Two novel sesquiterpene polyol esters with a dihydro‐β‐agarofuran (=(3R,5aS,9R,9aS)‐octahydro‐2,2,5a,9‐tetramethyl‐2H‐3,9a‐methano‐1‐benzoxepin) skeleton, (1α,2α,4β,8α,9α)‐1,2,8,12‐tetrakis(acetyloxy)‐9‐(furoyloxy)‐4‐hydroxydihydro‐β‐agarofuran ( 1 ) and (1α,2α,6β,8α,9α)‐1,2,6,8,12‐pentakis(acetyloxy)‐9‐(benzoyloxy)dihydro‐β‐agarofuran ( 2 ), and the three known compounds (1α,2α,4β,6β,8α,9β)‐1,2,6‐tris(acetyloxy)‐9‐(benzoyloxy)‐4‐hydroxy‐8,12‐bis(isobutyryloxy)dihydro‐β‐agarofuran ( 3 ), (1α, 2α,4β,6β,8α,9β)‐1,2,6,8‐tetrakis(acetyloxy)‐9‐(furoyloxy)‐4‐hydroxy‐12‐isobutyryloxy)dihydro‐β‐agarofuran ( 4 ), and (1α,2α,4β,6β,8α,9β)‐1,2,6‐tris(acetyloxy)‐9‐(benzoyloxy)‐4‐hydroxy‐8‐(isobutyryloxy)‐12‐[(2‐methylbutanoyl)oxy]dihydro‐β‐agarofuran ( 5 ) were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus. Three new beta-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene esters, 6 alpha-acetoxy-9 beta-benzoyloxy-1 beta-cinnamoyloxy-8 beta-butanoyloxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (1), 6 alpha-acetoxy-9 beta-benzoyloxy-1 beta-cinnamoyloxy-8 beta-(2-methylbutanoyloxy)-beta-dihydroagarofuran (2), and 6 alpha-acetoxy-1 beta,8 beta-dibenzoyloxy-9 beta-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (6), together with three known compounds (3-5) were isolated from the fruits of Celastrus orbiculatus THUNB. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Compound 4 showed moderate activity in inhibiting LPS-induced nitric oxide production in murine macrophage RAW264.7 cells with an IC(50) value of 43.7 microM.  相似文献

A new nortriterpene, 2‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐21‐oxo‐12,24‐dinor‐D : B‐friedooleana‐1,3,5(10),7‐tetraen‐29‐oic acid ( 1 ), was isolated from the root of Celastrus hypoleucus, together with the two known compounds, celastorol ( 2 ) and pristimerine ( 3 ). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. A new trihydroxy sesquiterpene, rel‐(1R,4aR,5S,6S,7S,8aR)‐decahydro‐6,8a‐dimethyl‐5‐(propan‐2‐yl)naphthalene‐1,6,7‐triol ( 1 ), has been isolated as a result of the phytochemical investigation on the CH2Cl2 extract of Teucrium mascatense. The structure elucidation of the new constituent was carried out by the combined use of 1D‐ (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR) and 2D‐NMR (HMBC and HSQC) spectroscopic analysis, along with mass spectrometric techniques. In addition to the new constituent 1 , the known metabolite 2 , previously isolated from Crataegus pinnatifida, was also identified.  相似文献
