Two coordination complexes, [Mg(HPDC)2(H2O)2] (1) and [Dy(PDC)2(H2O)2]·5H2O·NH4 (2), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The structures and fluorescent properties of the complexes were studied by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, and X-ray crystallography. In 1, Mg(II) coordinated with six oxygens from H2PDC and water. For 2, there were NH4 + ions in the holes of the metal quarternary rings to balance electronic charges. Compared to 1, 2 constructed from Dy(III) had larger void space and potential applications on gas adsorption. The two complexes show similar fluorescence in the visible region.  相似文献

ZnII and CdII coordination polymers with dicarboxylate and imidazole‐containing ligands, namely, [Cd (2,3‐PDC)(L)]n ( 1 ) and {[Zn(3,4‐PDC) (L)0.5] · H2O}n ( 2 ), [2,3‐H2PDC = 2,3‐pyridine dicarboxylate, 3,4‐H2PDC = 3,4‐pyridine dicarboxylate, and L = 1,4‐bis(2‐methylimidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)biphenyl], were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with threefold interpenetrating diamond topology. Complex 2 features a 3D framework with twofold interpenetrating dmc topology. Moreover, the luminescent properties of complexes 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two novel metal‐organic coordination polymers [Zn2(PDC)2·H2O]n ( 1 ) and [Zn2La2(OH)(NO3)(PDC)4‐ (H2O)6·2H2O]n ( 2 ) (PDC??pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal pretreatment and cooling‐down crystallization. X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that they posses the 3D frameworks. Frame work 1 has been accomplished by using building blocks Zn‐PDC with beautiful undulances. Frame work 2 is a new 3d‐4f heterometallic polymer with a distinctive mono‐ and dinuclear mixed one sinusoidal‐like wave viewed along the b axis.  相似文献

A new 3-D lanthanide-transition metal coordination polymer [LaCu(PDC)2H2O] n (1) was hydrothermally synthesized from pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2PDC) and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The microporous framework of 1 can be viewed as constructed by planar binuclear Cu2(PDC)4 building blocks and La(III) chains, a new structural motif in 3d-4f heterometallic coordination polymers. The sample exhibits strong blue emission in the solid state and retains its framework integrity up to ca 380°C.  相似文献

以1,1′-二羟基-5,5′-联四唑(H_2BTO)为配体,镧系金属离子作为金属中心,采用溶剂热法制备了5种金属配合物:[La_2(BTO)_3(H_2O)_8]·2H_2O (1)、[Ce_2(BTO)_3(H_2O)_8]·2H_2O (2)、[Pr_2(BTO)_3(H_2O)_8]·2H_2O (3)、[Sm_2(BTO)_3(H_2O)_8]·2H_2O (4)和[Nd_2(BTO)_3(DMF)_4]·6H_2O (5)。通过单晶X射线衍射和元素分析对5种配合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,5种配合物均属于单斜晶系,P2_1/n空间群。利用差示扫描量热法研究了配合物1~4的热稳定性,采用Kissinger法和Ozawa法分别计算了其热分解动力学参数。  相似文献

Five Mn(III) nitrate complexes have been synthesized from dianionic hexadentate Schiff bases obtained by the condensation of 3-ethoxy-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with different diamines. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, r. t. magnetic, and molar conductivity measurements. Parallel-mode EPR spectroscopy of 1 is also reported. Ligand H2L3 and complexes [MnL1(H2O)2](NO3)(CH3OH) (1), [MnL3(H2O)2]2(NO3)2(CH3OH)(H2O) (3), and [MnL4(H2O)2](NO3)(H2O)2 (4) were crystallographically characterized. The X-ray structures show the self-assembly of the Mn(III)–Schiff base complexes through µ-aquo bridges between neighboring axial water molecules and also by π–π stacking interactions, establishing dimeric and polymeric structures. The peroxidase and catalase activities of the complexes have been studied. Complexes with the shorter spacer between the imine groups (12) behave as better peroxidase and catalase mimics, probably due to their ability to coordinate the hydrogen peroxide substrate to manganese.  相似文献

The compounds of 2-(5-chloro/nitro-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-4-bromo/nitrophenols (HLX : X = 1–4) and their copper(II) nitrate and iron(III) nitrate complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The structures of the complexes were confirmed on the basis of elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis, molar conductivity and magnetic moment measurements, FT-IR, mass, and UV-Vis spectroscopy techniques. The complexes show high-thermal stability with >350°C m.p. In all complexes, the ligands are bidentate via one imine nitrogen and a phenolate oxygen. Cu(II) complexes having 1 : 2 M : L ratio are classified as non-electrolytes, whereas 1 : 1 M : L ratio is observed in Fe(III) complexes except [Fe(L3)2(H2O)2](NO3) ? 3H2O. The antimicrobial activities of the ligands and the complexes were evaluated using the disc diffusion method in DMSO as well as minimum inhibitory concentration dilution method against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Proteus mirabilis. Antifungal activities were reported for Candida albicans. The complexes [Fe(L3)2(H2O)2](NO3) ? 3H2O and [Cu(L3)2] ? 2H2O are more effective against S. epidermidis than ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

Three coordination compounds [Mn3(dmb)6(H2O)4(4, 4′‐bpy)3(EtOH)]n ( 1 ) and [M(dmb)2(pyz)2 (H2O)2] [MII = Co ( 2 ), Mn ( 3 )] (Hdmb = 2, 6‐dimethoxybenzoic acid, 4, 4′‐bpy = 4, 4′‐bipyridine, pyz = pyrazine) were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 consists of infinite 1D polymeric chains, in which the metal entities are bridged by 4, 4′‐bpy ligands. There are four crystallographically independent MnII atoms in the linear chain with different coordination modes, which is only scarcely reported for linear polymers. The isostructural crystals of 2 and 3 are composed of neutral mononuclear complexes. In crystal the complexes are combined into chains by intermolecular O–H ··· N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between antiparallel pyrazine molecules.  相似文献

Ten cobalt(II) nitrate complexes with variously substituted 2,6-diphenylpiperidin-4-ones (L1)–(L10) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determination, molar conductance and magnetic, thermal, polarographic and spectral studies. The formula [Co(L)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 has been assigned to complexes (2–5), (7), (8) and (10) and [Co(L)2(H2O)2(NO3)]NO3 to complexes (1), (6) and (9). Although piperidin-4-ones have two coordinating sites, namely the ring nitrogen and the carbonyl group, i.r., and polarographic studies indicate that only the ring nitrogen is involved in coordination. Electronic spectral data reveal that these complexes have octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional complex [Tm2(C5H3N(COO)2)3(H2O)3)]·H2O (PDC?=?3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate), has been synthesized and its structure determined by x-ray single crystal diffraction methods. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a?=?14.579(4), b?=?11.193(3), c?=?14.839(5)?Å, β?=?94.009(6)°, U?=?2415.5(13)?Å3. Two independent PDC ligands bridge TmIII ions from different orientations to form a network. Thermogravimetric analyses on compound 1 show its high structural stability to 410°C.  相似文献

Two new novel complexes, [Cu4(Endc)4(phen)4]⋅7(H2O)⋅2(O) and [Mn2(Endc)2(phen)2(H2O)2]⋅(H2O) (phen =1,10‐phenanthroline, H2Endc = endo ‐norbornene‐cis ‐5,6‐dicarboxylic acid), were synthesized and structurally characterized using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies, elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffractometry. Their reactivity with calf thymus DNA and HeLa cell DNA was measured using UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies. The results indicated that these complexes can bind to DNA with different binding affinity. Gel electrophoresis assay demonstrated the ability of the complexes to cleave pBR322 plasmid DNA. Apoptotic study showed that the complexes exhibit significant cancer cell inhibitory rates. Eventually, the complexes can suitably dock with a special DNA (PDB ID: 1AIO).  相似文献

A new (E,E)-dioxime, (6Z,7Z)-15,16-dihydro-14H-dibenzo[b,h][1,10,4, 7]dithiadiazacyclotride-cine-6,7(5H,8H)-dionedioxime (H 2 L) has been synthesized by reacting cyanogen-di-N-oxide (2) with 2,2′-[propane-1,3-diylbis(thio)]dianiline (1). Mononuclear complexes (4) and (5) of this ligand have been synthesized by reacting the vic-dioxime (H2L) with NiCl2 · 6H2O and CoCl2 · 6H2O, respectively. The BF 2 + capped Ni(II) and Co(III) complexes (6) and (7) of the dioxime have been synthesized from (4) and (5). The new compounds were characterized by a combination of elemental analysis, 1H- and 13C-n.m.r, i.r. and m.s. spectral data.  相似文献

The novel (E,E)-dioxime, 5,6:ll,12:17,18-tribenzo-2,3-bis(hydroxyimino)-7,16-dithia-9, 14-dioxo-l,4,10,13-tetraazacyclooctadecane (H2L) has been synthesized by reacting (E,E)-dichloroglyoxime (2) with 2,3:8,9:14,15-tribenzo-4,13-di-thia-6,11-dioxa-l,7,10,16-tetraazahexzadecane (3), prepared by the reaction of N,N-bis(chloroacetyl)-1, 2-phenylene-diamine (1) with 2-aminothiophenol. Mononuclear complexes (4, 5) of this ligand have been synthesized by reacting the vic-dioxime (H2L) with K2PtCl4 and NiCl2 · 6H2O, respectively. Heterotrinuclear complexes (6)and(7) have been prepared by the reaction of (4) and (5) mononuclear complexes with [Cu(MeCN)4]PF6. The structures of the vic-dioxime and its mono and trinuclear complexes were identified by elemental analysis, 1H- and 13C-n.m.r, i.r. and m.s. data.  相似文献

Abstract

The coordination behavior of 5-methylpyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (Hmpca) has been demonstrated by the solid state isolation and characterization of [Cu(mpca)2(H2O)]·3H2O (1) [Cu(mpca)2]·H2O (2) and [Co(mpca)2(H2O)2] (3). The new compounds are characterized by X-ray crystallography, thermogravimetric analysis and DFT study. The redox properties of the complexes are examined by cyclic voltammetric analysis. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the compounds against eight bacteria (Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella typhi) and two fungi (Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans) are screened using modified agar well diffusion method. The metal complexes demonstrate better inhibition on all bacteria and fungi than the ligand. The high lipophilicity of the complexes accounts for good inhibitory action toward microbes. Among the reported complexes, 3 emerges as an excellent antifungal agent and a better antibiotic than standard fluconazole. The structure and activity relationship indicate that complexes having sufficient Jahn–Teller distortion with high logP values, cross the cell membrane of the microbes creating intercellular damage.  相似文献

New macrocyclic complexes were synthesized by template reaction of 1,7-bis(2-formylphenyl)-1,4,7-trioxaheptane, 1,4-bis(2-carboxyaldehydephenoxy)butane or 1,3-bis(2-carboxyaldehydephenoxy)propane with 1,4-bis(2-aminophenoxy)butane, 1,3-bis(2-aminophenoxy)butane, 1,4-bis(4-chloro-2-aminophenoxy)butane or 1,3-bis(4-chloro-2-aminophenoxy)butane and Cu(NO3)2 ·?3H2O or Cu(ClO4)2 ·?6H2O, respectively. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, UV–Vis spectra, magnetic susceptibility, conductivity measurements and mass spectra. Two new lanthanide complexes [Sm2(ad)2.5(BSA)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and [Nd2(ad)2.5(BSA)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ) (H2ad = adipic acid, HBSA = benzenesulfonic acid) were synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of the lanthanide ions (Ln3+) with flexible aliphatic dicarboxylate and the rigid benzene sulfonic acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. They crystallize monoclinic in space group P21/ c. Structural analyses revealed that the two complexes have intricate 3D net structures constructed by the bridging adipic ligand and benzenesulfonic acid. The thermogravimetric analysis of 1 and 2 , as well as photoluminescent properties of 1 are discussed in detail.  相似文献

The reaction of the Schiff base salicylideneaminopyridine with [M(sac)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O, where M is copper(II) or zinc(II), and sac is the saccharinate anion, results in the formation of the new tris(saccharinato) complexes ApyH[Cu(N-sac)2 (O-sac)(H2O)2] (1) and ApyH[Zn(N-sac)3(H2O)] (2), which have been characterized by elemental analyses, magnetic measurements, FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction. The Schiff base did not coordinate to the metal ions, but decomposed during the reaction, forming a 2-aminopyridinium cation ApyH, which remained outside the coordination sphere as a counter ion. (1) and (2) are the first examples of mononuclear tris(saccharinato) complexes of copper(II) and zinc(II). Both complexes are isomorphous with the triclinic space group P-1, (1) consisting of an ApyH cation and a [Cu(sac)3(H2O)2] anion in which the copper(II) ion has trigonal bipyramidal surroundings. The sac ligands in (1) exhibit unusual and non-equivalent coordination, behaving as ambidentate ligands. One of them coordinates to the metals through the carbonyl oxygen atom, while the other two sac ligands are bonded to the metals via the imino nitrogen atom. The zinc(II) ion in (2) is tetrahedrally coordinated by three N-donor sac ligands and an aqua ligand. The crystal structures of (1) and (2) are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and aromatic – stacking interactions.  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了离子型配合物[Ni(phen)2(H2O)2][Ni(PDC)2]•7H2O (H2PDC=吡啶-2,6-二甲酸, phen=1,10-菲啰啉). 通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶X射线衍射以及热重分析对配合物进行了表征. 晶体数据解析表明, 化合物属于三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=1.0092(4) nm, b=1.4599(6) nm, c=1.4933(5) nm, α=73.982(2)°, β=78.652(2)°, γ=75.184(3)°, V=2.0256(13) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=1004, μ=1.014 mm-1, R1=0.0538, wR2=0.1493. 配合物中的结晶水分子形成一个(H2O)12水簇, (H2O)12水簇通过氢键连接为二维水网, 最终构成三维超分子网络.  相似文献
