Three mononuclear copper(II) complexes of copper nitrate with 2, 6‐bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine ( bPzPy ) and 2, 6‐bis(3′,5′‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)pyridine ( bdmPzPy ), [Cu(bPzPy)(NO3)2] ( 1 ), [Cu(bPzPy)(H2O)(NO3)2] ( 2 ) and [Cu(bdmPzPy)(NO3)2] ( 3 ) were synthesized by the reaction of copper nitrate with the ligand in ethanol solution. The complexes have been characterized through analytical, spectroscopic and EPR measurements. Single crystal X‐ray structure analysis of complexes 1 and 2 revealed a five‐coordinate copper atom in 1 , whereas 2 contains a six‐coordinate (4+2) CuII ion with molecular units acting as supramolecular nodes. These neutral nodes are connected through O–H ··· O(nitrate) hydrogen bonds to give couples of parallel linear strips assembled in 1D‐chains in a zipper‐like motif.  相似文献

In the tridentate ligand 2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine, C23H19N7, both sets of triazole N atoms are anti with respect to the pyridine N atom, while in the copper complex aqua[2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine](pyridine)(tetrafluoroborato)copper(II) tetrafluoroborate, [Cu(BF4)(C5H5N)(C23H19N7)(H2O)]BF4, the triazole N atoms are in the synsyn conformation. The coordination of the CuII atom is distorted octahedral. The ligand structure is stabilized through intermolecular C—H...N interactions, while the crystal structure of the Cu complex is stabilized through water‐ and BF4‐mediated hydrogen bonds. Photoluminiscence studies of the ligand and complex show that the ligand is fluorescent due to triazole–pyridine conjugation, but that the fluorescence is quenched on complexation.  相似文献

Nitrosylruthenium complexes containing 2,2':6',2"-terpyridine (terpy) have been synthesized and characterized. The three alkoxo complexes trans-(NO, OCH3), cis-(Cl, OCH3)-[RuCl(OCH3)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([2]PF6), trans-(NO, OC2H5), cis-(Cl, OC2H5)-[RuCl(OC2H5)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([3]PF6), and [RuCl(OC3H7)(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([4]PF6) were synthesized by reactions of trans-(Cl, Cl), cis-(NO, Cl)-[RuCl2(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([1]PF6) with NaOCH3 in CH3OH, C2H5OH, and C3H7OH, respectively. Reactions of [3]PF6 with an acid such as hydrochloric acid and trifluoromethansulforic acid afford nitrosyl complexes in which the alkoxo ligand is substituted. The geometrical isomer of [1]PF6, trans-(NO, Cl), cis-(Cl, Cl)-[RuCl2(NO)(terpy)]PF6 ([5]PF6), was obtained by the reaction of [3]PF6 in a hydrochloric acid solution. Reaction of [3]PF6 with trifluoromethansulforic acid in CH3CN gave trans-(NO, Cl), cis-(CH3CN, Cl)-[RuCl(CH3CN)(NO)(terpy)]2+ ([6]2+) under refluxing conditions. The structures of [3]PF6, [4]PF6.CH3CN, [5]CF3SO3, and [6](PF6)2 were determined by X-ray crystallograpy.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The copper(II) and copper(I) complexes of the chelating ligands 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2'-ylthiomethyl)pyridine (bbtmp) and N,N-bis(benzimidazol-2'-ylthioethyl)methylamine (bbtma) have been isolated and characterized by electronic and EPR spectra. The molecular structures of a redox pair of Cu(II/I) complexes, viz., [Cu(bbtmp)(NO(3))]NO(3), 1, and [Cu(bbtmp)]NO(3), 2, and of [Cu(bbtmp)Cl], 3, have been determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The cation of the green complex [Cu(bbtmp)(NO(3))]NO(3) possesses an almost perfectly square planar coordination geometry in which the corners are occupied by the pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of the bbtmp ligand and an oxygen atom of the nitrate ion. The light-yellow complex [Cu(bbtmp)]NO(3) contains copper(I) with trigonal planar coordination geometry constituted by the pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of the bbtmp ligand. In the yellow chloride complex [Cu(bbtmp)Cl] the asymmetric unit consists of two complex molecules that are crystallographically independent. The coordination geometry of copper(I) in these molecules, in contrast to the nitrate, is tetrahedral, with pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of bbtmp ligand and the chloride ion occupying the apexes. The above coordination structures are unusual in that the thioether sulfurs are not engaged in coordination and the presence of two seven-membered chelate rings facilitates strong coordination of the benzimidazole nitrogens and discourage any distortion in Cu(II) coordination geometry. The solid-state coordination geometries are retained even in solution, as revealed by electronic, EPR, and (1)H NMR spectra. The electrochemical behavior of the present and other similar CuN(3) complexes has been examined, and the thermodynamic aspects of the electrode process are correlated to the stereochemical reorganizations accompanying the redox changes. The influence of coordinated pyridine and amine nitrogen atoms on the spectral and electrochemical properties has been discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, [4′‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine]chlorido(trifluoromethanesulfonato)copper(II), [Cu(CF3O3S)Cl(C21H14BrN3)], is a new copper complex containing a polypyridyl‐based ligand. The CuII centre is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal manner by one substituted 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine ligand, one chloride ligand and a coordinated trifluoromethanesulfonate anion. The Cu—N bond lengths differ by 0.1 Å for the peripheral and central pyridine rings [2.032 (2) (mean) and 1.9345 (15) Å, respectively]. The presence of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion coordinated to the metal centre allows Br...F halogen–halogen interactions, giving rise to the formation of a dimer about an inversion centre. This work also demonstrates that the rigidity of the ligand allows the formation of other types of nonclassical interactions (C—H...Cl and C—H...O), yielding a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The bimetallic title complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C12H30N6O2)(NO)] or [Cu(L)Fe(CN)5(NO)] [where L is 1,8‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,6,8,10,13‐hexaazacyclotetradecane], has a one‐dimensional zigzag polymeric –Cu(L)–NC–Fe(NO)(CN)3–CN–Cu(L)– chain, in which the CuII and FeII centres are linked by two CN groups. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by four N atoms from the L ligand [Cu—N(L) = 1.999 (2)–2.016 (2) Å] and two cyanide N atoms [Cu—N = 2.383 (2) and 2.902 (3) Å], and has an elongated octahedral geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment, with Fe—N(nitroso) = 1.656 (2) Å and Fe—C(CN) = 1.938 (3)–1.948 (3) Å. The one‐dimensional zigzag chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Three copper(II) complexes of the polydentate N‐donor ligand [4‐(4,6‐bis(1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐yl)morpholine] (L) with chlorides, nitrates, and perchlorates as anions, namely, [CuCl2(L)] · 0.5(MeCN) ( 1 ), [Cu(NO3)2(H2O)(L)] · (MeCN) ( 2 ), and [Cu(L)2](ClO4)2 · (MeCN) ( 3 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystallographic analysis. In these complexes, the L ligand binds the copper(II) cation in the tridentate N3 form. The coordination arrangement around the central copper(II) atom is distorted square‐pyramidal in 1 but it is distorted octahedral in 2 and 3 . The interesting noncovalent interactions such as hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking, and anion–π interactions present in the solid‐state structures are discussed. The crystal results reveal that the counteranions play important roles in determining the diverse structures of these complexes. Moreover, the PXRD, TG, DRS, and fluorescence properties of compounds 1 – 3 were investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(C8H6NO4)2]·H2O}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal assembly of 5‐aminoisophthalic acid with copper nitrate. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis shows that it has a two‐dimensional layer coordination framework, in which the unique Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and adopts a square‐planar geometry, coordinated to two N and two O atoms from symmetry‐related ligands. The water molecule lies on a twofold axis and there are hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the layers.  相似文献

Copper(II) bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate) complexes with pyridin‐2‐one (pyon), 3‐hydroxypyridine (hpy) and 3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one (hpyon) were prepared and the solid‐state structures of (pyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(pyon‐κO )], (I), bis(pyridin‐3‐ol‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpy‐κO )2], (II), and bis(3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO2)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpyon‐κO )2], (III), were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The coordination of the metal centre is square pyramidal and displays a rare example of a mutual cis arrangement of the β‐diketonate ligands in (I) and a trans‐octahedral arrangement in (II) and (III). Complex (II) presents the first crystallographic evidence of κO‐monodentate hpy ligation to the transition metal enabling the pyridine N atom to participate in a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network through O—H…N interactions, forming a graph‐set motif R 22(7) through a C—H…O interaction. Complex (III) presents the first crystallographic evidence of monodentate coordination of the neutral hpyon ligand to a metal centre and a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is formed through N—H…O interactions facilitated by C—H…O interactions, forming the graph‐set motifs R 22(8) and R 22(7).  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐aminopyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine molecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐aminopyridine molecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. Intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions form a hydrogen‐bond‐sustained network.  相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

Functionalized acid amides are widely used in biology, medicine, environmental chemistry and many other areas. Among them, pyridine‐substituted amides, in particular N‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide and its derivatives, play an important role due to their excellent chelating properties. The donor properties of these ligands can be effectively modified by introducing electron‐donating substituents (e.g. alkyl groups) into the heterocycle. On the other hand, substituents in the α‐position of the pyridine ring can create steric hindrance, which significantly influences the coordination number and geometry. To achieve a better understanding of these effects, copper(II) complexes with sterically demanding N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide ligands (L ) and monoanions of different size, shape and coordination ability have been chosen as model compounds. The crystal structures of three new compounds, bromidobis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bromide, [CuBr(C8H10N2O)]Br, (I), aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) dinitrate, [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](NO3)2, (II), and aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bis(perchlorate), [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (III), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown that the presence of the 6‐methyl group results in either a distorted square‐pyramidal or a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry around the CuII centres instead of the typical octahedral geometry observed when the methyl substituent is absent or occupies any other position on the pyridine ring. Moreover, due to the steric hindrance provided by the L ligands, only the bromide ligand, the smallest of the series, enters into the first coordination sphere of the CuII ion in (I). In (II) and (III), the vacant coordination site of the CuII ion is occupied by a water molecule, while the nitrate and perchlorate anions are not involved in coordination to the metal centre. The structures of (I)–(III) are characterized by the presence of one‐dimensional infinite chains formed by hydrogen bonds of the types N—H…Br [in (I)], N—H…O and O—H…O [in (II) and (III)] between the amide groups of the L ligands, the coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated anions. The hydrogen‐bonded chains are further interconnected through π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of the L ligands, with approximate interplanar separations of 3.5–3.6 Å.  相似文献

Pyridil bis(N(4)‐substituted thiosemicarbazones) have been prepared in which the substituents in place of the NH2 group in the thiosemicarbazone moieties are piperidinyl (H2Plpip), hexamethyleneiminyl (H2Plhexim), diethylaminyl (H2Pl4DE), and dipropylaminyl (H2Pl4DP). IR, electronic, mass, and ESR spectra of their copper(II) complexes are reported. Crystal structure determinations of H2Pl4DE and three of the copper(II) complexes of formula [Cu(Plpip)], [Cu(Plhexim)] and [Cu(Pl4DE)]2 · 2[Cu(Pl4DE)], are included. H2Pl4DE lacks hydrogen bonding between the thiosemicarbazone moieties, but each moiety is in the Z configuration form with hydrogen bonding from the thiosemicarbazone moieties to the pyridyl nitrogen atoms. The crystal used for the structure determination of [Cu(Plhexim)] was isolated from an electrochemical preparation. In all the new compounds the deprotonated ligands are N,N,S,S‐tetradentate, coordinating to the copper(II) centre through their azomethine nitrogen atoms and their thiocarbonyl sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Treatment of copper(I) halides CuX (X = Cl, Br, I) with lithium 2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)anilide [Li(HL)] in THF led to the formation of hexanuclear copper(I) complexes [Cu6X2(HL)4] [X = Cl ( 1 ), Br ( 2 ), I ( 3 )]. In compounds 1 – 3 , the copper atoms are in a distorted octahedral arrangement and the amide ligands adopt a μ3‐κP,κ2N bridging mode. Additionally there are two μ2‐bridging halide ligands. Each of the [Cu6X2(HL)4] clusters comprises two copper atoms, which are surrounded by two amide nitrogen atoms in an almost linear coordination [Cu–N: 186.2(3)–188.0(3) pm] and four copper atoms, which are connected to an amide N atom, a P atom, and a halogen atom in a distorted trigonal planar fashion [Cu–N: 199.6(3)–202.3(3) pm)].  相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers (CuCPs), namely, [Cu0.5(1,4‐bib)(SO4)0.5]n ( 1 ), {[Cu(1,3‐bib)2(H2O)] · SO4 · H2O}n ( 2 ), and [Cu(bpz)(SO4)0.5]n ( 3 ), were assembled from the reaction of three N‐donors [1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and Hbpz = 3‐(2‐pyridyl)pyrazole] with copper sulfate under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Structure analyses reveal that complex 1 is a 3D 6‐connected {412 · 63}‐ pcu net, complex 2 is a fourfold 3D 4‐connected 66‐ dia net, whereas complex 3 is a 1D snake‐like chain, which further expanded into 3D supramolecular architectures with the help of C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the photocatalytic tests demonstrate that the obtained CuCPs are photocatalysts in the degradation of MB with the efficiency is 86.4 % for 1 , 75.3 % for 2 , and 91.3 % for 3 after 2 h, respectively.  相似文献

The mononuclear N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) copper alkoxide complexes [(6‐NHC)CuOtBu] (6‐NHC=6‐MesDAC ( 1 ), 6‐Mes ( 2 )) have been prepared by addition of the free carbenes to the tetrameric tert‐butoxide precursor [Cu(OtBu)]4, or by protonolysis of [(6‐NHC)CuMes] (6‐NHC=6‐MesDAC ( 3 ), 6‐Mes ( 4 )) with tBuOH. In contrast to the relatively stable diaminocarbene complex 2 , the diamidocarbene derivative 1 proved susceptible to both thermal and hydrolytic ring‐opening reactions, the latter affording [(6‐MesDAC)Cu(OC(O)CMe2C(O)N(H)Mes)(CNMes)] ( 6 ). The intermediacy of [(6‐MesDAC)Cu(OH)] in this reaction was supported by the generation of Cu2O as an additional product. Attempts to generate an isolable copper hydride complex of the type [(6‐MesDAC)CuH] by reaction of 1 with Et3SiH resulted instead in migratory insertion to generate [(6‐MesDAC‐H)Cu(P(p‐tolyl)3)] ( 9 ) upon trapping by P(p‐tolyl)3. Migratory insertion was also observed during attempts to prepare [(6‐Mes)CuH], with [(6‐Mes‐H)Cu(6‐Mes)] ( 10 ) isolated, following a reaction that was significantly slower than in the 6‐MesDAC case. The longer lifetime of [(6‐Mes)CuH] allowed it to be trapped stoichiometrically by alkyne, and also employed in the catalytic semi‐reduction of alkynes and hydrosilylation of ketones.  相似文献

Insertion and Substitution Reaction of Methyl Formate with [Cp′2ZrCl(PHTipp)] – Molecular Structure of meso‐trans ‐[Cp′2ZrCl{OCH(PHTipp)2}] (Cp′ = η5‐C5MeH4, Tipp = 2,4,6‐Pri3C6H2) [Cp′2ZrCl(PHTipp)] ( 1 ) (Cp′ = η5‐C5MeH4, Tipp = 2,4,6‐Pri3C6H2) reacts with methyl formate with insertion and substitution to give [Cp′2ZrCl{OCH(PHTipp)2}] ( 2 ). 2 was characterized spectroscopically (1H, 31P NMR, IR, MS) and by X‐ray structure determination. Only the meso‐trans isomer is present in the solid state.  相似文献

Crystals of the title π‐complex, [Cu4Cl6(C8H11N2)2]n, were obtained by means of alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis. The structure consists of infinite copper–chlorine chains to which 1‐allyl‐3‐aminopyridinium moieties are attached via a η2 Cu—(C=C) interaction. The two independent Cu atoms have distinct coordination environments. One is three‐coordinate, surrounded by two chloro ligands and the olefinic bond, whereas the second copper center is surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of four Cl atoms. The lower basicity of 3‐aminopyridine as compared with 2‐ and 4‐aminopyridine lowers the capacity of the organic ligand for donating to N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and results in the formation of a large inorganic fragment.  相似文献

Ruthenium(III)‐substituted α‐Keggin‐type silicotungstates with pyridine‐based ligands, [SiW11O39RuIII(Py)]5?, (Py: pyridine ( 1 ), 4‐pyridine‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), 4,4′‐bipyridine ( 3 ), 4‐pyridine‐acetamide ( 4 ), and 4‐pyridine‐methanol ( 5 )) were prepared by reacting [SiW11O39RuIII(H2O)]5? with the pyridine derivatives in water at 80 °C and then isolated as their hydrated cesium salts. These compounds were characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV), UV/Vis, IR, and 1H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, titration, and X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) analysis (Ru K‐edge and L3‐edge). Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis of compounds 2 , 3 , and 4 revealed that RuIII was incorporated in the α‐Keggin framework and was coordinated by pyridine derivatives through a Ru? N bond. In the solid state, compounds 2 and 3 formed a dimer through π? π interaction of the pyridine moieties, whereas they existed as monomers in solution. CV indicated that the incorporated RuIII–Py was reversibly oxidized into the RuIV–Py derivative and reduced into the RuII–Py derivative.  相似文献
