从半经典密度矩阵理论出发,采用三能级系统模型对光泵重水气体产生太赫兹激光进行了理论分析,求解得到了脉冲光泵重水气体分子产生太赫兹激光过程中激光信号增益系数Gs和抽运光信号被吸收系数Gp的表达式,通过迭代法对太赫兹激光信号的输出光强进行了数值计算,理论计算得到的频谱特性曲线完全符合受激Raman辐射的频谱特性,即频谱宽度较大、输出光强随抽运失谐量的改变而变化明显等特征.在脉冲激光抽运受激Raman辐射过程中,工作介质D2O气体分子的偶极矩由于受到抽运脉冲光场的扰动发生变化,在频谱特性曲线中表现为受激辐射THz信号的谱线发生了分裂.理论计算结果与已报道的实验结果能较好地相符. 相似文献

建立了反馈调谐CO_2激光器的物理数学模型.稳态分析结果表明,只有当反馈系数大于某一临界值之后,才能出现激光器泵浦速率与激光输出之间的光学双稳性.线性稳定性分析的结果表明,系统失稳的必要条件是失谐量的Debye弛豫速率(反馈系统的带宽)必须超过布居反转的衰减速率.只有当激光泵浦落在某一范围内时,才出现不稳性.数值分析的结果证明了系统输出倍的周期分岔混沌行为.线性稳定性分析预言的Hopf分岔频率与数值分析的结果符合得很好. 相似文献

For the spin Hall effect arising from strong band-structure spin–orbit coupling, a semiclassical Boltzmann theory reasonably addressing the intriguing disorder effect called side-jump has not yet been developed. This paper describes such a theory in which the key ingredient is the spin-current counterpart of the semiclassical side-jump velocity (introduced in the context of the anomalous Hall effect). Applying this theory to spin Hall effects in a two-dimensional electron gas with giant Rashba spin–orbit coupling, largely enhanced spin Hall angle is found in the presence of magnetic impurities when only the lower Rashba band is partially occupied. 相似文献

We investigate atomic above-threshold ionization in elliptically polarized strong laser fields with a semiclassical approach.With increasing laser intensity,the Coulomb focusing(CF) effects are found to become stronger in both parallel and perpendicular directions with respect to the polarization plane.The dependence of CF effects on tunnel exit,initial transverse momentum distribution and laser electric field is analyzed.It was revealed that the effects of tunnel exit are most prominent with variation of the laser intensity,and the other two factors both play non-negligible roles.Our results provide a deeper insight to the recent experiments of Coulomb asymmetry[Shafir D,et al.,2013 Phys.Rev.Lett.111 023005 and Li M,et al,2013 Phys.Rev.Lett.111 023006]. 相似文献

We report on optical pumping experiments in helium-3 using a new broad-band, all fiber laser at 1083 nm. The kinetics of polarization
build-up are compared to the numerical results of an appropriate model. Effects of laser power and bandwidth are discussed.

The theory of homogeneous nucleation is developed for a model nonlinear bistable chemical reaction driven far from equilibrium (trimolecular Schlögl model). The theory is restricted to the vicinity of the stable/unstable transition, where the nucleation barrier is small but nonvanishing. The nucleation rates are derived for two types of fluctuations: first, fluctuations due to a homogeneous external white noise source, and second, internal chemical fluctuations, described by a reastion-diffusion multivariate master equation. In the white noise case, a Landau-Ginzburg potential can be defined, and the standard nucleation formalism can be applied; this is not true for the internal case and a new result is used. The inhomogeneous chemical fluctuations, due to the coupling between the nonlinear reaction and diffusion, are shown to have an influence on the nucleation rate. Quantitative conditions are also given to evaluate the possibility of homogeneous nucleation in nonlinear chemical systems. 相似文献

In this paper a semiclassical propagator in a mixed position--momentum
space is derived in
the formalism of Maslov's multi-dimensional semiclassical theory. The
corresponding mixed van Vleck determinant is also given explicitly. The
propagator can be used to locally fix semiclassical divergences in singular
regions of configuration space. It is shown that when a semiclassical
propagator is transformed from one representation to another, its form is

研究基于注入锁定法布里-珀罗激光器的全光双稳态效应及其在全光存储中的应用. 进行了法布里-珀罗激光器的注入锁定的实验研究, 对注入锁定的法布里-珀罗激光器的输出功率特性进行实验分析, 得到了不同注入光波长失谐量对迟滞曲线的门限宽度和消光比的影响. 进一步, 通过对控制信号功率的合理设置, 实现了对10 Gb/s输入信号的2.5 GHz光存储验证了利用注入锁定法布里-珀罗激光器实现高速全光存储的可行性, 在高速光纤通信领域具有极大的应用价值. 相似文献

提出一种将延时光电反馈引入两段式双稳半导体激光器(TBLD)的吸收区,从而达到控制其双稳及自脉动特性的方案.利用速率方程模型,分析了反馈增益及延迟时间对TBLD双稳及不稳定特性的控制作用.数值模拟的结果表明:TBLD的稳定区域随延迟时间呈周期性变化;双稳区域随延迟时间的增大而变窄;在一定的取值范围内,增大延迟时间有利于增强双稳的稳定性;负反馈更容易出现不稳定性.

Owing to the enormously enhanced oscillating wave, a minute variation of the incident light intensity will give rise to a change in the dielectric constant of the Kerr nonlinear medium and lead to a bistable reflection with an ultra-low threshold intensity, which is closely related to the angle of incidence and the thickness of the Kerr nonlinear medium. The criterion for the existence of optical bistability is derived. Our bistability scheme is simple and not limited to the TM-polarization. 相似文献

为探索新的高能激光体系,搭建了二极管泵浦的液体激光器。采用激光二极管作为泵浦光源,单侧泵浦掺钕离子的无机激光液体,进行了出光实验。通过测量输出光束的近场分布、脉冲波形和光谱,证实实现了激光输出,输出激光的波长为1 053 nm。输出的单脉冲激光能量达到47 mJ,光-光转换效率达到14%。其光-光转换效率高出闪光灯泵浦液体条件下2个数量级,说明该激光体系具有向高能激光体系发展的前景。 相似文献
