在[BMIM][TPPMS]离子型膦配体和碱性离子液体 [BMIM][OAc] 组成的功能离子液体复合体系中, PdCl2(CH3CN)2可以有效地催化溴苯和丙烯酸乙酯的交叉偶联(Heck)反应, 产物肉桂酸乙酯(反式)的收率达到60%. 锚定在功能离子液体复合体系中的Pd催化剂循环使用11次后仍保持良好的活性和稳定性. 该催化剂体系的良好活性和稳定性可归因于三个方面: [BMIM][TPPMS]和[BMIM][OAc]间的协同配位效应; 以[BMIM][OAc]作为Heck反应的缚酸剂, 避免了无机盐粘稠物的形成; 生成的副产物[BMIM]Br可以有效溶解钯黑, 避免了钯黑的析出. 该离子液体催化体系对不同底物的Heck偶联反应也表现出良好的普适性.  相似文献

通过较简单的方法合成了田菁胶负载钯化合物,利用XPS、IR、TG、DTA和TEM等手段对其进行了表征.该化合物在空气氛围中就能很好地催化丙烯酸、苯乙烯和丙烯酰胺与芳基碘的Heck反应,高产率(≥85 % )且立体选择性地生成取代的反式肉桂酸、1,2- 二苯乙烯和肉桂酰胺.化合物具有较好的重复使用性能.催化剂中起催化作用的是金属态的钯.  相似文献

将二苯基膦通过共价键引入到氧化石墨烯(GO)中,利用二苯基膦对Pd的鳌合配位作用,合成了GO固载Pd催化剂(GO-P-Pd);通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了其对Heck偶联反应的催化性能.结果表明,该催化剂表现出优异的催化性能,重复使用7次后催化活性无显著降低,并且对不同的反应底物有较好的普适性.  相似文献

采用Heck反应合成出6个带有不同推拉电子基团的二苯乙烯衍生物,产率68%~84%.研究了反应物分子结构对Heck偶联反应的影响,对实验条件进行了优化并探讨了其反应机理.结果表明,反应温度120℃,溶剂DMF 和Et3N体积比为2: 1时可以获得较高产率.同时我们还发现,不同的反应物结构对Heck反应产率的影响较大,随着反应物中双键的电子云密度的降低(对甲基苯乙烯>苯乙烯>4-乙烯吡啶),反应产率依次降低;芳卤的反应活性表现为:NO2-Ar-Br>H-Ar-Br>CH3-Ar-Br.  相似文献

Heck反应作为构建C—C键最为强大和实用的合成工具之一,经过数十年的发展已逐渐趋于成熟,并在各种功能分子的合成中获得了极为广泛的应用.近年来,随着光催化的兴起,可见光诱导的钯催化Heck反应也随之快速发展起来.作为一种新颖的C—C键构建策略,可见光诱导的Heck反应极大地扩展了底物的适用范围,包括亲核试剂和亲电试剂.同时,这种由激发态钯络合物引发,机理上涉及杂化的自由基-PdⅠ物种的特殊反应路径也使得可见光诱导的钯催化Heck反应表现出条件温和、官能团兼容性好以及转化多样性等特点,是对经典Heck反应的极大补充,在功能分子的合成以及复杂化合物的后期修饰等方面极具应用潜力.根据反应亲核/亲电试剂种类,以及串联反应类型,对可见光诱导的Heck反应进行归类和总结,并对部分反应机理进行了简要阐述.  相似文献

以天然木质素为原料, 用甲醛对其进行交联得到了交联木质素, 通过简单的方法合成了负载钯催化剂, 用XPS、 TG、 DTA等对其进行了表征. 该催化剂在空气氛围中能很好的催化乙烯基化合物与芳基碘的Heck反应. 如在较低的温度下(40 ℃)催化丙烯酸与碘苯的反应, 产率高达73.7%, 显示了较高的催化活性. 该催化剂重复使用5次, 产率仍高达90%, 显示该催化剂有良好的重复使用性能.  相似文献

以天然高分子壳聚糖为载体,制得了用于Heck反应的壳聚糖钯配合物多相催化剂,用XPS对其结构进行了表征,并利用正交实验方法考察了原料配比、缚酸剂三乙胺的用量、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂的用量对碘代苯与丙烯酸丁酯Heck反应的影响.结果表明:反应因素的影响大小为:反应温度>原料配比>三乙胺用量>催化剂的用量>反应时间;在最佳的反应条件下:碘代苯与丙烯酸丁酯的摩尔比为1∶1、三乙胺9mmol、催化剂0.1g(钯含量1.88×10-2mmol)时,氮气保护下140℃反应8h,肉桂酸丁酯的产率可高达99.8%.并且该催化剂对其它丙烯酸酯的Heck反应也具有良好的催化活性.  相似文献

A novel palladium catalyst immobilized on polyacrylonitrile fiber mats (Pd/PAN) was prepared by electrospinning. The catalytic activity and recyclability of the microwave‐assisted Pd/PAN fiber mats were examined for the Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling of aryl iodides with three different acrylates in aqueous solution. The morphology of the prepared Pd/PAN fiber mats was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The large size of the PAN fiber mat‐supported palladium catalyst enables much easier separation from the reaction mixture by simple filtration. Density functional theory calculation indicates that the chelation energy of palladium chloride (PdCl2) with propionitrile (model of PAN) is considerable smaller than that of PdCl2 with water, suggesting that the stability and reactivity of the Pd/PAN fiber mats catalyst could be improved through the surface derivatization with polar functional groups. A novel palladium catalyst supported on shell powder has been prepared, and its application to the Heck reaction of aryl iodides with olefins has been reported. The results showed that the novel catalyst had extremely high activities for the reactions with the average yield over 90%. Also, this catalyst showed excellent stability in Heck reactions, being reused three times. The catalyst was characterized by X‐ray powder diffraction and field‐emission scanned electron microscopy images, and the energy dispersive X‐ray analyzer. A new protocol is reported for the synthesis of a heterogeneous palladium nanocomposite stabilized with a terephthalic acid‐derived ligand (N ,N ‐bis(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzylidene)terephthalohydrazide). This is a highly insoluble ligand in common organic solvents, except dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide. The resulting palladium nanocomposite acts as an efficient catalyst precursor for Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions conducted under various reaction conditions. A new method for the preparation of SBA-15-supported palladium catalyst for Heck reaction in supercritical carbon dioxide was presented.The newly formed SBA-15-supported palladium catalyst(Ph-SBA-15-PPh3-Pd) exhibited high catalytic activity for the Heck reaction of 4-nitrobromobenzene with methyl acrylate.The catalyst can be reused several times without a loss of activity.  相似文献

Heterogeneous palladium catalysts, a biopolymer complex wool-Pd, have been applied in water-mediated coupling reactions of aryl bromides without assistance of any phosphine ligands. The catalyst was characterized by XPS, ICP. The results showed that aryl bromides could carry out the coupling reaction with a variety of alkenes at 80 °C, in aqueous media under atmospheric condition. More importantly, the cheap catalyst is stable, which shows negligible metal leaching, and retain good activity for at least ten successive runs without any additional activation treatment. This approach would be very useful from a practical viewpoint.  相似文献

Palladium chloride was grafted to amino‐functionalized MCM‐41 to prepare heterogeneous catalysts. XRD, N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, IR, 13C and 29Si cross‐polarization magic‐angle spinning NMR spectroscopy and XPS techniques were employed to characterize the catalytic materials. The heterogeneous palladium catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the Heck vinylation of iodobenzene with methyl acrylate, giving 92% yield of methyl cinnamate in the presence of N‐methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and triethylamine (Et3N). The stability of the heterogeneous catalyst was also studied in detail. The catalytic tests showed that the palladium leaching correlated to solvent, base and palladium loading. The heterogeneous catalyst exhibited excellent stability towards loss of activity and palladium leaching was not observed during six recycles in the presence of toluene and Na2CO3. Palladium catalyzed Heck reaction of 2-iodoanilines and acrylate has been developed. The palladium catalyzed Heck reaction of 2-iodoanilines can readily occur in CH3CN using Pd(OAc)2 (5.0?mol%) as catalyst, NEt3 as base under ligand-free conditions. And 2-alkenylanilines were obtained as the cross-coupling products with medium to high yield.  相似文献
