Sulfonic acid groups were grafted onto three different types of synthesized magnetic nanoparticles, namely Fe3O4, Fe3O4@SiO2, and Fe3O4@MCM-48. The sulfonic acid-functionalized nanoparticles were evaluated as catalysts for the synthesis of 5-aryl-1H-benzo[f]chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione derivatives in terms of activity and recyclability. Their catalytic activities were compared with that of the homogeneous acid catalyst 1-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate([HMIm][HSO4]). The activity of Fe3O4@MCM-48–SO3H was comparable to those of the other heter-ogeneous and homogeneous catalysts.  相似文献

By the condensation of 2,6-bis(4-amino-5-mercapto-[1,2,4]-triazoles-2)pyridine with aromatic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Compounds of 2,6-bis(6-aryl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]-thiadiazole-3-yl)pyridines were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. Their electrochemical behavior and cyclic voltammogram also were be studied. The results showed that they have high ionization potentials and good affinity.  相似文献

A series of 2-aryl-5-alkyl-7-methoxylbenzo[b]furan derivatives have been synthesized by utilizing the coupling of methyl 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-5-bromocinnamate with cuprous phenylacetylide as the key step.The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by1H NMR,IR and MS.The structure of compound 14 was further confirmed by single crystal X-ray.Compound 17 showed cytotoxic activity against human lung carcinoma A549.  相似文献

3-[1′(1′H)-Substituent-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarins and 3-(1′,2′-oxazol-5′-yl)benzo[5,6]coumarin were prepared via condensation of 3-(2′-formyl-1′-chlorovinyl)benzo[5,6] coumarin with hydrazine derivatives or hydroxylamine.Reaction of 3-[1′(1′H)-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarin with alkyl halides,olefinic compunds or acid chlorides are described.  相似文献

A novel method for the preparation of chromogenic calixarenes with azo groups was reported.p-Substituted(-NO2,-CH3,-Cl)amilines were diazotized with isoamyl nitrite in EtONa/EtOH under refluxing condition.Fifteen mono-,bis-,tris-and tetrakis(p-substituted phenyl)azo calix[4]arenes (including proximal and distal isomers) were obtainged respectively by diazo-coupling in different molar ratio to calix[4]arenes(1) under pH=7.5-9.0 in non-aqueous solution at 0-5℃.^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra of (p-substtituted phenyl)azo calix[4]-arenes indicated that they existed in cone conformation in solution.  相似文献

A novel series of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anticancer compounds.The structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR and MS.Their antiproliferative activities against two cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro.Three of compounds (1e,1g,and 1h) exhibited potent antiproliferative activities,especially compound 1h (with IC_(50) values of 5.2μmol/L and 1.9μmol/L against Bel-7402 and HT-1080,respectively).The preliminary structure-activity relationships of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives were discussed.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of (NH4)2(15-crown-5)3[Cu(mnt)2] (1) and (NH4)2(benzo-15-crown-5)4- [Cu(mnt)2]·0.5H2O (2) were determined. Two single crystals are composed of distinct structures of ammonium-crown ether supramolecular cation and [Cu(mnt)2]2- anion. The triple-decker dication in complex 1 and a sandwich dimmer in complex 2 were observed. X-Band EPR studies on the single crystals of both complex 1 and complex 2 have been carried out at room temperature, which revealed that complex 2 showed a perfect hyperfine structure of Cu whereas that of complex 1 could not be observed. The principal values and direction cosines of the principal axes of the g and A tensors were computed by a least-squares fitting procedure. The spin density of Cu(Ⅱ) was estimated according to the principal values of the A tensors and compared well with the results calculated based on DFT method.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the first [1.1]chromarenophanes and the first [1.1]molybdarenophanes are described. A salt-metathesis reaction of [2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 4]AlCl 2 with freshly prepared [Cr(LiC 6H 5) 2].TMEDA (TMEDA = N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) resulted in the dialumina[1.1]chromarenophane [{2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 4}Al(eta (6)-C 6H 5) 2Cr] 2 ( 2a). The poor solubility of 2a in organic solvents prompted us to synthesize the new intramolecularly coordinated aluminum- and gallium dichlorides [5- tBu-2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 3]ECl 2 [E = Al ( 3a), Ga ( 3b)] in which the phenyl group was equipped with a tert-butyl group. Salt-metathesis reactions of 3a and 3b, respectively, with freshly prepared [M(LiC 6H 5) 2].TMEDA (M = Cr, Mo) resulted in four new [1.1]metallarenophanes of the general type [{5- tBu-2-(Me 2NCH 2)C 6H 3}E(eta (6)-C 6H 5) 2M] 2 [E = Al, M = Cr ( 4a); E = Ga, M = Cr ( 4b); E = Al, M = Mo ( 5a); E = Ga, M = Mo ( 5b)]. 2a, 4a, b, and 5a, b have been structurally characterized by single-crystal analysis [ 2a.1/2C 6H 12: C 48H 56Al 2Cr 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 9.9117(9) A, b = 19.9361(16) A, c = 10.638(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 112.322(5) degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 4a.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Al 2Cr 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 10.9626(9) A, b = 19.3350(18) A, c = 12.4626(9) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 100.756(5) degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 4b.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Cr 2Ga 2N 2, monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a = 10.8428(2) A, b = 19.4844(4) A, c = 12.4958(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 100.6187 degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , Z = 2; 5a.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Al 2Mo 2N 2, triclinic, P1, a = 10.4377(4) A, b = 11.6510(4) A, c = 11.6514(4) A, alpha = 73.545(3) degrees , beta = 89.318(2) degrees , gamma = 76.120(2) degrees , Z = 1; 5b.2C 6H 6: C 62H 72Ga 2Mo 2N 2, triclinic, P1, a = 10.3451(5) A, b = 11.6752(6) A, c = 11.6900(5) A, alpha = 73.917(3) degrees , beta = 89.550(3) degrees , gamma = 76.774(2) degrees , Z = 1]. All five [1.1]metallarenophanes 2a, 4a, b, and 5a, b crystallize as anti isomers with both Me 2N donor groups in exo positions ( C i point group symmetry). The new [1.1]metallarenophanes show NMR spectra that can be interpreted as being caused by time-averaged C 2 h symmetrical species, which is consistent with the findings of their molecular structures in the solid state. Variable-temperature (1)H NMR measurements for 4a, b and 5a, b (500 MHz; -90 to 90 degrees C) revealed only peak broadening in the lower temperature range of -70 to -90 degrees C. (1)H NMR saturation transfer difference experiments did not show an expected anti-to-anti isomerization, rendering the new [1.1]metallacyclophanes rigid on the NMR time scale. Electrochemical measurements were performed for 4a, b and 5a, b. However, reproducible cyclic voltammograms could only be obtained for the two gallium species 4b and 5b, revealing the expected weak communication between the two transition-metal atoms in both compounds (class II).  相似文献

A series of novel triazolo thiadiazines were synthesized by a simple, highly efficient, one‐pot pseudo four component approach involving the condensation of 4‐amino‐5‐hydrazinyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 1 ), aromatic aldehydes ( 2 ), and various phenacyl bromides ( 3 ) with good yields. Three barrel-shaped artificial molecular capsules 1-3, based on normal cucurbit[5]uril (Q[5]) and decamethylcucurbit[5]uril (Me10Q[5]), were synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Encapsulation of a chlorine anion in the cavity of a Q[5] or Me10Q[5] to form closed a molecular capsule with the coordinated metal ions or coordinated metal ions and water molecules in the crystal structures of these compounds is common. The three complexes [Pr2(C30H30N20O10)Cl3(H2O)13]3+ 3 Cl- x 5 H2O (1), [Sr2(C40H50N20O10)(H2O)4Cl]3+ 3 Cl- x 2 (HCl) 19 H2O (2) and [K(C40H50N20O10)(H2O)Cl] x [Zn(H2O)2Cl2] x [ZnCl4]2- x 2 (H3O)+ x 8 H2O (3) all crystallize as isolated molecular capsules.  相似文献

8-Methoxy-4-phenyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinazoline-2(1H)-thione, obtained by the condensation of 2-benzylidene-6-methoxy-3,4-dihydronapthalene-1(2H)-one with thiourea, on reaction with chloroacetic acid and 3-chloropropanoic acid in the presence of the ionic liquid N-methylpyridinium tosylate furnishes 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-7,10-dihydro-5H- benzo[h]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoline-9(6H)-one and 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-5,6,10,11-tetrahydro- benzo[h][1,3]thiazino[2,3-b]quinazoline-9(7H)-one. Further, condensation of the thione with 1,2-dibromoethane and 1,3-dibromopropane yields 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-6,7,9,10-tetrahydro-5 H-benzo[h]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoline and 3-methoxy-7-phenyl-5,6,7,9,10,11-hexahydrobenzo [h][1,3]thiazino[2,3-b]quinazoline respectively. Arylidene derivatives have been obtained by two routes. The structures of the cyclized compounds have been established on the basis of elemental analysis and spectroscopic data. The synthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity. Some of the compounds showed promising antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

The reaction of NdCl3 with 2 equiv. of Na-ButC5H4 in THF(tetrahydrofuran) gives blue crystals [(ButC5H4)2NdCl]2, C36H52Cl2Nd2 (Mr = 844.11 ), which crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P-1. The crystal data are a= 11. 978(1), b=12. 671(4), c=12. 706(2)A, α=105.47(2), β=99. 38(1), γ=93. 15(2)°, V=1825(3)A3, Z=2, Dc=1.53g/cm3, F(000)=450, T=298K, λ(MoKα)= 0. 71069 A ,μ= 14. 97cm-1. Final R= 0. 0390, Rw,= 0. 0376 for 4329 reflections with I≥3σ(Io). The molecule has a dimer structure with two certrosymmetrical chlorine bridges. Tetramethyl- and hexamethyl-substituted [2.2]metacyclophane monoenes (10 and 11) are transformed into their corresponding trans-dimethyldihydroethanophenanthrenium dications (14(2+) and 15(2+)) in FSO(3)H x SbF(5) (4:1) and FSO(3)H x SbF(5) (1:1) with SO(2)ClF or SO(2) as the solvent; these 10 pi-dications are equivalent to the C-4/C-5 diprotonated dications of the 2,7-dimethyl derivative of trans-DMDHP, 3a. The trans-12c,12d-dimethyl-12c,12d-dihydrobenzo[e]pyrene (6) reacts with FSO(3)H/SO(2)ClF under surprisingly mild conditions to give initially a persistent diprotonated dication (6H(2)(2+)) and, subsequently, the oxidation dication (6(2+)); the 6(2+):6H(2)(2+) ratio reaches 4:1 after 1 week at low temperature. Protonation of the anti-metacyclophane (13) was also examined. Charge delocalization mode and tropicity in the resulting dications are gauged via detailed NMR studies at 500 MHz.  相似文献

The title compound 3-benzyl-6-trichloromethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole I (C11HTC13N4S, Mr = 333.62) has been synthesized, and its structure was determined by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, and X-ray diffractions. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^-, with a = 5.898(3), b = 10.510(4), c = 11.580(5) A, α = 74.936(7), β= 75.476(7), γ = 79.647(7)°, V= 665.9(5)/A^3, F(000) = 336, Z= 2, Dc = 1.664 g/cm^3, 2 = 0.71073A, p = 0.834 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0605 and wR = 0.0900. The secondary bonding interactions (SBIs) S…N and π-π stacking interactions are found in the crystal structure and they link the molecules into a three-dimensional network.  相似文献
