通过选用低掺杂浓度的Nd:YAG晶体棒、热近非稳腔优化设计、双棒串接热致双折射补偿技术以及双Q开关正交放置结构,在LD抽运功率1116W时,实现调Q准连续全固态Nd:YAG激光器1064nm输出,平均功率达258W,光束质量M2~15.5,重复频率为10kHz,脉冲宽度为64ns,峰值功率达0.4GW,光光转换效率达23.1%. 关键词: Nd:YAG激光器 准连续波 激光二极管抽运 固体激光器  相似文献

The paper reports on the characterization of a side-pumped 40 W CW Nd:YAG laser. A side-pumping configuration with six laser diodes is used for the laser. We show the comparison between the calculated and measured pump energy distributions in the laser crystal. The birefringence and the thermal lens effect of the Nd:YAG crystal have been experimentally investigated, and their influence on the performance of the laser are discussed. Output power and beam quality of the laser under different output couplings, cavity lengths, types of cavity and different temperatures of the cooling water have been experimentally studied.  相似文献

In this paper, a desirably simple, convenient and inexpensive saturable absorber mirror has been fabricated based on graphene, which has no wavelength selectivity. Moreover, there are no changes in the structure and characteristics of graphene. By inserting the graphene-PMMA SA mirror to the Nd: YAG laser, the shortest pulse width of 260 ns can be obtained with the single-pulse energy of about 8.32 μJ. The experimental results prove that our graphene-PMMA SA mirror is feasible and suitable for Q-switched lasers.  相似文献

对实际固体激光器谐振腔的特性分析常常采用经验公式的模型进行预测和研究。从非稳腔衍射积分方程和激光介质速率方程出发,利用GLAD程序计算并模拟了电光调Q非稳折叠腔Nd:YAG激光器的输出光束特性,得到了近场和远场的能量分布以及脉冲宽度波形,计算结果对试验具有指导意义。  相似文献

报道了一种腔内六棒串接的脉冲Nd:YAG激光器。采用44矩阵对晶体棒失调角度对谐振腔光轴的影响进行了理论分析,给出了六棒串接脉冲激光器中晶体棒失调角度的允许范围。在串接实验中,谐振腔采用对称平平腔结构,通过调整每根晶体棒的失调角度到允许范围内,实现了六棒串接脉冲Nd:YAG激光器。在输入电功率86 kW,占空比17%时,获得了平均功率3 018 W的脉冲激光输出,峰值功率17.75 kW,最高单脉冲能量为66 J,光束参数乘积为26.3 mmmrad,电光转换效率3.5%,长时间工作不稳定性小于2%。  相似文献

The paper reports on the characterization of a compact and simple side-pumped 0.538 J×100 Hz pulse Nd:YAG laser. A side-pumping configuration with 100 laser diode bars is used in the laser head. A high-power Q-switched Nd:YAG/Cr:YAG laser mounted in a silicon microbench is presented. It reaches an average output power well above 2 W and the pulse width is in the order of 1.4 ns. In the present research, Nd:YAG laser micro-drilling of gamma-titanium aluminide, a new material which has performed well in laboratory tests as well as in different fields of engineering, is studied. The effect of different process parameters in the optimization of the process is investigated. The aspects considered are the hole circularity at exit and the hole taper of the drilled hole. Lamp current, pulse frequency, air pressure and thickness of the job are selected as independent process variables. The central composite design (CCD) technique based on response surface methodology (RSM) is employed to plan the experiments to achieve optimum responses with a reduced number of experiments.  相似文献

利用Nd:YVO4激光晶体的自受激拉曼效应,结合Cr:YAG被动锁模技术和倍频技术,实现了结构紧凑的1176 nm和588 nm黄光锁模激光输出。激光器为LD端面泵浦,三镜折叠腔结构,并且采用了透过率为10%的输出镜。Nd:YVO4晶体长度为10 mm,Nd3+离子掺杂质量分数为0.2%,Cr:YAG晶体的初始透过率为67%。10 W激光泵浦时,1176 nm激光平均输出功率为123 mW,调Q包络宽度为6 ns,调Q包络内的锁模脉冲重复频率高达1 GHz。588.2 nm 黄光的平均输出功率为8 mW。  相似文献

An LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 passively Q-switched by V:YAG and intracavity frequency doubled by LBO red pulse laser at 671 nm was presented. With 1.6 W incident pump power, average output power of 53 mW, pulse duration (FWHM) of 29.5 ns, pulse repetition rate of 37.2 kHz, peak power of 48.3 W and single-pulse energy of 1.43 μJ were obtained. The stability of pulse energy and repetition rate was better than 3% for 4 h.  相似文献

This paper reports on the characterization of a diode-side-pumped CW Nd:YAG laser. A side-pumped configuration with 9 laser diodes is used for the laser. Pump light is directly coupled into the Nd:YAG rod without focusing lenses and the pump light distribution in the Nd:YAG rod was calculated. A maximum output power of 150 W in multimode operation is obtained for a pumping power of 400 W. The optical–optical efficiency is 37%. Output power of the laser under different output couplers, resonator lengths and temperatures of the cooling water have been studied.  相似文献

A dual-polarization electro-optical Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser was studied. By selecting the appropriate size of calcite crystals, the dual-polarization Q-switched pulse was achieved by characteristics of calcite crystal. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional single-polarization electro-optical Q-switched laser, insertion loss is reduced, dynamic to static ratio is greatly improved, thermally induced birefringence of electro-optical Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser is effective compensated. The output power of 19 W and the pulse width of 13 ns are obtained at the repetition rate of 1 kHz and pumped power of 144 W. The dynamic to static ratio is 71%. The results formed the basis for the further development of the high power and high efficiency ceramic red laser.  相似文献
