A method is proposed for the synthesis of N-substituted 5-azaadenines. The condensation of N-(1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)amidines with trichloroacetonitrile gives trichloromethyl derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazines, which are converted by the action of primary or secondary amines into N-alkylamino- or N,N-dialkylamino-1,2,4-triazolo-[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazines (5-azaadenines).Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 1, pp. 241–243, January, 1991.  相似文献

2-Amino-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole ( 1a ) and 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole ( 1b ) reacted with acrylonitrile to yield β-cyanoethylamino derivatives. On the other hand, 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole ( 2 ) reacted with acrylonitrile under the same experimental conditions to yield a di-β-cyanoethylaminothiazole derivative. 3-Phenyl-Δ2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione reacted with acrylonitrile to yield the corresponding adduct. The structure of the adduct was established by its conversion into the acid 13 which could be synthesised via another independent route.  相似文献

Condensation of pyrazolyl isothiocyanates 2 with N-substituted hydrazines provided the 2-methyl/phenyl-4-(pyrazol-5-yl)thiosemicarbazides 3 . Cyclization of 3 with formic acid-acetic anhydride or with triethyl orthoacetate-acetic anhydride provided 4-(pyrazol-5-yl)-l,2,4-triazole-3-thiones 4a-f and 5-methyl-4-(pyrazol-5-yl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones 4g-I respectively.  相似文献

Isomeric dialkyl and diaralkyl[1-, 2- and 4-(alkyl, aralkyl and aryl)-3-Q-1,2,4-triazole-5-yl]iminodithiocarbonates 4a-c (R ≠ H) were synthesised and their spectral data compared. The uv, cmr and ms rules elaborated helped to prove the tautomeric structure of the non-substituted derivatives 4 (R ? H). In case of dimethyl (3-methylthio-1,2,4-triazole-5-yl)iminodithiocarbonate this is the first time ever crystalline triazole desmotropes 4a/17 and 4b/17 could be isolated. The sodium salts of 4 (R ? H) could be further alkylated and aralkylated to yield the corresponding 4 (R ? alkyl and aralkyl) type derivatives. Providing the above reaction in the presence of carbon disulfide the dithiocarbomethoxy derivative 7 was obtained.  相似文献

The influence of the molar ratio and concentration of the reactants and of the temperature and time of the synthesis on the yield of malonic acid guanylhydrazides in the reaction of aminoguanidine with malonic acid in acidic aqueous solutions was examined, and improved procedures for preparing 5-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylacetic acid and bis(5-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methane were suggested.  相似文献

The reaction of benzoylacetonitrile (III) , its phenylazo derivative (X) , malononitrile and malononitrile derivatives with ethyl hydrazinoacetate was investigated. All the investigated compounds with the exception of phenylazobenzoylacetonitrile and phenylazomalononitrile afforded 1-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-3-aminopyrazole derivatives when treated with I. Compounds Xa and XVIII afforded imidazoypyrazole derivatives under the same experimental conditions.  相似文献

Two new, more convenient methods for the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidenes are described. Four new 1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidenes have been prepared using these methods: 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidene (2a), 1-(1-adamantyl)-3-phenyl-4-(p-bromophenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidene (2b), 1-(1-adamantyl)-3-phenyl-4-(alpha-naphthyl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidene (2c), and 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-di(p-bromophenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-ylidene (2d). The X-ray crystal structures of 2d and the precursor salt 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-di(p-bromophenyl)-1,2,4-triazolium bromide (1e) are described. Compound 2a reacts with CH(3)CN via C-H insertion to form 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-diphenyl-5-cyanomethyl-5H-1,2,4-triazoline (3), and 2a and 2d react with elemental sulfur and elemental selenium, respectively, to form the corresponding thione (4) and selenone (5).  相似文献

Summary A series of hydroxamic acid ethoxycarbonylhydrazides was obtained by reactions of ester ethoxycarbonylhydrazones with hydroxylamine. The corresponding 3-substituted 4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized by cyclization of these hydroxamic acid derivatives in basic medium.

以3-吲哚甲酸与1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮为原料合成3-甲基-1-苯基吡唑-5-基-1H-吲哚-3-甲酸酯(3),用IR、1 H NMR、热重分析、X-射线单晶衍射对化合物结构进行了表征,并对其荧光光谱进行了研究.X-射线单晶衍射结果表明:该晶体为斜方晶系,Pbca空间群,a=1.090 90(10)nm,b=1.618 93(14)nm,c=1.819 11(16)nm,α=β=γ=90.00°,V=3.212 7(5)nm3,Z=8,dC=1.312g/cm3,μ=0.088mm-1,F(000)=1 328.  相似文献

Previously it was shown that condensation of dimethyl N-cyanodithioimidocarbonate ( 1a ) with methylhydrazine gave predominantly 1-methyl-5-methylthio-1H-,2,4-triazol-3-amine ( 2 ), which was initially identified erroneously as the regioisomer l-methyl-3-methylthio-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-amine ( 3 ). We have found that reaction of dimethyl N-cyanoimidocarbonate ( 1b ) with methyl hydrazine affords a high yield of 3-methoxy-1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-amine ( 4 ) rather than the regioisomer 5-methoxy-1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-amine ( 5 ). The structure assignment of 4 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis of the benzenesulfonyl isocyanate adduct 7 . Triazole 5 was obtained after reacting dimethyl N-cyanothioimidocarbonate ( 1c ) with methylhydrazine.  相似文献

A series of 3-(3-alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones has been prepared by oxidation of 3-formylchromone with Jones' reagent followed by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thione in the presence of POCl3. The crystal structure of 5-nitro-4-salicylideneamino-3-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione ([C10H9N5O3S]·HCON(CH3)2, Mr=352.38)(CCDC No. 216094) was determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to a triclinic system, the space group is P1 with unit cell constants a=0.6113(2) nm, b=1.0836(4) nm, c=1.3132(5) nm, α=74.523(7)°, β=117.68(3)°, γ= 79.769(7)°, V=0.8245(5) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.419 g/cm3, μ=0.228 mm-1, F(000)=368, R and wR are 0.0579 and 0.1040, respectively, beasd on 3348 unique reflections of which 1925 reflections were observed[I>2σ(I)]. The results indicate that the title compound can be assigned to the thione tautomeric form rather than the thiol tautomeric form. It contains a five membered triazole ring and a phenyl ring with a dihedral angle of 4.35°. The intermolecular hydrogen bond N3-H3…S1, O1-H1…O4 can be observed.  相似文献

We have synthesized complex compounds of Co(2+) chloride with hydrochlorides of N-(1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)benzamidine and N-(tetrazol-5-yl)benzamidine.
