考虑了一类具有标准发生率和信息干预的随机时滞SIRS传染病模型.定义了一个停时,通过构造适当的Lyapunov函数证明了停时为无穷大,从而证明了该模型正解的全局存在性和唯一性.通过构造适当的 Lyapunov函数,研究了该模型的解在确定性模型无病平衡点和地方病平衡点附近的渐近行为,得到了在一定条件下随机系统的解分别围绕两个平衡点做随机振动.  相似文献

In this paper, applying two types of Lyapunov functional techniques to an SIRS epidemic model with graded cure and incomplete recovery rates, we establish complete global dynamics of the model whose threshold parameter is the basic reproduction number R0R0 such that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable when R0?1R0?1, and the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable when R0>1R0>1.  相似文献

Global behavior and permanence of SIRS epidemic model with time delay   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper an autonomous SIRS epidemic model with time delay is studied. The basic reproductive number R0 is obtained which determines whether the disease is extinct or not. When the basic reproductive number is greater than 1, it is proved that the disease is permanent in the population, and explicit formula are obtained by which the eventual lower bound of the fraction of infectious individuals can be computed. Throughout the total paper, we mainly use the technique of Lyapunov functional to establish the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium and the local stability of the endemic equilibrium but need another sufficient condition.  相似文献

充分考虑人口统计效应、疾病的潜伏期与传播规律的复杂性,研究了一类具有非线性发生率的时滞SIRS传染病模型的动力学行为.通过分析对应的线性化近似系统的特征方程,证明了无病平衡点的局部稳定性.利用Lyapunov-LaSalle不变集原理,当基本再生数R0<1时,证明了无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当R0>1时,得到了地方病平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件.所得结论可为人们有效预防和控制传染病传播提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

We study the stability of a delay susceptible–infective–recovered epidemic model with time delay. The model is formulated under the assumption that all individuals are susceptible, and we analyse the global stability via two methods—by Lyapunov functionals, and—in terms of the variance of the variables. The main theorem shows that the endemic equilibrium is stable. If the basic reproduction number ?0 is less than unity, by LaSalle invariance principle, the disease‐free equilibrium Es is globally stable and the disease always dies out. 本文研究了一类具有垂直传染和接触传染的传染病模型.利用常微分方程定性与稳定性方法,分析了该模型非负平衡点的存在性及其局部稳定性.同时,利用LaSalle不变性原理和通过构造适当的Lyapunov函数,获得了平凡平衡点、无病平衡点和地方病平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件.结果表明当基本再生数小于等于1时,所有种群趋于灭绝;当基本再生数大于1和病毒主导再生数小于1时,病毒很快被清除;当基本再生数大于1和病毒主导再生数大于1以及满足一定条件时,病毒持续流行并将成为一种地方病.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a virus dynamics model with logistic mitosis, cure rate, and intracellular delay. By means of construction of a suitable Lyapunov functionals, obtained by linear combinations of Volterra—type functions, composite quadratic functions and Volterra—type functionals, we provide the global stability for this model. If R0, the basic reproductive number, satisfies R0 ≤ 1, then the infection‐free equilibrium state is globally asymptotically stable. Our system is persistent if R0 > 1. On the other hand, if R0 > 1, then infection‐free equilibrium becomes unstable and a unique infected equilibrium exists. The local stability analysis is carried out for the infected equilibrium, and it is shown that, if the parameters satisfy a condition, the infected equilibrium can be unstable and a Hopf bifurcation can occur. We also have that if R0 > 1, then the infected equilibrium state is globally asymptotically stable if a sufficient condition is satisfied. We illustrate our findings with some numerical simulations. In this paper, we consider the global dynamics of the S(E)IS model with delays denoting an incubation time. By constructing a Lyapunov functional, we prove stability of a disease‐free equilibrium E0 under a condition different from that in the recent paper. Then we claim that R0≤1 is a necessary and sufficient condition under which E0 is globally asymptotically stable. We also propose a discrete model preserving positivity and global stability of the same equilibria as the continuous model with distributed delays, by means of discrete analogs of the Lyapunov functional.  相似文献

We study the global stability of a multistrain SIS model with superinfection and patch structure. We establish an iterative procedure to obtain a sequence of threshold parameters. By a repeated application of a result by Takeuchi et al. [Nonlinear Anal Real World Appl. 2006;7:235–247], we show that these parameters completely determine the global dynamics of the system: for any number of patches and strains with different infectivities, any subset of the strains can stably coexist depending on the particular choice of the parameters.  相似文献
