Hawking radiation from the cylindrical symmetric black hole, which is asymptotically anti-de Sitter not only in the transverse direction but also in the string or membrane direction, is discussed from the anomaly point of view. We implement the covariant anomaly cancellation method, the more refined formalism that was proposed by Banerjee and Kulkarni recently than the initial work of Robinson et al., to discuss the near-horizon gauge and gravitational anomalies. Our result shows that Hawking radiation from the cylindrical configurations with horizons also can be reproduced by the anomaly cancellation method.  相似文献

We study the Hawking radiation of spherically symmetric, asymptotically flat black holes in the infrared modified Ho?ava–Lifshitz gravity by applying the methods of covariant anomaly cancelation and effective action, as well as the approach of Damour–Ruffini–Sannan’s. These black holes behave as the usual Schwarzschild ones of general relativity when the radial distance is very large. We also extend the method of covariant anomaly cancelation to derive the Hawking temperature of the spherically symmetric, asymptotically AdS black holes that represent the analogues of the Schwarzschild AdS ones.  相似文献

In this paper, Hawking radiation from the Kerr Newman de Sitter black hole is studied via gauge anomaly and gravitational anomaly. The obtained results of Hawking radiation from the event horizon and the cosmological horizon accord with those by other methods.  相似文献

Recently, Banerjee and Kulkarni (R. Banerjee, S. Kulkarni, arXiv: 0707. 2449 [hep-th]) suggested that it is conceptually clean and economical to use only the covariant anomaly to derive Hawking radiation from a black hole. Based upon this simplified formalism, we apply the covariant anomaly cancellation method to investigate Hawking radiation from a modified Schwarzschild black hole in the theory of rainbow gravity. Hawking temperature of the gravity’s rainbow black hole is derived from the energy-momentum flux by requiring it to cancel the covariant gravitational anomaly at the horizon. We stress that this temperature is exactly the same as that calculated by the method of cancelling the consistent anomaly.  相似文献

Information about the collapsed matter in black holes will be lost with thermal Hawking radiations. Recently, it has been proved that information is conserved in Hawking radiation from stationary black holes with the nonthermal spectrum discovered by Parikh and Wilczek. In this paper, we study the information loss problem for spherically symmetric nonstationary black holes. We prove that information can be recovered even with Hawking radiations from dynamical horizons.  相似文献

In the light of Robinson and Wilczek's new idea, and motivated by Banerjee and Kulkarni's simplified method of using only the covariant anomaly to derive Hawking radiation from a black hole, we generally extend the work to Kerr-Newman black hole in dragging coordinates frame. It is shown that the flows introduced to cancel the anomaly at the event horizon are equal to the corresponding Hawking radiation in dragging coordinates frame, which supports and extends Robinson and Wilczek's opinion.  相似文献

In this paper, Hawking radiation is studied from four-dimensional (4D) Kaluza–Klein (KK) AdS black holes via the method of anomaly cancellation. The KK-AdS black hole considered is a non-extremal charged rotating solution in the theory of 4D gauged supergravity. Its Hawking fluxes of electric charge, angular momentum and energy momentum tensor are derived here. Our results support the common view that Hawking radiation is the quantum effect arising at the event horizon.  相似文献

Hawking radiation of particles with electric and magnetic charges from the Einstein–Maxwell-Dilaton–Axion black hole is derived via the anomaly cancellation method, initiated by Robinson and Wilczek and elaborated by Banerjee and Kulkarni recently. We reconstruct the electromagnetic field tensor to redefine the gauge potential and equivalent charge corresponding to the source with electric and magnetic charges. We only adopt the covariant gauge and gravitational anomalies to discuss the near-horizon quantum anomaly in the dragging coordinate frame. Our result shows that Hawking radiation in this case also can be reproduced from the viewpoint of anomaly.  相似文献

Hawking radiation of a particle with electric and magnetic charges from the Kerr-Newman-Kasuya black hole is discussed in the dragging coordinate frame via the anomaly cancellation method, initiated by Robinson and Wilczek. We redefine an equivalent charge of the charged and magnetized black hole by reconstructing the electromagnetic field tensor. We adopt the refined covariant anomaly cancellation method to determining the compensating fluxes of charge flow and energy momentum tensor, which are proved to precisely match with those of the 2-dimensional blackbody radiation at the Hawking temperature with an appropriate chemical potential.  相似文献

Motivated by the successful applications of the anomaly cancellation method to derive Hawking radiation from various types of black hole spacetimes, we further extend the gravitational anomaly method to investigate the Hawking radiation from the apparent horizon of a FRW universe by assuming that the gravitational anomaly also exists near the apparent horizon of the FRW universe. The result shows that the radiation flux from the apparent horizon of the FRW universe measured by a Kodama observer is just the pure thermal flux. The result presented here will further confirm the thermal properties of the apparent horizon in a FRW universe.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply the quantum anomaly cancelation method and the effective action approach as well as the method of Damour–Ruffini–Sannan to derive Hawking radiation of Dirac particles from the Myers–Perry black hole. Using the dimensional reduction technique, we find that the fermionic field in the background of the Myers–Perry black hole can be treated as an infinite collection of quantum fields in (1+1)-dimensional background coupled with the dilaton field and the U(1) gauge field near the horizon. Thus Hawking temperature and fluxes are found. The Hawking temperature obtained agrees with the surface gravity formula while the Hawking fluxes derived from the anomaly cancelation method and the effective action approach are in complete agreement with the ones obtained from integrating the Planck distribution.  相似文献

We show that the recent tunneling formulas for black hole radiation in static, spherically symmetric spacetimes follow as a consequence of the first law of black hole thermodynamics and the area-entropy relation based on the radiation temperature. A tunneling formula results even if the radiation temperature is different from the one originally derived by Hawking and this is discussed in the context of the recent factor of 2 problem. In particular, it is shown that if the radiation temperature is higher than the Hawking temperature by a factor of two, thermodynamics then leads to a tunneling formula which is exactly the one recently found to be canonically invariant.  相似文献

We investigate the Hawking radiation of a Kaluza-Klein black hole by using one-dimensional(1D),non-equilibrium,Landauer transport model. The derived Hawking radiation temperature is in consistence with that obtained by using the usual anomaly method. With the Landauer transport model,we calculate the entropy flow out of the Kaluza-Klein black hole and the relevant entropy production rate. How these quantities depending on the physical parameters of the black hole is also discussed.  相似文献

Based on the anomaly cancellation method, initiated by Robinson and Wilczek, we investigates Hawking radiation from the modified Schwarzschild black hole from gravity's rainbow from the anomaly point of view. Unlike the general Schwarzschild space-time, the metric of this black hole depends on the energies of probes. The obtained result shows to restore the underlying general covariance at the quantum level in the effective field, the covariant compensating flux of energy-momentum tensor, which is related to the energies of the probes, should precisely equal to that of a (1 + 1)-dimensional blackbody at the Hawking temperature.  相似文献

This paper derives the Hawking flux from the Schwarzschild black hole with a global monopole by using Robinson and Wilczek's method. Adopting a dimensional reduction technique, it can describe the effective quantum field in the (3 + 1)-dimensional global monopole background by an infinite collection of the (1 + 1)-dimensional massless fields if neglecting the ingoing modes near the horizon, where the gravitational anomaly can be cancelled by the (1 + 1)- dimensional black body radiation at the Hawking temperature.  相似文献

In this paper we obtain the flux of Hawking radiation from rotating BTZ black holes from the gauge and gravitational anomalies point of view. Then we show that the gauge and gravitational anomaly in BTZ spacetime is cancelled by the total flux of a 2-dimensional blackbody at the Hawking temperature of the spacetime.  相似文献

Hawking radiation from cosmological horizon and event horizon of the Reissner-Nordstrom de Sitter black hole with a global monopole is studied via a new method that was propounded by Robinson and Wilzek and elaborated by Banerjee and Kulkarni. The results show that the gauge current and energy-momentum tensor fluxes, which required keeping gauge covariance and general coordinate invariance at the quantum level in the effective field theory, are exactly equivalent to those of Hawking radiation from the event horizon and the cosmological horizon, respectively.  相似文献

Applying the semi-classical quantum tunneling model, we have studied the Hawking radiation via tunneling from a cylindrically symmetric black hole. The derived results show that the tunneling rate of at the event horizon of the black hole is related to Bekenstein–Hawking entropy and the factual radiation spectrum is not strictly pure thermal, but is consistent with the underlying unitary theory. This paper discusses Hawking radiation from the charged and magnetized Ba?ados--Teitelboim--Zanelli (BTZ) black hole from the viewpoint of anomaly, initiated by Robinson and Wilczek recently. It reconstructs the electromagnetic field tensor and the Lagrangian of the field corresponding to the source with electric and magnetic charges to redefine an equivalent charge and gauge potential. It employs the covariant anomaly cancellation method to determine the compensating fluxes of charge flow and energy-momentum tensor, which are shown to match with those of the 2-dimensional blackbody radiation at the Hawking temperature exactly.  相似文献
