A new method generating multiple-beams mutually pumped phase conjugation (MMPPC) in a photorefractive Bat- xSrxTiO3 crystal is demonstrated, in which a pumping beam is incident upon a-face of the crystal and two signal beams are introduced into + c face of the crystal with the almost same incident angle and position. The time evolution of the phase conjugations from signal beams and the dependence of phase-conjugate reflectivities on the input-beam intensity ratios are presented. Also, the amplitude coupled-wave equations based on the model of two interaction reigns is derived. The results obtained by numerical calculation of the corresponding coupled-wave equations show qualitative agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

对(BaSr)TiO3晶体中光诱导自泵浦位相共轭现象进行了实验研究。发现诱导自泵浦的输出特性取决于诱导光束强度和信号光的入射条件,并在一定条件下呈现双稳性.作者认为,这是由于诱导光束改变晶体中信号光束Fanning散射强度分布的结果。  相似文献

In weak doped photorefractive LiNbO3 crystal, the diffraction efficiency is highly relevant to the writing and reading beam polarizations. In this paper, based on dynamic coupled-wave equations, we theoretically discuss the diffraction efficiency under four writing and reading polarization conditions, then reach the proven conclusion that with o-polarized beams to write and with e-polarized beam to readout, the diffraction is the largest.  相似文献

采用传统固相反应法制备(La1-xGdx)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7(x=0,0.05)多晶样品,并通过测量样品的磁化强度与温度的变化曲线(M-T曲线)、电子自旋共振谱(ESR谱)和电阻率与温度的变化曲线(ρ-T曲线),研究了x=0和x=0.05样品的相分离现象.研究结果表明,两样品在低温部分出现了反铁磁与铁磁相互竞争的现象,体现出团簇自旋玻璃态的特征.x=0和x=0.05样品分别在125—375 K和100—375 K范围内观察到类Griffiths相,同时发现掺杂使得三维铁磁有序温度(T3Dc0≈125 K和T3Dc1≈100 K)降低,而对类Griffiths温度(TG≈375 K)没有明显影响.在TG温度以上两样品均表现出纯顺磁特性.其电特性表明,x=0样品在整个测量范围内出现两次绝缘-金属转变,这是由钙钛矿锰氧化物共生现象所致.而x=0.05样品只出现一次绝缘-金属转变,表明掺杂能抑制共生现象的产生.通过对ρ-T曲线的拟合发现两样品在高温部分的导电方式基本都遵循三维变程跳跃的导电方式.  相似文献

A series of (La_{1-x}Tb_x)_{2/3}Sr_{1/3}MnO_3 polycrystalline samples has been studied by means of x-ray diffraction, magnetostriction, and thermal expansion measurements. It has been found that this series undergoes a phase transition from a rhombohedral to an orthorhombic form at the doping level x≈0.20 at room temperature accompanied by an anisotropic magnetostriction up to -50×10^{-6} under a magnetic field of 1T. The linear and volume magnetostrictions vary with chemical composition, even change sign. At T=80K, the magnetostrictions for the samples of x=0.20 and 0.40 exhibit different behaviours. The sample of x=0.20 has positive volume and linear magnetostrictions and a negative anisotropic magnetostriction, while the sample of x=0.40 has an opposite behaviour. The magnitude of volume magnetostriction for both the samples is essential (~10^{-4}) at T=80K under a magnetic field of 4T. We conclude that these anomalous effects are due to the charge delocalization and the structural phase transition between orthorhombic and rhombohedral forms induced by the applied magnetic field.  相似文献

采用溅射方法成功地制备了CaCu33Ti44O1212薄膜, 用原子力显微镜、x射线衍射(XRD)仪和LCR分析仪对样品进行形貌、物相结构和介电性质的研究.XRD表明,薄膜比块体的晶 格常数小但晶格畸变较大;LCR测量结果显示,在相同温度下薄膜比块体的相对介电常数低 ,薄膜相对介电常数由低到高转变时对应的温度较高且激活能较大.分析表明:薄膜的相对 介电常数较低是样品中晶相含量较低、缺陷较多使内部阻挡层电容大量减小、致密度不高引 起的;薄膜中 关键词: 磁控溅射 3Ti44O1212')" href="#">CaCu33Ti44O1212 介电常 数 激活能  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Ba9(Y2-xScx)(SiO4)6:Ce3+,Mn2+(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)样品。在该体系中,当Sc3+含量从x=0逐渐增加至x=2时,Ce3+的蓝光发射强度提高了1.7倍;同时,Mn2+的红光发射强度提高了1.9倍,显示了优良的红光特性。样品的发射光谱和漫反射光谱表明,Ce3+、Mn2+发射强度的增加与Ce3+吸收能力和Ce3+向Mn2+能量传递的提升有直接关系。研究了样品Ba9Sc2(SiO4)6:Ce3+,Mn2+的热稳定性。随着温度的升高,Mn2+的红光发射呈现先升后降的态势。当温度从室温升至488 K时,Mn2+发射强度仅下降至室温时的84%,表现出优良的热稳定性。高亮的红光发射和优良的热稳定性表明该荧光材料可为紫外基白光LED提供良好的红色光源。  相似文献

The temperature dependence of Mn ion magnetization and the conductivity difference versus temperature provide phase separation evidence in Nd1-xSrxMnO3 (x=0.50, 0.51, 0.52, 0.53, 0.54, 0.55). This is different from other reports and may suggest that a fully charge-ordered state exists in quite a narrow range; the sample preparation procedure affects the charge ordering. The polaron effect also plays an important role in explaining the conductivity.  相似文献

铁基超导体是在2008年由Hosono发现的一种新型超导材料, 由于其具有上临界场高、各向异性小、临界电流密度大等优点, 在世界范围内引起了广泛关注. 以Ba1-xKxFe2As2为代表的FeAs-122系超导体具有结构简单、合成温度低、单晶容易制备等优点, 是物理学家和材料学家关注的焦点. 本工作在获得最优化掺杂的Ba1-xKxFe2As2单晶(Tc = 38.5 K)基础上, 通过分析其在不同磁场条件下电阻温度变化关系、不同温度条件下的磁滞回线等数据, 系统的研究了Ba1-xKxFe2As2单晶磁通钉扎力和磁通钉扎机理. 研究发现Ba1-xKxFe2As2超导体具有非常高的磁通钉扎势, 其中9 T的外场条件下, 其在H//c轴和H//ab面的钉扎势分别为5800 K和8100 K, 展示出良好的应用前景; 通过进一步分析发现, 其磁通钉扎机理应是由于晶格内部的小尺寸缺陷引起的电子平均自由程变化而导致的δl钉扎.  相似文献
