A wide variety of 2′-hydroxypolymethoxyacetophenones and propiophenones, e.g. 1a and 1b are used in the synthesis of flavone and ehromone natural products.1 Repeated attempts to prepare 1a and 1b by reacting 1,2,3,5-tetramethoxybenzene 2 with acetyl or propionyl chlorides and AlCl3 in ether2 gave products which were difficult to purify.3 We traced the problem to ring-ethoxy contaminants which were isolated and tentatively identified as 3a and 3b.  相似文献

在DMSO/I2的氧化作用下,由2′,4′-二氢-6′-甲氧基-3′,5′-二甲基查耳酮可合成一种全新结构的黄酮:7-羟基-5-甲氧基-6,8-二甲基黄酮(产率91%),而在HCl/MeOH作用下则得到了两种黄烷酮:7-羟基-5-甲氧基-6,8-二甲基黄烷酮(产率70%)和5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基黄烷酮(产率20%)。  相似文献

A novel type of 4-methoxyphenyl 4′-n-alkoxy-2′,3′,5′,6′-tetrafluorobiphenyl-1-carboxylates have been synthesized. Textural observations by polarizing microscopy and DSC measurements of the phase transitions show that all of these compounds are thermotropic liquid crystals with only a nematic mesophase. The relationship between the properties and chemical structures of these compounds is discussed.  相似文献

5-Isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrothiophene 1,1-dioxide reacted with 5-methylidenepyrimidine-2,4,6-triones and 5-methylidene-2-thioxopyrimidine-4,6-diones in the presence of chiral amines or amino acids with high regio- and stereoselectivity to give optically active derivatives of barbituric and thiobarbituric acids spirofused at the 5-position to 1-benzothiophene 1,1-dioxide fragment. The reaction of 5-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrothiophene 1,1-dioxide with 5-(2-methoxybenzylidene)-2-thioxopyrimidine-4,6-dione (generated in situ from 2-methoxybenzaldehyde and thiobarbituric acid) in the presence of (?)-ephedrine or L-4-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy) proline gave the corresponding 2-thioxospiro[1-benzothiophene-4,5′-pyrimidine]-4′,6′-dione 1,1-dioxide with an enantiomeric excess of 80%.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(1-methylcyclohexyl)ethanol with nitriles in concentrated sulfuric acid afforded 1′-substituted 6′-methoxy-4′,4′-dimethyl-4′H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,3′-isoquinolines] as a result of consecutive Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement and Ritter reaction.  相似文献

以2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮和对羟基苯甲醛为起始原料,经选择性的甲基化,甲氧甲基化,羟醛缩合,还原,脱保护等反应首次完成了2′,4-二羟基-4′,6′-二甲氧基-二氢查尔酮(1)的全合成,总收率40%。1和中间体的结构经1HNMR,IR和MS表征。  相似文献

Spectral and photophysical investigations of 4′-(p-aminophenyl)-2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine (APT) have been performed in various solvents with different polarity and hydrogen-bonding ability.The emission spectra of APT are found to exhibit dual fluorescence in polar solvents, which attributes to the local excited and intramolecular charge transfer states, respectively. The two-state model is proven out for APT in polar solvent by the time-correlated single photon counting emission decay measurement. Interestingly, the linear relationships of different emission maxima and solvent polarity parameter are found for APT in protic and aprotic solvents, because of the hydrogen bond formation between APT and alcohols at the amino nitrogen N25. Furthermore, the effects of the complexation of the metal ion with tpy group of APT and the hydrogen bond formation between APT with methanol at the terpyridinenitrogen N4—N8—N14 are also presented. The appearance of new long-wave absorption and fluorescence bands indicates that a new ground state of the complexes is formed.  相似文献

1-[5’-氨基-1’-(4”-氯苯基)-1,2,3-三唑-4’-甲酰基]-4-芳基-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸催化下环化得到2-芳胺基-5-[5’-氨基-1’-(4”-氯苯基)-1’,2’,3’,-三唑-4’-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑2a~i,依次法合成了九个标题化合物,收率为30~74%。化合物2i的结构用X-光衍射单晶分析确证。  相似文献

In this paper 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction has been studied. An efficient synthesis of 4′-[3-methyl-5-thioxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-4(5H)-yl]-2′,5′-diphenyl-2′,4′-dihydro spiro(indolin-3,3′[1,2,4]triazol)-2-one derivatives using triethylamine in MeCN at room temperature is reported. The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by means of elemental analysis, MS and spectral (IR, 1H, and 13C NMR) methods.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound(C24H24N2O5, Mr = 420.45) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.991(1), b = 11.166(1), c = 11.169(1) , α = 91.413(2), β = 105.887(2), γ = 90.992(2)°, V = 1077.8(2) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.296 g/cm3, F(000) = 444, μ(MoKα) = 0.091 mm-1, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1507 for 4185 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data indicated intermolecular C(17)–H(17)O(4), C(5)–H(5)… O(4) hydrogen bonds and C–H…π interaction in the structure.  相似文献
