Two aliphatic ether Schiff base lanthanide complexes (Ln = Eu, Ce) with bis(3‐methoxysalicylidene)‐3‐oxapentane‐1,5‐diamine (Bod), were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. [Eu(Bod)(NO3)3] ( 1 ) is a discrete mononuclear species and [Ce(Bod)(NO3)3DMF] ( 2 ) exhibits an inorganic coordination polymer. In the two complexes, the metal ions both are ten‐coordinated and the geometric structure around the LnIII atom can be described as distorted hexadecahedron. Under excitation at room temperature, the red shift in the fluorescence band of the ligand in the complexes compared with that of the free ligand can be attributed to coordination of the rare earth ions to the ligand. Moreover, the antioxidant activities of the two complexes were investigated. The results demonstrated that the complexes have better scavenging activity than both the ligand and the usual antioxidants on the hydroxyl and superoxide radicals.  相似文献

Abstract. The 3D cobalt(II) coordination polymers [Co1.5(HDDB)(1,4‐bib)1.5(H2O)]n ( 1 ), and {[Co2(DDB)(1,3‐bib)22‐H2O)] · H2O}n ( 2 ) were assembled by mixed‐ligand synthetic strategy [H4DDB = 1,3‐bis(2,4‐dicarboxyphenyl) benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and 1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene]. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. Single X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is an interestingly 3D (3,3.6)‐connected (63)4(65 · 88 · 102) net, and complex 2 is an unprecedented dinuclear [Co2(COO)(μ2‐H2O)] SBUs based 3D (3,6)‐connected (3 · 6 · 7)(32 · 43 · 54 · 63 · 7 · 82) net. 制备了11种十二氢十二硼酸双(二烷基-5-氨基四唑)盐晶体,采用X射线单晶衍射仪对其单晶结构进行了表征,利用EXPLO5软件计算了11种化合物的爆轰性能.结果表明,11种化合物的密度在1.097~1.229 g/cm3之间,当取代基位置相同时,随着烷基取代基碳原子数的增大化合物的密度下降;这些盐晶体的空间晶型主要受取代基位置的影响,晶体结构有三斜晶系和单斜晶系2种;晶胞尺寸与晶胞内分子数有关,化合物中阳离子取代烷基中碳原子的个数对与四唑相连的C—N键长无明显影响.对于同一取代位置的化合物,生成热和爆热随着烷基取代基的碳原子数的增多而下降.  相似文献

The formation and crystal structures of bis(1‐naphthyl) diselenide ( 1 ) and bis{[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl} tetraselenide ( 2 ) are described. Whereas 1 can be produced in good yields, 2 is formed only as a minor product together with the known main product, bis{[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl} diselenide. The composition of the reaction mixture is semi‐quantitatively estimated by 77Se NMR spectroscopy and DFT calculations. The effect of the n2→σ*(Se–Se) and π→σ*(Se–Se) secondary bonding interactions on the Se–Se bonds is discussed both by DFT calculations and comparison with literature, as available. The bromination of 1 yields monomeric (1‐naphthyl)selenenyl bromide ( 3 ) in good yields. That of the reaction mixture of (C6H4CH2NMe2)Sex (x = 2–4) and Se8 afforded (C6H4CH2NMe2H)2[SeBr4] ( 4 ) and (C6H4CH2NMe2H)2[SeBr6] ( 5 ) in addition to (C6H4CH2NMe2)SeBr, which has been previously reported.  相似文献

Bis(dimethylstibanyl)oxane ( 1 ) and ‐sulfane ( 2 ), the two simplest organoelement species with an Sb–E–Sb fragment (E = O, S), were prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of bromodimethylstibane and by oxidation of tetramethyldistibane with sulfur [18], respectively. As shown by an x‐ray structure analysis of compound 1 (m. p. < –20 °C; P212121, a = 675.9(2), b = 803.1(2), c = 1666.8(4) pm at –70 ± 2 °C; Z = 4; R1 = 0.042), the molecules (O–Sb 198.8 and 209.9 pm, Sb–O–Sb 123.0°) adopt a syn‐anti conformation in the solid state and are arranged in zigzag chains along [010] via weak intermolecular O‥Sb interactions (258.5 pm, Sb–O‥Sb 117.8°, O‥Sb–O 173.5°) making use, however, of only one Me2Sb moiety. Primary and secondary bond lengths and angles agree very well with corresponding values published for valentinite, the orthorhombic modification of antimony(III) oxide [3]. Bis(dimethylstibanyl)sulfane ( 2 ) (m. p. 29 to 31 °C) crystallizes in the uncommon space group P6522 (a = 927.8(3), c = 1940.9(7) pm at –100 ± 2 °C; Z = 6; R1 = 0.021). Owing to coordination numbers of (1 + 1) and (2 + 2) for both Me2Sb groups and the sulfur atom, respectively, molecules with an approximate syn‐syn conformation (S–Sb 249.8 pm, Sb–S–Sb 92.35°) build up a three‐dimensional net of double helices which are linked together by Sb‥S contacts (316.4 pm). These parameters shed more light onto the rather complicated structure and bonding situation in stibnite (antimony(III) sulfide [4]). The molecular packing of compound 2 is compared with the structures of relevant inorganic solids, especially with that of β‐quartz [37].  相似文献

Blue, paramagnetic bis(phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II)) (μeff = 0,88 μB, per Re, at 300 K) is prepared by thermal decomposition of trans-bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II), in boiling triphenylphosphine. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with cell parameters as follows: a = 7.799(3) Å, b = 12.563(7) Å, c = 12.69(1) Å, α = 89.97(5)°, β = 94.14(5)°, γ = 106.39(4)°; Z = 1. Two cofacial phthalocyaninates are bonded together by a Re–Re bond with a Re–Re distance of 2.285(2) Å. The Re atoms are located distinctly outside the centre of the (Niso)4 planes by 0.426(3) Å. The Re–Niso distance varies from 1.99(1) to 2.04(1) Å (average 2.02 Å). The pc2– ligands are in an eclipsed conformation and concavely distorted. In the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum the B region is split into two bands of comparable intensity due to strong excitonic coupling. The Re–Re stretching vibration at 240 cm–1 is selectively enhanced in the resonance Raman spectrum (λexc = 488 nm).  相似文献

New energetic bis(2, 2‐dinitroethyl‐N‐nitro)ethylenediamine‐based salts exhibiting moderate physical properties, good detonation properties, and relatively low impact sensitivities were synthesized in high yield by direct reactions of bis(2, 2‐dinitroethyl‐N‐nitro)ethylenediamine with organic bases. The resulting salts were fully characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H and 13C), vibrational spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and elemental analysis. Solid‐state 15N NMR spectroscopy was used as an effective technique to further determine the structure of some products. Thermal decomposition kinetics and several thermodynamic parameters of some salts were obtained under non‐isothermal conditions by DSC. The densities of the energetic salts paired with organic cations were in the range 1.60–1.89 g · cm–3 as measured with a gas pycnometer. Based on the measured densities and calculated heats of formation, detonation pressures and velocities were calculated using Explo 5.05 and found to be 23.6–44.8 GPa and 7790–9583 m · s–1, respectively, which make them potentially useful as energetic materials.  相似文献

A novel seven‐coordinate dimer bis[(2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylato)(methanol)dibenzyltin(IV)] was synthesized by the reaction of (PhCH2)3SnCl with 2,6‐pyridine dicarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ratio in methanol solution. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra, and the crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P21/n, a =0.96250(19) nm, b = 1.0947(2) nm, c = 1.9965(4) nm, β = 92.31(3)°, Z = 2, V = 2.1019(7) nm3, Dc = 1.574 g/cm3, μ = 1.248 mm?1, F(000)=1000, R1 = 0.0675, wR2 = 0.0836. In the crystals of the complex, each tin atom is seven‐coordinated in a distorted bipyramidal structure.  相似文献

Three metal coordination polymers {[Co(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2NO3}n ( 1 ), {[Mn(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2Cl · 3H2O}n ( 2 ), and [ZnL(ba)2]n ( 3 ) [L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine and Hba = benzoic acid] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a one‐dimensional (1D) chain structure. Adjacent chains are connected by hydrogen bonding and nitrate groups to form a 3D network. Complex 2 features a 2D layer structure. A three‐dimensional network is constructed through the cluster consisting of two chloride ions and three water molecules. Complex 3 shows a 1D zigzag chain structure that further twists together to form a 3D network. The X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 – 3 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the three complexes.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to or-thorhombic with space group Pccn, a=2.1665(6)nm, b=0.9932(3)nm, c=1.1979(3)nm,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,Z=2,V=2.5777(12)nm3,Dc=1.529g·cm-3,μ(MoKα)=1.330mm-1,F(000)=1208,R1=0.0341, wR2=0.0627. The steric misfit between a geminal bis(pyrazol-1-yl)propane ligand and tetrahedral coordination leads to distortion of the latter in the title compound: N? Zn? N is 89.5(1)°, Cl? Zn? Cl 116.78(5)°. Mn(bzimpy)2(1)[bzimpy=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine],a mononuclear manganese(Ⅱ)complex,was synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OOCMe)2 with bzimpy in absolute ethanol.The complex was structurally characterized by elemental analysis,cyclic voltammetry,and X-ray crystallography.In the complex,the manganese-nitrogen distances were different,and the geometry and the metal ion environment showed the distortion.The cyclic voltammetric measurements have been performed to assess its redox characteristics.The presence of oxidation wave at 0.62V and 0.081V vs.SCE or 0.8V and 1.0v vs.NHE suggested that this complex could catalyze the oxidation of water,therefore,simulate the water-oxidizing complex(WOC) of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ).The measurements of photoreduction of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DCPIP),and oxygen evolution in the manganess-depleted and the comples 1-reconstituted PS Ⅱ preparations just support our conjecture.  相似文献

The complex Eu(btfa)3 (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm5, Z = 4, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, μ = 1.676 mm?1, F(000) = 1936, R1, = 0.0388, wR2 = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. Crystal and Molecular Structure of Bis(pyridine)bis(trifluoromethyl)zinc Bis(pyridin)bis(trifluoromethyl)zinc 1 has been isolated and characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The title compound represents the first structure determination of a fully fluorinated alkylzinc compound (monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 4, a = 8.856(3), b = 18.158(3), c = 8.979(3) Å, β = 98.14(2)°, R = 0.054, Rw = 0.035). The zinc atom is in a distorted tetrahedral environment. The molecular structure of [ClZn(CCl2CF3) η2O]2 2 was solved, but is not included in a structural comparison due to crystallographic disorder.  相似文献
