A compact and efficient CW Cr: LiSGaF laser pumped by two 670 nm laser diodes was reported. Average power as high as 125 mW was generated with a absorbed pump power of 800 mW. The slope efficiency was 17.2%, and the threshold was 72 mW. The tunability of the laser in detail was investigated and a tuning range of 100 nm from 790 to 890 nm was obtained.  相似文献

分别使用976 nm半导体激光器和1040 nm光纤激光器作为泵浦源,实现了1137 nm长波光纤激光器的出光,输出功率均超过百mW。激光器采用相同的线性腔结构,高反光栅和低反光栅的反射率分别为99.6%和39.7%,增益介质是一段8 m长的掺镱光纤,纤芯直径5 m。当976 nm半导体泵浦功率为912 mW时,1137 nm激光输出功率为182 mW,对应的斜率效率为28.5%;当1040 nm激光功率为1.59 W时,输出的1137 nm激光功率为278 mW,斜率效率约为25%。在此基础上对两种泵浦方式进行了对比分析。  相似文献

Continuous-wave laser oscillation of Cr(3+):MgO at room temperature was realized under argon-ion laser pumping at 476 and 514 nm. The free-running laser wavelength was 840 nm, and with different mirror sets laser oscillation at 824, 830, 870, and 878 nm was also realized. With different crystals a maximum output power of 48 mW and a lowest threshold with respect to the absorbed pump power of 80 mW were realized. The slope efficiencies with respect to the absorbed pump power were as high as 2.3%. No thermal effects were observed for absorbed pump powers as great as 2.7 W.  相似文献

 采用974 nm半导体激光器作为泵浦源,超高掺杂Yb3+光纤作为增益介质,利用光纤的非线性偏振旋转效应,得到稳定的ps量级锁模光脉冲。泵浦功率220 mW时,激光器锁模阈值功率150 mW,输出功率26 mW,锁模光脉冲中心波长1 046 nm,3 dB带宽6.01 nm,20 dB带宽16 nm,脉宽22 ps,重复频率20 MHz。与同类光纤激光器相比,该激光器输出功率高,具有更好的稳定性。  相似文献

A CW, DCM dye laser has been used to pump a RbCl:Li crystal in a color center laser. The DCM dye laser was pumped by the 488 nm and 514.5 nm lines of an argon ion laser. When used in a broad band configuration the dye laser had a power output in the TEM00 mode in excess of 600 mW at a wavelength of 655 nm. An output power in excess of 10 mW at 2.73 μm was possible from the RbCl:Li crystal in a Burleigh FCL for an input power of 600 mW at 655 nm. This method of pumping for the RbCl:Li alleviates the need for both argon ion and krypton ion laser pumps for the Burleigh FCL. All three crystals can be pumped to the specification power levels with a single argon ion laser.  相似文献

采用激励光源为82MHz、514.5nm的皮秒荧光光谱装置对PS颗粒、内周天线CP43、CP47三种样品进行研究,通过探测三种样品的荧光总光谱强度随激光功率的变化,测得PS颗粒样品在激光功率为120mW时,荧光强度趋于饱和;CP43在激光功率为73mW时,荧光趋于饱和,但当激光功率为82mW时,荧光强度有下降趋势;而在激光功率为20~96mW的范围内,CP47的荧光强度与激光功率几乎是线性关系.依据它们的荧光量子产额与激光功率的关系,认为CP47中存在较强的激子效应.几种样品的荧光光谱范围分别为700~780nm(PS颗粒);640~780nm(CP43);630~775nm(CP47).CP43和CP47的最大荧光峰分别为680nm和690nm,荧光寿命分别为3.543ns和3.222ns.在514.5nm激光激发下,CP43和CP47中最先受激发的是β-Car分子,发射荧光的是Chla分子,理论计算认为在CP43和CP47中Chla分子发射荧光的效率分别为38.3%和40.6%.  相似文献

We demonstrate a passively multi-wavelength Q-switched Ytterbium-doped fiber laser (YDFL) based on a multi-wall carbon nanotubes embedded in polyethylene oxide film as saturable absorber. The YDFL generates a stable multi-wavelength with spacing of 1.9 nm as the 980 nm pump power is fixed within 62. 4 mW and 78.0 mW. The repetition rate of the laser is tunable from 10.41 to 29.04 kHz by increasing the pump power from the threshold power of 62.4 mW to 78 mW. At 78 mW pump power, the maximum pulse energy of 38 nJ and the shortest pulse width of 8.87 µs are obtained.  相似文献

Employing 0.3 nm diameter single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)as saturable absorbers,we demonstrate a passively mode-locked fiber laser operating at 1950 nm.The 0.3 nm diameter SWCNTs are prepared by pyrolyzing dipropylamine in the channels of zeolite crystals Mg APO-11(AEL).The laser pumped by a 1550 nm laser source produces 972 fs pulses with a spectral width at half-maximum of 4.2 nm and a repetition rate of 21.05 MHz,an average output power of 2.3 mW corresponding to the maximum pump power of 420 mW with a 10%output coupler.  相似文献

报道了一种激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦10at%掺杂Yb∶YAG激光晶体(4×4×1 mm)和Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO的腔内倍频全固态绿光激光器.为了克服“绿光问题”,采用了两个激光二极管偏振耦合系统.在双路泵浦功率为1.2 W时,获得最高功率为40 mW 525 nm的连续基模激光输出.在腔内插入Cr4+:YAG饱和吸收体被动调Q,在泵浦功率为1.2 W时,可以获得平均功率为5.2 mW,脉冲重复频率为2.44 kHz,脉冲宽度为51.5 ns,峰值功率为41.7 W的515 nm脉冲激光输出.输出波长发生变化,而且515 nm脉冲激光输出的阈值仅为728 mW.  相似文献

制作了基于KMnF_3∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)纳米晶材料的工作波长655 nm的聚合物平面光波导放大器。材料的吸收光谱表明,KMnF_3∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)纳米晶在980 nm附近有很强的吸收。在980 nm激光的激发下,由于Er~(3+)和Mn2+能级之间的能量传递,KMnF_3∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)纳米晶产生了很强的红色上转换发光。根据KMnF_3∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)纳米粒子的发光特性,制备了KMnF_3∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)NCs-PMMA复合材料,用其作为芯层设计了掩埋形结构光波导放大器,利用传统的半导体工艺完成器件制备。器件测试结果表明,当655 nm信号光功率为0.1 m W、980 nm泵浦功率为260 m W时,器件获得了2.7 d B的相对增益。  相似文献

One-dimensional deposition of a neutral chromium atomic beam focused by a near-resonant Gaussian standing- laser field is discussed by using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta type algorithm. The deposition pattern of neutral chromium atoms in a laser standing wave with different laser power is discussed and the simulation result shows that the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of a nanometer stripe is 115nm and the contrast is 2.5:1 with laser power 3.93mW; the FWHM is 0.8nm and the contrast is 27:1 with laser power 16mW, the optimal laser power; but with laser power increasing to 50mW, the nanometer structure forms multi-crests and the quality worsens quickly with increasing laser power.  相似文献

For the first time to the authors' knowledge, an integrated optical distributed Bragg reflector laser with a fixed photorefractive grating in LiNbO(3) is demonstrated. Sample preparation, grating fabrication, and laser characteristics are reported. The device is pumped by a fiber pigtailed laser diode (lambda(p) approximately 1480 nm) through the Bragg grating in a double-pass configuration, yielding an emission in the backward direction at lambda=1531.7nm . The laser threshold is 40 mW; as much as 5 mW of output power has been obtained at 110 mW of launched pump power in cw operation.  相似文献

Single-wave length operation of a c-cut Tm (5%), Ho (0.3%):YAP microchip laser pumped by a fiber-coup led diode-laser was reported. Under cryogenic temperature, the output power of 188 mW was obtained under the incident power of 2230 mW, corresponding to the slope efficiency was 12.2%. As much as 168 mW output and slope efficiency of 5.7% was obtained under the pump power of 3400 mW at 291 K. In addition, a maximum single-wave length output power of 60 mW at wavelength of 2130.2 nm and 14 mW at wavelength of 2102.4 nm is demonstrated under 77 and 291 K, respectively.  相似文献

An all-fiber type Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+) co-doped fiber laser   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this paper, a distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) type Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+) co-doped fiber laser of high output power and high slope efficiency was developed. Its gain medium was a 4.45-m-long Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped fiber. When it was pumped by a 1064-nm Nd:YAG, the linewidth of output laser was measured as 0.072 nm by 3 dB and 0.192 nm by 25 dB at 1552.08 nm. The maximum output power was measured as 69 mW. Its power stability was < 5%, side mode suppression ratio was 59 dB, and the output wavelength stability was ±0.01 nm. The laser had a threshold of 12 mW and a slope efficiency of 22%.  相似文献

We report efficient cw laser operation of laser diode pumped Pr(3+)-doped LiYF4 crystals in the visible spectral region. Using two InGaN laser diodes emitting at λ(P)=443.9?nm with maximum output power of 1?W each and a 2.9-mm-long crystal with a doping concentration of 0.5%, output powers of 938?mW, 418?mW, 384?mW, and 773?mW were achieved for the laser wavelengths 639.5?nm, 607.2?nm, 545.9?nm, and 522.6?nm, respectively. The maximum absorbed pump powers were approximately 1.5?W, resulting in slope efficiencies of 63.6%, 32.0%, 52.1%, and 61.5%, as well as electro-optical efficiencies of 9.4%, 4.2%, 3.8%, and 7.7%, respectively. Within these experiments, laser diode-pumped laser action at 545.9?nm was demonstrated for what is believed to be the first time.  相似文献

A continuous-wave laser oscillation was demonstrated with a Yb-doped fluorapatite (FAP) crystal pumped with a 905 nm Ti:sapphire laser. The output characteristics for different output couplers were investigated. A maximum power of 67mW at a 1043nm wavelength was obtained with 10% output coupler, pumped by a Ti:sapphire laser with 910mW power. This corresponds to a slope efficiency of 26.5%.  相似文献

An efficient and single frequency Er:YAG laser pumped by an MGo:PPLN laser locked at 1532 nm with double F-P etalons was reported. The Er:YAG laser operated at 1645 nm, 550 mW of 1645 nm output was achieved under total incident pump power of 7 W. Using the etalons, 45 mW single frequency 1645.1 nm laser was achieved.  相似文献

We have developed an efficient room-temperature 10 at-% Yb:YAG thin chip (7 mm×7 mm×1 mm) laser operating at 1.053 μm pumped by a Ti-sapphire laser operating at 940 nm. 320 mW of output power was obtained for an absorbed pump power of 791 mW.
