Copper(II) complexes with L-(—)-proline, pipecolinic acid, picolinic acid, anthranilic acid, 4-chloranthranilic acid, 3,5,-dichloroanthranilic acid, 4-nitroanthranilic acid, N-phenyl-anthranilic acid, and flufenamic acid anions were prepared and characterized. The copper complexes of the anions of proline, pipecolinic acid, and picolinic acid are soluble in polar solvents and display frozen solution EPR spectra with axial resonance parameters. The copper complexes of the ring-substituted anthranilates are highly insoluble or only slightly soluble in a few solvents. The EPR spectra of the copper-doped zinc(II) analogues of these complexes display various degrees of rhombicity in their EPR parameters. The N-substituted anthranilates form insoluble complexes in aqueous solution which readily dissolve in organic solvents and undergo dimerization.  相似文献

采用从头算的理论计算方法,在CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVDZ//MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ水平下,对甲酸、乙酸、丙酸和硝酸催化亚硫酸分解成二氧化硫和水的微观反应机理进行了理论研究.结果表明,这4种一元酸均可使亚硫酸分解反应能垒显著降低,降低幅度由大到小的顺序为丙酸 > 乙酸 > 甲酸 > 硝酸.其中,丙酸甚至使反应能垒从裸反应时的99.84 kJ/mol降至27.24 kJ/mol.在此基础上,计算了200~320 K温度范围内4种一元酸催化亚硫酸分解反应的速率常数,并结合它们在大气中的实际浓度计算了有效速率常数.结果表明,在实际大气环境中,乙酸对亚硫酸分解反应的催化效果最为显著.当乙酸存在时,亚硫酸在室温下的大气寿命仅为0.02 s.  相似文献

The iodination of aromatic compounds by a mixture of peroxyacetic acid and iodine in an acetic acid solution has been studied with a special interest concerning effects of acidity, temperature and the nature of peroxy acid. The addition of sulfuric acid catalyst to the reaction system increased the yield of the corresponding iodinated compound with benzene, halobenzene and benzoic acid, while it decreased the yield with alkylbenzenes. The benzenes having electron-releasing groups and naphthalene are iodinated more satisfactorily with lower temperature and without sulphuric acid catalyst. The use of peroxybenzoic acid instead of peroxyacetic acid gives an unsatisfactory result, which suggests that acetyl hypoiodite is an attacking species.  相似文献

We studied the acid hydrolysis of cellulose in an aqueous medium with the aim of maximizing glucose yield and minimizing the formation of by-products. The influence of reaction parameters such as temperature, acid concentration, acid strength and type of cellulose precursor on glucose yield was investigated. We observed that moderate reaction temperature and low acid concentration resulted in the highest glucose yield with little formation of levulinic acid. Strong acid (pKa < 0) is required to achieve high glucose yield. The crystallite size of the cellulose also affects its reactivity; cellulose with higher crystallite size is more resistant to hydrolysis catalyzed by acid. The highest selectivity for glucose over levulinic acid was recorded at a reaction temperature of 413 K and a sulfuric acid concentration in the range of 0.2–0.5 mol/L. Under these reaction conditions, no levulinic acid was detected, but the glucose yield reached 20 % in only 2 h.  相似文献

1引言生脉注射液是由红参、麦冬和五味子3种药材经提取后制成的灭菌水溶液,为国家中药保护品种,具有益气养阴,复脉固脱的功效。前期的分析实验表明,生脉注射液中含有有机酸类成分。根据生脉注射液的生产工艺和3种药材的的化学成分研究报道,分析生脉注射液中的有机酸主要来源于五味子。五味子含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸等多种有机酸成分。目前,有机酸的分析方法有气相色谱法[1]、高效液相色谱法[2]、毛细管电泳法[3]及离子色谱法[4]。这些方法专属[5]  相似文献

Cytotoxicity assays are needed for the screening of natural products with potential anti-inflammatory. The purpose of this study was to compare the basal cytotoxicity of active ingredients extracted from plants of the Brazilian "cerrado". The viability was assayed with the neutral red uptake assay in Mac Coy cells after 24h of exposition. The dose evaluated was 50 microg/microL. The test substances were: cinnamic acid, p-coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid, syringic acid, vannilic acid, homogentisic acid, scandenin, palustric acid, diosgenin, cabraleone. Studies of cytotoxicity demonstrated that all active compounds evaluated have low toxicity in vitro. The substances showed cell viability above 60% for the concentration used. However, the cinnamic acid, sacandenin and palustric acid showed highest toxicity with a 50% reduction in cell viability for the dose of 50 microg/microL. Cytotoxic screening results are useful to estimate the best concentrations of those compounds with potential anti-inflammatory without their cause cell death.  相似文献

The critical micellar concentration (CMC) values of keto derivatives of cholic acid (3,12-dihydroxy-7-oxo-5β-cholanoic acid, 3,7-dihydroxy-12-oxo-5β-cholanoic acid, 12-hydroxy-3,7-dioxo-5β-cholanoic acid, 3-hydroxy-7,12-dioxo-5β-cholanoic acid, 3,7,12-triketo-5β-cholanoic acid) and cholic acid itself, were determined. Replacement of hydroxyl groups in cholic acid molecule with keto groups yields the derivatives whose CMC values increase with increase in the number of keto groups introduced. The CMCs of derivatives with the same number of keto groups but at different positions do not differ significantly. The relationship between the number of keto groups in the molecule of cholic acid keto derivatives and CMC value can be described by the following equation: CMC = 43 number of keto groups + 14.667. The effect of NaCl concentration on CMC increases with increase in the number of keto groups.  相似文献

The influence of urea on initiation and termination of the reaction between nitric and formic acids was experimentally examined. The urea injection can terminate the denitration reaction in 2 to 10M salt-free nitric acid solutions and the simulated high level liquid wastes (HLLWs) with a nitric acid concentration of 2 to 6M. An excess of urea can interrupt the initiation of denitration in both simulated HLLW and salt-free nitric acid solutions. The initiation and termination of denitration are in relation with nitrous acid formation and decomposition. Urea reacts with nitrous acid easily in the denitrating solution and decomposes nitrous acid. As the urea concentration increases in the solution, the continuance of denitration become impossible because the decomposition rate of nitrous acid exceeds the generation rate. In addition, the nitrous acid concentration can not be high enough to initiate the denitration in the solution with an excess of urea because nitrous acid is decomposed by urea.  相似文献

The stability of 5-aminosalicylic acid and its metabolites has been investigated when stored frozen. N-beta-D-Glucopyranosyl-5-aminosalicylic acid was formed in considerable amounts concomitant with a decrease in 5-aminosalicylic acid in plasma samples spiked with 5-aminosalicylic acid as well as in standard solutions of 5-aminosalicylic acid buffered with potassium phosphate between pH 5.5 and pH 8.0 with 4.0 mM glucose added and stored at -20 degrees C. Thus N-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-5-aminosalicylic acid might not, as previously described, be a metabolite of 5-aminosalicylic acid but an artifact formed during storage of plasma samples. The N-glucoside formed could be quantitatively degraded to 5-aminosalicylic acid and glucose by adding 0.2 M potassium phosphate buffer pH 3.0 to the sample prior to the analysis. The metabolites of 5-aminosalicylic acid (N-formyl-5-aminosalicylic acid, N-acetyl-5-aminosalicylic acid and N-butyryl-5-aminosalicylic acid) were found to be stable in plasma stored at -20 degrees C for at least eight months.  相似文献

研究了环烷酸对油水界面膜界面张力、弹性模量、损耗模量以及界面膜破裂速率常数的影响,同时对环烷酸与沥青质之间的相互作用进行了测定。结果表明,环烷酸使得原油油水界面张力下降;弹性模量随着环烷酸加量以及振荡频率的增加都分别逐渐增大,并且最终都趋于平衡;在任何振荡频率值时,损耗模量都随着环烷酸加量先增大后减小;当环烷酸加量增加时,界面膜破裂速率常数降低。环烷酸与沥青质之间存在相互作用,随着环烷酸加量的增加,其对沥青质界面膜弹性模量的影响与对原油界面膜弹性模量的影响相似,表明环烷酸主要是通过与沥青质相互作用而促进乳状液稳定性的。  相似文献

建立了一种利用离子色谱法同时测定样品中奎尼酸、乙酸、丙酮酸、草酰乙酸、甘露酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、草酸、富马酸、抗坏血酸、α-酮戊二酸、肉桂酸、水杨酸、柠檬酸、异柠檬酸、阿魏酸、顺乌头酸、反乌头酸、β-香豆酸等21种有机酸的方法。样品经提取、脱色、过滤后用IonPac AS11分离柱分离,以EG40自动淋洗液发生器生成的5~34 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液洗脱,抑制电导检测器检测。21种有机酸的浓度与其峰面积在一定的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限均低于0.188 mg/L,加标回收率为91.5%~101.8%。该法用于多种食物样品中有机酸的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

将高产生花生四烯酸(AA)脂肪酸产生菌的干菌体经三氟化硼-甲醇方法甲酯化后,用毛细管气相色谱和质谱进行分析。结果表明干菌体中含有饱和不饱和脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪数中以花生四烯酸的含量(70.20%)最高,另外还含有少量的亚油酸和γ-亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸,同时给出了各个脂肪酸组分的相对含量。  相似文献

Kinetics of beta-haematin (synthetic malaria pigment) formation from haematin have been studied in the presence of aqueous benzoic acid and derivatives of benzoic acid. Formation of the beta-haematin product is demonstrated by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Reactions were followed by determining the fraction of unreacted haematin at various time points during the process via reaction of extracted aliquots with pyridine. The kinetics can be fitted to the Avrami equation, indicating that the process involves nucleation and growth. Reaction kinetics in stirred benzoic acid are similar to those previously observed in acetic acid, except that benzoic acid is far more active in promoting the reaction than acetic acid. The reaction reaches completion within 2 h in the presence of 0.050 M benzoic acid (pH 4.5, 60 degrees C). This compares with 1 h in the presence of 4.5 M acetic acid and 4 h in the presence of 2 M acetic acid. The reaction rate in benzoic acid is not affected if the stirring rate is decreased to zero, but very vigorous stirring appears to disrupt nucleation. The rate constant for beta-haematin formation in benzoic acid has a linear dependence on benzoic acid concentration and follows Arrhenius behaviour with temperature. There is a bell-shaped dependence on pH. This suggests that the haematin species in which one propionate group is protonated and the other is deprotonated is optimal for beta-haematin formation. When the reaction is conducted in para-substituted benzoic acid derivatives, the log of the rate constant increases linearly with the Hammett constant. These findings suggest that the role of the carboxylic acid may be to disrupt hydrogen bonding and pi-stacking in haematin, facilitating conversion to beta-haematin. The large activation energy for conversion of precipitated haematin to beta-haematin suggests that the reaction in vivo most likely involves direct nucleation from solution and probably does not occur in aqueous medium.  相似文献

The product pattern found for the dimethyldioxirane-mediated oxidation of phenylethyne strongly depends on the reaction conditions. Dimethyldioxirane generated in situ from caroate (HSO(5)(-)) and acetone in acetonitrile-water furnishes phenylacetic acid as the main product. With solutions of dimethyldioxirane in acetone, mandelic acid and phenylacetic acid are mainly formed. The relative abundances of the two acids depend on the residual water present in the dimethyldioxirane-acetone solution. Application of thoroughly dried solutions of the reagent effects increased formation of mandelic acid. When phenylethyne is oxidized by dimethyldioxirane transferred into tetrachloromethane, to minimize traces of water even further, oligomeric mandelic acid is obtained. The results are rationalized by the initial formation of phenyloxirene, which is known to equilibrate with phenylformylcarbene and benzoylcarbene. Subsequent Wolff rearrangement produces intermediate phenylketene, which can be trapped by water as phenylacetic acid or suffer from further oxidation to the alpha-lactone of mandelic acid. The alpha-lactone can either react with water to yield mandelic acid or, under anhydrous conditions, to yield oligomeric mandelic acid. In addition to mandelic acid and phenylacetic acid phenylglyoxylic acid, benzoic acid and benzaldehyde are observed as reaction products. The formation of phenylglyoxylic acid by transfer of two oxygen atoms to the unrearranged carbon skeleton of phenylethyne followed by oxygen insertion into the aldehydic C-H bond of the intermediately formed phenylglyoxal is discussed. In a second pathway this acid is formed by partial oxidation of mandelic acid. Benzaldehyde and benzoic acid are explained as products of the oxidative degradation of the alpha-lactone by dimethyldioxirane. Under in situ conditions benzoic acid is also formed by caroate initiated oxidative decarboxylation of phenylglyoxylic acid and/or intermediate phenylglyoxal.  相似文献

The adsorption of the ligands alpha-lipoic acid, dihydrolipoic acid, and dithiothreitol to films of deposited CdS nanoparticles was studied in situ by ATR-IR spectroscopy. For alpha-lipoic acid and dihydrolipoic acid, the spectra of the adsorbed species closely resemble those of the respective solution species. However, for dithiothreitol, the spectrum of the adsorbed species is significantly different from that of the solution species and is attributed to an interruption of intermolecular hydrogen bonding upon adsorption to the CdS. The S-H stretching absorption of the dihydrolipoic acid solution species at pH=8.6 is observed at 2542 cm(-1). The corresponding absorptions for dithiothreitol occur at 2578 and 2528 cm(-1) and are attributed to monomers and dimers. Adsorption of dihydrolipoic acid and dithiothreitol is found to occur via both thiol functional groups and an additional interaction between the carboxylate and the CdS surface. The adsorption of alpha-lipoic acid to CdS in the presence of light proceeds with photo-oxidation of the CdS surface and reductive cleavage of the disulfide bond of alpha-lipoic acid to produce some adsorbed dihydrolipoic acid and thiosulfate. The adsorption of alpha-lipoic acid to CdS in the absence of visible light shows no photo-oxidation and suggests that adsorption occurs via retention of the disulfide bond. The adsorption isotherm data for dihydrolipoic acid and dithiothreitol gave good fits to the Langmuir isotherm, with adsorption constants higher than those for monothiol-containing ligands on CdS. The Langmuir adsorption constant for n-octanoic acid on CdS indicates that the additional interaction between the carboxylate group of dihydrolipoic acid and the CdS is weak in comparison with the dithiol interaction with CdS.  相似文献

Abstract— The photochemical quantum yields for addition of glycine and the L-amino acids commonly occurring in proteins (excluding proline) to polyadenylic acid, polycytidylic acid, polyguanylic acid and polyribothymidylic acid have been determined in deoxygenated phosphate buffer at Λ 254 nm and pH 7, using a fluorescamine assay technique. Polyadenylic acid was reactive with eleven of the twenty amino acids tested, with phenylalanine, tyrosine, glutamine, lysine and asparagine having the highest quantum yields. Polyguanylic acid reacted with sixteen amino acids; phenylalanine, arginine, cysteine, tyrosine, and lysine displayed the largest quantum yields. Polycytidylic acid showed reactivity with fifteen amino acids with lysine, phenylalanine, cysteine, tyrosine and arginine having the greatest quantum yields. Polyribothymidylic acid, reactive with fifteen of nineteen amino acids surveyed, showed the highest quantum yields for cysteine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, lysine and asparagine. None of the polynucleotides were reactive with aspartic acid or glutamic acid.
The quantum yields for photoaddition of eighteen dipeptides of the form glycyl X (X being one of the amino acids commonly occurring in proteins, including proline), and of L-alanyl-L-tryptophan, L-seryl-L-seryl-L-serine, L-threonyl-L-threonyl-L-threonine, L-cystine- bis -glycine, and Nα-acetyllysine to polyadenylic acid, polycytidylic acid and polyguanylic acid were measured. All of these were found to add photochemically to each of these polymers. Polyribothymidylic acid, tested with eleven of these peptides and with Nα-acetyllysine, was found to be reactive with all.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-aminopropylamide of cholic acid with CS? produced a bile acid derivative of dithiocarbamic acid which further formed an ammonium salt with another molecule of 3-aminopropylamide of cholic acid. The cationic 3-ammonium propylamide of cholic acid did not react further with CS? and the formed salt was stable in the reaction mixture, even when excess CS? was used. When the reaction was carried out in the presence of aqueous sodium hydroxide, only the bile acid derivative of sodium dithiocarbamate was formed. The dithiocarbamate derivatives were characterized by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and ESI-TOF mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A new and simple approach is described for the determination of the haloacetic acids (such as mono-, di- and trichloroacetic acids) usually found in drinking water as chlorination by-products after disinfection processes and acetic acid. The new approach, termed vacancy ion-exclusion chromatography, is based on an ion-exclusion mechanism but using the sample solution as the mobile phase, pure water as the injected sample, and a weakly acidic cation-exchange resin column (TSKgel OApak-A) as the stationary phase. The addition of sulfuric acid to the mobile phase results in highly sensitive conductivity detection with sharp and well-shaped peaks, leading to excellent and efficient separations. The elution order was sulfuric acid, dichloroacetic acid, monochloroacetic acid, trichloroacetic acid, and acetic acid. The separation of these acids depends on their pKa values. Acids with lower pKa values were eluted earlier than those with higher pKa, except for trichloroacetic acid due to a hydrophobic-adsorption effect occurring as a side-effect of vacancy ion-exclusion chromatography. The detection limits of these acids in the present study with conductivity detection were 3.4 microM for monochloroacetic acid, 0.86 microM for dichloroacetic acid and 0.15 microM for trichloroacetic acid.  相似文献

Nine organic acids (citric acid, galacturonic acid, glycolic acid, isocitric acid, malic acid, oxalic acid, quinic acid, shikimic acid, and tartaric acid) and two anions (phosphate and sulfate) were determined in a suite of Vaccinium berry-containing dietary supplement standard reference materials (SRMs). Following solvent extraction, three independent methods were utilized in the quantification of these compounds. The first method involved reversed-phase liquid chromatography with ultraviolet absorbance detection at 210 nm and isotope dilution mass spectrometry. The second method utilized ion chromatography with conductivity detection. Finally, gas chromatography with isotope dilution mass spectrometry detection was used following derivatization with N-methyl-N-trifluoroacetamide (MSTFA). The combined data from these methods was used for the assignment of organic acid levels in the seven candidate SRMs.  相似文献

采用BF3-CH3OH酯化衍生法,以正辛酸作内标,建立了3-羟基丁酸、巴豆酸、3羟基丁醛、巴豆醛等混合体系中3-羟基丁酸的气相色谱分析方法,利用标准样对照并结合质谱分析确定了化学合成3-羟基丁酸反应混合物的组成。该法线性范围为0.40~160.67g/L,相关系数为r=0.9995。方法快速、简单、重现性好,并用于化学合成3-羟基丁酸反应混合物的分析,结果令人满意。  相似文献
