研究了在多官能团单体-三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯存在下PP/LDPE共混体系接受γ-辐射的效果。用溶解度参数和TEM技术评估了共 体系的相容性与多官能团单体在共混体系中的分布,并用SEM、DCS、动态力学等方法对共混体系相容性进行了表征。  相似文献

研究了在多官能团单体-三烯丙基异氰酸酯存在下,共混体系聚丙烯/1.4-聚丁二烯橡胶的辐射效应,用DSC,动态粘弹谱对其进行表征。结果显示,三烯丙基异氰酸酯主要分布于聚丙烯/1.4-聚丁二烯橡胶共混物的界面自高能射线作用下,被引发参与界面反应,从而改善了共混体系的相容性,增强也界面粘接,提高了共混物的力学性能。  相似文献

采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作为聚丙烯(PP)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)共混体系的增容剂,通过冲击实验、拉伸实验、示差量热扫描仪(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM),系统地研究了共混体系的性能与其形态结构之间的。结果表明,EVA是PP/HDPE共混物较好物增容剂,EVA可以使PP、HDPE的晶相结构受到一定程度的破坏,增加PP和HDPE的相容性,同时共混物的冲击韧性明显提高。  相似文献

用DSC、DMA研究了羧化聚苯醚(CPPO)/聚(苯乙烯-乙烯吡啶)(PSVP)共混体系的相容性,结果表明,与CPPO/PS体系相比,乙烯吡啶基的引入大大提高了共混相容性.这主要是由于CPPO中的羧基与PSVP中的吡啶基之间通过质子转移形成的正负离子间的相互作用,推动了两组分分子的均匀混合.  相似文献

采用动态力学方法(DMA),形态学方法(SEM),研究了PSt b PEO存在下尼龙6(PA6)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混体系的相容性.研究表明,PA6和PS的简单共混体系,分散相相畴尺寸大,相界面清晰,断裂面光滑,呈脆性断裂,相容性极差,属不相容体系.而加入少量PSt b PEO后分散相尺寸变小,界面层变厚,界面粘结力增强,表现出韧性特征.  相似文献

离聚物Surlyn对PBT/PP共混体系的力学性能及形态结构的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用力学性能测试、DMA、SEM等方法研究了离聚物Surlyn对PBT/PP共混体系的力学性能及形态结构的影响。结果表明,在PBT/PP共混体系中引入少量Surlyn可以改善界面的粘接性,从而改善其力学性能。当共混体系中PBT/PP的组份比不变(90/10)且Surlyn的含量为6phr左右时,共混物的冲击强度出现极大值;而弯曲强度在Surlyn含量为1-2phr左右时有最大值。当共混体系中Surlyn的含量不变(6phr)时,其力学性能随PP含量的增加而下降。用玻璃纤维增强共混体系,可显著提高力学性能。  相似文献

利用DSC、DMA、TEM和XPS对[PSF-PDMS-PHS]n/PSF共混物的相容性及表面组成进行了研究.结果表明,PDMS在共混物表面的富集与PSF均聚物和[PSF-PDMS-PHS]n中硬段的相容性有关;PDMS在相容的共混物体系表面的富集与对应的多嵌段共聚物组成基本相近;不相容共混物体系表面PDMS的富集程度相对较高,当共混物本体中有机硅含量从1%增至5%,表面层PDMS的含量迅速增加,可达到嵌段共聚物中PDMS的含量.  相似文献

采用二甲基硅氧烷-b-乙二醇嵌段共聚物(DMS-b-OE)对聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯(PDMS/PU)共混体系的增容,重点研究了增容共混体系的微观形态结构和软科学性能之间的关系。扫描电子显微镜、动态力学分析和力学性能测试结果表明:DMS-b-OE对PDMS/PU具有优良的增容作用,改善了PDMS/PU共混体系的相容性,提高了该共混物的力学性能。其抗张强度由3.4MPa提高到7.6MPa。  相似文献

Isotropic and drawn tapes prepared from isotactic polypropylene (PP), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and their blend PP/LDPE (70/30) have been studied by broad‐line nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in the temperature range from 120 up to 320 K. The glass‐transition temperatures, Tg, for studied samples have been determined from the temperature dependencies of the NMR second moments. It was found that the NMR spectra and their second moments are additive for isotropic blend in the whole temperature range, while a significant differences from addition rule appear for drawn PP/LDPE blend, when weighted average second moment is calculated by means of second moments of equally drawn homopolymers. It was found out that the LDPE component in the blend is drawn to a greater extent than PP component.  相似文献

A study has been made on the compatibility of recycled polyethylene terephthalate (R-PET) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) blend in the presence of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) as a compatibilizing agent prepared by extrusion hot stretching process. EVA content in the blend as a compatibilizing agent was an enhancement effect on radiation crosslinking of R-PET/EVA/LDPE blends and the highest radiation crosslinking was obtained when the EVA content was reached at 10 % EVA when irradiated by gamma irradiation. Blends containing different (EVA) ratios were irradiated to different doses of gamma irradiation 25, 50 and 100 kGy. The effect of the compatibilizer and radiation on mechanical, thermal properties of R-PET together with LDPE and morphology has been investigated. It was found that gamma irradiation together with the presence of compatibilizing agent (EVA) has positive effect on the mechanical and thermal properties of R-PET/LDPE blend. The structural properties of R-PET/LDPE modified by gamma irradiation and EVA as compatibilizing agent was examined by SEM. Also, it was found that the optimum concentration of EVA and gamma irradiation dose was found to be 10 % EVA and 100 kGy, respectively.  相似文献

Recycling of mixed plastic wastes composed of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) matrix and polypropylene (PP) was carried out by compounding using single-screw or twin-screw extruders. Blends of virgin polymers have been prepared to compare mechanical properties of both virgin and regenerated materials. First, a model composition of virgin LDPE/PP blend was prepared to study the effect of process parameters and that of different types of compatibilizers. Second, the results were applied to plastic wastes coming from industrial post-consumer plastic wastes. By adding compatibilizing agents such as ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, ethylene-propylene monomer, or PE-g-(2-methyl-1,3-butadiene) graft copolymer, elongation at break and impact strength were improved for all blends. The effect of these various copolymers is quite different and is in relation with their chemical structure. The recycled blends exhibit suitable properties leading to applications that require good mechanical properties.  相似文献

The role of polyolefin elastomers as compatibilizers in Low Density Polyethylene/Polypropylene (LDPE/PP) blends, in the presence of di-cumyl peroxide (DCP) has been studied. Mixtures of 90/10 LDPE/PP ratio, were prepared in a Brabender plasticorder and tested for their mechanical properties and calorimetric response. Then the elastomers ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (EPDM) and polybutadiene (BR) were added, alone or together with 0.2% DCP at concentrations up to 2%. The mixing torque and gel content of the above products were recorded as a function of the blend consistency. Also, the mechanical properties of specimens were measured as an additional evidence to explore the capabilities of these additives to promote compatibility of the blend components. It was found that EPDM and BR can be easily incorporated into polyolefin blends and appear suitable as potential compatibilizers for those materials, probably acting within the PP phase. Both elastomers result in an increase of strength and modulus, the BR having more enhanced effect. The latter gives low elongation, which allows its use in applications where high tensile properties are desired and flexural behavior is not critical.  相似文献

The mechanical properties of three binary mixtures of incompatible polymers (LDPE/PP, LDPE/PS and LDPE/PVC) have been studied in the presence of potential solid phase dispersants. The results show that it is possible to achieve an acceptable level of toughness in the composite products for the re-use of the materials in demanding applications. It is suggested that the main factor necessary to achieve good impact resistance and elongation at break of the polymer is the presence of a rubbery interphase between the heterophases. Satisfactory tensile strength on the other hand depends more on the dispersant properties of the third component.  相似文献
