Syntheses and single-crystal X-ray structural results are reported for three new mixed diphosphates of the family AI 2BII 3(P2O7)2; Ag2Co3(P2O7)2 (I), Ag2Mn3(P2O7)2 (II), and Na2Cd3(P2O7)2 (III). All crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P1 bar: (I) a = 5.351(4), b = 6.375(4), c = 16.532(4) Å, = 80.83(6) = 81.45(4), = 72.87(5)°, V = 528.9(6) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 4.649 mg/m3, R/Rw = 0.0428/0.0548 for 3949 obs. reflns; (II) a = 5.432(7), b = 6.619(6), c = 16.51(3) Å, = 80.78(8) = 82.43(9), = 72.82(7)°, V = 557.7(13) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 4.338 mg/m3, R/Rw = 0.0679/0.1303 for 2100 obs. reflns and (III) a = 5.67(3), b = 7.08(4), c = 7.90(4) Å, = 77.0(2), = 82.5(2), = 67.8(2)°, V = 286(3) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 4.249 mg/m3, R/Rw = 0.0307/0.0342 for 1945 obs. reflns. (I) and (II) are isostructural but (III) is of a different type. All three structures are characterized by layers of P2O7 groups alternating with layers of mixed metal atoms. Differences are seen in the conglomerate bonding patterns of B atoms and in the irregular geometry of Ag in (I) and (II) compared to the octahedral bonding seen for Na in (III). The differences in structure may be understood in terms of the ratios of the ionic radii of A and B atoms.  相似文献

In order to study the relationship between biological and pharmacological activities with their structures, a series of tri-, tetra-oxygenated xanthones including 1-hydroxyl-2,3,4,7-tetramethoxy xanthone 1, 1-hydroxyl-2,3,4,5-tetramethoxyl xanthone 2, 1-hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxy xanthone 3, 1,8-dihydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxyl xanthone 4, 1,5,8-trihydroxyl-3-methoxy xanthone 5 has been isolated from Swertia chirayita. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. The crystal structure of 5 was also investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P , with a = 7.1540(10) Å, b = 7.520(2) Å, c = 10.671(2) Å, V = 562.7(2) Å3, = 86.50(3), = 80.06(3), = 85.00(3), Z = 2, Dc = 1.618 g m–3, Rint = 0.0230, wR(F2) = 0.1028, F(000) = 284. The molecular structure is nearly plane and four substituents are much closer to the plane of the molecule. Compound 5 also shows three intermolecular hydrogen bonds. A recent study shows that phenolic hydroxyls in xanthones are the main active groups capable of scavenging OH and O2.  相似文献

A new salt (EV)2[Cu(mnt)2] [EV = tris(p-(diethylamino)phenyl)methylium; mnt = bis(1,2-dicyanovinylene-1,2-dithiolato)] was prepared by the reaction of [NBu4]2[Cu(mnt)2] with ethyl violet dye (EV)Cl. The crystallographic data are: triclinic P–1, a = 11.1102(11) Å, b= 12.2768(12) Å, c = 14.0265(14) Å, = 98.987(2)°, = 97.972(2)°, = 110.402(2)°, V = 1732.2(3) Å3, Z = 1. The [Cu(mnt)2] dianion exhibits a quasi-square planar structure and the EV cation has a trigonal planar geometry with an A symmetric propeller-like conformation. A pseudo-dimmer of the EV cation and weak hydrogen bonds between the cation and the anion were observed in the crystal.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of a macrocyclic oxamido Schiff base Ni(II) complex [NiL] has been determined by X-ray crystallography. L is the dianion of diethyl 5,6,7,8,15,16-hexahydro-6,7-dioxodibenzo[1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine-13,18-dicarboxylate. Ni(II) is located in the coordination cavity formed by the four nitrogen donors of the deprotonated macrocyclic oxamido ligand with a distorted square-planar geometry. C–H O hydrogen bonds have been observed in the crystal. The macrocyclic complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P – 1, with lattice parameters a = 7.977(3) Å, b = 12.581(4) Å, c = 12.679(4) Å, = 112.669(6)°, = 96.849(7)°, = 106.204(7)°, V = 1089.9(6) Å3, Z = 2.  相似文献

In 6-nitrobenzo(a)pyrene, an environmental pollutant, the nitro substituent lies at 69.5(1) to the mean plane of the aromatic moiety. The C–C bond distances range from 1.341(3) to 1.443(3) Å. The crystal is in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 8.3239(3) Å, b = 8.9530(3) Å, c = 18.0678(5) Å, = 99.264(2) and Z = 4. Molecules are assembled in sheets in the unit cell through stacking and alternating C–H O interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, Ag(mela)2ClO4 (mela = melamine), has been investigated by X-ray diffraction techniques, the crystals are triclinic, space group P1¯, with a = 5.236(2), b = 7.5385(9) c = 19.063(3) Å, = 99.91(1), = 90.53(2), = 108.32(2)° and Z = 2. The Ag atom has a coordination geometry with two strong bonds (2.162(2) and 2.179(4) Å) to the nitrogen of the melamines and two weak bonds (2.776(4) and 2.785(4) Å) to oxygen atoms of the ClO 4anions. The N—Ag—N vector is markedly nonlinear (angle at Ag 167.7(2)°).  相似文献

The hydrogen-bond networks in the mono- and diprotonated cyclic diamine, 1-thia-4,7-diazacyclononane, [9]aneN2S, have been examined. Crystals of the monoprotonated, form [9]aneN2S HCl, contain a ribbon-like network of alternating strong and weak intermolecular N H Cl hydrogen bonds and weak intramolecular N H N hydrogen bonds. Crystal data for [9]aneN2S HCl: monoclinic, a = 6.6640(6) Å, b = 10.3493(9) Å, c = 6.9807(6) Å, = 108.847(1)°, V = 455.63(7) Å3, space group P21, Z = 2. In the di-protonated form, [9]aneN2S 2HBr, the ribbon-like network comprises strong intermolecular and weak intramolecular N H Br hydrogen bonds. Crystal data for [9]aneN2S 2HBr: orthorhombic, a = 12.5918(13) Å, b = 8.0753(9) Å, c = 10.6856(11) Å, V = 1086.5(2) Å3, space group Pnma, Z = 4. The chloride anions of [9]aneN2S HCl align in interlocking columns in the a- and c-direction whereas the bromide anions in [9]aneN2S 2HBr occupy channels in the b-direction.  相似文献

Crystals of [Co(C5H4COOMe)2](PF6) are triclinic, spacegroup witha=6.854(3),b=7.367(4),c=9.430(4) Å, =69.12(3), =86.56(4), =67.20(4)°,Z=1. The cation and anion both lie on crystal inversion centers. The Co–C bond lengths are in the range 2.030–2.041(3) Å. The COOMe groups are twisted 5.4° from the cyclopentadienyl ring planes. Refinement with 1574 data [I>3(I)] converged atR 0.041.  相似文献

Reaction of the Zn, Cd, or Co nitrate salts with the deprotonated ligand (2-hydroxy-3-t-butyl-methylphenyl)bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (L1O) in methanol produced the following complexes: [(L1OH)Zn(NO3)2] in two isomorphs, a = 40.983(8) Å, b = 9.571(2) Å, c = 15.667(8) Å, = 90, = 106.38(1), = 90, C2/c, and a = 13.027(3) Å, b = 14.781(4) Å, c = 16.107(3) Å, = 90, = 105.30(1), = 90, P21/n; [(L1OH)Cd(pz)(NO3)2] a = 14.7476(2) Å, b = 13.5411(2) Å, c = 16.7223(2) Å, = 90, = 110.3840(10), = 90, P21/c; and [(L1O)Co(pz)(NO3)] a = 11.4240(2) Å, b = 13.4498(2) Å, c = 13.8056(2) Å, = 105.2080(10), = 105.8130(10), = 112.7470(10), P . The Zn adopts a pseudotetrahedral four-coordinate geometry where the potentially tridentate ligand is actually bidentate with a protonated and uncoordinated phenoxy arm. The Co complex is pseudooctahedral six-coordinate where the phenoxy arm is deprotonated and coordinated. Finally the Cd complex is seven-coordinate but the metal is not coordinated through the phenoxy group that is again protonated.  相似文献

Structures of two binuclear copper(II) complexes with sulfato bridges and tridentate 2-acetylpyridine 3-azacyclothiosemicarbazone ligands have been solved. The complex-sulfato-bis{(2-acetylpyridine 3-hexamethyleneiminyl-thiosemicarbazonato)copper(II)} N,N-dimethylformamide, [Cu(Achexim)]2SO4·DMF, has the following structural properties: triclinic, P1¯(#2), a = 12.314(4), b = 15.885(4), c = 10.959(4) Å, = 103.25(2), = 103.60(2), = 109.94(2)°, V = 1843(2) Å3, and Z = 2; for -sulfato-bis{(2-acetylpyridine 3-piperidylthiosemicarbazonato)copper(II)}chloroform, [Cu(Acpip)]2SO4·CHCl3: triclinic, P1¯(#2), a = 11.657(1), b = 17.101(2), c = 10.338(1) Å, = 98.51(1), = 109.294(7), = 107.016(9)°, V = 1790.3(4) Å3, and Z = 2. The size of the azacyclo ring significantly affects the stereochemistry of these binuclear complexes.  相似文献

Two labdane diterpenoids, labda-7,12(E),14-triene-17-oic acid (1) and labda-12(Z),14,17-triene-18-oic acid (2), C20H30O2, have been isolated from Croton oblongifolius. Both 1 and 2 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2, with cell dimensions of a = 21.912(1) Å, b = 7.4002(4) Å, c = 11.5079(7) Å, = 101.999(1)o and a = 21.308(2) Å, b = 11.9067(9) Å, c = 7.5606(6) Å, = 100.763(1)o, respectively. Compound 1, a rare example of carboxylic group bound to a cyclohexene ring, forms an infinite intermolecular hydrogen-bonded polymer [O1 O2(–x + 1/2, y + 1/2, –z + 2) 2.697(2) Å], whereas molecules of compound 2 are linked to form an asymmetric hydrogen-bonded dimer [O1 O2(–x, y, –z) 2.657(3) Å].  相似文献

Crystal structure determinations of the three title hexahalogenated bipyrroles, (I) C10H6Br6N2, (II) C10H6Br4Cl2N2, and (III) C10H6Cl6N2, reveal essentially planar pyrrole rings having dihedral angles of 64.7, 65.1, and 64.2° between the least-squares planes, favoring in each case a closer methyl–halogen conformation. A new complex has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic and the space group is chiral (P212121) with a = 6.620(3) Å, b = 17.300(4) Å,, c = 5.450(1) Å,, = 90°, = 90°, = 90°, z = 4. In the crystal lattice, the molecules create a two-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds. Crystal structure of the title compound belonging to the group of-acylimino derivatives of sulfur(II) compounds has been determined by X-ray structure analysis. The crystals are monoclinic, P21/c,a=11.210(2),b=8.197(1),c=13.659(2) Å,=102.36(2)°,V=1226.0(3) Å3,Z=4,D x =1.61 g cm–3, (MoK)=0.71069 Å,=6.3 cm–1. The structure has been refined to a finalR value of 0.035 for 1401 observed reflexions.The molecule is nearly planar with symmetrym. The title compound contains a very short intramolecular C=OS contact of 2.328(3) Å, suggesting a bond-non-bond resonance interaction.  相似文献

Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum, Alq3, is the most widely used electroluminescent material in organic light-emitting diode (OLED), chemistry. Single-crystal structure determination of a new polymorph of Alq3, designated as -Alq3, is described. There are three molecules of Alq3 in the asymmetric unit.
