气相色谱法测定直接电氧化反应液中2-甲基萘和2-甲基-1,4-萘醌

建立了气相色谱同时测定反应液中的2-甲基萘和2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的方法.该法以萘为内标物,在DB-1色谱柱上进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器.方法的回收率98%～102%,相对标准偏差小于2%.

2-甲基-1,4-萘醌对DNA光敏损伤的诱导作用

选择波长337 nm的激光作为激励光源,借助凝胶电泳研究了2-甲基-1,4-萘醌诱导的DNA光敏损伤.结果表明:在氧气饱和、脱氧条件下光敏损伤显著,DNA损伤主要与光子剂量、核酸与萘醌浓度比及DNA存在形式有关.

1-萘胺氧化合成1,4-萘醌

研究了在乙酸中,用H2O2氧化1-萘胺合成1,4-萘醌的新方法。 考察了反应温度、反应时间、1-萘胺与H2O2摩尔比、硫酸和H2O2质量分数等因素对产品收率的影响。 得到较优的反应条件为：1-萘胺与H2O2摩尔比为1∶10、H2O2质量分数为5%、硫酸质量分数为45%、反应温度为80 ℃、反应时间为3 h。 在此条件下,1,4-萘醌的收率为52.2%。 该方法具有操作简单、反应时间短和产物易分离等优点。     

合成源1,4-萘醌类化合物抑菌活性研究进展

1,4-萘醌作为广泛存在的一种物质,其生物活性尤其是抗菌作用受到越来越多的关注。本文对不同取代类型的合成源1,4-萘醌衍生物进行总结,并探讨其抑菌活性及构效关系,发现在1,4-萘醌的2位引入含氨基取代、含硫取代的基团能够提高抗菌活性,且通常含硫取代比氨基取代基团的抗菌活性高。期望本文能为1,4-萘醌类抗菌药物的研发提供参考。     

2,3-二取代-1,4-萘醌的合成

常温下, 在丙酮与水的混合介质中(V∶V＝1∶1), 4-羟基香豆素类化合物与1,4-萘醌进行Michael加成反应, 生成6个未见文献报道的2,3-二取代-1,4-萘醌. 产物经MS, 1H NMR, 元素分析表征, 确定了其化学结构.

An Environmentally Benign Process for the Hydrogenation of Ketones with Homogeneous Iron Catalysts

Iron complexes generated in situ catalyze homogeneously the transfer hydrogenation of aliphatic and aromatic ketones by utilizing 2‐propanol as a hydrogen donor in the presence of base. The influence of different reaction parameters on the catalytic activity is investigated in detail by applying a three‐component catalyst system composed of an iron salt, 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine, and PPh₃. The scope and limitations of the described catalyst is shown in the reduction of 11 different ketones. In most cases, high conversion and excellent chemoselectivity are obtained. Mechanistic studies indicate a monohydride reaction pathway for the homogeneous iron catalyst.     

Photolysis of 2-amino- and 2-methylamino-1,4-naphthoquinone

Pyrex-filtered sunlight irradiation of solutions of 2-amino-1,4-naphthoquinone unexpectedly failed to produce cyclobutane dimers. Irradiation in acetic anhydride led to the formation of the trimeric 6-[3'-amino-2'-(1,4-naphthoquinonyl)]-dibenzo[b,h]carbazole-5,13:7,12-diquinone as well as 3,3'-diaraino-2,2'-bi-1,4-naphthoquinonyl and diben=zo[b,h]carbazole-5,13;7,12-diquinone. Similar treatment of 2-methyl=amino-1,4-naphthoquinone afforded 6-[3'-methylamino-2'-(1,4-naphthoqui=nonyl)]-dibenzo[b,h]carbazole-5,13:7,12-diquinone and 6-methyl-dibenzo=[b,h]carbazole-5,13:7,12-diquinone.
