The new title compound 8-((4-((2,3-diaminopyridin-4-yl)-oxy)-3-fluorophenyl)-amino)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-2,7-naphthyridin-1(2H)-one(C26H20F2N6O2, Mr = 486.48) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.365(3), b = 13.144(2), c = 11.863(2), β= 108.882(3)°, Z = 4, V = 2267.0(7)3, Dc = 1.425 g/cm3, F(000) = 1008, μ = 0.105 mm-1, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1294 for 3197 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the region C(substituents of 8-amino group and 3-methyl group on the 2,7-naphthyridin-1(2H)-one ring) of compound 6 are effectively planar. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π···π interations are found in the structure. In addition, compound 6 shows potent c-Met and c-Kit kinase inhibition activities.  相似文献

The novel crystal of the title compound 2-(((5-(((5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1, 5-a]-pyrimidin-2-yl)thio)methyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one methanol solvate(C27H25N7O3S2, Mr = 559.66) has been prepared and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monocline system, space group P21/c with a = 11.9879(9), b = 14.0743(10), c = 15.9706(11), β = 98.509(2)°, V = 2664.9(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.395 g/cm3, F(000) = 1168, μ = 0.116 mm-1, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0652, and wR = 0.1425 for 5220 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the molecule adopts a C-shape. The planes of the benzopyrone and triazolopyrimidine were nearly parallel to each other, with a dihedral angle of 1.21(3)°. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π-π interations are found to exist in the structure. The results of MTT assay indicate that the title compound displays excellent antiproliferative activity against two human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The title compound,[Zn(5-hydroxynicotinate) 2 2H 2 O] n,has been synthesized by reacting zinc sulfate vitriol with 5-hydroxynicotinic acid under hydrothermal conditions,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data:monoclinic,space group C2/c,C 12 H 12 N 2 O 8 Zn,M r=377.61,a=10.223(3),b=10.319(3),c=13.613(4),β=105.922(6)°,Z=4,V=1380.9(8)3,F(000)=768,D c=1.816 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.826 mm-1,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1380 for 1157 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).In the structure of the title compound,the Zn II ion located in an inversion center lies in a distorted tetrahedral environment at a N 2 O 2 coordination mode,and the 5-hydroxynicotinic acid ligand links symmetry-related Zn II ions at a μ 2-N,O bridging way forming a two-dimensional covalent structure.In the crystal,solvent water molecules form intermolecular O-H O hydrogen bonds and pyridine rings of adjacent layers form π-π stacking (3.346),which connect adjacent two-dimensional sheets into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A supramolecular compound(H2en)2[Cu(en)2(H3O)2][Mo8O28](en=ethylenediamine) was hydrothermally prepared and confirmed by elemental analysis and TG analysis.Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.4635(4),b=9.8645(5),c=10.9794(5),α=69.2050(10),β=72.3730(10),γ=78.4510(10)o,Mr=1559.55,V=908.24(7)3,Z=1,Dc=2.851 g/m3,F(000)=749,μ=3.350 mm-1,S=1.000,the final R=0.0217 and wR=0.0567.The compound consists of(H2en)2+,[Mo8O28]8-anion and [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]2+ cations and constructs a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atoms from en of [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]4+ fragments and the terminal oxygen atoms from the [Mo8O28]8-polyoxoanions.The electrochemical behavior of this compound has been studied in detail based on a solid bulk modified carbon paste electrode of compound(CPE).  相似文献

A coordination polymer [Ni(pbc)2(H2O)]n(Hpbc = 3-pyrid-4-ylbenzoic acid) has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR and elemental analysis.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=19.624(5),b=12.029(5),c=19.452(5),β=104.45(5)°,C24H18NiN2O5,Mr=473.11,V=4447(2)3,Dc=1.413 g/cm3,F(000)=1952,μ = 0.91 cm-1,Z = 8,the final R=0.0424 and wR=0.0871 for 3757 reflections with I2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the pbc-ligands act as diconnectors to link two Ni(Ⅱ) centers and adopt two coordination modes of μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O to form infinite wavy nickel-carboxylate chains along the bc plane.The topological analysis of compound [Ni(pbc)2(H2O)]n reveals that it is a typical CdS framework.  相似文献

A new pseudo three-dimensional framework structure of the title compound {[CuⅡ(1,10-phen)]2[PMoⅥ11MoⅤO40]}[CuⅠ(C8N4H6)(C9H6NO)(H2O)](1) has been prepared by the hydrothermal method for the first time and characterized by elemental analyses,X-ray single-crystal diffraction and IR spectra.1 consists of two building blocks,one {[CuⅡ(1,10-phen)]2[PMoⅥ11MoⅤO40]} and one [CuⅠ(C8N4H6)(C9H6NO)(H2O)] coordinated group.Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2/c with a=13.498(4),b=12.890(3),c=21.465(8),β=97.314o,V=3704(2)3,Mr=2693.61,Z=2,Dc=2.415 Mg/m3,μ=2.915 mm-1,F(000)=2562,S=1.009,the final R=0.0583 and wR=0.1406 for 5129 observed reflections with I2σ(I).Furthermore,compound 1 shows strong fluorescent properties in the solid state at room temperature.The electrochemical behavior of 1 has also been studied by cyclic voltammograms.  相似文献

With an aim to discover novel AHAS inhibitors,the title compound (S)-ethyl-2(2-methoxy-phenylsulfenamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (C 21 H 22 N 2 O 4 S,M r=398.47) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with a=8.078(2),b=12.824(4),c=18.788(6),V=1946.2(10) 3,Z=4,F(000)=840,D c=1.360 mg/m 3,μ=0.197 mm-1,the final R=0.0433 and wR=0.1035 for 3075 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The absolute structure Flack parameter X of this compound is 0.00(8).A total of 14375 reflections were collected,of which 3431 were independent (R int=0.0437).X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves two intermolecular N-H···O and one N-H···S intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the neighboring molecules.The crystal structure was compared with our previously reported (S)-methyl 2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (R=H(1) and Cl(2)),which provided some useful information of these compounds.  相似文献

The compound phenol,2-[4(S)-4,5-dihydro-4-phenyl-2-ozazolinyl(1,C15H13NO2) was synthesized with a simple,one step method free of water and air.It was obtained in a moderate yield from the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzonitrile with optically active amino alcohol in chloroben-zene under dry,anaerobic conditions.It belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group P212121 with a = 5.786(5),b = 10.730(5),c = 19.722(5),C15H13NO2,Mr = 239.26,V = 1224.4(12)3,Z = 4 and Dc = 1.298 mg/m3.The final R = 0.0324 for 1627 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ) and Rw = 0.0826 for all data.The structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction,NMR and HRMS.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new title compound (E)-ethyl 6-benzyl-2-[(cyclopropylmethylamino)(4-fluorophenylamino)methyleneamino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3-carboxylate ethanol monosolvate (C28H31FN 4O2S·C2H6O, Mr=552.70) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=13.806(10), b=10.850(7), c=19.938(14), β=98.842(9)° , V=2951(4)3 , Z=4, Dc=1.244g/cm 3 , F(000)=1176, μ=0.153 mm-1 , MoKα radiation (λ=0.71073), R=0.0758 and wR=0.2234 for 4262 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Intramolecular N-H…S and C-H…N interactions as well as intermolecular N-H…O and O-H…N hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal structure. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit contains one title molecule and one ethanol molecule.  相似文献

A new molybdenum phosphate [Zn(Mov6P4O31H10)2(C4H14N3)2]·2C4H13N3·8H2O 1 (C4H13N3 = diethylenetriamine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n, a =13.1679(3), b = 22.1240(6), c = 13.6146(3) (A), β = 103.4847(7)°, V = 3856.95(16) (A)3,C16H90N12O70P8ZnMo12, Mr = 3035.41, Z = 2, Dc = 2.614 g/cm3, μ = 2.483 mm-1, F(000) = 2968, S = 1.014, the final R = 0.0196 and wR = 0.0506 for 7486 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). Compound 1 consists of two identical rings of six edge-sharing MoO6 octahedra interconnected by one ZnO6 octahedron, whereas the PO4 tetrahedra which share their apices with the MoO6 octahedra are only located on one side of each Mo6 ring. The 2-charge of polyanion [Zn(Mov6P4O31H10)2]2- unit is compensated in the crystal by two mono-protonated diethylenetriamines (C4H14N3)+. By hydrogen bonding interactions the polyanion of compound 1 is interconnected to form pseudo three dimensional molybdophosphate. Other characterizations by elemental analyses, IR spectrum and fluorescent spectrum are also described.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(Ⅱ) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr=1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=20.874(2), b=14.9953(16), c=20.462(3) (A), β=101.553(2)°, V=6274.8(13) (A)3, Z=4, Dc=1.333 g/cm3, F (000)=2608, μ(MoKα)=0.548 mm-1, R=0.0682 and Wr=0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Zn(Ⅱ) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2 cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

The solvothermal reaction of 3-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole (ttr) with Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O and NaCl in a 1:1:1 molar ratio gave a new complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n with a 3-connected (4.82) 2-D struc- ture. The layers stack in the -ABAB- way along the c axis with abundant hydrogen bonding interac- tions to form the crystal structure. The complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 9.369(1), b = 10.049(1), c = 11.905(1) , V = 1120.9(3) 3, Z = 8.00, C2N4H3ZnCl, Mr = 183.90, Dc = 2.180 g/cm3, μ = 4.740 mm-1, F(000) = 720, S = 1.059 and T = 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0662 and wR = 0.2457 for 956 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0689 and wR = 0.2504 for all data.  相似文献

One new polyoxometalate compound connected via nickel/potassium cations, H8K{[Ni(H2O)5]2(H2Mo1.80W10.20O42)}Cl3·16H2O 1, was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis results reveal that clusters of [Ni(H2O)5]2(H2Mo1.80W10.20O42)}6-in compound 1 are linked by potassium cations to form one- dimiensional chains, based on which a three-dimensional network is further constructed via the hydrogen bonds of O…O and O…Cl. Magnetic measurements show that compound 1 has para- magnetic properties. 用常规合成方法制备了基于Anderson结构阴离子的二维层状化合物[(C6n5NO2)Pr(H2O)4](CrMo6O24H6)·(C6H5NO2)·2.5H2O,通过红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.a=2.3442(9)nm,b=1.3291(5)nm,c=2.458(1)nm,β=103.08(1)°,V=7.460(5)nm^3,R1=0.0727,wR2=0.1903.结构分析表明,[CrMo6O24H6]^3-阴离子通过端氧担载一个配位的Pr^3+离子形成中性的(C6H5NO2)Pr(H2O)4(CrMo6O24H6)基团,相邻的中性基团在O1-Pr-O1桥联下形成一维链,链与链又通过异烟酸的桥联形成二维层状结构.  相似文献

Crystal data: H127Mo36Na7O175, Mr = 6542.79, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 40.891(6), b =17.900(3), c = 25.580(4) (A), β = 125.673(2)°, V = 15210(4)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.857 g/cm3, F(000) =12464, μ = 3.013 mm-1, R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1654 (I> 2σ(Ⅰ)). With the bridging sodium cations,the [Mo36O112(H2O)16]8- units in compound 1 are linked to form a one-dimensional structure, on the basis of which a three-dimensional architecture is further constructed via other sodium cations and complicated hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Utilizing 3,5-bis(x-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (x-Hpytz, x = 3; x = 4) as multidentate ligands, six novel coordination polymers with Zn(II) or Cd(II) metal ions were prepared: [Zn(3-pytz)(0.5)(OH)(0.5)Cl](n) (1, 1D ladder), {[Zn(3-Hpytz)(H(2)O)(4)] [Zn(3-Hpytz)(H(2)O)(3)·SO(4)]SO(4)·5H(2)O}(n) (2·5H(2)O, 1D chain), [Cd(3-Hpytz)(SO(4))](n) (3, 3D framework), {[Cd(3-Hyptz)SO(4)·3H(2)O]·2H(2)O}(n) (4·2H(2)O, 1D chain), [Zn(4-pytz)Cl](n) (5, 3D framework) and [Zn(2)(4-pytz)(SO(4))(OH)](n) (6, 3D framework). All compounds were obtained from hydrothermal reactions, with the exception of compound 4 which was obtained by solvent diffusion at room temperature. All compounds were characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis and TGA analysis and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. All compounds exhibited substantial thermal stability and showed photofluorescent properties that resulted from ligand π-π* transition.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.529(3),b = 10.206(4), c = 14.678(6) A, α = 86.293(6), β = 87.686(7), γ= 81.382(6)°, C28H44Cl2N16O22Zn,Mr = 1093.06, V= 1112.3(8) A3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, S = 1.089,μ(MoKα) = 0.773 mm-1 ,F(000) = 564, the final R = 0.0438 and wR = 0.1076 for 3888 independent reflections with Rint =0.0224. The crystal structure possesses a [Zn(H2O)6]2+ cation, two ClO4- anions and four PNOSs.In the crystal structure, Zn2+ cation is located at the symcenter and coordinated by six water molecules. In [Zn(H2O)6]2+, an elongate octahedral complex cation, the average Zn-O bond length is 2.087(2) A. There exist a lot of H bonds in the structure, linking the cation [Zn(H2O)6]2+, anion ClO4-and PNOS to form a 3D network.  相似文献
