The iron(III) complexes of the tripodal benzimidazole‐containing ligands tris(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (ntb), bis(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐amine (bbimae) and tris(5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (me2ntb) are structural and functional models for intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenases. The complexes [Fe(ntb)Cl2]Cl · 3 CH3OH ( 1 ; P 1, a = 9.830(2) Å, b = 12.542(3) Å, c = 13.139(3) Å, α = 82.88(3)°, β = 73.45(3)°, γ = 85.53(3)°, V = 1539.2(6) Å3; Z = 2) and [Fe(bbimae)Cl2]Cl ( 2 ; P21/n, a = 7.461(2) Å, b = 18.994(5) Å, c = 14.515(4) Å, β = 98.22(2)°, V = 2035.8(9) Å3, Z = 4) have been characterized by X‐ray crystallography and spectroscopic methods. In the octahedrally coordinated complexes two cis coordination sites – essential for catechol binding – are occupied by chloride ligands. The significant intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenase activity of the model complexes was examined using 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol as a substrate.  相似文献

Two new binuclear cobalt(II) complexes, [Co2 L1 (μ2‐DPP)]2+ ( 1 ) (H L1 = N, N, N′, N′‐ tetrakis (2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)‐2‐hydroxyl ‐1,3‐diaminopropane; DPP = diphenylphosphinate) and [Co2 L2 (μ2‐BNPP)2]+ ( 2 ) (H L2 = 2,6‐bis‐[N,N‐di(2‐ pyridylmethyl)aminomethyl]‐4‐methylphenol, BNPP = bis(4‐nitrophenyl)phosphate) have been synthesized and their crystal structures and magnetic properties are shown. In 1 , each CoII atom has a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination sphere with a N3O2 donor set and the central two CoII atoms are bridged by one alkoxo‐O atom and one μ2‐DPP ion with the Co1‐Co2 separation of 3.542Å. In 2 , each CoII atom has a pseudo octahedral environment with a N3O3 donor set and the central two CoII atoms are bridged by a phenolic oxygen atom of L2 and two μ2‐BNPP ions with the Co1‐Co2 separation of 3.667Å. Susceptibility data of 1 and 2 indicate intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling of the high‐spin CoII atoms.  相似文献

The ligand N,N‐dimethyl(N′‐trimethylsilyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine (HL) was treated with ZnEt2 in varying stoichiometric ratios to synthesize [EtZnL]2 and [ZnL2] complexes. Crystal data: [EtZnL]2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 10.0149(5) Å, b = 8.0296(3) Å, c = 16.1689(8) Å, β = 91.715(2)°. [ZnL2], monoclinic, P21/n, a = 8.8457(3) Å, b = 15.4249(6) Å, c = 16.0121(7) Å, β = 92.656(1)°. The former complex is an amido nitrogen bridged dimer with distorted tetrahedral stereochemistry of the zinc atom and the latter is a distorted tetrahedral monomer based on amide/amine chelation.  相似文献

The dinuclear ZnII complex [Zn2L(DNBA)2]BPh4 · EtOH ( 1 ) (DNBA = 3,5‐dinitrobenzonic acid) with an asymmetric dinuclear ligand, N‐4‐methyl‐homopiperazine‐N′‐[N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)‐N‐2‐(2‐pyridylethyl)amine]‐1,3‐diamino‐propan‐2‐ol (HL), was synthesized and characterized. Single crystal X‐ray crystallographic analysis shows that the coordination around the two ZnII ions in 1 is significantly asymmetric, and the distance between both atoms is 3.426 Å, which is close to the Zn···Zn distance in related natural dinuclear metalloenzymes. Phosphodiesterase activity of Zn2L in situ formed from a 2:1 mixture of Zn2+ ion and HL was investigated using bis(4‐nitrophenyl) phosphate (BNPP) as substrate. The pH dependence of the BNPP cleavage in aqueous buffer media reveals a bell‐shaped pH‐kobs profile with an optimum at about pH 7.9, which is parallel to the formation of the dinuclear species Zn2L‐OH obtained from the potentiometric titration. The catalytic rate constant (kcat) is 6.30 × 10–4 s–1 at pH 7.9 and 25 °C, which is approx. 108‐fold higher than that of the uncatalyzed reaction. The homopiperazine bound deprotonated Zn‐OH group is responsible for the hydrolysis reaction. The possible mechanism for the BNPP cleavage promoted by Zn2L is proposed on the basis of kinetic and spectral analysis.  相似文献

Three coordination complexes, namely, [Zn(btbp)(3‐npa)]n ( 1 ), [Co(btbh)(3‐npa)]n ( 2 ), and {[Co(btbb)(5‐nipa)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 3 ) (btbp = 1,3‐bis(thiabendazole)propane, btbh = 1,6‐bis(thiabendazole)hexane, btbb = 1,4‐bis(thiabendazole)butane, 3‐H2npa = 3‐nitrophthalic acid and 5‐H2nipa = 5‐nitroisophthalic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a fascinating meso‐helical chain, which is further extended into a 2D supramolecular framework involving π ··· π stacking interactions. Complexes 2 and 3 show dinuclear structures. Complex 2 is further connected through C–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions to afford a 2D supramolecular layer, whereas complex 3 is further extended to a rare 2‐nodal (3,4)‐connected supramolecular sheet with a point symbol of {3.42.5.6.7}2{3.82} by O–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions. The electrochemical behaviors of the two cobalt complexes 2 and 3 were reported. Moreover, the luminescent properties for 1 and the photocatalytic properties for the complexes were investigated.  相似文献

A new dialkoxo‐bridged diiron(III) complex, [Fe2(BMA)2(CH3O)2Cl2]·2Cl·4CH3OH ( 1 ) [BMA = N,N‐bis(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine], was synthesized and characterized by UV‐visible absorption and infrared spectra and magnetic susceptibilities. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, a = 12.9659(19) Å, b = 10.0278(16) Å, c = 17.919(2) Å, β = 93.766(8)° , V = 2324.8(6) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1036, Dc = 1.426 g cm?3, µ = 0.908 mm?1. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, each Fe(III) ion lies in a highly distorted octahedral environment, and two Fe(III) ions are bridged by the methoxyl oxygens. Cryomagnetic analyses indicated a moderate antiferromagnetic interaction between the high‐spin Fe(III) ions, with J = ? 27.05 cm?1. Moreover, the binding interaction of DNA with the diiron complex was investigated by spectroscopic and agarose gel electrophoretic methods, showing moderate cleavage activity on pBR322 plasmid DNA at physiological pH and temperature. Four novel Schiff base nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes, derived from the end‐on (μ1,1‐N3) azide, end‐to‐end (μ1,3‐NCS) thiocyanate, or phenolate oxygen bridges, have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. They are the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Ni2(L1)2(MeCN)2(μ1,1‐N3)2]·MeOH ( 1 ), the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Ni2(L2)2(MeOH)2(μ1,1‐N3)2][Ni2(L2)2(OH2)2(μ1,1‐N3)2]·MeOH ( 2 ), the dinuclear double end‐to‐end thiocyanate‐bridged [Cu2(L3)2(μ1,3‐NCS)2] ( 3 ), and the dinuclear double phenolate O‐bridged [Cu2(L4)2(NCS)2] ( 4 ), where HL1, HL2, HL3 and HL4 are four tridentate Schiff bases obtained by the condensation of 3,5‐dibromosalicylaldehyde with N‐ethylethane‐1,2‐diamine, of 3,5‐dichlorosalicylaldehyde with N‐methylpropane‐1,3‐diamine, of 3‐bromo‐5‐chlorosalicylaldehyde with 2‐aminomethylpyridine, and of 5‐nitrosalicylaldehyde with 2‐aminomethylpyridine, respectively. Each nickel(II) atom in 1 and 2 is in an octahedral coordination, while each copper(II) atom in 3 and 4 is in a square pyramidal coordination. There exists crystallographic inversion centre symmetry in each of the complexes.  相似文献

Reaction between an aqueous ethanol solution of tin(II) chloride and that of 4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐one in the presence of O2 gave the compound cis‐dichlorobis(4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐onato) tin(IV) [(C26H26N4O4)SnCl2]. The compound has a six‐coordinated SnIV centre in a distorted octahedral configuration with two chloro ligands in cis position. The tin atom is also at a pseudo two‐fold axis of inversion for both the ligand anions and the two cis‐chloro ligands. Two CoII complexes, Co(phen)(HL)2 ( 1 ) and [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2]·H2O ( 2 ) (H2L = HOOC‐(CH2)5‐COOH), were synthesized and structurally characterized on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. In complex 1 the Co atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different hydrogenpimelato ligands. Through π—π stacking interactions between carboxyl group and phen ligand, the complex molecules are assembled into 1D columnar chains, which are connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 consists of the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Co atoms are each octahedrally surrounded by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two bis‐monodentate pimelato ligands and two H2O molecules at the trans positions. The results about thermal analyses, which were performed in flowing N2 atmosphere, on both complexes were discussed. Crystal data: ( 1 ) C2/c (no. 15), a = 13.491(1)Å, b = 9.828(1)Å, c = 19.392(2)Å, β = 100.648(1)°, U = 2526.9(4)Å3, Z = 4; ( 2 ) P1 (no. 2), a = 11.558(1)Å, b = 11.947(3)Å, c = 15.211(1)Å, α = 86.17(1)°, β = 75.55(1)°, γ = 69.95(1)°, U = 1910.3(3)Å3, Z = 2.  相似文献

Two new iron(III) complexes and one iron(II) complex have been synthesized from the solvothermal reactions of FeCl3·6H2O with 3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (Hbpt) in methanol or acetonitrile. KSCN acted as the reducing agent in the synthesis of iron(II) complex of 3 . [FeCl3(Hbpt)(H2O)]·H2O ( 1 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 7.475(1), b = 9.468(2), c = 12.309(2) Å, α = 73.880(2), β = 74.746(2), γ = 81.849(2)°, V = 805.2(2) Å3, Z = 2. [Fe2(bpt)2Cl4] ( 2 ): orthorhombic space group Pnnm with a = 9.895(2), b = 10.632(2), c = 13.195(2) Å, V = 1388.1(4) Å3, Z = 2. [Fe2(bpt)2(MeOH)2Cl2] ( 3 ): orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 14.4204(16), b = 9.8737(11), c = 19.792(2) Å, V = 2818.1(5) Å3, Z = 4. 1 features the first structurally characterized metal complex of the neutral Hbpt ligand in which the Hbpt ligand adopts an unprecedented zwitterionic form. 2 shows a neutral dinuclear iron(III) complex and the [Fe2(bpt)2]4+ unit is ideally planar. The two iron(III) ions separated by a distance of 4.408(2) Å are doubly triazolate‐bridged. Each dimeric unit is connected with six other dimeric ones via the bifurcated C‐H···Cl hydrogen bonds, these connections extend the dimeric moieties into a three‐dimensional molecular architecture. 3 is a neutral centrosymmetric dinuclear FeII complex, in which intermolecular moderate O‐H···N hydrogen bonding interactions between the methanol molecules and 4‐position nitrogen atoms of the triazolato groups extend the dinuclear species into a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture of (4,4) topology. Magnetic studies indicate there exists an antiferromagnetic spin coupling in FeIII2 and FeII2 units via the double triazolate bridges in 2 and 3 .  相似文献

The reaction of CuO'Bu with CO2, and iPr2NH in the presence of PPh3, gives the dialkylcarbamato complex [Cu(O2CNiPr2)(PPh3)2] ( 1 ). The CO2/R2NH system (R = Me, Et) in an appropriate organic medium reacts with Ag2O giving the corresponding N,N-dialkylcarbamato complexes of analytical formula [Ag(C2CNR2)] (R = Me, 2 ; R = Et, 3 ). The methyl derivative 2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data of 2 : for [Ag2(O2CNMe2)2], C6H12Ag2N2O4, mol. wt. 391.9; monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 12.08(1), b = 3.797(2), c = 11.316(7) Å, β = 113.37(6)°, V = 476.3 Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.732 g cm?3; μ(MoKα) = 40.64 cm?1, F(000) = 376.0; R = 0.059, Rw = 0.067; g.o.f. 1.27. The structure consists of dinuclear [(Ag2OCNMe2)2] units with slightly distorted linearly two-coordinated Ag-atoms containing bridging carbamato groups to form a substantially planar eight-membered ring with an intra-annular Ag? Ag distance of 2.837(2) Å; the dinuclear units are further joined by Ag? O bonds to form an infinite array. Compound 3 , which is presumably dinuclear, as suggested by cryoscopic measurements in benzene, undergoes a structural fission with PPh3, giving the mononuclear triphenylphosphine derivative [Ag(O2CNEt2)(PPh3)2] ( 4 ). The amine-catalyzed conversion of Ag2O into Ag2CO3, in the presence of the iPr2NH/CO2 system, is also reported. Cl-Exchange from [AuCl(PPh3)] with [Ag(O2CNEt2)] ( 3 ) gives the first N,N-dialkylcarbamato complex of gold, namely [Au(O2CNEt2)(PPh3)] ( 5 ), which crystallizes in the monoclinic system: C23H25AuNO2P · 0.5 C7H16, mol. wt. 625.5, space group P21/c; a = 13.212(5), b = 12.25(1), c = 16.795(6) Å, β = 109.09(2)°, V = 2568(2) Å3, Z = 4, Dc, = 1.618 g cm?3; μ(AgKα) = 31.40 cm?1, F(000) = 1236.0; R = 0.058; Rw = 0.064; g.o.f. 2.121. The compound contains two-coordinated Au-atom, namely to the P-atom and to the O-atom of the monodentate carbamato group, the P? Au? O bond angle being 174.7(3)°. The reaction with MeI showed these compounds to react predominantly at the carbamato O-atom giving the corresponding urethanes R2NCO2Me. Evidence was gathered for the transient coordination of CO to Ag in 3 .  相似文献

Two novel trinuclear nickel(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Compound [Ni3(ashz)3(py)2(DMF)2]·(DMF)2 ( 1 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 22.114(2), b = 10.509(9), c = 19.485(2) Å, β = 114.443(1)°, Z = 4; compound [Ni3(acshz)3(py)2(DMF)2]·(DMF)2 ( 2 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 20.0620(2), b = 9.7017(6), c = 25.0533(2) Å, β = 97.0610(2)°, Z = 4, where ashz and acshz are deprotonated N‐acetylsalicylhydrazide (H3ashz) and N‐acetyl‐5‐chlorosalicylhydrazide (H3acshz), respectively. The crystal structure analysis of 1 and 2 showed that three Ni2+ ions in a linear arrangement are bridged by two ligands ((ashz)3? or (acshz)3?) to form a neutral nuclear with two four‐coordinate square‐planar nickel ions linked by a six‐coordinate octahedral central nickel ion.  相似文献

Starting from the tripodal tetradentate ligands ‐(3,5‐dibromo‐2‐hydroxybenzyl)(2‐hydroxybenzyl)(2‐pyridyl)methylamine (H2L1), (3,5‐dibromo‐2‐hydroxybenzyl)(2‐hydroxy‐5‐nitrobenzyl)(2‐pyridyl)methylamine (H2L2), and (3,5‐dichloro2‐hydroxybenzyl)(2‐hydroxy‐5‐nitrobenzyl)(2‐pyridyl)methylamine (H2L3) the new isostructural dinuclear zinc compounds [Zn2(L1)2]·N(CH2CH3)3 ( 1 ), [Zn2(L2)2]·2CH3OH ( 2 ) and [Zn2(L3)2]·C4H10O ( 3 ) were synthesized. Due to their enzyme‐like trigonal bipyramidal N2O3 coordination environment of the zinc ions and the similar Zn···Zn distances the complexes can be considered to be structural models for the active sites in phospholipase C and nuclease P1. With H2L3 also the dinuclear complex [Co2(L2)2(CH3OH)]·2CH3OH·0.5C4H10O ( 4 ) could be prepared. The new compounds were isolated and characterized by single crystal X‐ray crystallography as well as infrared spectroscopy. The cobalt compound 4 was additionally characterized by UV‐Vis spectroscopy and magnetic measurements. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.2814(2), b = 28.6154(2), c = 13.1866(3) Å, β = 96.995(1)°, V = 4225.2(2) Å3, Z = 4. 2 and 3 are monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.084(5), b = 9.232(2), c = 21.849(4) Å, &β; = 96.83(3)°, V = 4623(2) Å3, Z = 4, and a = 22.7834(3), b = 9.2463(1), c = 21.6351(3) Å, &β; = 97.592(1)°, V = 4517.7(2) Å3, Z = 4, respectively. 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group I2/a with a = 22.4680(4), b = 20.5517(4), c = 22.8910(6) Å, &β; = 111.938(1)°, V = 9804.7(4) Å3, Z = 8. 4 shows an effective magnetic moment of 6.72 μB at 300 K which clearly indicates the presence of two cobalt(II) high spin ions with Curie‐Weiss behaviour above 80 K. At lower temperatures a decrease of the effective magnetic moment was observed.  相似文献

Three new letrozole complexes {[Cu(Le)4Cl2] · (H2O)} ( 1 ), {[Ni(Le)4Cl2] · (H2O)}( 2 ) and {[Co(Le)4Cl2] · (H2O)} ( 3 ) (Le = letrozole = 1‐[bis(4‐cyanophenyl)methyl]‐1, 2, 4‐triazole) were obtained from self‐assembly of CuCl2, NiCl2 · 6H2O, and CoCl2 · 6H2O with medicine letrozole. All compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental, single‐crystal as well as powder X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analyses. The analyses of the structures indicate that all crystals belong to monoclinic system, space group C2/c, for complex 1 with crystal data a = 34.501(18) Å, b = 12.724(7) Å, c = 16.116(9) Å, β = 114.958(7) °, V = 6414(6) Å 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2660, R1 = 0.0668, wR2 = 0.1574; for complex 2 , a = 34.769(6) Å, b = 12.7267(18) Å, c = 16.046(2) Å, β = 115.281(3) °, V = 6420.1(16) Å 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2656, R1 = 0.0510, wR2 = 0.0896; for complex 3 , a = 35.063(8) Å,b = 12.658(3) Å, c = 16.056(4) Å, β = 115.387(3) °, V = 6438(2) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2652, R1 = 0.0528, wR2 = 0.1205. The local arrangements around central metal atoms (CuII, NiII, and CoII) can be best described as distorted octahedra which are constructed by two chlorine atoms and four monodentate nitrogen atoms from different letrozole ligands. XRD results of 1 – 3 show that all peaks displayed in the measured patterns at room temperature closely match those in the simulated patterns generated from single‐crystal diffraction data, indicating single phases of 1 – 3 were formed.  相似文献

A dinuclear manganese(III) tetradentate Schiff-base complex, [Mn2(salophen)2(4,4′-bipy)3](BPh4)2 (1) (salophen = N,N′-o-phenylene-bis(salicylideneaminato)), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 crystallized in the triclinic, P 1 space group, a = 13.431(4), b = 13.791(4), c = 13.886(4) Å, α = 73.599(5)°, β = 80.410(6)°, γ = 71.241(5)°, V = 2328.3(12) Å3. Complex 1 contains two Mn(salophen) moieties bridged by 4,4′-bipy to form a dinuclear unit, with two terminal 4,4′-bipy ligands. Compounds 2 and 3 crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P‐1 and Z = 1, with a = 8.1140(3) Å, b = 8.2470(3) Å, c = 9.3120(4) Å, β = 102.2370(10)°, and V = 592.63(4) Å3 for 2 and a = 7.4780(2) Å, b = 12.5700(3) Å, c = 13.0450(3) Å, β = 96.351(2)°, and V = 1211.17(5) Å3 for 3 . Complex ( 1 ), the magnetic data was fitted by the Bleaney‐Bowers equation (1). A very good fit was derived with J = 23.96, Θ = ?1.5 (g = 1.97). Complex ( 1 ) shows the ferromagnetism. Complexes ( 2 ), ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) of have the it is the typical paramagnetic behavior of unpaired electrons. Under a low temperature around 25 K, complexes ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) show weak ferromagnetic behavior. They are the cause of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A donor–acceptor compound, diaqua‐1κO,2κO‐[μ‐11,23‐dimethyl‐3,7,15,19‐tetraazatricyclo[19.3.1.19,13]hexacosa‐1(25),2,7,9,11,13(26),14,19,21,23‐decaene‐25,26‐diolato‐1κ4N3,N7,O25,O26:2κ4N15,N19,O25,O26]dizinc(II) diperchlorate bis(8‐methylquinoline) ethanol disolvate, [Zn2(C24H26N4O2)(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2C10H9N·2C2H6O, obtained by the reaction of a dinuclear zinc(II) complex of a Robson macrocycle (acceptor) and 8‐methylquinoline (donor), lies about an inversion centre and the coordination about the unique Zn atom is a distorted square pyramid. The fifth coordination site is occupied by the water molecule, Zn—O = 2.016 (2) Å, and the average macrocyclic Zn—O and Zn—N distances are 2.059 (6) and 2.059 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C68H60N16O5Fe2, shows a dinuclear complex of two crystallographically independent, distorted hemiporphrazinato iron complexes with five‐coordinate iron and oxygen as bridging ligand. The Fe1‐O1‐Fe2 angle is 151.16°, the Fe‐O bond lengths are Fe1‐O1 [1.771(2) Å] and Fe2‐O1 [1.773(2) Å]. The dinuclear complexes have a staggered conformation with a dihedral angle of 26.2°, but coaxially to form tetrameric units is not observed. The molecule is characterized by short Fe‐N (isoindole) bonds [1.998(3) Å] and long Fe‐N (pyridine) bonds, values range from [2.175(3) Å] to [2.245(3) Å].  相似文献
