双曲分布及其在VaR模型分析中的应用

传统的计算V aR的R iskM etrics方法不能对市场风险分布的“厚尾”现象给出较为满意的刻画和计算方法.本文引入双曲分布及其算法并将双曲分布应用到V aR模型的计算之中,事实上通过对股票市场的实证研究表明,股票市场数据呈厚尾现象,用双曲分布对数据的拟合要比R iskM etrics方法假定的正态分布更符合金融市场数据的实际情况,故本文的结论与方法对金融风险管理和其他金融建模是有价值的.     

Faber多项式及其在具有拟共形延拓的单叶函数中的应用

本文得到了关于Faber多项式的一些收敛性质并应用它们来研究具有拟共形延拓的单叶函数,特别地,通过引入l^2空间上的一个有界线性算子,可以给出单叶函数的拟共形延拓性和渐近共形性的若干刻画.     

迭代过程及其在高阶微分方程中的应用

通过对布朗运动和电报过程的适当迭代,使之迭代过程的转移函数满足不同形式的高阶抛物型或双曲型微分方程．对迭代过程进行适当的时间变换,还可以使迭代过程的转移函数满足系数依赖于时间的高阶微分方程．本文还讨论了迭代布朗运动最大值的分布及其有关性质．     

广义Riccati展开法及其在foam drainage方程中的应用

应用双曲函数法结合Riccati方程,求得foam drainage方程的精确解.通过这种方法可以得到此方程的新的孤立波解与周期解,并且此方法可以用来求解其它许多的非线性演化方程.     

改进的最佳摄动量法及在反问题中的应用

给出了改进的最佳摄动量法,并应用在双曲型方程参数反演问题的求解中.由遗传算法借助交叉和变异算子控制全局搜索来获得参数的初始迭代值,代入最佳摄动量法求解出稳定的高精度数值解.     

Real J-Curves with Deep Nests on Ruled Surfaces

A new proof of S. Yu. Orevkov's complex orientation formula is presented, which allows one to generalize this formula to J-curves with deep nests on ruled surfaces. In particular, an analog of this formula for separating real algebraic curves in with two nests is obtained. For separating real J-curves with deep nests on ruled surfaces, analogs of the Arnol'd and Rokhlin inequalities are obtained. Bibliography: 17 titles.     

The Brauer and Witt Groups of Real Ruled Surfaces

The Brauer group and the Witt group of a real irrational ruled surface are determined by using equivariant cohomology.     

Kinematic Generation of Ruled Surfaces

This paper presents a method for kinematic generation of free-form ruled surfaces. The method is based on the kinematic displacement of lines. The ruled surfaces are represented as curves on a dual unit sphere. The curves are created by using the Lie Group structure of the dual space to generate dual displacement matrices for the lines. Free-form surfaces are created by repeated geodesic interpolation using the displacement matrices. An application for these surfaces is presented in five-axis cylindrical milling.     

On Finite Morphisms of Ruled Surfaces

We prove that a surjective morphism :XX between ruled surfaces is finite and it descends to a finite morphism :CC between base curves of X and X. When is restricted to the fibres of X, it has a constant degree, say a, and then deg=a deg. In addition, we have several properties on the inverse image of a minimal section and a fibre of X as well as on the direct images. We also investigate precisely the case when both C and C are elliptic and X is the fibre product C ×_C X especially.     

A Generalisation of Nagata's Theorem on Ruled Surfaces

We prove a generalisation of a theorem of Nagata on ruled surface to the case of the fiber bundle E/P X, associated to a principal G-bundle E. Using this we prove boundedness for the isomorphism classes of semi-stable G-bundles in all characteristics.     

On Developable Ruled Surfaces in Minkowski Space

The aim of this study is to obtain the distribution parameter of a ruled surface generated by a straight line in Frenet trihedron moving along two different spacelike curves with the same parameter. At this time, the Frenet frames of these curves are not the same. We have moved the director vector of the first curve along the second curve. It is shown that the ruled surface is developable if and only if the base curve is helix. In addition, some results and theorems are presented with special cases.     

On the Singularities of Surfaces Ruled by Conics

We classify the singularities of a surface ruled by conics: they are rational double points of type A _n or D _n . This is proved by showing that they arise from a precise series of blow-ups of a suitable surface geometrically ruled by conics. We determine also the family of such surfaces which are birational models of a given surface ruled by conics and obtained in a “minimal way” from it.     

Higher Embeddings of General Blowups of Ruled Surfaces

 In this note we give a criterion for a line bundle on a general blowup of a ruled surface to be k-very ample. (Received 29 November 2000; in revised form 2 April 2001)     

On Ruled Real Hypersurfaces in Complex Space Forms

Ruled real hypersurfaces of complex space forms are investigated by using the fact that such hypersurfaces can be constructed by moving a 1-codimensional complex totally geodesic submanifold of the ambient space along a curve. Among other results, a classification of minimal ruled real hypersurfaces and an example of a homogeneous ruled real hypersurface are given.
