Up to 40 kbar and 1100°C, CaSi2 is dimorphic. Trigonal/rhombohedral CaSi2I (CaSi2-type structure) with corrugated layers of three-connected Si atoms can be transformed by a high pressure-high temperature treatment into tetragonal CaSi2II (α-ThSi2-type structure) with a three-dimensional net of three-connected Si atoms. The silicon net of CaSi2II is slightly distorted from the topologically simplest tetragonal three-dimensional three-connected net derived on a geometrical basis. In order to correlate crystal chemical with thermochemical data the transformation between both polymorphs of CaSi2 has been studied at equilibrium and nonequilibrium conditions. The pressure-temperature phase diagram of CaSi2 has been investigated by X-ray technique in quenched samples. From the slope of the equilibrium line and the change in molar volume the approximate values of the entropy and energy of transformation CaSi2(I-II) have been determined ΔS = 3.2 e.u., ΔU = 4.9 kcal/mole. Under nonequilibrium conditions the transformation CaSi2(II-I) yielded ΔH = ?4.2 kcal/mole at 500°C and ambient pressure in a DTA apparatus. Complete transformation of metastable CaSi2II can be achieved within 5 min at a heating rate of 20°C/min. Due to the relatively high speed of transformation simple structural relations between both polymorphs of CaSi2 are discussed.  相似文献

Solid-solid transitions in trimorphic BaSi2 have been investigated up to 40 kbar and 1000°C by X-ray powder technique in quenched samples. All transformations between orthorhombic BaSi2I with isolated Si-tetrahedra, trigonal BaSi2II with corrugated Si-layers, and cubic BaSi2III with a three-dimensional three-connected Si-net can be performed in approximately 5 min at high-pressure-high-temperature conditions. At ambient conditions the difference in molar volume between BaSI2I and BaSi2III is relatively large (ΔVI–III = ?6.79 cm3/mole) and that between BaSi2III and BaSi2II very small (ΔVIII-II = ?0.05 cm3/mole). Consequently in the pressure-temperature phase diagram the boundary (I–III) shows a strong pressure dependence contrary to that of (III-II) which is less dependent on variation of pressure. The triple point between the three solid phases is near 11 kbar and 925°C. Substitution of divalent metal and quadrivalent metalloid can easily influence the phase relations in BaSi2.  相似文献

以SrCO3,Si3N4,Eu2O3为原料,在N2气氛下,采用自还原高温固相法制备了SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+荧光粉。研究了该荧光粉的物相结构、发光性能和晶体形貌,同时对比在不同气氛下合成的荧光粉。结果表明,在N2气氛与N2/H2气氛下分别合成的SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+荧光粉物相结构和光谱特性基本一致。显示出合成了主晶相SrSi2O2N2,但还含有少量未知的中间项。Eu2+浓度的变化不影响激发状态,而发射光谱的波长在Eu2+浓度为1mol%-20mol%之间,从530 nm的绿光红移至550 nm的黄绿光区域。同时,激发光谱覆盖的范围宽,均能有效的被UV或蓝光激发,这意味着该类荧光粉在白光LED方面有可能得到广泛的应用。  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) cobalt phosphate: Co5(OH2)4(HPO4)2(PO4)2 (1), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and magnetic techniques. The title compound is a template free cobalt phosphate. Compound 1 exhibits a complex net architecture based on edge- and corner-sharing of CoO6 and PO4 polyhedra. The magnetic susceptibility measurements indicated that the title compound obeys Curie-Weiss behavior down to a temperature of 17 K at which an antiferromagnetic phase transition occurs.  相似文献

A novel manganese phosphite-oxalate, [C2N2H10][Mn2II(OH2)2(HPO3)2(C2O4)] has been hydothermally synthesized and its structure determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure consists of neutral manganese phosphite layers, [Mn(HPO3)], formed by MnO6 octahedra and HPO3 units, cross-linked by the oxalate moieties. The organic cations occupy the middle of the 8-membered one-dimensional channels. Magnetic studies indicate weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn2+ ions.  相似文献

The effect of replacement of R4Sn by germanium and silicon derivatives as the promoter for the catalyst system Re2O7/SiO2-Al2O3 in the metathesis of hex-1-ene, and the system Re2O7/B2O3/SiO2-Al2O3 in the metathesis of methyl oleate, was studied. The new promoters react slowly with the rhenium oxide. An activation time of about 15 min at temperatures varying from 50 to 75 °C is required for obtaining a good catalytic activity. These promoters can replace the toxic tin compounds, although they give rise to lower turnover numbers in the metathesis of methyl oleate.  相似文献

锰氧化物是一类重要的且具有广泛应用背景的材料, 控制合成不同形貌和组成的锰氧化物纳米结构将有助于拓宽其应用领域. 本文报道了以Mn3O4为前驱体, 通过水热法控制合成MnO2纳米结构的方法. 用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对产物进行表征. 在硫酸体系中,当反应温度为80 和180 ℃时, 所得产物分别为γ-MnO2海胆结构和β-MnO2单晶纳米棒. 此外, MnOOH纳米线可以在稀酸溶液中合成. 考察了反应温度、溶液酸度、反应时间对产物结构的影响, 并提出了基于γ-MnO2为中间产物的反应机理. 实验结果表明, 水热体系促进了产物的各向异性生长并最终形成不同形貌和结构的锰氧化物.  相似文献

Mass spectrometric studies of the products of the reaction of XeF2 with silicon in the dark and under visible illumination have been carried out. The data show that photo-enchancement of the reaction is substantially different from thermal enchancement. It is proposed that photogenerated charge carries influence strongly both the overall etch rate and the reaction product distribution.  相似文献

Transformations of Pt/TiO2 catalyst between non-SMSI and SMSI states have been investigated by repeatedH2–O2 titration. The decline of capacity of H2 and O2 chemisorption and their reaction on Pt particles is accountable by reduction of superficial labile oxygen species in the temperature range of 298–573 K and an increase of surface oxygen vacancies on TiO2 above 573 K, respectively.  相似文献

α-Ca3(BN2)2 crystallizes in the cubic system (space group: ) with one type of calcium ions disordered over of equivalent (8c) positions. An ordered low-temperature phase (β-Ca3(BN2)2) was prepared and found to crystallize in the orthorhombic system (space group: Cmca) with lattice parameters: , , and . Structure refinements on the basis of X-ray powder data have revealed that orthorhombic β-Ca3(BN2)2 corresponds to an ordered super-structure of cubic α-Ca3(BN2)2. The space group Cmca assigned for β-Ca3(BN2)2 is derived from by a group-subgroup relationship.DSC measurements and temperature-dependent in situ X-ray powder diffraction studies showed reversible phase transitions between β- and α-Ca3(BN2)2 with transition temperatures between 215 and 240 °C.The structure Sr3(BN2)2 was reported isotypic with α-Ca3(BN2)2 () with one type of strontium ions being disordered over of equivalent (2c) positions. In addition, a primitive () structure has been reported for Sr3(BN2)2. Phase stability studies on Sr3(BN2)2 revealed a phase transition between a primitive and a body-centred lattice around 820 °C. The experiments showed that both previously published structures are correct and can be assigned as α-Sr3(BN2)2 (, high-temperature phase), and β-Sr3(BN2)2 (, low-temperature phase).A comparison of Ca3(BN2)2 and Sr3(BN2)2 phases reveals that the different types of cation disordering present in both of the cubic α-phases () have a directing influence on the formation of two distinct (orthorhombic and cubic) low-temperature phases.  相似文献

The intermolecular potentials for D2, N2, O2, F2 and CO2 are determined on the basis of the second virial coeffincients, the polarizabilities parallel and perpendicular to the molecular axes, and the electric quadrupole moment. The repulsive parts of the potentials are taken from the corresponding Kihara core-potentials. Effects of the octopolar induction are taken into consideration in a unique way. The potential depends on relative orientations of the two molecules as well as the distance r between the molecular centers. This dependence is shown in graphs. A measure of the anisotropy of the potential depth is 0.72 for CO2 0.36 for D2, and smaller than 0.27 for N2 O2 and F2. The remarkable anisotropy for CO2 and D2 is due to strong electrostatic quadrupole interactions.  相似文献

Photoionization thresholds of Si n (n=2–40) were examined by vacuum UV radiation (5.7–8.5 eV) generated by stimulated Raman scattering of narrow-bandwidth 193-nm radiation in high pressure hydrogen and deuterium gases. A strong threshold energy dependence on cluster size is observed, featuring major maxima at 10 and 20. The magic behavior atn=10 is consistent with the results of the photofragmentation and CID experiments reported previously.  相似文献

An experimental study on the conversion of NO in the NO/N2, NO/O2/N2, NO/C2H4/N2 and NO/C2H4/O2/N2 systems has been carried out using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasmas at atmospheric pressure. In the NO/N2 system, NO decomposition to N2 and O2 is the dominating reaction; NO conversion to NO2 is less significant. O2 produced from NO decomposition was detected by an on-line mass spectrometer. With the increase of NO initial concentration, the concentration of O2 produced decreases at 298 K, but slightly increases at 523 K. In the NO/O2/N2 system, NO is mainly oxidized to NO2, but NO conversion becomes very low at 523 K and over 1.6% of O2. In the NO/C2H4/N2 system, NO is reduced to N2 with about the same NO conversion as that in the NO/N2 system but without NO2 formation. In the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system, the oxidation of NO to NO2 is dramatically promoted. At 523 K, with the increase of the energy density, NO conversion increases rapidly first, and then almost stabilizes at 93–91% of NO conversion with 61–55% of NO2 selectivity in the energy density range of 317–550 J L−1. It finally decreases gradually at high energy density. A negligible amount of N2O is formed in the above four systems. Of the four systems studied, NO conversion and NO2 selectivity of the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system are the highest, and NO/O2/C2H4/N2 system has the lowest electrical energy consumption per NO molecule converted.  相似文献

NbH5(dmpe)2 readily reacts with two mol of CO or ethylene (L) to give NbHL2(dmpe)2. Phase equilibria in the Ba3(VO4)2-K2Ba(MoO4)2 and Pb3(VO4)2-K2Pb(MoO4)2 systems have been investigated. In the first system, a continuous series of substitutional solid solutions with the palmierite structure is formed, and in the second one, the polymorphic transition in lead orthovanadate at 100°C restricts the extent of the palmierite-type solid solution to 10–100 mol % K2Pb(MoO4)2. A novel malonate-bridged copper (II) compound of formula {[Cu4(4,4′-bpy)8(mal)2(H2O)4](ClO4)2(H2O)4(CH3OH)2}n (4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine; mal = malonate dianion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. This compound exhibits a novel three-dimensional network being composed of Cu-4,4′-bipyridine layers which are pillared by malonate bridge ligands. The reactions (I) Hg2Cl2(s) + Br2(g) and (II) HgCl2(s) + HgBr2(s) have been investigated by an X-ray method. Both the reactions yield two forms of the mixed halide HgClBr, designated as α-HgClBr and β-HgClBr. The cell parameters of the two are as follows:α-HgClBr: a = 6.196 A?, b = 13.12 A?, c = 4.37 A?, z = 4, ? = 5.91 g/cm3. The powder pattern and cell parameters are similar to that of HgCl2. Therefore it is probable that the chlorine atoms, in the linear halogenHghalogen molecules of HgCl2 structure have been replaced by bromines, and since the radius of the bromine atom is larger than that of chlorine, the lattice is larger in this case.β-HgClBr: a = 6.78 A?, b = 13.175 A?, c = 4.17 A?, z = 4, ? = 5.40. These parameters are the same as those reported in the literature for β-Hg(ClBr)2, and its X-ray powder pattern is similar to HgCl2. Therefore this phase also has linear halogenHghalogen molecules but the distribution of Cl and Br atoms is perhaps random.Heating the products (I) and (II) up to the melting point increases the amount of α phase and decreases the β phase, whereas crystallization increases the β phase. The single crystal of a supramolecule, {Eu2(p-BDC)3(Phen)2(H2O)2}n (p-BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate), with characteristic luminescence of Eu3+ was obtained by means of soft chemistry. The crystal structure determination reveals that each Eu3+ ion is coordinated by five oxygen atoms of p-BDC anions, one oxygen atom from water molecule, and two nitrogen atoms of Phen, respectively, resulting in an eight-coordinated Eu3+ center and a distorted square antiprism coordination polyhedron. Four bridges, two carboxylates of μ4-p-BDC and two of μ3-p-BDC, connect two Eu atoms into a binuclear unit. Moreover, the μ3-p-BDC integrates the binuclear building blocks at the direction of b axis and the μ4-p-BDC polymerizes the structure roughly along the direction of the sum vector of axis b and c, respectively, forming two-dimensional layers. Hydrogen bonds between layers make the structure a three-dimensional network. The luminescence spectra measured under 77 K demonstrate the antenna effect of Phen and the 5D15D0 energy transfer path within Eu3+ ion. Both luminescence spectra and crystal structure lead to the conclusion that the local symmetry around the Eu3+ ion is C1 and that more than one Eu3+ ion sites having slight environmental difference are present.  相似文献
