A series of 3,4‐bis‐chalcone‐N‐arylpyrazoles 3a‐h was prepared conveniently from diacetyl pyrazoles 2a,b . All reactions were carried out under conventional thermal heating and/or microwave irradiation. The structure of the latter functionally pyrazoles was confirmed under the bases of their IR, mass, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The X‐ray diffraction of compound 3e not only confirmed the chemical structure of 3a‐h , but also showed the E configuration of their chalcone moieties. Treatment of compound 3e with phenyl hydrazine in presence of acetic acid afforded the tri‐pyrazle 4 . The anti‐inflammatory activity of the newly synthesized compounds was investigated. Some of these compounds showed a moderate activity when compared with indomethacin as a reference drug. The combination between chalcone and pyrazole moieties revealed a variable effect in anti‐inflammatory activity.  相似文献

Disilylation of 2,6‐diethyl‐3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐s‐indacene is regioselective and stereoselective. The stereoselectivity was modified by changing the experimental conditions, allowing an understanding of the reaction mechanism. The reaction between secondary amines, benzoyl isothiocyanate, and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) in the presence of silica gel (SiO2) led to alkyl 2‐(dialkylamino)‐4‐phenylthiazole‐5‐carboxylates in fairly high yields. The structures of the products were confirmed by their IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and mass spectra, and by a single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination.  相似文献

The reaction of S‐methylisothiosemicarbazide hydroiodide (=S‐methyl hydrazinecarboximidothioate hydroiodide; 1 ), prepared from thiosemicarbazide by treatment with MeI in EtOH, and aryl isoselenocyanates 5 in CH2Cl2 affords 3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐selone derivatives 7 in good yield (Scheme 2, Table 1). During attempted crystallization, these products undergo an oxidative dimerization to give the corresponding bis(4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl) diselenides 11 (Scheme 3). 2‐Phenyl‐5‐p‐tolyl‐1‐salicylideneamino‐1,3,4‐triazole (PTST) was studied among 2,5‐diaryl‐1‐salicylidene amino‐1,3,4‐triazole derivatives as a novel potential pH indicator. In terms of absorption intensity coming from the acid‐base reactions, PTST showed strong yellow‐green colour with high extinction coefficient in the pH range 7.0–9.5. In addition, the corresponding colour development at the transition point can be attributed to the resonance structures of PTST, which were caused by the hydrogen ion dissociation from the acidic form of the compound in the presence of alkali. The full geometric optimization and achievement of the electronic structure of the molecule were performed by an AM1 semiempirical method. The triazole compound was compared with phenolphthalein (PT), which is widely used as an acid‐base indicator in titrimetry, for accuracy test.  相似文献

A hyper conjugated structure, picryl chloride functionalized 1‐picrylamino‐tetrazol‐5‐one, was synthesized by a nucleophilic substitution reaction. The single crystals of 1‐picrylamino‐tetrazol‐5‐one were cultured and determined by X‐ray single‐crystal diffractometer. The thermal behavior was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry‐derivative thermogravimetry (TG‐DTG) technologies. Additionally, the sensitivities towards friction and impact were tested. The results show that the hyper conjugated structure adopts a π–π stacking, besides, many strong interactions such as nitro–π and hydrogen bonding interactions were observed. All of them together make a contribution to its enhanced thermal stability and reduced sensitivities. 1‐Picrylamino‐tetrazol‐5‐one turns out to be a representative of hyper conjugated structures in energetic materials, and may further strengthen the functionalization of picryl chloride with energetic tetrazoles.  相似文献

A simple and straightforward methodology toward the synthesis of novel 1‐(4,5‐diphenylpyrimidin‐2‐yl)thiourea has been developed by a one‐step reaction of isoflavones with amidinothiourea. A series of 16 new compounds was synthesized. All compounds were characterized by FT‐IR, NMR, and elemental analysis. The structure of a typical compound was established by X‐ray diffraction. A variety of substrates can participate in the process with good yields and high purities, making this methodology suitable for library synthesis in drug discovery.  相似文献

New 6,6‐dimethyl‐2‐oxo‐4‐{2‐[5‐alkylsilyl(germyl)]furan(thiophen)‐2‐yl}vinyl‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitriles (IC50: 1–6 µg ml?1) have been prepared by the condensation of corresponding silicon‐ and germanium‐containing furyl(thienyl)‐2‐carbaldehydes with 3‐cyano‐4,6,6‐trimethyl‐5,6‐dihydropyran‐2‐one using piperidine acetate as a catalyst. The obtained carbonitriles were identified using NMR (1H, 13C and 29Si) spectroscopy and GC‐MS. The structure of 6,6‐dimethyl‐2‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(5‐trimethylsilyl)thiophen‐2‐yl]‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile was studied using X‐ray diffractometry. The influences of the heterocycle and the structure of the organoelement substituent on cytotoxicity and on matrix metalloproteinase inhibition have been studied. A series of 2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐(5′‐R‐hetarylidene)‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐diones has been synthesized for examing a structure–activity relationship. Furyl and thienyl derivatives of Meldrum's acid possess neurotropic activity comprising both depriming and activating components. Comparison of acute toxicity of carbon, silicon and germanium analogues in the furan series of the compounds has demonstrated that the germanium derivative is 11.5 times less toxic than the carbon analogue and four times less toxic than the silicon derivative. 2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐(5′‐triethylsilyl‐2′‐thenylidene)‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione has moderate toxicity with the highest neurotropic and cytotoxic activity Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The monomer 5‐[(5‐ethynyl‐1‐naphthyl)ethynyl]‐N,N‐dimethylnaphthalen‐1‐amine was satisfactory obtained through the heterocoupling reaction of 5‐ethynyl‐N,N‐dimethylnaphthalen‐1‐amine and 4‐(5‐iodo‐1‐naphthyl)‐2‐methyl‐3‐butyn‐2‐ol catalyzed by a palladium–copper system, followed by acetone elimination. Poly{5‐[(5‐ethynyl‐1‐naphthyl)ethynyl]‐N,N‐dimethylnaphthalen‐1‐amine} was obtained through the reaction of the acetylene monomer with homogeneous rhodium and palladium catalyst complexes. The structure of the polymers always showed a trans–cisoidal chain configuration on the basis of IR and NMR spectra. Moreover, only for the rhodium catalyst complex in methanol was a dimeric product isolated in a very low yield, having a conjugated terminal ene–yne structure, which permitted the consideration of a metallated chain‐transfer intermediate in the polymer propagation. The mass determination of the polymers, by osmometry and gel permeation chromatography techniques, showed low average molecular weights. The oxidation of 1‐(3,8‐dimethylazulen‐1‐yl)alkan‐1‐ones 1 with 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐1,4‐benzoquinone (=4,5‐dichloro‐3,6‐dioxocyclohexa‐1,4‐diene‐1,2‐dicarbonitrile; DDQ) in acetone/H2O mixtures at room temperature does not only lead to the corresponding azulene‐1‐carboxaldehydes 2 but also, in small amounts, to three further products (Tables 1 and 2). The structures of the additional products 3 – 5 were solved spectroscopically, and that of 3a also by an X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis (Fig. 1). It is demonstrated that the bis(azulenylmethyl)‐substituted DDQ derivatives 5 yield on methanolysis or hydrolysis precursors, which in a cascade of reactions rearrange under loss of HCl into the pentacyclic compounds 3 (Schemes 4 and 7). The found 1,1′‐[carbonylbis(8‐methylazulene‐3,1‐diyl)]bis[ethanones] 4 are the result of further oxidation of the azulene‐1‐carboxaldehydes 2 to the corresponding azulene‐1‐carboxylic acids (Schemes 9 and 10).  相似文献

This paper describes a method of preparation of new 3,5′‐dioxo‐2′‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydrospiro[indene‐2,4′‐[1,3]oxazol]‐1‐yl acetate and its 5‐chloro‐ and bromoderivatives as products of interaction of N‐benzoylglycine (hippuric acid) with corresponding ortho‐formylbenzoic acids. The reaction carried out in acetic anhydride media in the presence of piperidine as catalyst. The novel spirocompounds were purified by column chromatography from multicomponent reaction mixtures. The composition of the spiro‐products was confirmed by C, H, N element analysis. The structure was established by IR, MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR analysis including COSY 1H‐13C experiments.  相似文献

A comparison study of the structures and properties of starches regenerated from 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate ([Emim][OAc]) using different anti‐solvents (water, ethanol, or both water and ethanol) was conducted. The starch regenerated with water presented a V‐type crystalline structure whereas the one regenerated in ethanol displayed amorphous structure. Moreover, when an ethanol–water–ethanol method was used for regeneration, the product showed a weak V‐type crystalline structure. SAXS and FTIR were also used to investigate the molecular order of native and regenerated starches. With water used for regeneration, the aggregation and rearrangement of starch molecules occurred more easily. The increased enzyme resistance and thermal stability of regenerated starch with water could be ascribed to the rearrangement of molecular chains forming an aggregated structure with some degree of order. The reconstitution of starch molecules during regeneration with different anti‐solvents changed the multiscale structures and properties of the starch. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. The radical polymerization of Ntert‐butyl‐N‐allylacrylamide (t‐BAA) was carried out in a dimethyl sulfoxide/H2O mixture in the presence of β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD). The polymerization proceeded with the complete cyclization of the t‐BAA unit and yielded optically active poly(t‐BAA). The IR spectrum of the obtained polymer showed that the cyclic structure in the polymer was a five‐membered ring. The optical activity of poly(t‐BAA) increased with an increasing molar ratio of β‐CD to the t‐BAA monomer. The interaction of β‐CD with t‐BAA was confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR analyses of the polymerization system. It is suggested that interaction of the t‐BAA monomer with the hydrophobic cavity of β‐CD plays an important role in the asymmetric cyclopolymerization of t‐BAA. The radical copolymerization of t‐BAA with styrene (St), methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, or benzyl methacrylate (BMA) also produced optically active copolymers with a cyclic structure from the t‐BAA unit. St and BMA carrying a phenyl group were predicted to compete with t‐BAA for interaction with β‐CD in the copolymerization system. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A novel double‐helical‐chain coordination polymer [Zn(nbdoa)(2,2′‐bipy)(H2O)]n constructed by flexible 2‐nitro‐benzene‐1,4‐di(oxyacetate) ligand and rigid 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand was obtained by hydrothermal reaction. The crystal structure demonstrates that there is a double‐helical chain with an inner channel running parallel to the helix axis without any interpenetration, which is connected to network via π‐π stacking and hydrogen bond interactions. The thermal analysis shows that the infinite helical structure is stable up to 536 K. The luminescence property is investigated and the complex shows photoluminescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The successive treatment of the N,N‐disubstituted 4‐hydroxy‐2‐methylbutanamide 2a with lithium diisopropylamide (LDA) and diphenyl phosphorochloridate (DPPCl) led to the 1‐methylcyclopropanecarboxamide 10 in good yield. This base‐catalyzed cyclization offers a new approach to cyclopropanecarboxamides. Under similar conditions, the N‐monosubstituted 4‐hydroxy‐2‐methylbutanamide 2b gave the 3‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one 11 . Triphenyitin thiazole-2-carboxylate(1) and triphenyltin 3-pyridinylcar boxylate(2) were synthesized by the reaction of sodium thiazole-2-carboxylate or sodium 3-pyridinylcarboxylate with the triphenyltin chloride and their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In the structure of 1, the tin atom is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure.Due to the presence of a close intermolecular Sn…S interaction distance of 0.3666nm,the structre can be described as a weakly-bridged on-dimensional chain compound.In the structure of 2,the tin atom is five-coordinated with bridging 3-pyridinylcarboxylate ligands N atom and resulting structure is one-dimensional chain compound.  相似文献

Highly cross‐linked porous copolymers of 1‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidone with divinylbenzene were obtained in the form of microspheres by the free‐radical cross‐linking copolymerization. The porous structure of the copolymers was created by the use of adequate diluents and stabilizers. The main parameters of the porous structure were determined by nitrogen adsorption/desorption method and positronium annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. It was shown that the determined parameters strongly depend on the chosen approach.  相似文献

Protocatechuic acid esters (= 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoates) scavenge ca. 5 equiv. of radical in alcoholic solvents, whereas they consume only 2 equiv. of radical in nonalcoholic solvents. While the high radical‐scavenging activity of protocatechuic acid esters in alcoholic solvents as compared to that in nonalcoholic solvents is due to a nucleophilic addition of an alcohol molecule at C(2) of an intermediate o‐quinone structure, thus regenerating a catechol (= benzene‐1,2‐diol) structure, it is still unclear why protocatechuic acid esters scavenge more than 4 equiv. of radical (C(2) refers to the protocatechuic acid numbering). Therefore, to elucidate the oxidation mechanism beyond the formation of the C(2) alcohol adduct, 3,4‐dihydroxy‐2‐methoxybenzoic acid methyl ester ( 4 ), the C(2) MeOH adduct, which is an oxidation product of methyl protocatechuate ( 1 ) in MeOH, was oxidized by the DPPH radical (= 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl) or o‐chloranil (= 3,4,5,6‐tetrachlorocyclohexa‐3,5‐diene‐1,2‐dione) in CD3OD/(D6)acetone 3 : 1). The oxidation mixtures were directly analyzed by NMR. Oxidation with both the DPPH radical and o‐chloranil produced a C(2),C(6) bis‐methanol adduct ( 7 ), which could scavenge additional 2 equiv. of radical. Calculations of LUMO electron densities of o‐quinones corroborated the regioselective nucleophilic addition of alcohol molecules with o‐quinones. Our results strongly suggest that the regeneration of a catechol structure via a nucleophilic addition of an alcohol molecule with a o‐quinone is a key reaction for the high radical‐scavenging activity of protocatechuic acid esters in alcoholic solvents.  相似文献
