In this report, the dipolarophile imines with easily removable activating group O,O-diethyl(thio)phosphoryl have been investigated in the nucleophilic phosphine-catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reaction of electron-deficient allenes. Under the catalysis of a tertiary phosphine, N-(thio)phosphorylimines readily undergo the [3+2] cycloaddition reaction with ethyl 2,3-butadienoate or ethyl 2,3-pentadienoate, affording the corresponding N-(thio)phosphoryl 3-pyrrolines in moderate to high yields with good diastereoselectivity. Removal of the (thio)phosphoryl group from the adducts has been successfully achieved via the acidic methanolysis of the P-N bond, giving the free amine 3-pyrrolines in fair to good yields without severe aromatization. Thus, a facile synthesis of N-unsubstituted 3-pyrrolines is established from the phosphine-catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reaction of allenes with imines.  相似文献

Enantioenriched propargyl mesylates or perfluorobenzoates react with alpha-(N-carbamoyl)alkylcuprates to afford scalemic alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes which undergo N-Boc deprotection and AgNO3-promoted cyclization to afford N-alkyl-3-pyrrolines. The synthetic sequence proceeds under optimal conditions with no loss of enantiopurity relative to the starting propargyl alcohols prepared by asymmetric addition of terminal alkynes to aldehydes.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Carbamate deprotonation followed by treatment with CuCN.2LiCl affords alpha-(N-carbamoyl)alkylcuprates which react with propargyl halides, mesylates, tosylates, phosphates, acetates, and epoxides to give alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes via an anti-S(N)2' substitution process. Propargyl halides, sulfonates, and phosphates give good yields of carbamoyl allenes, while the acetates afford low yields. Propargyl substrates undergo regiospecific S(N)2' substitution in the absence of severe steric hindrance. The alpha-(N-carbamoyl) allenes can be cyclized to 2-oxazolidinones or deprotected to afford the free amines which can be cyclized to Delta(3)-pyrrolines with either AgNO(3) or Ru(3)(CO)(12).  相似文献

Whereas palladium-catalyzed reaction of N-arylsulfonyl-alpha-amino allenes with an aryl iodide (4 equiv) in the presence of potassium carbonate (4 equiv) in DMF at around 70 degrees C affords the corresponding 3-pyrroline derivatives, the reaction in refluxing 1,4-dioxane under otherwise identical conditions yields exclusively or most predominantly the corresponding 2-alkenylaziridines bearing an aryl group on the double bond. Similarly, N-arylsulfonyl-beta-amino allenes can be also cyclized into the corresponding alkenylazetidines bearing a 2,4-cis-configuration under palladium-catalyzed cyclization conditions in DMF.  相似文献

Synthesis of allenes has been achieved by using palladium-catalyzed hydrogen-transfer reactions. Various propargylic amines, which were readily prepapred from iodobenzenes and propargylic amines by Sonogashira coupling reaction, underwent the hydrogen-transfer reaction in the presence of Pd2dba3.CHCl3/(C6F5)3P catalyst at 100 degrees C in dioxane for 24 h, giving the corresponding allenes in 43-99% yields. Various propargylic alcohols containing a propargylic aminomethyl group, synthesized by the addition of lithium acetylides of N,N-diisopropylprop-2-ynylamine to aldehydes and a ketone, also underwent the hydrogen-transfer reaction in the presence of Pd2dba3.CHCl3 catalyst and (C6F5)3P at 80 degrees C in dioxane, giving the corresponding allenes in 56-92% yields. In the current transformation, propargylic amines can be handled as an allenyl anion equivalent and introduced into various electrophiles to be transformed into allenes under palladium-catalyzed conditions.  相似文献

Condensation of 2-methyl-1-pyrroline with chloroacetone or 3-chloro-2-butanone using LDA in THF afforded novel 2-(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-alkenyl)-1-pyrrolines via a peculiar reaction mechanism instead of the anticipated 2-(3-oxobutyl)-1-pyrrolines. The intermediacy of 2-(2,3-epoxy-2-methylalkyl)-1-pyrrolines in the latter transformation was demonstrated by immediate reductive epoxide ring opening utilizing lithium aluminium hydride in diethyl ether. Furthermore, 2-(3-oxobutyl)-1-pyrroline was prepared via an alternative approach through alkylation of 2-methyl-1-pyrroline with 3-chloro-2-(methoxymethyloxy)-1-propene using LDA in THF, followed by acid hydrolysis. Reduction of 2-(3-oxobutyl)-1-pyrroline by sodium borohydride in methanol afforded the corresponding 2-(3-hydroxybutyl)-1-pyrroline in good yield.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The gold(III) chloride-catalyzed cycloisomerization of various alpha-aminoallenes gave the corresponding 3-pyrrolines in good to high chemical yields. An interesting dependence of the chirality transfer and reactivity on the N-protecting group was observed. The 3-pyrrolines are highly useful intermediates for the synthesis of functionalized pyrrolines, pyrrolidines, and other natural products.  相似文献

A series of 1-sulfonyl-1-trifluoromethyl allenes were prepared for the first time from commercial available 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene. Stereoselective introduction of allenyl group to glycals has been developed with propargyltrimethylsilane under the catalysis of a Lewis acid to produce largely the -sugar allenes in good yields. The subsequent hydrosilylations of these sugar allenes were catalyzed by biscobaltoctacarbonyl to obtain the corresponding vinylsilanes. Stereochemical selectivity is also discussed.  相似文献

Two methodologies, one involving Ar-I reactivity and the other through C-H functionalization, for the formation of indolo[2,3-c]pyrane-1-ones via the corresponding allenes, are presented. A highly efficient approach to indolo[2,3-c]pyrane-1-one derivatives through the Pd-catalyzed regioselective annulation of allenes with 3-iodo-1-alkylindole-2-carboxylic acids is described. This method is fairly general for a wide range of allenes affording the respective indolo[2,3-c]pyrane-1-ones in good to excellent yields. In addition, a Pd(II)-catalyzed oxidative coupling of indole-2-caboxylic acid derivatives with allenes via direct C-H functionalization to afford the corresponding indolo[2,3-c]pyrane-1-ones in moderate to good yields has been developed.  相似文献

Regio- and stereoselective sulfonylation of allenes under Cu catalysis is described. Allenyl sp carbons exclusively react with TsCN to give the corresponding alkenyl sulfones. The reaction is initiated by addition of tosyl radical to form benzyl radical intermediates, which determines the reaction pathway. A novel methodology for the synthesis of trisubstituted allenes is reported. Lithiation of 1-aryl-3-alkylpropadienes and subsequent transmetalation with zinc bromide followed by Pd-catalyzed Negishi coupling reactions with halides afforded the corresponding trisubstituted allenes in a highly regioselective fashion with moderate to excellent yields. A plausible regioselective lithiation mechanism was proposed on the basis of deuterium labeling experiments.  相似文献

1,3-Bis(methylseleno)- and 1,3-bis(benzylseleno)-1,3-diphenylpropadienes were synthesized by reaction of Ph(2)C(3) dianion, prepared from 1,3-diphenylpropyne and n-butyllithium, with dimethyl diselenide or benzylselenocyanate in the presence of TMEDA, and reaction of the dianion with a mixture of dimethyl diselenide and benzylselenocyanate yielded 1-benzylseleno-3-methylselenoallene along with the symmetric allenes. Diselenocyclic allenes and tetraselenocyclic bisallenes were also obtained by reacting the dianion with corresponding alkane diselenocyanates. The thermal reaction of the 1,3-bis(alkylseleno)allenes mainly afforded enediynes through radical pathway, and the nine-membered cyclic allene provided intramolecular cyclization product via an intramolecular rearrangement. Heating of the cyclic bisallenes gave compounds derived from intramolecular cyclization products together with a small amount of the enediynes. Irradiation of allenes caused rearrangement of the selenenyl group to give alkynes, and the alkynes also reacted photochemically to yield the enediynes.  相似文献

A wide range of nucleophiles, such as amines and alcohols, reacted intermolecularly with various allenes in the presence of gold catalysts to give the corresponding hydrofunctionalization products in high yields. The intermolecular hydroamination of chiral allenes with aromatic and aliphatic amines proceeded with high to good enantioface selectivities to afford the corresponding chiral allylic amines. On the other hand, in the case of the intermolecular hydroalkoxylation of chiral allenes, no chirality transfer was observed. This marked contrast on the chirality transfer indicates that the mechanisms of gold-catalysis between hydroamination and hydroalkoxylation are different.  相似文献

The synthesis of several electron poor allenes bearing electron withdrawing substituents is described and their use as Lewis acids in the field of frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) chemistry reported. At room temperature the combination of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHC) with the allenes under study invariably afforded the corresponding Lewis adducts; however, at -78 °C this reaction is in most of the cases inhibited and kinetically induced organic FLPs are formed. Under these conditions the activation of S-S bonds in disulfides has been achieved in excellent yields.  相似文献

[equation--see text] The photooxidation of cyclic allenes gives rise to cyclic 1,2, 3-trione hydrates. The formation of these compounds points to a novel photooxidation mechanism involving both singlet and triplet oxygen. Upon placement of a methyl group on the allene, the mechanism shifts to predominantly an "ene" reaction. The corresponding cycloadditions with 4-methyl-1,3,4-triazoline-3, 5-dione (MTAD) with cyclic allenes involve 2 equiv of MTAD. The dipolar intermediates are trapped with H(2)O to give alpha-urazole-substituted 2-cycloalkenones.  相似文献

The first palladium-catalyzed alkylation of vinyl oxiranes with substituted allenes to form functionalized allylic alcohols is described. The reaction of activated allenes 5 with vinyl oxiranes 1 in the presence of catalytic amounts of Pd(PPh(3))(4) (10 mol %) and 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (dppp) (20 mol %) in THF at 60 degrees C gave the corresponding allylic alcohols 6 in good to excellent yields. The allylic alcohols were obtained in different ratios of trans/ cis isomers.  相似文献
