A method for rapid and simultaneous determination of multiple pyrrolidinium ionic liquid cations by ion chromatography with direct conductivity detection was developed.Chromatographic separations were performed on a cation exchange column using ethylenediamine-acetonitrile as the mobile phase.The effects of chromatographic column and the mobile phase,as well as the column temperature on the retention of the cations were investigated.The retention rules of the cations under different chromatographic conditions were formulated.The retention of the cations followed the carbon number rule.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of three ionic liquids synthesized by a chemical laboratory. 相似文献

A method of ion-pair chromatography with direct conductivity detection was developed on a silicabased monolithic column for the fast and simultaneous determination of piperidinium and pyrrolidinium ionic liquid cations. The effects of the mobile phase, column temperature and flow rate on the retention of the cations were investigated. The retention rules were discussed. As an ion-pair reagent, sodium heptanesulfonate is more suitable than sodium pentanesulfonate for the separation and determination of piperidinium and pyrrolidinium cations. The increase of ion-pair reagent concentration led to the increased retention time of the cations. When acetonitrile content and mobile phase flow were increased, the retention time of the cations became shorter. The retention of piperidinium and pyrrolidinium cations is an exothermic process, and the retention of the cations conforms to the carbon number rule. The chromatographic analysis was performed using the Chromolith Speed ROD RP-18e column, 0.5 μmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate-5% acetonitrile as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 3.0 mL/min and column temperature of 30℃. Separation of N-methyl-N-ethyl piperidinium, N-methyl-N-propyl piperidinium, N-methyl-N-butyl piperidinium and N-methyl-N-ethyl pyrrolidinium, N-methyl-N-propyl pyrrolidinium, N-methyl-N-butyl pyrrolidinium cations were achieved within 10 min. The detection limits (S/N=3) were between 0.19 and 3.08 mg/L. Relative standard deviations (n=5) for peak areas were less than 1.2%. The method has been applied to the determination of piperidinium and pyrrolidinium cations in ionic liquid samples. The spiked recoveries of ionic liquid cations were between 96% and 111%. The method is accurate, reliable, rapid, and has a better practicability. 相似文献

Fast analysis of thiocyanate by ion-pair chromatography using a silica-based monolithic column and direct conductivity detection was carried out. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Chromolith Speed ROD RP-18e using tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (TBA)-phthalic acid-acetonitrile as eluent. The effects of eluent concentration, eluent pH value, column temperature and flow rate on retention time of thiocyanate were investigated. The optimized chromatographic conditions for the determination of thiocyanate were as follows: 0.25 mmol/L TBA-0.18 mmol/L phthalate-7% acetonitrile (pH 5.5) as eluent, column temperature of 30 ℃, and flow rate of 6.0 mL/min. Retention time of thiocyanate was less than 1 min under the conditions. Common anions (Cl^-, NO3 , SO42 and I^- ) did not interfere with the determination of thiocyanate. Detection limit (S/N = 3) of thiocyanate was 0.96 mg/L. Calibration graph between peak area and the concentration of thiocyanate was linear in the range of 2.0- 100.0 mg/L. Relative standard deviation (RSD) of chromatographic peak area was 1.4% (n = 5). This method has been applied to the determination of thiocyanate in ionic liquids. Recoveries of thiocyanate after spiking were 100.5%. 相似文献

An ion chromatography method with non-suppressed conductivity detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of dimethylamine (DMA), trimethylamine (TMA) and trimethylamine-n-oxide (TMAO) in aquatic products. They were separated by means of cation-exchange chromatography using a 3.0 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid solution as eluent and an IonPac CS17 column (250 mm × 4 mm i.d.) as the separation column. Detection limits of dimethylamine, trimethylamine and trimethylamine-n-oxide were 0.06, 0.08 and 0.10 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of peak area were less than 3.53%. The recoveries were between 93.7% and 104.1%. Unlike traditional methods, this validated method is inexpensive and stable. 相似文献

A simple method for the study of the pharmacokinetics of salbutamol using ion chromatography with direct conductivity detection without chemical suppression is presented in this paper. Baseline separation of salbutamol from plasma components was achieved by using diluted HNO3 (2 mmol l−1) as mobile phase with acetonitrile (6%, v/v) as modifier. Atenolol was utilized as internal standard. Under the optimal conditions, the linear regression coefficients of the calibration curves are 0.996 within the concentration range of 1000-3 ng ml−1 salbutamol. The detection limit (signal-to-noise ratio = 3) was 1 ng ml−1 salbutamol. The noncompartmental pharmacokinetic parameters for salbutamol following administration of 8 mg salbutamol to 18 subjects were tested. The results coincided most satisfactorily with the results obtained by using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. 相似文献

建立了离子色谱-直接电导检测法分析N-甲基,乙基哌啶([MEPi]+)、N-甲基,丙基哌啶([MPPi]+)和N-甲基,丁基哌啶([MBPi]+) 3种哌啶离子液体阳离子的方法。采用磺酸型阳离子交换色谱柱,以乙二胺-柠檬酸-乙腈为流动相。考察了流动相组成及色谱柱温度对哌啶阳离子保留的影响,并讨论了保留规律。结果表明,哌啶阳离子的保留是一个放热过程,即哌啶阳离子的保留时间随着色谱柱温度的升高而缩短,且哌啶阳离子同系物的保留符合碳数规律。在以0.2 mmol/L乙二胺-0.3 mmol/L柠檬酸-3%(v/v)乙腈(pH 4.4)为流动相、流速1.0 mL/min、柱温30 ℃条件下,[MEPi]+、[MPPi]+和[MBPi]+3种哌啶阳离子可以在7 min内分离,检出限(信噪比为3)分别为0.14、0.20和0.56 mg/L,峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.2%以下。将此方法应用于分析实验室合成的哌啶离子液体样品,加标回收率在97.6%与105.1%之间。本方法准确、可靠、快速,具有较好的实用性。 相似文献

建立了离子色谱-抑制型电导检测同时测定食品级润滑油中Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种代表性无机阴离子的方法。样品经50%(v/v)甲醇水溶液超声提取,离心后所得下层水相用0.22 μm混合纤维过滤膜净化,以15 mmol/L KOH溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制型电导检测器进行检测,外标法定量。在上述条件下,Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种无机阴离子在0.10~20.00 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999);检出限(S/N=3)为0.01~0.03 mg/kg;在1.00、5.00、10.00 mg/kg添加水平下,实际样品中3种阴离子的加标回收率为90.0%~103.6%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.7%。结果表明,该方法无需燃烧、灰化油相基质等繁琐耗时的前处理过程,可以快速、准确定量测定食品级润滑油中Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种无机阴离子的含量,适用于润滑油等油品中痕量无机阴离子的同时分离与测定。 相似文献

A selective and sensitive method was developed for separation and simultaneous determination of catecholamines and amino acids by MEKC with LIF. Interestingly enough, such work has been firstly performed on catecholamines derivatized with 4-chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole and the detailed derivatization mechanism was discussed. After derivatization at 60 degrees C for 20 min, NBD-labeled catecholamines and amino acids were separated in a buffer system containing 10 mM sodium tetraborate-Na2HPO4, 20 mM SDS, and 10% v/v ACN at pH 9.75. SDS micelles were employed to improve the fluorescence intensity of catecholamine derivatives efficiently. Under optimum conditions, two catecholamines and 11 amino acids were separated in a short 13 min analysis time and the RSDs for migration time and peak area were less than 0.60 and 6.50%, respectively. The method was successfully applied for the quantification of catecholamines and amino acids in Portulaca oleracea L., human urine sample, and mixed injection sample. 相似文献

A micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography method with laser-induced fluorescence detection was developed for the analysis of epinephrine and dopamine after derivatization with 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole. The optimum derivatization conditions were: 30 mM sodium borate (pH adjusted to 8.0 with 1.0 M HCl), reaction time 30 min at 60 degrees C. Baseline separation was achieved within 14 min with a running buffer composed of 10 mM sodium borate + 25 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate (pH adjusted to 9.5 with 0.1 M NaOH) and an applied voltage of 15 kV. Good linearity relationships (correlation coefficients: 0.9991 for epinephrine and 0.9985 for dopamine) between peak areas and concentrations of the analytes were obtained. The detection limits and quantification limits for epinephrine and dopamine were 0.0038 mg/L and 0.013 mg/L, and 0.065 mg/L and 0.020 mg/L, respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of the two compounds in two Chinese medicines with recoveries in the range of 92.6-108.7%. 相似文献

An ion chromatographic method with conductivity detection for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and norephedrine was developed. A mixture of 2.0 mmol/L HNO3 and 2% (v/v) acetonitrile was used as eluent. The three ephedrine-like compounds were separated and determined within 20 min. The linear ranges were 0.08-50 microg/mL for ephedrine, 0.08-40 microg/mL for pseudoephedrine and 0.06-40 microg/mL for norephedrine. The detection limits were 0.03 microg/mL for ephedrine and pseudoephedrine, and 0.02 microg/mL for norephedrine. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of these sympathomimetics in pharmaceutical preparations and in Ephedra herbs. 相似文献

A simple,fast,sensitive,highly selective and eco-friendly analytical method for the determination of catecholamines in human urine by ion chromatography(IC) with chemiluminescence(CL) detection was described in this paper.Using 12 mmol/L H2SO4 without any organic additive as eluent,three catecholamines including epinephrine(EP),norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA) were well separated on a cation-exchange column.The CL detection was based on the reaction of analytes with acidic potassium permanganate in the presence of formaldehyde as an enhancer.The absence of methanol and acetonitrile in eluent made the proposed method more sensitive and eco-friendly.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of the proposed method was in the range of 0.02-0.5μg/mL.The limit of detection(LOD) was in the range of 0.6 and 5.1μg/L.The relative standard deviations (RSD) for 0.1μg/mL mixed standard solution were in the range of 0.8-1.9%(n = 11).The method has been applied to the determination of catecholamines in human urine successfully.Excellent spiked recoveries were achieved for catecholamines ranged from 91.2%to 112.7%. 相似文献

The determination of hydrogen cyanide in cigarette mainstream smoke has been achieved by ion chromatography (IC) with pulsed amperometric detection (PAD). The proposed method of totally trapping whole cigarette mainstream smoke by Cambridge filters, which are treated with sodium hydroxide/ethanol solution, possesses the advantage of fast analysis time over the widespread used solution absorption method. The possible co-existing interferents are evaluated under the optimized detection conditions and excellent recoveries of cyanide are obtained. The cyanide content of absorption solution can be directly determined by the optimized IC-PAD method without any pretreatments. The linear range is 0.0147-2.45 μg/mL with R2 value of 0.9997. The limit of the detection is 3 μg/L for a 25 μL injection loop. The overall relative standard deviation of the method is less than 5.20% and the recovery range from 94.3% to 101.0%. The results obtained from the developed method are in good agreement with that of continuous flow analyzer (CFA) method. 相似文献

A low capacity resin-based anion-exchange column was employed for the separation with conductometric detection for quantification.
The method requires minimal sample pretreatment. Resolution (Rs) between Se(VI)/Se(IV) was 6.76. Chloride, nitrate and sulfate did not interfere with selenium separation. The detection
limits for Se(VI) and Se(IV) were 0.06 μg/ml and 0.110 μg/ml, respectively. The relative standard deviation using a 500-μl

A sensitive method for the determination of underivatized aliphatic amines based on cation exchange chromatography coupled with suppressed conductivity detection scheme and solid phase extraction (SPE) procedure has been developed. A surface modified styrene divinylbenzene polymeric sorbent, based on a reversed‐phase (RP) and strong cation exchange (SCX) mixed mode was used as an active material for the SPE of amines. The conductometric capabilities of several aliphatic mono‐ and polyamines, expressed in terms of molar sensitivity (nS/μM), were determined. The LODs, obtained without the SPE treatment, ranged between 20 and 65 nM for putrescine and 2‐butylamine, respectively. The resulting calibration plots for the aliphatic amines were generally linear over about three orders of magnitude, with correlation coefficients >0.98. The LODs of amines decreased generally by one factor when SPE procedure, using BaCl2/H2SO4 eluents, has been adopted. The proposed SPE procedure, seems to offer good results in terms of preconcentration, recoveries and cleanup of samples. The proposed methodology was successfully tested for the quantitative determination of some biogenic amines in beer and tuna. 相似文献
