[structure: see text] Novel deoxycholic acid-based cyclic receptors, 3 and 4, containing two imidazolium groups and m-xylene and p-xylene as spacers have been synthesized. These receptors bind anions through hydrogen bonds utilizing two imidazolium (C-H)(+) and inwardly directed methylene hydrogens of both acetyl groups. Receptor 3 shows a moderate selectivity for fluoride ion whereas receptor 4 shows high affinity and selectivity for chloride ion in CDCl(3).  相似文献

A new molecular tweezer receptor Hc1 based on hyodeoxycholic acid has been synthesized and its binding properties were accessed by 1H NMR and isothermal titration calorimetry experiments. Molecular tweezer Hc1 shows a high selectivity toward F over Cl, Br, I, and H2PO4.  相似文献

Novel anion recognition host molecules, tris-1,10-phenanthroline cobalt(III) and bis-2,2'-bipyridine mono-1,10-phenanthroline ruthenium(II) complexes bearing fused dipyrrolylquinoxaline moieties have been synthesized. As determined by UV-vis spectroscopic and electrochemical studies, these metal complexes bind fluoride with high affinity in polar media both in absolute terms and relative to the metal-free phenanthroline dipyrrolylquinozaline precursor from which they are derived (fluoride is bound to the tris-1,10-phenanthroline cobalt(III) dipyrrolylquinoxaline system with a 1:1 binding constant of 54 000 M-1 in DMSO). The large observed binding constants are ascribed to two factors, (i) the presence of a phenanthroline-coordinated cationic charge that decreases the electron density on the pyrrole NH protons and (ii) pure electrostatic effects.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and binding studies with anions for biaryl-based anion receptors bearing thiourea groups have been described. The results revealed that receptors (1 and 2) showed good selectivity and binding affinity for F?, and among them binaphthyl-based receptor (1a) showed the best binding affinity for F? in comparison to other tested anions (Cl?, Br?, I?, $ {\text{NO}}_{3}^{ - } ,\;{\text{HSO}}_{4}^{ - } , $ AcO? and $ {\text{H}}_{2} {\text{PO}}_{4}^{ - } $ ). This is probably due to the fact that the moderate rigidity of binaphthyl skeleton in 1a is able to provide the better geometry of two thiourea groups for incorporating F? into the binding pocket. The higher basicity of F? also participated in this selectivity.  相似文献

Carbazole-based receptors functionalized with two sulfonamide groups have been synthesized and their properties as anion receptors have been evaluated. The receptor with bis(trifluoromethyl)aniline groups has shown a very high affinity for halide ions, especially remarkable as only two hydrogen bonds are formed in the complexes. (1)H NMR and fluorescence titrations have been carried out and binding constants up to 7.9 × 10(6) M(-1) have been reached. X-ray structures have been obtained and a modelling study has shown the possible reasons for the large affinity of these compounds for halide anions.  相似文献

We have taken advantage of the ability of the cyclic triester of l-serine to organize ligand units appended to the three α-amine functionalities, as in enterobactin, a siderophore produced by enteric bacteria that binds ferric ion exceptionally well (Kf = 1049). As an extension of the preorganization concept, this work describes the preparation and characterization of carbamate triserine lactone receptors 1-6 and their ability to act as molecular receptors for anions. These receptors bind halides (F ? Cl > Br > I) with binding constants K in the range 21-7350 L mol−1.  相似文献

两种同时包含酚羟基和二酰胺基团的的阴离子识别受体被设计和合成,通过紫外-可见光谱研究了受体分子和不同阴离子客体间的识别作用。研究结果发现,受体分子1在干燥的DMSO溶液中能选择性识别AcO-,其识别顺序为:AcO->F->H2PO4->Cl-,Br-,I-;受体分子2显示出对F-较强的识别作用,其识别顺序为:F->AcO->H2PO4-,Cl-,Br-,I-。同时通过紫外-可见光谱和核磁滴定实验,研究了只包含二酰胺基团的受体分子3对阴离子的识别作用,发现起识别作用的是二酰胺基团,但这种作用力非常小,不能有效地进行阴离子识别。进一步通过核磁共振滴定实验和理论研究,证实受体分子1和2在有效的阴离子识别过程中,酚羟基比酰胺基团起着更为重要的作用。  相似文献

Thymine glycol is the major oxidation product of thymine. The amount of thymine glycol present within cellular DNA is one marker of the extent of oxidative damage, and chemosensors for thymine glycol have therefore a number of potential applications. In continuation of our studies devoted to the detection of modified nucleosides, we report herein our results toward the fluorescence detection of thymine glycol at both the nucleoside and the oligonucleotide levels using boronic acid sensors. These receptors show significant fluorescence enhancements and high selectivities in aqueous conditions upon binding with thymine glycol.  相似文献

A benzene-based tripodal imidazolium receptor utilizing the strong (C-H)(+)...X(-) hydrogen bonding interaction between imidazolium moieties and halide anions is extensively investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Ab initio calculations predict that this receptor has a very high affinity for fluoride ion (F(-)). The association constant and free energy gain of the N-butyl receptor 2 for F(-) in acetonitrile were measured to be 2.1 x 10(5) M(-1) and -7.25 kcal/mol, respectively, showing that the receptor has a high affinity for F(-) in highly polar organic solvents.  相似文献

The synthesis and anion recognition properties of four novel [2]rotaxane host architectures containing additional alkyl functionality integrated within macrocyclic and axle components to shield the binding cavity from the solvent are described. The rotaxane species containing a tetra(methyl)-functionalised macrocycle component is found to be a weaker anion complexant than the equivalent unfunctionalised receptor, which is likely due to steric hindrance restricting the anion's access to the interlocked cavity. Rotaxane molecules containing tetra(methyl)-functionalised axle components are also investigated, and the additional alkyl functionality serves to enhance anion binding affinity and selectivity when incorporated within the axle's flexible ethylene linkages. Moreover, the equivalent unfunctionalised rotaxane displays a rare preference for oxoanions over chloride guest species.  相似文献

A series of bile acid based receptors having triazole unit along with some additional heteroatom containing moieties as coordinating units for transition metal ion recognition has been synthesized. Pyrrolamidocalix[4]arenes 1-4, members of a new class of anion receptors bearing pyrrolic units at the upper rim of calix[4]arene macrocycle, have been readily synthesized in good yields. Derivatives 1 and 3, with unsubstituted pyrrole units, show a good selectivity for over F and AcO, while the presence of electron-withdrawing NO2 substituents in 2 and 4 inverts the selectivity favoring more basic AcO and F. In addition, it is demonstrated that the flexibility of calix[4]arene skeleton, present in 1 but absent in 3, is very important in the fitting process that leads the amidopyrrole moieties to wrap the tetrahedral guest.  相似文献

A novel bifunctional molecule 1 by a combination of 1,3-alternate calix[4]-crown-5 and triarylborane moieties through alkynyl linkers has been designed and synthesized. Compound 1 shows intense fluorescence with a photoluminescence quantum yield of 0.70 in CH(2)Cl(2) solution and can serve as a bifunctional luminescent probe for potassium and fluoride ions with high sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献
