报道了一种以碘化铋与诺氟沙星形成的缔合物为电活性物质的修饰碳糊电极。电极对离子的线性响应范围为4.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol·L-1,级差电位为20 mV/pc,检出限为2.5×10-6mol·L-1。测定了枸橼酸铋钾胶囊中铋的含量,测定结果与药典法的结果相符。  相似文献

本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,铋(Ⅲ)-溴邻苯三酚红-乙基紫体系产生的协同显色反应,在pH2.5的醋酸溶液中,形成[EV]·[Bi(BPR)]型离子缔合物,最大吸收波长600nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.76×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1,铋含量在0~8.0μg/25mL。范围内服从比尔定律。采用巯基棉分离干扰离子,可显著提高体系的选择性。用拟定的方法测定了铜合金中的微量铋,并根据缔合物的组成,探讨了显色反应的机理。  相似文献

本文研究了在PVA和Tween 80存在下,铋离子与硫氰酸钾和丁基罗丹明B形成缔合型三元配合物,使丁基罗丹明B的荧光熄灭,建立了痕量铋的荧光分析新方法。工作曲线线性范围为0~5.0μg/25mL。方法灵敏度高,ε_(588)为3.5×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),操作简便。用于铸铁中痕量铋的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文研究了在酸性介质中,铋(Ⅲ)-碘化钾-罗丹明6G-阿拉伯胶体系的离子缔合显色反应.提出直接在水溶液中光度测定微量铋的高灵敏度方法.缔合物的摩尔吸光系数为6.90×10~5L·mol~(-1).cm~(-1).研究了共存离子的影响.本法选择性较好,用于稀土发光材料和低合金钢中铋的分析,结果较好.  相似文献

在 0 .36mol·L- 1H2 SO4 0 .6 0mol·L- 1H3PO4 混合酸介质中 ,DBF 偶氮氯膦与铋形成蓝色配合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 6 38nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 9.4× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,铋浓度在 0 30 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。用直接光度法测定了果胶铋胶囊、陈香路白路片、枸橼酸铋钾颗粒等药物中铋 ,结果满意。  相似文献

1 引  言含卤素的不对称变色酸双偶氮类试剂是稀土元素的优良显色剂 ,这类试剂用于铅、铋的测定也有一些报道。有文献用 2 ,6 二溴 4 氯偶氮胂在 1 .2mol L高氯酸中测定了铜合金及粗铜中微量铋 (ε为 9.0× 1 0 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 )。实验发现 ,该试剂在 3 0mol LHClO4介质中与铋显色反应有更高的灵敏度 (ε为 1 .0 5× 1 0 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 )。在该条件下 ,Pb2 +不干扰Bi3 +的测定 ;在 0 .1mol LHClO4中 ,两者均与试剂显色 ,其摩尔吸光系数分别为 4 .4 6× 1 0 4和 1 .0 3×1 0 5L·mol…  相似文献

研究了多种胶束及微乳液对水杨基荧光酮光度法测定铋的增敏作用,并选择增敏作用最强的微乳液作为铋测定的增敏试剂,确定最佳条件。结果表明,在微乳液(OP 正丁醇正庚烷水)存在下,铋与水杨基荧光酮在H2SO4介质中可以形成紫红色配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于516nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.17×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铋量在0~1 2μg mL范围内符合比尔定律。本法可用于胃药中铋的测定。  相似文献

在硫酸介质及吐温存在下,丁基罗丹明B(BRB)与铋钼杂多酸形成离子缔合物,缔合物的最大吸收波长位于606nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.7*10^6L.同,铋质量浓度在0-0.24μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。缔合物至少稳定24h,其摩尔比为n(Bi):n(Mo):n(BRB)=1:12:4。考察了20余种共存离子的影响,大多数常见元素不干扰。本法已用于矿样,合金中铋的测定。  相似文献

利用铋碘络阴离子与碱性染料阳离子形成的离子缔合物,萃取光度法测定铋已有报导。但它们均不能在水相中直接显色测定,常需用有毒的苯等有机溶剂萃取,不仅增加了手续,而且灵敏度也不够高,摩尔吸光系数约在4.3×10~4~6.5×10~4之间。本文研究在高浓度的碘化钾存在下的微酸性介质中,铋所形成的〔BiI_5〕~(2-)络阴离子,在与罗丹明B等碱性染料阳离子形成离子缔合物时,当有聚乙烯醇等保护胶体存在下,不产生沉淀,并可观察到溶液颜色发生明显变化,借此可直接在水相中测定铋。方法简便,并具有很高的灵敏度。  相似文献

为定量结构/活性相关性研究提取了量子化学参数,拓扑指数Am,分子连接性指数^mxt及疏水性常数,同时应用正交变换和最佳变量子集算法(Leaps-and-Bonds)进行了变量压缩和选择,进而实施了多元回归分析,并由此结果进行了HEPT类化合物(1-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6-(phenylthio)-thymine derivatives)的结构/活性关系的理论解释,进行了人工神经网络法对于该类化合物的活性预测,其结构明显好于多元回归法。  相似文献

Sweden's famous warship, Vasa, sank on her maiden voyage in August 1628, and remained on the bottom of Stockholm harbour for 333 years. Raised in 1961, she became the first large-scale wooden object to be treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG). In the summer of 2000 a number of acidic salt precipitations were noticed on the surface of the ship and on wooden artefacts in the storerooms. An international research project has been established to look into the causes of this problem and suggest possible re-treatments. Meanwhile projects are underway to monitor movements in the ship, to build a better support system, and to replace the thousands of iron bolts holding the structure together, while a sophisticated new climate system has recently been installed in the museum.  相似文献

Similarity of the extrusion curves of non-wetting liquid in a nanoporous medium with different initial fill volume fractions is observed experimentally. The similarity can be explained by the scaling of the interface energy and the self-similarity of the infinite percolation cluster of fluid-filled pores. Understanding the physical processes leading to the observed phenomena is a foundation for the development of high-performance devices for damping and energy storage on the basis of such heterogeneous systems.  相似文献

The content of the fine and ultrafine particles in the raw material results in difficulty of the separation, the loss of the valuable components and ecological contamination. Secondary using of the fine particles is impossible without their granulation. This problem has been solved by the agglomeration-in-liquid method.An agglomeration-in-liquid method is a process to produce agglomerates in a liquid phase from solid particles suspended in the liquid. The surface of solid particles and the binding liquid must be of identical polarity, but the continuous phase must be of the opposite polarity. The synthesis and liquid crystalline behaviour of the first and second generations of a dendrimeric structure based on poly(propyleneimine)(DAB-dendr(NH2)x) are reported. 4-(4-n-Alkoxybenzoyloxy)salicylaldehydes are used as mesogenic moieties attached at the peripheral amino groups of the dendrimers giving rise to dendromesogens with four and eight mesogenic branches. From these dendromesogens, considered as organic ligands, were prepared six metal-containing dendrimers which incorporate two or four copper atoms in their structures. All the dendrimeric ligands and three of the metal-containing dendrimers exhibit liquid crystalline properties which were studied by optical microscopy, DSC, X-ray diffraction and EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new chromophore, C1 , based on a similar DπA‐structure as in the FTC ‐chromophore but with a hydroxyalkyl spacer perpendicular to the direction of the dipole moment was synthesized. Both chromophores and the CLD ‐chromophore were used to prepare high Tg nonlinear optical vinyl polymers. The influence of the position of the spacer on the DπA‐system on the NLO response of the resulting polymers was investigated.
