The 1H, 13C, 15N and 19F NMR spectra of nine DL-phenylalcoholamides bearing fluorine and chlorine as substituents of the phenyl ring are reported. All of them are active as anticonvulsants in pentylenetetrazole-induced seizures.  相似文献

Three N-substituted pyrazoles and three N-substituted indazoles [1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (1), 1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (2), 1-tosyl-pyrazole (3), 1-p-chlorobenzoylindazole (4), 1-tosylinda-zole (5) and 2-(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)-indazole (6)] have been studied by NMR spectroscopy in solution (1H, 13C, 15N) and in the solid state (13C, 15N). The chemical shifts have been compared with GIAO/DFT calculated absolute shieldings. Some discrepancies have been analyzed.  相似文献

NMR spectroscopic studies are undertaken with derivatives of 2‐pyrazinecarboxylic acid. Complete and unambiguous assignment of chemical shifts (1H, 13C, 15N) and coupling constants (1H,1H; 13C,1H; 15N,1H) is achieved by combined application of various 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. Unequivocal mapping of 13C,1H spin coupling constants is accomplished by 2D (δ,J) long‐range INEPT spectra with selective excitation. Mesomeric heteropentalene betaines are conjugated fused polyheterocyclic structures that represent interesting intermediates for organic synthesis. Five such structures, containing at least four nitrogen atoms and various substituents, have been characterized by 1H, 13C and 15N NMR. We report, apparently for the first time, nitrogen NMR data and coupling information on such systems. Inter‐ring long‐range correlations across five bonds with 15N (5JHN) and up to seven bonds with 13C (6JHC and 7JHC) were observed in HSQC experiments. The incorporation of an electron‐withdrawing substituent such as NO2 was observed to cause an increase in the magnitude of the remote couplings and deshielding of nearby protons, carbons and on all nitrogen atoms of the structure, including remote ones situated on other cycles. 2,3,8,9,10,11‐Hexahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐2,3,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐6‐hydroxy‐1,2,3,7a,8,9,10,11,11a,11b‐decahydro‐7H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐one, 5‐methoxy‐5,6,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol, 5,6,8,9,10,11‐hexahydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol and 5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐dibenzo[de,h]quinolin‐7‐ol were prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of oxoisoaporphines or their 2,3‐dihydro derivatives over PtO2 in acetic acid under mild conditions. We describe a complete analysis of the 1H and 13C spectra of the anti-inflamatory, schistossomicidal and trypanosomicidal sesquiterpene lactone 15-deoxygoyazensolide. This lactone, with a structure similar to other important ones, was studied by NMR techniques such as COSY, HMQC, HMBC, Jres and NOE experiments. The comparison of the data with some computational results led to an unequivocal assignment of all hydrogen and carbon chemical shifts, even eliminating some previous ambiguities. We were able to determine all hydrogen coupling constants (J) and signal multiplicities and to confirm the stereochemistry. A new method for the determination of the relative position of the lactonization and the position of the ester group on a medium-sized ring by NMR was developed.  相似文献

The assignment of the diazo site in products of the reaction of p-toluenesulfonylhydrazine with beta-lapachone, 3,4-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-2H-naphtho[1,2-b]pyran-5,6-dione, and other 1,2-naphthoquinones in methanol solution at room temperature has been accomplished using 1H,13C HMBC and 1H,15N HMBC NMR experiments. Only one diazo-naphthalenone product was isolated in yields ranging from 50-100% from each reaction. The site of diazo substitution of beta-lapachone and derivatives is the 1-position, in contrast to substitution at the 2-position in 4-MeO-1,2-naphthoquinone. Steric factors, rather than electronic factors, control the reaction site. Along with 2-diazo-1(2H)-naphthalenone, an additional product isolated from the reaction of p-toluenesulfonylhydrazide with 1,2-naphthoquinone was 2-diazo-4-hydroxy-1(2H)-naphthalenone. Confirmation of the formation of 6-diazo-2,2-dimethyl-2,3,4,6-tetrahydro-2H-benzo[h]cromen-5-one, obtained from beta-lapachone, was achieved using single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
