分析了磷化体半导体激光器、掺铒光纤激光器、掺铒固体激光器和基于光学参量振荡器的固体激光器等4种典型短波红外激光器的技术特点与现状,叙述了它们在光电主动侦察和反侦察中的应用。为了满足军用光电系统对激光设备的小型轻量化要求,如何提高半导体激光器、光纤激光器和掺铒固体激光器输出功率/能量,已经成为短波红外激光器发展的主流方向。指出基于光学参量振荡器的固体激光器在远距离选通观察、闪光成像雷达和激光损伤方面的优势依然非常明显,还应进一步提高激光输出能量和激光重复频率。  相似文献

A theoretical approach and qualitative analysis of the changes induced on the surface morphology and the formation of microstructures on silicon targets irradiated by excimer laser are presented. This study is based on theoretical principles of the laser ablation process, in particular, on the analysis of the contribution of the laser energy density, which involves the laser beam parameters and also the physical properties of the target material. For different laser incident angles, the formation of micro-columns oriented towards the laser incident direction is explained. Moreover, numerical simulations and ablation experiments carried out with an excimer laser corroborate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

从雾的物理特性出发,对激光在雾媒质中的传播衰减特性进行了理论研究。分别给出了无线激光通信系统的信号模型、噪声模型和透过率,并给出了不同激光波长、能见度、测量距离和接收器视场角对无线激光通信系统的影响。最后,以工作波长为10.6μm的激光为例,利用衰减率与透过率之间的关系,给出了平流雾及辐射雾中激光雾衰减随能见度、接收器视场角等的变化关系。数值分析表明:激光波长、雾的能见度、测量距离和接收器视场角对无线激光通信系统均有较大的影响。  相似文献

液晶相位调控器件在聚变点火、激光加工、光电对抗、激光雷达、激光通讯、激光防护等高功率激光领域有着非常广泛的应用及应用前景。但受限于构成器件材料自身抗激光损伤能力的限制以及缺乏对高功率激光辐照下液晶相位调控器件相位调控性能退化及损伤特性的系统研究,目前液晶相位调控器件的激光耐受力还难以满足高功率激光系统的应用和发展需求。为指导高激光耐受力液晶相位调控器件的制备工艺优化,对液晶相位调控器件在高峰值和高平均功率激光应用下出现的损伤现象以及性能退化进行了综述,最后对液晶相位调控器件激光耐受力提升方法做了总结和归纳。  相似文献

低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞诱导增殖效应的可见光谱特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
比较研究了可见波段405,514,633和785nm低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞的促增殖效应。实验采用100和1 000J.m-2两种有效能量密度的可见光波辐照细胞,照射后24,48,72h采用MTT法检测细胞活性。结果表明,405,633,785nm激光均能促进HeLa细胞增殖,且呈波长和时间依赖性;633nm激光辐照对细胞促增殖效应最显著;514nm激光辐照对HeLa细胞促增殖效应较不明显。不同光剂量对细胞增殖效应不同,405,633,785nm激光辐照时能量密度为1 000J.m-2的辐照组细胞增殖均较100J.m-2辐照组明显,而514nm激光辐照时1 000J.m-2辐照组与100J.m-2辐照组细胞增殖的差异不明显。  相似文献

为了获得高能紫外激光输出,开展了电子束泵浦XeCl准分子激光技术研究。详细介绍了四向电子束泵浦准分子激光装置的工作原理和结构特征,简述Marx发生器的放电电压、放电电流,激光气室中的沉积能量,激光脉冲能量、脉宽等参数的测量方法;研究了电子束泵浦XeCl准分子激光输出特性,得到了激光脉冲能量随激光气室内混合气体气压变化的规律,当激光器的充电电压为81kV时,获得了能量100J、脉宽200ns的XeCl准分子激光输出,其本征效率约为3.2%。并且开展了XeCl准分子激光辐照涂层材料力学特性研究,采用微型红外通光冲量探头测量不同条件下激光辐照涂层材料的冲量耦合系数,在常压空气环境中的冲量耦合系数约为8.32×10-5 N·W-1。  相似文献

研究了一种新型大功率激光脉冲二极管的输出特性,该激光二极管主要用于触发工作在高增益模式下的砷化镓光导开关。研制了基于射频金属-氧化物半导体场效应管的激光二极管驱动电路,可以为激光二极管提供上升沿、半高宽和峰值电流分别为4 ns,20 ns和130 A的脉冲驱动电流。研究了激光二极管输出的激光脉冲波形、能量、功率、光场分布等特性,并在Blumlein传输线结构中,研究了该大功率激光脉冲二极管的输出特性对工作于高增益模式下的光导开关的导通电阻、开关抖动等主要导通性能参数的影响规律。实验结果表明,激光脉冲的能量和功率越大,光斑面积越大、分布越均匀,在相同偏置电压条件下,光导开关的导通性能越好。  相似文献

射频激励板条CO2激光器输出激光近场光斑近似为一条线,远场光斑为O形图样。在垂直于光束传输方向的平面内,光束在一个方向发散很大,无法用于激光加工。根据激光器不同的激光功率级别及光束尺寸,分别采用了圆柱面镜、滤波光阑、扩束望远镜等不同组合的方法,将200 W激光器输出光束变换成远场光束为Φ6、近似TEM00模的圆形光束,500 W激光器远场光束为Φ10的低阶模的圆形光束。成功用于激光切割。  相似文献

为研究激光冲击对E690高强钢激光熔覆修复层微观组织的影响,选用专用金属粉末对E690高强钢试样预制凹坑进行激光熔覆修复,并使用脉冲激光对激光熔覆层进行冲击强化处理,同时采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线应力分析仪分别对激光冲击前后激光熔覆层的微观组织和表面残余应力进行检测。结果表明:激光熔覆修复后,激光熔覆层组织为等轴晶,熔覆层与E690高强钢基体之间冶金结合良好,其表面残余应力为均匀分布的压应力。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层截面晶粒得到细化,并观察到大量的形变孪晶,互相平行的孪晶界分割熔覆层粗大晶粒,在激光熔覆层的晶粒细化过程中发挥着重要作用;试样表层位错在{110}滑移面上发生交滑移,在晶界周围形成了位错缠结。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层冲击区域表面残余压应力数值相较于冲击前提升了1.1倍。  相似文献

 用高温应变计和热偶计等诊断技术,研究连续波氧碘化学激光(CW/COIL)与铝合金板作用产生的激光热应力。当照射靶面激光强度约1 000 W/cm2时,激光热应力随靶厚的增加而快速减小。当激光辐照靶材厚度h=1.00 mm、激光强度I=640~980 W/cm2时,激光热应力随辐照靶面激光强度的增加而增大。两者的激光热应力-时间曲线随靶厚的减薄或随辐照靶面激光强度的增加而变得越来越复杂。当靶厚h≤2.50 mm,辐照靶面激光强度I≥800 W/cm2时,激光热应力强度超过激光辐照区材料断裂强度,萌生许多孔洞裂纹,引起材料断裂破坏。  相似文献

This paper presents part of the larger study on microstructural features of mortars and it's effects on laser cleaning process. It focuses on the influence of surface roughness, porosity and moisture content of mortars on the removal of graffiti by Nd:YAG laser. The properties of this laser are as follows: wavelength (λ) 1.06 μm, energy: 500 mJ per pulse, pulse duration: 10 ns. The investigation shows that the variation of laser fluence with the number of pulses required for the laser cleaning can be divided into two zones, namely effective zone and ineffective zone. There is a linear relationship observed between number of pulses required for laser cleaning and the laser fluence in the effective zone, while the number of pulses required for the laser cleaning is almost constant even though the laser fluence increases in the ineffective zone. Moreover, surface roughness, porosity and moisture content of mortar samples have influence on the laser cleaning process. The effect of these parameters become however negligible at the high level of laser fluence. The number of pulses required for the laser cleaning is low for smooth surface or less porous mortar. Furthermore, the wetness of the samples facilitates the cleaning process.  相似文献

针对激光间接驱动装置中的六端注入球形靶腔结构,提出了新型光路排布方案,即单端集束分两环注入(内环注入角度为35°、外环注入角度为55°).为了对激光集束在球形腔壁上的辐照特性进行评价,提出了利用光通量对比度和FOPAI来评价单集束在球腔壁上光斑的均匀性,以及利用离散度和占空比来评价全部集束在球腔壁上光斑分布的均匀性.结果表明,新型光路排布方案与传统光路排布方案相比,集束在腔壁上的辐照特性保持一致,不仅可缓解在激光注入孔处的"堵孔"问题,而且还可避免传统光路排布方案中集束以小角度入射时在腔内传输所导致的复杂交叉重叠问题.新型光路排布方案可为球形腔结构在激光间接驱动装置中的方案设计提供有用参考.  相似文献

研究了在稀薄等离子体中强激光激发尾波场的情况 ,发现尾波场的激发与入射激光的脉冲宽度有共振现象。在光强很小情况下 ,共振所需要的入射激光脉冲宽度为λp 2 ,随着光强的增大共振激光脉冲宽度减小。同时发现在稀薄等离子体中激发的尾波势场与等离子体的密度几乎无关 ,而激发的尾波场最大电场强度与等离子体的密度有关。  相似文献

We studied a new pulse laser ablation phenomenon on a liquid surface layer, which is caused by the difference between the refractive indices of the two materials involved. The present study was motivated by our previous study, which showed that laser ablation can occur at the interface between a transparent material and a gas or liquid medium when the laser pulse is focused through the transparent material. In this case, the ablation threshold fluence is reduced remarkably. In the present study, experiments were conducted in water and air in order to confirm this phenomenon for a combination of two fluid media with different refractive indices. This phenomenon was observed in detail by pulse laser shadowgraphy. A high-resolution film was used to record the phenomenon with a Nd:YAG pulse laser with 10-ns duration as a light source. The laser ablation phenomenon on the liquid surface layer caused by a focused Nd:YAG laser pulse with 1064-nm wavelength was found to be followed by the splashing of the liquid surface, inducing a liquid jet with many ligaments. The liquid jet extension velocity was around 1000 m/s in a typical case. The liquid jet decelerated drastically due to rapid atomization at the tips of the ligaments. The liquid jet phenomenon was found to depend on the pulse laser parameters such as the laser fluence on the liquid surface, laser energy, and laser beam pattern. The threshold laser fluence for the generation of a liquid jet was 20 J/cm2. By increasing the incident laser energy with a fixed laser fluence, the laser focused area increased, which eventually led to an increase in the size of the plasma column. The larger the laser energy, the larger the jet size and the longer the temporal behavior. The laser beam pattern was found to have significant effects on the liquid jet’s velocity, shape, and history.  相似文献

实验研究了高功率纳秒量级激光脉冲在空气中聚焦时的能量透过率随输入激光脉冲能量变化的规律,发现在纳秒激光脉冲聚焦半径相同的情况下,激光脉冲的能量透过率随入射激光脉冲能量的变化可分为三种情况:当入射激光脉冲能量较低时,激光脉冲能量全部通过;当入射激光脉冲能量增大后,激光脉冲的能量透过率由近100%迅速减小;当入射激光脉冲的能量进一步增加时,激光脉冲的能量透过率继续缓慢变小.用临界自由电子密度以及所对应的临界时间点对上述实验现象进行了理论分析得到了如下结论:当自由电子密度未达到临界自由电子密度时,多光子电离过程起主要作用,而当自由电子密度超过临界自由电子密度后,逆韧致吸收过程起主要作用,临界时间点是入射激光脉冲与空气作用过程中自由电子密度达到临界自由电子密度的时刻.入射激光脉冲能量决定了临界时间点在脉冲作用时间上的位置,临界时间点的位置决定了激光脉冲的能量透过率.可以通过测量激光脉冲的能量透过率来计算出临界自由电子密度,从而确定出激光脉冲在空气中聚焦时的能量透过特性. 关键词: 临界自由电子密度 临界时间点 多光子电离 逆韧致吸收  相似文献

We report on a systematic study of the laser polarization effect on a femtosecond laser filamentation in air.By changing the laser's ellipticity from linear polarization to circular polarization, the onset position of laser filament formation becomes farther from the focusing optics, the filament length is shorter, and less laser energy is deposited. The laser polarization effect on air filaments is supported by a simulation and analysis of the polarization-dependent critical power and ionization rates in air.  相似文献

激光束的形状和能量分布限定了激光的应用范围,为满足不同的激光加工需要,必须对激光束进行变换。针对实验室用CO2激光器在热处理方面的应用,提出了激光扫描环形光斑光束优化法。基于温度场叠加原理建立了扫描环形光斑温度场的数学模型,模拟其温度场,可得到其温度分布特性;通过实验研究,分析了聚焦光斑与扫描环形光斑在激光淬火中对材料的热作用效果。结果表明,扫描环形光斑能改善激光热处理硬化层分布。理论和实验研究表明,激光扫描环形光斑技术可以实现激光热处理光束的优化,有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

The dependence of emission direction of fast electrons on the laser intensity has been investigated. The experimental results show that, at nonrelativistic laser intensities, the emission of fast electrons is mainly in the polarization plane. With the increase of the laser intensity, fast electrons emit towards the laser propagation direction from laser polarization direction. At relativistic laser intensities, fast electrons move away from the laser polarization plane, closely to the reflection direction of the incident laser beam.  相似文献
