Accessible 2-aryl(methyl)-4-cyano-5-hydrazino-1,3-oxazoles add to aryl isothiocyanates. The resulting products undergo recyclization to form new 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives bearing an acylamino group on C2 and an (acylamino)(cyano)methyl group on C5. The structure of the new compounds was proved by their IR and 1H NMR spectra, as well as by conversion in other 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives.  相似文献

DBU-catalyzed condensation of ethyl diazoacetate (EDA) with aldehydes in pure water afforded corresponding β-hydroxy α-diazo carbonyl compounds. The β-hydroxy group of the products was further converted into β-siloxy group. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of the β-aryl β-siloxy α-diazo carbonyl compounds gave 1,2-aryl shift products predominantly. The three-step transformation constitutes an efficient synthesis of ethyl β-hydroxy α-arylacrylates.  相似文献

N-Substituted 3-methoxycarbonyl-4-phenyl-2-pyrrolidones react with 2-aryl(heteryl)-1-nitroethenes as typical CH-acids to give nucleophilic addition products. The structure of compounds obtained was studied by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy using HOESY experiment.  相似文献

The interaction of aroyl(heteroaroyl)trifluoroacetones with thiobenzoylhydrazine may occur at both carbonyl groups. Reaction at the trifluoroacetyl group is facilitated by terminal substituents in the 1,3-dicarbonyl part, which leads can effectively conjugate with the adjacent carbonyl group. The products of condensation at the trifluoroacetyl group are 2-[2-aryl(heteroaroyl)-2-oxoethyl]-5-phenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, while condensation at the aroyl(heteroaroyl)group gave 3-aryl(heteroaryl)-5-hydroxy-1-thiobenzoyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles, which are not prone to tautomeric transformations in solution. Acetoxy and propionoxy esters of 1-phenethyl-4-(2′-furyl)-4-piperidinol hydrochlorides, upon treatment with one mole excess of hydrogen chloride in an alkanol, were converted into corresponding 4-alkoxy ethers and elimination products. These results are interpreted in terms of reactions of carbonium ions, produced from the esters by alkyl-oxygen heterolysis. Factors affecting carbonium ion generation and fate have been studied and include the electronic character of the 4-aryl substituent, nature and size of the nucleophile, degree of acidity and role of the piperidine nitrogen atom.  相似文献

1-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-[(triphenyl-λ5-phosphanylidene)hydrazinylidene]ethanone reacted with 4-aryl(hetaryl)-2,4-dioxobutanoic acids to give 2-{2-[2-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-oxoethylidene]hydrazinyl}-4-aryl(hetaryl)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids which were shown to exist in solution as mixtures of Z- and E-isomeric enehydrazine tautomers. The products underwent cyclization to 3-{[2-(3-R-adamantan-1-yl)-2-oxoethylidene]- hydrazinylidene}-5-aryl(hetaryl)furan-2(3H)-ones.  相似文献

Thermally induced cyclization reaction of trifluoroacetylated arylaldehyde dimethylhydrazones 1 in refluxing toluene afforded 1-methyl -4 -aryl -5 -trifluoromethylimidazoles 2 in good yields. In contrast thermal cyclization of 1 in the presence of silica gel gave regioisomeric 1-methyl -4 -trifluoromethyl -5 -aryl-imidazoles 5 as major products. These reactions could be extended to the syntheses of related several 1,4,5-trisubstituted imidazoles.  相似文献

The crystal structure of title compound, 4 , shows that the 10-aryl group is parallel to the plane bisecting the pyridobenzothiazine ring. This structure is in contrast to that normally found for phenothiazines substituted with electron-withdrawing substituents on the 10-phenyl ring. In those compounds, the 10-aryl group is perpendicular to the plane bisecting the phenothiazine ring. The esr spectrum of the cation radical of 4 shows that the radical is located on the hetero ring system which is opposite to that of the cation radical of 4′-dimethylamino-10-phenylphenothiazine in which the radical is located on the 10-aryl ring.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed direct arylation of anilides possessing several N-acyl substituents has been demonstrated. Removal of the acyl group by base hydrolysis allows a short and efficient synthesis of 2-aryl or 2,6-diarylanilines. The method is functional group tolerant and allows the presence of chloride and bromide substituents on both the anilide and aryl iodide coupling components. The arylation products can be converted to phenanthridines by the reaction with trifluoroacetic anhydride.  相似文献

The oxidation of 2-aryl tryptamines followed by a stereoselective rearrangement provides a versatile strategy for the synthesis of C3-quaternary oxindoles bearing a C3-aryl group. Treatment of optically active 2-aryl hydroxyindolenines with scandium trifluoromethanesulfonate in toluene at 110 degrees C leads to complete and stereoselective isomerization to the corresponding C3-aryl oxindoles which represent versatile intermediates for the synthesis of C3a-aryl hexahydropyrroloindoles.  相似文献

An efficient, catalyst-free, microwave-assisted approach has been developed for the synthesis of 2-aryl/alkyl-3-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives by condensing 2-aminobenzamides with various aliphatic, aromatic, and heterocyclic aldehydes. This catalyst-free approach exhibited good functional group compatibility and produced the desired products in good to excellent yields in just 10–20?min. This approach can be seen as a better alternative of the metal-catalyzed protocols used for the synthesis of this class of compounds. The formation of desired compound has also been confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Selective dehydrogenation of 2-amino-3-cyano 4H-chromenes to the corresponding 2-iminochromenes mediated by diisopropyl azodicarboxylate under neutral conditions is reported. The dehydrogenation reaction is compatible with phenolic hydroxyl group and generates iminochromene in high yields. The methodology provides an easy access to coumarin and N-tosyl 2-amino-3-cyano-4-aryl 4H-chromenes.  相似文献
