-π interactions. In addition, the fluorescence property of 1 was also studied.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) coordination polymer {[Co(bdc)(dpb)]·H2O}n (1) was prepared by solvothermal reaction of 1,3-dipyridyl benzene (dpb) with deprotonated 1,3-benzene- dicarboxylate (H2bdc), and was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with α = 15.478(6), b = 12.865(5), c = 24.091(10) ?, β = 95.599(5)°, V = 4774(3) ?3, C24H18CoN2O5, Mr = 473.34, Dc = 1.267 g/cm3, F(000) = 1864.0, μ = 0.748 mm-1 and Z = 8. Each Co(II) ion links three bdc2- anions to form an infinitely 1D ladder-shaped chain containing binuclear [(COO)Co]2 cluster, and dpb links adjacent 1D chains to form a 3D pcu framework. A two-dimensional(2D) coordination polymer {[Cd2(sdb)2(dpb)2]·3H2O}n(1) was prepared by solvothermal reaction of two types of V-shaped ligands: 1,3-dipyridyl benzene(dpb) and deprotonated 4,4'-sulfonyldibenzoic acid(H2sdb). It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Fdd2 with a = 46.247(10), b = 9.994(2), c = 24.267(6) , V = 11216(4) 3, C60H46Cd2N4O15S2, Mr = 1387.97, Dc = 1.559 g/cm3, F(000) = 5296.0, μ = 0.902 mm-1 and Z = 8. Each [Cd(COO)]2 cluster links four sdb2- anions to form infinitely ABAB stacked 2D wave-like sheets, in which each sheet contains the same helical chains, and the helical directions of sheets A and B are reversed. Dpb links the rest coordinated sites of [(COO)Cd]2 cluster to form a 2D network. In addition, the solid fluorescence of 1 and dpb is also studied.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers,[Zn(bdc)(1,3-bimb)]n(1) and {[Mn2(ox)2(1,3,5tib)4/3]·4H2O}n(2)(H2ox = oxalic acid,H2bdc = terephthalic acid,1,3-bimb = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1ylmethyl)benzene,1,3,5-tib = 1,3,5-tri(imidazol-1-yl)benzene),were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),and thermogravimetric(TG) analyses.X-ray diffracation analysis reveals that two kinds of zigzag chains [Zn(bdc)]n and [Zn(1,3-bimb)]n in compound 1 are interweaved to form a 3D 4-fold interpenetrated 66-dia framework.In compound 2,Mn(1) and Mn(2) are linked via 1,3,5-tib ligands to form two different nets of [Mn6(1,3,5-tib)6 ]n along the ab plane with inner-or outer-shape N–Mn–N angles,which are connected by 1D infinite [Mn2(ox)2 ]n chains via Mn–O bonds to result in a(3,3,3,4,4)-connected(4·8·10)3(4·82)3(4·83·102)6(82·104·3)3(83)4 topology.Moreover,the photoluminescence of 1 has been investigated.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Pna2 with a = 13.2267(6),b = 9.1717(4),c = 17.4492(8),V = 2116.79(16)3,Z = 4,C22 H18N4O4 Zn,Mr = 467.77,Dc = 1.468 g/cm3,F(000) = 960 and μ(MoKα) = 1.197 mm-1.The final R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0618 for 3695 observed reflections with I 2(I) and R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0653 for all data.The crystal of 2 crystallizes in rhombohedral,space group R-3 with a = 22.080(8),c = 31.19(2),V = 13167(11) 3,Z = 18,C24 H25 Mn2 N8 O13,Mr = 743.40,Dc = 1.688 g/cm3,F(000) = 6822 and μ(MoKα) = 0.945 mm-1.The final R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.1035 for 5160 observed reflections with I 2(I) and R = 0.0824 and wR = 0.1244 for all data.  相似文献

A new compound {[Bi(trans-DAM)(cis-DAM)(H2O)]NO3·H2O}n 1 derived from bismuth and the flexible ligand N,N'-diacetic acid imidazolium chloride (H2DAMCl) was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group with a = 9.2298(18), b = 13.339(3), c = 17.090(3) , β = 105.38(2)°, V = 2028.7(7)A^3, Z = 4, C14H18N5O13Bi, Mr = 673.31, Dc = 2.204 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1296, μ = 8.772 mm-1, the final R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.1441 for 4129 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). In 1, the carboxylic groups from DAM- ligands adopt a cheating mode to link bismuth ions to form a 2D sheet network. These sheets are further connected by hydrogen bonding interactions to give an interesting 3D supramolecular framework. 2D correlation analysis of IR of 1 with thermal and magnetic perturbation was introduced to ascertain the characteristic adsorption of the groups overlapped in the 1D IR spectrum. Additionally, compound 1 exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new coordination complexes, [Co(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(1), [Cd(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(2) and [Zn(L)(ADTZ)]·H2O(3)[L=3-pyridylnicotinamide, H2ADTZ=2,5-(s-acetic acid)dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole], were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. These complexes were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Complexes 1-3 exhibit the similar 2D double-layer networks based on 1D [M-L], zigzag chains and 1D [M-ADTZ]2n double-chains with different distances between metal ions and with various conformations of ADTZ anions. In complexes 1 and 3, the 2D sheets are extended into a 3D supramolecular frameworks by hydrogen bonding interactions. The subtle effects of the central metal atoms on the structures of the title coordination polymers were discussed. The electrochemical properties of complex 1 and luminescent properties of complexes 2 and 3 were investigated. In addition, complexes 1-3 exhibit photocatalytic activity for dye methylene blue degradation under UV light and show good stability toward photoca- talysis.  相似文献

A novel heterometallic complex [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14·2H2O] (H3pdc = 1H- pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by 1R spectra, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 7.9521(18), b = 12.251(3), c = 22.293(5) A, β = 110.173(5)°, V= 2038.5(8) A^3, Mr = 1388.13, Z = 2, F(000) = 1352, Dc = 2.261 g/cm^3,/2 = 4.380 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0409 and wR = 0.0622 for 2453 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the Na^I, Cu^II and Gd^II ions are linked together by two kinds of bridging ligands (pdc^3- and H2O) to form a main moiety [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14], which can be regarded as a centrosymmetric dimmer of [NaCuGd(pdc)2(H2O)7]. Many hydrogen bonds exist in the complex to build a 3D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N′-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1^- with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) A, α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19)A^3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm^-1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm^3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two N atoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1) A and Cd(1)...Cd(1B) of 5.852(1)/~. In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2) A, α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr= 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm^3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, β^ = 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene- 1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The title compound,[Zn(5-hydroxynicotinate) 2 2H 2 O] n,has been synthesized by reacting zinc sulfate vitriol with 5-hydroxynicotinic acid under hydrothermal conditions,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data:monoclinic,space group C2/c,C 12 H 12 N 2 O 8 Zn,M r=377.61,a=10.223(3),b=10.319(3),c=13.613(4),β=105.922(6)°,Z=4,V=1380.9(8)3,F(000)=768,D c=1.816 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.826 mm-1,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1380 for 1157 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).In the structure of the title compound,the Zn II ion located in an inversion center lies in a distorted tetrahedral environment at a N 2 O 2 coordination mode,and the 5-hydroxynicotinic acid ligand links symmetry-related Zn II ions at a μ 2-N,O bridging way forming a two-dimensional covalent structure.In the crystal,solvent water molecules form intermolecular O-H O hydrogen bonds and pyridine rings of adjacent layers form π-π stacking (3.346),which connect adjacent two-dimensional sheets into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 18.868(4), b = 7.2111(14), c = 19.464(4), β = 95.75(3)°, C54H31Cd2Cl2F2N8O15, Mr = 1365.57, V = 2635.0(9)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.721 g/cm3, S = 1.034, μ(MoKα) = 0.995 mm–1, F(000) = 1358, R = 0.0501 and wR = 0.1076. In 1, each bptc anion bridges four Cd(II) atoms to form 2D layer structures, which are further extended by π-π stacking interactions into a 3D supramolecular architecture. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2_1/c,with a = 10.7993(4),b = 11.7705(3),c = 13.5336(6) ?,V = 1678.89(11) ?~3,Z = 4,C18H14N4O_4 Cd,M_r = 462.73,D_c = 1.831 g/cm~3,μ = 1.335 mm~(-1),F(000) = 920.0,the final R = 0.0500 and wR = 0.1567 for 3714 observed reflections with I 2s(I). In compound 1,the Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by the SC~(2–) ligands to give a two-dimensional(2D) undulating sheet based on the centrosymmetric dinuclear Cd_2(COO)_2 units. The 2D sheets are further connected by the DPPD ligands to produce a 3D structure,which is a 6-connected(4~4·6·~(10)·8) topological network based on the dinuclear Cd_2(COO)_2 node. Compound 1 exhibits a photoluminescent emission with a maximum at 540 nm upon excitation at 460 nm.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·2H2O, 4,4'-bpy and cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid (H4L) yields a three-dimensional (3D) coordination porous framework [Cd2LI(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)2]n·2nH2O, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (MoKα radiation, λ = 0.71073), elemental analysis and IR. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.951(3), b = 11.6618(12), c = 20.046(2) , β = 114.863(2)o, V = 5504.4(10) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.900 g/cm3, Mr = 787.30, μ = 1.615 mm-1, F(000) = 3128, the final R = 0.0978 and wR = 0.1780. The structure of the complex is a 3D coordination Cd-carboxylate framework consisting of 1D hexagonal channels along the c-axis filled with the bridging 4,4'-bpy ligands. The 4,4'-bpy ligands with two kinds of conformations are located alternately in the channels through coordination and hydrogen interactions to support the whole porous framework, in which the conformation-flexible cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylate ligand adopts the I (e,a,a,e) conformation and acts as a pentadentate ligand to connect five Cd(Ⅱ) atoms via the carboxylate groups in different coordination modes.  相似文献

The title complex Sm2(bdc)3(phen)2n (1, H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthrolin), a new samarium(Ⅲ) complex based on ligand H2 bdc and 1,10-phenanthrolin, has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure reveals that the Sm(1) centre adopts an eight-coordinated distorted square anti-prism coordination geometry, while the Sm(2) centre adopts a nine-coordinated distorted monocapped square prism coordination geometry. The ligand bdc 2-takes two different connecting modes and links the Sm(Ⅲ) centers to give rise to a 2D network structure. Further, 2D layers of 1 are connected together to form a 3D structure through C-H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The luminescent property and thermal stability of complex 1 are studied. 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.7367(5), b = 14.3750(7), c = 13.7505(3), α = 92.8840(10), β = 104.4010(10), γ = 98.1400(10)o, Z = 2, V = 2143.44(18)3 , Mr = 1153.44, Dc = 1.787 g/cm3 , F(000) = 1128, μ = 2.784 mm-1 , the final R = 0.0279 and wR = 0.0720 for 8226 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ).  相似文献

The title compound [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n (bbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine and H4bptc = 1,1'-biphenyl-2,2?,3,3'-tetracarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.2831(12), b = 11.6718(13), c = 11.7771(13), α = 105.392(2), β = 108.382(2), γ = 112.397(2)o, CuC28H20N2O8, Mr = 576.00, V = 1222.4(2)3, Dc = 1.565 g/cm3, F(000) = 590, μ = 0.951 mm-1, S = 1.022 and Z = 2. The final refinement gave R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1142 for 4270 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title complex has a 1D [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n chain structure, in which the extensive hydrogen-bond interactions make the chain more stable. The neighboring parallel chains are further packed into a 2D layer structure via π···π stacking interaction between the pyridine rings of bbpy ligands. Moreover, the adjacent layers are interconnected by the C-H···π interactions to form a 3D metal-organic framework.  相似文献

The title compound [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of CdCl2·7H2O and NaOH with 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)benzene (BMB), and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.021(6), b = 9.489(3), c = 18.302(6), β = 108.686(6)o, V = 3458.2(19)3, Z = 4, C40H28CdN8Cl2, Mr = 804.01, Dc = 1.544 g/cm3, F(000) = 1624 and μ(MoKα) = 0.829 mm-1. The final R = 0.0306 and wR = 0.0779 for 3334 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.0360 for all data. The cadmium atom is four-coordinated by the BMB ligands and Cl atom with a tetrahedral geometry. The extensive N-H···N hydrogen bonding interactions are observed in the structure, which further extend the [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] units into a 1D structure. The thermogravimetric analysis measurement showed that compound 1 has thermal stability as no strictly clean weight loss step occurred below 425 ℃.  相似文献
