[structure: see text] Preparation of the first rigid homoditopic tris(tetrahydrofuranyl) ligand with a pair of exotopic binding sites specifically tailored for effective coordination to lithium ions is described. The crystal structure of axillarine hydrobromide ethanol solvate has been determined from analysis of photographic X-ray data. The crystal system is orthorhombic, space group P212121, with unit cell dimensions a = 9.89, b = 11.23, c = 20.83 Å. The structure was determined by means of Patterson and Fourier syntheses, and refined by the method of least-squares to an R index of 9.4%. The structural features of axillarine are noted and compared with those of several other pyrrolizidine alkaloids. The NMR. chemical shift difference between the signals due to the non-equivalent C(9) protons in alkaloids derived from retronecine is also discussed. 相似文献

A new organic nonlinear optical material L-tryptophanium picrate was synthesized. From the powder XRD pattern the various planes of reflections were identified. The grown crystals were subjected to FT-IR and (1)H NMR spectral analyses to confirm the synthesized compound. Thermal properties of the crystals were investigated using thermo gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). The second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of the title compound was found using the modified experimental setup of Kurtz and Perry. 相似文献

Glycine picrate (GP), an organic material, was synthesized and successfully grown by solution growth method. Cell parameters of the grown crystals were obtained from the single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and the presence of functional groups was identified by FTIR study. Its optical properties were examined by UV-vis-NIR analysis, which shows that the crystal is transparent between the wavelengths 400 nm and 1000 nm. Thermal analysis carried out for the glycine picrate reveals that the crystal exhibits a single sharp weight loss at 214 degrees C. The fluorescence spectrum of glycine picrate was recorded. The Vicker's microhardness values were measured for the grown crystal. 相似文献

Reversed-phase HPLC analysis of the methanol extract of the seeds of Centaurea schischkinii afforded a novel indole alkaloid, named schischkiniin (1), together with four lignans, arctiin (2), matairesinoside (3), matairesinol (4), and arctigenin (5), and three flavonoids, astragalin (6), afzelin (7) and apigenin (8). While the structure of schiskiniin (1) was established unequivocally by UV, HRFABMS and a series of 1D and 2D NMR analyses, all known compounds were readily identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with literature data. The free radical scavenging properties of these compounds were assessed using the DPPH assay, and their general toxicity and cytotoxicity were evaluated, respectively, by brine shrimp lethality and MTT cytotoxicity assays with CaCo-2 colon cancer cell lines. Arctigenin (5) exhibited promising in vitro anticancer activity (IC50=7 μM) while with schischkiniin (1) the activity was of moderate level (IC50=76 μM). 相似文献

A convenient method for the synthesis of a series of molecular clips based on the diphenylglycoluril framework and benzocrown ether moieties by the reaction of bis(cyclomethoxymethylene)diphenylglycoluril with benzocrown ethers in polyphosphoric acid is proposed. X-ray diffraction analysis of molecular clips with the benzo-12-crown-4 and benzo-15-crown-5 fragments showed that both compounds are chloroform solvates with the stoichiometry clip:chloroform 1:1. By theoretical and experimental methods the existence of obtained clips in an anti–anti conformation was proved. The complexation properties of the obtained molecular clips were examined toward alkali metal and ammonium ions by FABMS spectrometry and extraction experiments. 相似文献

=1.429 g/cm3, CuK, =1.54184 Å, (CuK)=9.5 cm–1,F(000)=1272,T=298 K. The structure has been refined toR=0.0475 for 2617 unique observed reflections. In the lattice the 1:1 complex exists as a 2:2 dimer in which the crown are coupled through the Pic anions and NH4
+ cations. The asymmetric unit consists of two independent half crown ethers of which two opposite O atoms are on the mirror plane, two half ammonium cations of which the N and two H atoms are also on the mirror plane while the Pic anion is in a general position. Relative to each other, the corwn ethers are shifted by about 7.3 Å alongb and 1 Å alongc. The 1:1 sandwich of NH4 with DB18C6 and Pic on dimerisation becomes a club pseudo-sandwich with three phenyl rings on either side of the mirror plane, thus forming a nearly parallel stack with a 3.6 Å inter-ring distance. The NH4 ions hold the structure; two H atoms on the mirror plane are hydrogen-bonded to the opposite oxygens of the crown located on the purely aliphatic part of the ring (2.10(1), 2.06(3) and 2.26(3), 2.05(1) Å) for the two independent crowns, respectively, while the other two H atoms form mirror-related bifurcated hydrogen bonds with the phenoxide oxygen (1.99(1) and 2.01(1) Å) and theo-nitrogen oxygen (2.44(2) and 2.34(1) Å) of the picrates.

A new amide-based multidentate ligand, N,N′-1,2-ethanediyl-bis{2-[(N,N-diethylcarbamoyl)methoxy]benzamide} (L) reacts with M(Pic)3?·?6H2O to give rare-earth picrate complexes [M2L2(Pic)4(H2O)2](Pic)2 (M = La (1), Nd (2), Eu (3), Gd (4), Tb (5), Dy (6), Yb (7), Y (8)). X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses indicate that dinuclear complexes 3?·?2C4H8O2, 6?·?2C4H8O2, and 8?·?2CH3CN are isomorphous. Each metal is nine-coordinate by four oxygen atoms of two ligands, four oxygen atoms of two bidentate picrates, and one water molecule with a distorted monocapped square antiprism. With hydrogen bonds between the free picrate anions and the coordination cations the complexes exhibit 2-D layers. The luminescent properties of 3 [Eu2L2(Pic)4(H2O)2](Pic)2 are described and factors that influence luminescent intensities are also discussed. 相似文献
