Differential cross sections and polarization observables for the elastic and inelastic scattering of 800-MeV protons on 16O and 20Ne nuclei are calculated on the basis of the theory of multiple diffractive scattering and the α-cluster model involving dispersion. The single-particle nucleon-density distributions obtained within the α-cluster model involving dispersion are used in the calculations. The differential cross sections and polarization calculated for elastic and inelastic p16O and p20Ne scattering are compatible with available experimental data. The spin-rotation functions calculated for elastic p16O and p20Ne scattering within the independent-nucleon model differ qualitatively from their counterparts calculated within the α-cluster model involving dispersion.  相似文献

A model based on the multiple diffraction scattering theory and the α-cluster model with dispersion of target nuclei is proposed for describing the behavior of observables for the elastic deuteron scattering from 12C and 16O nuclei at intermediate energies. Differential cross-sections and analyzing powers calculated within this approach for incident-deuteron energies of 400 and 700 MeV are in a reasonable agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

The excitation function of elastic α-particle scattering on 14C has been measured in the laboratory energy range 16.3–19.2 MeV using a backscattering technique with a thick target. These data were analyzed together with the old low-energy data of G.L. Morgan et al. in the framework of the R-matrix formalism. Spin-parity assignments were made for 32 states in 18O in the excitation range 9–20 MeV. The estimates of the widths of the states are also presented. The 0+ and 0?α-cluster bands appeared to be well separated by 5.6 MeV (as in 16O and 20Ne). We have not found a confirmation of existence of the negative-parity molecular states proposed by M. Gai et al. We observed an effect of a doubling of α-cluster levels in 18O similar to that found in 22Ne.  相似文献

The differential cross sections of proton elastic scattering from 8Li and 9Li nuclei in inverse kinematics have been calculated. The cross sections were determined within the Glauber diffraction theory with the wave functions of nuclei in the three-particle α-t-n, α-t-2n, and 7Li-n-n models. Comparison with the existing experimental data for E = 700 and 60 MeV/nucleon made it possible to draw a conclusion about the quality of the wave functions and the adequacy of the potentials used for their calculations.  相似文献

At an energy of 25 MeV and in the angular range 7°−175° in the laboratory frame, angular distributions were measured for elastic deuteron scattering on 6Li nuclei and for the respective inelastic-scattering processes accompanied by the transitions to the ground state (1+) of the 6Li nucleus and to its excited state at E x = 2.186 MeV (J π = 3+). The resulting data were analyzed on the basis of the optical model of the nucleus and the coupled-reaction-channel method with allowance for the mechanism of alpha-particle-cluster exchange. It is shown that only upon including, in the analysis, channel coupling and the exchange mechanism can the experimental cross sections for elastic and inelastic scattering be reproduced over the entire range of angles.  相似文献

Coupled-channels calculations for the elastic and inelastic scattering of K+ at 715 MeV/c by 6Li and 12C at 635, 715 and 800 kaon Lab momenta have been analysed. The optical potentials of 12C and 6Li are calculated in terms of the alpha-particle and deuteron optical potentials. Good fits to the experimental data and phenomenological calculations are obtained for 6Li and 12C nuclei.  相似文献

Data on elastic and inelastic scattering, and the reactions of few-nucleon transfers in the interaction between the nuclei of deuteron and 9Be at energies of around 10 MeV/nucleon, are analyzed. A theoretical analysis is performed using the double-folding potential model with the wave function of the ground state of the 9Be nucleus, constructed in the three-cluster α + α + n-approximation. Calculations of the cross section of elastic scattering for the reaction d + 9Be using the calculated folding potential are preformed using the optical model. The resulting optical potential is used to analyze cross sections of transfer reactions and inelastic scattering in the context of the distorted waves method. A comparative analysis of the experimental data and theoretical calculations is performed.  相似文献

A theory of the diffractive scattering of loosely bound three-cluster nuclei by nuclei was developed with allowance for Coulomb interaction. The differential cross sections for the scattering of projectile exotic nuclei 7Be and 8B by 12C nuclei at an energy of 40 MeV per nucleon were calculated within the proposed formalism. Differential cross sections of the elastic scattering of protons of intermediate energies by 9B and 10B nuclei are calculated within the Glauber theory. The matrix elements of elastic scattering are derived with a wave function in the three-particle 2αp-model (for 9B) and with an oscillatory wave function (for 10B). The differential cross-sections are calculated with allowance for the triple collisions on 9B nuclei and in the approximation of double collisions on 10B nuclei. The sensitivity of the differential cross-section to the 9B nucleus structure is analyzed. The differential cross section of 10B at E = 197 MeV is compared to the results from calculations using the distorted wave method.  相似文献

We present the elastic scattering of the 6He+208Pb and the 6He+197Au systems at the laboratory energy of E lab=27 MeV within the framework of the McIntyre parametrization, and systematically investigate χ 2/N analysis of both systems to obtain an excellent agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data. We find large diffusivity parameters indicating long range absorption mechanisms. We also show that both systems lack both the nuclear and the Coulomb rainbow scattering for obtained S-matrix parameters.  相似文献

A systematic investigation of the elastic scattering of the 9Be nucleus, which is among themost loosely bound stable nuclei was performed.Differential cross sections for elastic 9Be + 16O scattering were measured at a c.m. energy of 47.5 MeV (beam of 132-MeV 16O nuclei). Available data at different energy values and data for neighboring nuclei were included in our analysis. As a result, the very fact of rainbow scattering was reliably established for the first time in systems involving 9Be. In addition, the analysis in question made it possible to identify Airy minima and to determine unambiguously the nucleus-nucleus potential with a high probability.  相似文献

Based on experiments on elastic 4Не12С scattering at energies of 1.5–6.5 MeV, a phase analysis is performed and results obtained are compared with the available data. The parameters of 4Не12С interactions are refined to reproduce more correctly the energy of bound energy levels of the 16О nucleus required for calculations of the astrophysical S-factors.  相似文献

The main aim of this work was to describe the reactions of elastic scattering of 16O + 12C over a wide range of energies in an optical model with an l-dependent core. We obtained a value for the compressibility coefficient that agreed with the one found from data on the giant monopole resonance. We considered the elastic transfer of an α particle to reproduce the cross section in the reverse hemisphere.  相似文献

Inelastic electron scattering form factors away from the closed sd -shell are investigated. This investigation covers the low-lying states in 29Si , which is considered according to the many-particle configuration mixing shell model as the 16O core, plus thirteen nucleons distributed over the entire sd -shell orbits. The investigation concentrates on the perturbative role of the core, which is called core polarization effects, on the inelastic electron scattering form factors. Core polarization effects are taken into consideration through the excitation of nucleons from 1s and 1p core orbits, and also from the 2s -1d valence orbits into higher shells, with 2ℏω excitations. Core polarization matrix elements are calculated with the M3Y effective interaction. For the sd -shell model space, a new Hamiltonian, based on a renormalized G -matrix, USDB, is used. All calculations are performed without adjusting any parameters.  相似文献

In this study, Ip = 1+\ensuremath I^{\pi} = 1^{+} and Ip = 1-\ensuremath I^{\pi} = 1^{-} dipole mode excitations are systematically investigated within the rotational and translational + Galilean invariant quasiparticle random-phase approximation for 232Th , 236U , and 238U actinide nuclei. It is shown that the investigated nuclei reach a B(M1) strength structure, which corresponds to the scissors mode. The calculated mean excitation energies as well as the summed B(M1) value of the scissors mode excitations are consistent with the available experimental data. The results of calculations indicate large differences to the rare-earth nuclei as is the case for the experiment: a doubling of the observed dipole strengths and a shift of the energy centroid to the lower energies by about 800keV. The calculations indicate the presence of a few prominent negative-parity Kp = 1-\ensuremath K^{\pi} = 1^{-} states in the 2.0-4.0MeV energy interval. The occurrence of the negative-parity dipole states with the rather high B(E1) value less than 4MeV shows the necessity of explicit parity measurements for the correct determination of the scissors mode strength in 232Th , 236U , and 238U isotopes.  相似文献

The yields of 135Cs nuclei in a high-spin (19/2) isomeric state and of nuclei neighboring it were measured for photonuclear reactions of the (γ, f) and (γ, α) types. The experiments in question were performed by using bremsstrahlung from a microtron at the maximum electron energy of 25 MeV. The product nuclei were identified by their half-lives and by the lines of gamma radiation emitted in their decay, and the reaction yields R were determined by the ratios of the intensities of these lines to the bremsstrahlung flux. The cross sections for isomer production were calculated, and the angular momenta of product nuclei immediately before the cascade of gamma transitions populating the ground or an isomeric nuclear state were evaluated on the basis of these results. An enhanced yield of the high-spin isomer of 135Cs in the fission reaction in relation to the respective (γ, α) reaction and in relation to the results of the calculations is found.  相似文献

A standard partial-wave analysis was performed on the basis of known measurements of differential cross sections for elastic p 13C scattering at energies in the range 250–750 keV. This analysis revealed that, in the energy range being considered, it is sufficient to take into account the 3 S 1 wave alone. A potential for the triplet 3 S 1-wave state of the p 13C system in the region of the J p T = 1−1 resonance at 0.55 MeV was constructed on the basis of the phase shifts obtained from the aforementioned partial-wave analysis.  相似文献

α-decay half-lives for 104, 105, 106Te and 108, 109, 110Xe close above the doubly-magic 100Sn are calculated from systematic double-folding potentials. The derived α preformation factors are compared to results for 212, 213, 214Po and 216, 217, 218Rn above the doubly-magic 208Pb. α-decay energies of Q α = 5.42±0.07MeV and 4.65±0.15MeV are predicted for 104Te and 108Xe; the corresponding half-lives are T 1/2 ≈ 5ns for 104Te and of the order of 60μs for 108Xe. Additionally, the properties of rotational bands in 104Te are analyzed, and the first excited 2+ state in 104Te is predicted at E x = 650±40keV; it decays preferentially by γ emission with a reduced transition strength of 10 Weisskopf units to the ground state of 104Te and with a minor branch by α emission to the ground state of 100Sn.  相似文献
