根据相似原理对铝液在多孔介质中的低压向上渗流过程进行了模拟试验研究。试验表明:渗流液面以平面沿铅垂方向推进,并满足四次方根规律;某一时刻t的雷诺数、阻力系数和沿程损失可用相应的公式计算;外加渗流气压的最佳值为0.40at。实验还将模拟充填时间与原型充填时间进了对比,两者得到了良好的一致性。  相似文献

In dentin restoration, collagen fiber network infiltration is an issue. Using data from the literature, we have constructed a relevant numerical geometrical model of the network. The specificity of our model is that the fibers are taken into account implicitly using a regularized Heaviside function. This function is either used to set the viscosity or to localize the contact line where capillary forces are applied. A level set technique with respect to fluid infiltration front tracking in five fiber networks using the level set method and Navier–Stokes equations with capillary terms is used to point out efficient critical infiltration parameters. A variational formulation which can be implemented in a finite elements model is proposed both for the infiltration front and the contact line. Because of lack of knowledge on fiber orientation, different configurations were tested through permeability assessment of the whole network. Fiber orientation, interfibrillar space and contact angle influence were investigated.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The post-buckling behavior of ring-stiffened cylinders subjected to lateral pressure is studied theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical analysis uses the energy method and terms of up to and including fourth order of the buckling displacements are considered. The results of experiments on ten machined ring-stiffened cylinders subjected to lateral pressure and used to verify the theoretical analysis. The theory shows the post-buckling behavior to be stable-symmetric for both the shell and general instability modes. The experimental results are in reasonable agreement with the theory, although they indicate, in general, a lower post-buckling stiffness. For the range of parameters considered, no instability or imperfection sensitivity is found in either the theoretical or the experimental studies.  相似文献

The results of experimental investigation on the mechanical properties of clay brick masonry after high temperature exposition are here presented. The adopted physical model of masonry means to represent both new and old load bearing walls, so to get useful and applicable results. Uniaxial and diagonal compressive tests were carried on masonry samples exposed to 300 and 600°C. Samples of the component materials were tested in compression as well, and the elastic moduli of bricks and mortar were also measured. The results allow to evaluate the levels of residual strength and stiffness of all tested materials after exposure to high temperatures. Finally, property-temperature laws of mechanical decay for masonry, brick and mortar after high temperature exposition are here proposed and discussed.  相似文献

In this paper a mathematical model for miscible displacement in fractured porous media is developed. The model takes into account mechanisms of mass transfer between fracture and matrix. The model is normalized by using the dimensionless parameters, which characterize the process, and the analytical solutions of the resulting system of equations are provided by utilizing the method of characteristics. For comparison the results of model with experimental results, laboratory displacement tests have been performed in fractured systems under miscible displacement. The porous media used were cylindrical Asmari cores from Iranian reservoirs containing an artificially vertical fracture. Normal heptane and kerosene were two miscible fluid used. There is very good agreement between experiments and model prediction.  相似文献

选择低压渗流法制备泡沫铝的工艺过程为模拟对象,根据相似原理,在有机玻璃模型中用液体作为流体,对铝液在多孔介质中的低压向上渗流过程进行了模拟试验研究。试验表明,在低压渗流制备泡沫铝的过程中,原型的渗流液面是以平面沿铅垂方向向上推进的,位移和时间的关系满足四次方根规律;渗流过程中某一时间t的雷诺数、阻力系数和沿程损失可用相应的公式计算;渗流过程中,外加渗流气压的最佳值为0.04kPa,高于该值的外加渗流气压对于渗流时间的影响不大。实验还将模拟实验得到的结果与原型进行了比较,模型的充填时间与原型的充填时间一致性良好,证实了本实验结果的正确性。  相似文献

The parametrically excited lateral vibration of a mass-loaded string is investigated in this paper. Supposing that the mass at the lower end of the string is subjected to a vertical harmonic excitation and neglecting the higher-order vibration modes, the equation of motion for the mass-loaded string can be represented by a Mathieu's equation with cubic nonlinearity. Based on the stability criterion for Mathieu's equation, the critical conditions inducing parametric resonance are clarified. Theoretical analysis shows that when the natural frequency f s of the string lateral vibration and the vertical excitation frequency f satisfy f s= (n/2)f, n= 1, 2, 3, ..., parametric resonance occurs in the case of no damping. For a damped system, parametric resonance most likely occurs when f is close to 2f s, and depends on the damping of the system and the vertical excitation. The critical excitation has been derived at different frequencies. If the natural frequency of the mass vertical vibration happens to be twice that of the string lateral vibration, the parametric resonance may occur due to a small disturbance. Numerical simulations show that the lateral vibration of the string does not increase infinitely at parametric resonance because the parametric excitation is self-tuned due to the coupling between the vertical and lateral vibrations. Finally, the theoretical results are supported by some experimental work.  相似文献

A novel approach for implementing an active nonlinear vibration absorber is presented. The absorber, which is built in electronic circuitry, takes advantage of the saturation phenomenon that occurs when two natural frequencies of a system with quadratic nonlinearities are in the ratio of two-to-one. When the system is excited at a frequency near the higher natural frequency, there is a small ceiling for the system response at the higher frequency and the rest of the input energy is channeled to the low-frequency mode.A working model of using saturation to suppress the vibrations of a rigid beam connected to a DC motor has been built. An electronic oscillator is built, and its frequency is set at one-half the frequency of the beam. The output from a sensor on the beam is multiplied by the output from the electronic oscillator and a suitable gain, and the result is used as the forcing term for the oscillator. At the same time, the output from the oscillator is squared and multiplied by a suitable gain, and that result is used as the input to the motor. The oscillator/actuator and the beam act as the two modes of a two-degree-of-freedom quadratically coupled system with a 2:1 autoparametric resonance. When the beam is excited by a harmonic force, its motion quickly becomes saturated, and most of the energy imparted to the beam by the harmonic force is transferred to the electronic circuit and from there to the actuator. Thus, the harmonic force is made to work against itself. As a result, the motion of the beam always remains small.  相似文献

The electrization of cooled and non-cooled surfaces in a combustion product flow loaded with charged soot particles is investigated experimentally and theoretically. The charging currents of the inner surface of a cylinder located in a combustion (propane in air) product flow with a relatively high soot content and the charging currents of cooled and non-cooled cylinders located in a combustion product jet with a relatively low soot content are determined. Physico-mathematical models are constructed for the new effects observed experimentally and these models are theoretically and numerically analyzed.  相似文献

In a previous paper [1]the authors presented a general solution to the problem of thin-walled prismatic members of doubly symmetric open cross section loaded by end forces only. Deep sections, in which the second moment of area about the major principal axis is much greater than that about the minor principal axis, were considered. Thus deflections due to major axis bending could be ignored. The end forces included an axial thrust and unequal major axis moment, both of which were considered constant. Force-deflection equations for the member were derived and the influence of the axial thrust and major axis moments upon these was considered.

In the present paper the general solution is applied to the problem of buck-ling in such members. Three sets o f end conditions-pinned, fixed. and mini-mum restraint-are considered. Formal and finite difference solutions are presented for each of these so that an independent check on all the theoretical results is obtained. A major portion of the paper is devoted to reporting an extensive series of tests cvried out on members of I and rectangular cross section. These are concerned with investigating all the major theoretical results o f this and the previous paper. Ageement is found to be good.  相似文献

The Siemens SGT-800 3rd generation DLE burner fitted to an atmospheric combustion rig has been numerically investigated. Pure methane and methane enriched by 80 vol% hydrogen flames have been considered. A URANS (Unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes) approach was used in this study along with the k ? ω SST and the k ? ω SST-SAS models for the turbulence transport. The chemistry is coupled to the turbulent flow simulations by the use of a laminar flamelet library combined with a presumed PDF. The effect of the mesh density in the mixing and the flame region and the effect of the turbulence model and reaction rate model constant are first investigated for the methane/air flame case. The results from the k ? ω SST-SAS along with flamelet libraries are shown to be in excellent agreement with experimental data, whereas the k ? ω SST model is too dissipative and cannot capture the unsteady motion of the flame. The k ? ω SST-SAS model is used for simulation of the 80 vol% hydrogen enriched flame case without further adjusting the model constants. The global features of the hydrogen enrichment are very well captured in the simulations using the SST-SAS model. With the hydrogen enrichment the time averaged flame front location moves upstream towards the burner exit nozzle. The results are consistent with the experimental observations. The model captures the three dominant low frequency unsteady motion observed in the experiments, indicating that the URANS/LES hybrid model indeed is capable of capturing complex, time dependent, features such as an interaction between a PVC and the flame front.  相似文献

通过对汽车用挡风玻璃进行不同温度、不同应力水平下的单轴拉伸蠕变实验,揭示了其非线性蠕变变形特性.实验发现,不同温度和载荷下的蠕变曲线形状类似,高温(550℃~590℃)下该材料的减速蠕变变形不很明显,主要表现为稳态和加速蠕变变形,且其断裂数据符合Monkman-Grant关系,应力和温度对其影响不显著.基于实验结果,本文建立了非线性高温蠕变本构方程.理论预测与实验数据进行了比较,结果表明所提出的本构方程能较好地描述汽车玻璃高温蠕变变形的全过程.  相似文献

利用实验研究与理论分析相结合的方法研究了泡沫铝填充金属薄壁圆管在准静态侧向压缩下的力学响应.基于能量法,建立了泡沫铝填充圆管和金属薄壁圆管在侧向均匀压缩时的瞬时侧向力、平均侧向力和总吸能的理论公式.对泡沫铝填充管与金属薄壁圆管进行了准静态侧向压缩实验,并且将实验结果与理论公式进行了对比,结果表明理论预测值与实验结果吻合较好.基于建立的理论分析模型,研究了管的几何尺寸以及泡沫铝材料的密度对结构的瞬时侧向力、平均侧向力、总吸能和比吸能的影响.结果表明,在准静态侧向压缩下,泡沫铝填充管的总吸能大于对应的金属薄壁圆管;泡沫铝填充管的侧向压缩力和总吸能随管长度、壁厚和直径的增加而增大;当填充材料泡沫铝密度增大时,填充管的总吸能与侧向压缩力均增加.  相似文献
