Two new conjugated dendrimers bearing a triphenylamine moiety as dendrons and 1,3,5-triphenylbenzene as a core have been synthesized through a convergent synthetic strategy. These conjugated dendrimers have high fluorescence quantum yields and exhibit similar absorption and emission behaviors in solutions and in solid films, which demonstrate that these dendrimers form good amorphous states.  相似文献

Several series of phosphorus dendrimers decorated by potential fluorescent end groups (naphthalene, anthracene, and pyrene) have been synthesized. Unexpectedly, we found that it is absolutely necessary to link the fluorophore to the dendrimer through an alkyl link, and not directly through heteroelements such as oxygen or nitrogen, in order to preserve the fluorescence. One series of dendrimers from generation 1 (6 pyrene end groups) to generation 4 (48 pyrene end groups) has been tested for the elaboration of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The threshold voltage for the emission of light is high (over 20 V), however, electroluminescence is observed in all cases.  相似文献

A new triphenylamine-based hyperbranched polymer with electron deficient units of oxadiazole on its side chains was successfully prepared by a modified Suzuki polycondensation with Pd(PPh3)4 as a catalyst, K2CO3 as a base, and a mixture of THF/toluene (1:1) as the solvent. The electron deficient units of oxadiazole were used to improve the electron injection and transport of the polymer. The results of the cyclic voltammetry (CV) of the polymer indicate that the HOMO and LUMO energy levels match well with the work function of the ITO/PEDOT anode and the metal cathode, respectively. Moreover, the hyperbranched polymer shows blue-emission and the hyperbranched structure effectively suppressed the formation of the aggregates/excimers in the polymer film.  相似文献

Dendrimers with 2,5-diarylsilole at the core are readily synthesized by the Ni-catalyzed reaction of 1,1,2,2-tetramethyldisilane and 1,6-diynes having poly(benzyl ether)-dendron units. The dendrimers display, upon excitation of the silole ring, an emission at about 500 nm. The fluorescence quantum yield of the dendrimers increases with increasing the generation of the dendron units. In addition, upon excitation of dendron units in the periphery, the dendrimers also display an emission from the silole ring at the core through the energy transfer from the dendron units to the silole core within the dendrimers.  相似文献

Different generations of dendrimers incorporating one fluorescent core of apigenin and three Fréchet benzylic dendrons have been prepared. The chief geometric features of these dendrimers have been obtained by Molecular Dynamics simulations. These computational data suggest that the asphericities of dendrimers belonging to the third and fourth generations are considerably larger than those associated with lower radii of gyration. Fluorescence spectra of high generation dendrimers evolve along time and quantum yields show an appreciable lowering for the fourth generation dendrimer. All these data suggest aggregation phenomena and lower quantum yields for nonspheric dendrimers in solution.  相似文献

New triphenylacrylonitrile derivative (DPPA) with triphenylamine moiety as electron donor group has been synthesized. Its emission wavelengths were strongly affected by solvent polarity, indicating intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) transitions. It was found that DPPA was almost non-emissive in tetrahydrofuran (THF), and the emission could be intensified obviously when a great amount of H2O was added, illustrating aggregation induced emission property. It is interesting that the pristine crystal of DPPA emitted green light, and the ground made its emitting color to change into orange, which could be recovered under fumed with dichloromethane (DCM) vapor. The piezofluorochromic behavior might be switched reversibly under the stimulus of external force because of crystalline-amorphous phase transformation, which could be confirmed from the results of PXRD patterns and DSC curves in different solid states. This work might open a new strategy to provide a broad perspective for the development of AIE PFC materials.  相似文献

Six dendrimer and dendron cores terminated by hydroxyl groups that are neither phenolic nor cleavable by hydrogenolysis have been prepared in a consistent one-pot manner from terminal allyl groups by reduction of the product of reductive ozonolysis. Some of the terminal allyl derivatives are new and others have been prepared by new methods. The well-known O-benzylidene derivative of 2,2′-bis(hydroxymethyl)propanoic acid was shown to be the cis-stereoisomer. A new AB3-type anhydride, tris(benzyloxymethyl)acetic anhydride has been prepared. It was demonstrated that these cores and dendrons could be assembled into first and second generation homo- and mixed polyester dendrimers.  相似文献

Dendrimer chemistry is a fascinating and growing area of modern chemistry. Dendrimers are macromolecular entities with unique three-dimensional topologies, multi-functionality, and unique chemical and physical properties. Because of these characteristics, they are particularly well suited for applications in nanotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medicinal chemistry. The study of dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers is gaining widespread interest from researchers in academia and industry for their unique structure and properties. This review article focused on dendrimer structure and the different synthetic strategies employed at the laboratory and commercial levels. The ferrocenylsilylation of the phenol triallyl dendron 2, of the phenol nonaallyl dendron 4, and of the 9-, 27-, 81-, and 243-allyl dendrimers 7-10 (monitored by the disappearance of the signals of the olefinic protons in 1H NMR spectra) has been achieved using ferrocenyldimethylsilane 1 and Karstedt's catalyst in diethyl ether at 40 degrees C, yielding the corresponding ferrocenyl dendrons and dendrimers. An alternative convergent synthesis of the nonaferrocenyl dendron 5 was carried out by reaction of the triferrocenyl dendron 2 with a protected triododendron followed by deprotection. Reaction of the nonaferrocenyl dendron 5 with hexakis(bromomethyl)benzene gave the 54-ferrocenyl dendron 6. All the ferrocenyl dendron and dendrimers produce a chemically and electrochemically reversible ferrocenyl oxidation wave at seemingly the same potential. Stable platinum electrodes modified with the high ferrocenyl dendrimers were fabricated. The soluble orange-red ferrocenyl dendrimers can also be oxidized in CH2Cl2 by [NO][PF6] to the insoluble deep blue polyferrocenium dendrimers. For instance, the 243-ferrocenium dendrimer has been characterized by its Mossbauer spectrum, which is of the same type as that of ferrocenium itself. The ferrocenium dendrimers can be reduced without any decomposition back to the ferrocenyl dendrimer, indicating that these multielectronic redoxstable dendrimers behave as molecular batteries.  相似文献

This article presents a novel and facile preparation method of hollow silica spheres with loading small silica inside. In this approach, positively charged SiO2/polystyrene core‐shell composite particles were synthesized first, when the silica shells from the sol‐gel process of tetraethoxysilane were then coated on the surfaces of composite particles via electrostatic interaction, the polystyrene was dissolved subsequently even synchronously in the same medium to form hollow silica spheres with small silica cores. TEM, SEM, and FTIR measurements were used to characterize these composite spheres. An efficient synthetic strategy to synthesize phosphorus-containing dendrimers capped with isosteric acid functions derived from tyramine is described. The method is demonstrated on a first generation dendrimer that can be easily capped with 12 amino(bismethylene) sulfonic acids and amino(bismethylene) carboxylic acids that are strict analogs of the corresponding amino(bismethylene) phosphonic acids.  相似文献

Phosphorus-containing dendrimers are attractive carriers for the delivery of bioactive molecules due to their very particular architecture, globular shape and chemical and physical properties. Herein we report a simple synthetic approach of ethacrynic acid derivatives loaded-phosphorus dendrimers by symmetrical grafting of ethacrynic acid analogues by nucleophilic substitution of each chlorine of P(S)Cl2 end groups. We report also for the first time an unsymmetrical grafting of two different phenol derivatives by a selective substitution of one chlorine of P(S)Cl2 end group followed by the grafting of the second phenol.  相似文献

Poly(benzyl ether) dendrimers containing strongly fluorescent distyrylbenzene cores were synthesized, and their fluorescence and electrochemical properties as well as the action as fluorophores in the chemiluminescence reactions were investigated. While all the dendrimers exhibited almost the same properties except for their intensities, a characteristic feature due to the dendritic structure was observed in the electrochemical behaviors. In the peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reactions using these dendrimers as fluorophores, a bimolecular interaction between the high-energy intermediates and fluorophores was established, and a decrease in the chemiluminescence intensity with an increasing generation was observed, which was connected with the insulating effect of the dendritic structures on the core.  相似文献

A synthetic strategy has been developed for the preparation of new globular carbosilane dendrimers with mannose groups at the periphery. It consists of hydrosilylation reaction of allyl tetraacetylmannose with carbosilane dendrimers containing monohydrosilane end groups and the subsequent deacetylation reaction. Evaluation of dendrimer toxicities in dendritic cells by MTT assay were carried out, and evidence a good biocompatibility.  相似文献

CdS nanoparticles (NPs) in colloidal dispersion were activated by metallic ions [Mn(II) and Cu(II)], employing a simple method under mild conditions. These metallic ions on the surface of the CdS NPs quench the red-shifted defect emission, and efficiently promote near band gap emission; they also enhance the photo stability and dispersability of the suspensions. Taking advantage of the chemical affinity of Mn(II) and Cu(II) for the CdS surface, we carried out a study of the interaction between [CdS-M(II) n ] NPs and polyamidoamine dendrimers of 1 and 2.5 generations (G1=8 amino, and G2.5=32 carboxylic end-groups, respectively). The strong interaction between these two chemical species results in the formation of new [CdS-M(II) n G n ] nanocomposites. All colloidal systems were monitored by UV-visible electronic absorption and emission spectroscopies, and electronic paramagnetic resonance. The crystal structures of the nanocomposites, as well as their average diameters (2.0–3.3 nm), were determined by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images.  相似文献

Here we report the facile derivatization of a cyano-substituted stilbene into higher π-extended analogues. The cyano-substituted stilbene, which serves as a synthetic scaffold, has a bromo group and a formyl group on its 4- and 4′-position of the phenylene rings and thus readily undergoes selective transformation into other functional groups using various simple organic reactions. The resultant π-conjugated molecules that contain a cyano-substituted stilbene skeleton exhibit fluorescence in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献
