光纤型表面等离子共振光谱具有半峰宽较宽,共振峰不尖锐等特征,传统的针对棱镜型SPR光谱的峰值检测算法无法准确定位此类光谱的共振峰值。为了准确计算光纤型SPR光谱的共振波长,提出了一种基于信赖域算法的高斯拟合方法,在拟合的光谱曲线上利用一维搜索的方式确定峰值位置。通过对标准甘油光谱数据的处理,证明高斯拟合法能够适应光纤型SPR光谱的特征,波长计算准确。通过搭建的SPR系统,实验测量了不同浓度下蔗糖溶液的SPR光谱数据,并分别采用加权质心法,追踪质心法和该研究提出的高斯拟合法进行共振波长的计算。结果表明高斯拟合法能够有效提升分辨率,且运算速度较快,有利于工程集成。 相似文献

根据金属薄膜复介电常量的性质和衬底对表面等离子波波矢的微扰,对在波长调制下的表面等离子共振传感器输出光谱的半波全宽计算方法进行了探讨。建立了输出光谱的半波全宽与传感器各参量之间关系的数学表达式。将理论研究与实验结果进行对比后发现,两者吻合较好。文中的研究结果可为优化传感器的特性提供理论依据。 相似文献

The dielectric coating-induced widening of the longitudinal surface plasmon resonance (SPR) band of gold nanorods was investigated
theoretically. The line width of the longitudinal SPR could be enlarged by increasing the thickness or the dielectric constant
of the coated dielectric shell. The corresponding physical origin has been illuminated by the dielectric coating-enhanced
anisotropic distribution of the surface charge. This dielectric coating-dependent widening of the longitudinal SPR presents

Because of the geometric features of both rod and shell, dielectric-silver core–shell ellipsoidal nanostructure with 12–40 nm
semi-major axis may bring forth four surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption peaks at most. Theoretical calculations based
on quasi-static approximation show that there is surrounding refractive index-dependent plasmon blending and splitting in
the absorption spectra, which makes the number of plasmon band of the silver ellipsoidal nanoshell is tunable. The sensitivity
of the plasmon blending and splitting to the surrounding refractive index may be improved by increasing the shell thickness,
aspect ratio or core refractive index. This local refractive index dependent-plasmon blending and splitting presents a new

针对基于无机材料的光电探测器需要借助滤光器或棱镜耦合实现窄带响应,提出了一种通过有机材料制备窄带光电探测器并提高吸收峰值和降低半高全宽的方法和结构。该器件由分布布拉格反射器和有机光电二极管构成。有机光电二极管的顶电极和底电极之间构成光学微腔。采用传输矩阵法,详细分析了分布布拉格反射器的中心波长、有机光电二极管透明顶电极和光敏感层的厚度对有机光电探测器吸收性能的影响。研究结果表明,Tamm等离激元共振波长接近光敏感层的光学带隙时,可获得半高全宽小于20 nm的窄带响应,并且吸收峰值在70%以上。基于PTB7∶PC~(71)BM和PTB7-Th∶IEICO-4F的有机光电探测器分别可用于探测红光和近红外光。该研究从基本物理机制出发,结合材料和器件结构可将有机光电探测器的响应窗口从可见光拓展至近红外光。 相似文献

利用淀积在玻璃衬底上的金银合金薄膜作为表面等离子体共振(SPR)芯片, 构建了Kretschmann结构的近红外波长检测型SPR传感器. 采用不同浓度的葡萄糖水溶液测试了金银合金薄膜SPR传感器的折射率灵敏度. 实验结果表明随着入射角从7.5°增大到 9.5°, SPR吸收峰的半高峰宽从292.8 nm 减小到 131.4 nm, 共振波长从 1215 nm蓝移到 767.7 nm, 折射率灵敏度从35648.3 nm/RIU 减小到 9363.6 nm/RIU.在相同的初始共振波长(λR)下获得的金银合金薄膜SPR折射率灵敏度高于纯金膜(纯金膜在λR=1215 nm下的折射率灵敏度为29793.9 nm/RIU). 利用1 μmol/L的牛血清蛋白(BSA)水溶液测试了传感器对蛋白质吸附的响应.结果表明, BSA分子吸附使得金银合金薄膜SPR吸收峰红移了12.1 nm而纯金膜SPR吸收峰仅红移了9.5 nm. 实验结果还表明, 在相同λR下, 金银合金薄膜SPR吸收峰的半高峰宽大于纯金膜的半高峰宽, 因此其光谱分辨率比纯金膜SPR传感器低.

Gold nanoparticles of average size varying between 1.1 and 3.3?nm are prepared by 1064?nm Nd:YAG laser ablation of solid gold target kept in ethylene glycol medium. The measured UV-Visible absorption spectra showed the presence of sharp absorption peaks in the UV and in the visible regions due to the interband transition and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) oscillations in Au nanoparticles, respectively. The increase in linewidth of the SPR peaks with the reduction in particle sizes is observed due to intrinsic size effects. The prepared samples exhibit photoluminescence (PL) emissions in the UV-Visible region peaked at ??354?nm due to the recombination of electrons with holes from sp conduction band to d-band of Au. The peak PL intensity in the sample prepared with 60 minutes of laser ablation time is enhanced by a factor of ??2.5 compared to that obtained in the sample prepared with a laser-ablation time duration of 15 minutes. 相似文献

We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by the replacement reaction of Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCI4 aqueous solution. As the volume of HAuCl4 increases from OmL to 0.S mL, the SPR band of the Au/Ag alloyed nanoshells is tuned from 430nm to 780nm, and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility is enhanced nearly by an order of magnitude, which indicates a large enhancement of local field in the Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells with hole defects. 相似文献

In this paper we report the effect of deposition temperature on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering. The films grown at lower deposition temperatures were in a state of large compressive stress, whereas the films grown at higher temperature (450 °C) were almost stress free. In the absorption spectra, the ZnO excitonic and the Zn surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peaks have been observed. A redshift in the optical band gap of ZnO films has also been observed with the increase in the deposition temperature. The shift in the band gap calculated from the size effect did not match with the observed shift values and the observed shift has been attributed to the compressive stress present in the films. 相似文献

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,通过改变CO2流量制备了不同氧含量的非晶氧化硅薄膜。利用紫外可见吸收谱、傅里叶红外吸收谱和稳态/瞬态光致发光谱等技术研究了薄膜的微观结构和光学特性。实验结果表明,随着氧含量的增加,薄膜的带隙增大,光致发光强度增加、峰值朝高能方向移动、光谱半峰全宽展宽。时间分辨光谱显示薄膜发光峰值处的衰减时间随氧含量的增加从6.2ns单调增加到21ns,而同一样品的发光寿命随发射波长能量增加而减小。综合分析光学吸收、发射及发光衰减特性表明,薄膜的发光机制主要归结为非晶材料带尾态之间的辐射复合。 相似文献

Nickel nanoparticles were grown in silica glass by annealing of the sol-gel prepared silicate matrices doped with nickel nitrate. TEM characterization of Ni/SiO2 glass proves the formation of isolated spherical nickel nanoparticles with mean sizes 6.7 and 20 nm depending on annealing conditions. The absorption and photoluminescence spectra of Ni/SiO2 glasses were measured. In the absorption spectra, we observed the band related to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in Ni nanoparticles. The broadening of SPR was observed with decrease of Ni nanoparticle size. The width of the surface plasmon band decreases 1.5 times at the lowering of temperature from 293 to 2 K because of strong electron-phonon interaction. The spectra proved the creation of nickel oxide NiO clusters and Ni2+ ions in silica glass as well. 相似文献

We report an experimental study on the synthesis of metal nanoparticles (NPs) with adjustable optical density based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Metal NPs prepared by laser ablation in liquid method and the effect of laser parameters on the size, distribution, wavelength of SPR of Ag, Au, and mixture of Ag-Au, and Ag core/Au shell NPs are investigated. The optical properties of the Au–Ag alloy nanowire coated with a cylindrical shell with radial dielectric anisotropy are investigated
based on quasistatic theory. Numerical results show that the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak is redshifted with increasing
the component ratio of Au in the alloy, while the intensity of extinction section at the SPR increases with increasing the
component ratio of Ag in the alloy. In addition, as the extent of anisotropy of the shell increases, the extinction section
at SPR wavelength decreases and the SPR wavelength is redshifted, but compared with the isotropic shell consisting of comparable
dielectric constant materials, the SPR has a distinct blueshift for anisotropic shell. We also find that the field enhancement

本实验利用实验室搭建的SPR-SERS显微拉曼光谱仪同时检测了吸附在40 nm银膜上的4-amin-othiophenol(4-ATP)自组装膜的表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,简称SPR)消光谱及表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering,简称SERS)光谱,研究了两者之间的相关性。实验发现随着SPR吸收的增强,SERS强度也急剧增强,在SPR共振角附近SERS强度是远离共振角处的20多倍。因此在共振角附近能够极大的提高SERS的检测灵敏度并扩展SERS的应用。 相似文献

The microstructure and optical absorption of Au-MgF2 nanoparticle cermet films with different Au contents are studied. The microstructural analysis shows that the films are mainly composed of the amorphous MgF2 matrix with embedded fcc Au nanoparticles with a mean size of 9.8-21.4nm. Spectral analysis suggests that the surface plasma resonance (SPR) absorption peak of Au particles appears at λ=492-537nm. With increasing Au content, absorption peak intensity increases, profile narrows and location redshifts. Theoretical absorption spectra are calculated based on Maxwell-Garnett theory and compared with experimental spectra. 相似文献

In this work, nano silver clusters incorporated into europium oxide thin films at a level of 3.8% and 12.5% have been prepared by a vacuum evaporation method on glass and silicon substrates. Samples were investigated by X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, and linear and nonlinear optical absorption methods. The X-ray diffraction reveals that the Eu oxide of these samples remains amorphous after pre-annealing at 400 °C. The linear optical absorption of the samples shows surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomena, which varies with the Ag content of the samples. The optical nonlinear absorption properties of the prepared films were investigated using an open Z-scan technique with cw laser at wavelengths 476 nm and 514 nm. A changeover from reverse saturation absorption (RSA) to saturation absorption (SA) was observed. RSA is attributed to interband transition via two photon absorption. 采用基于传统熔融淬冷技术的热化学还原法制备了系列Ag纳米颗粒复合Ho3+/Tm3+共掺铋锗酸盐玻璃样品,研究了Ag纳米颗粒含量对玻璃2μm发光特性的影响.结果表明,Ag纳米颗粒的表面等离子体共振带位于500—900 nm,峰值位于650 nm,透射电子显微镜图像中观察到均匀分布的Ag纳米颗粒,尺寸约为5—10 nm.通过测试玻璃样品在1.7—2.3μm波段的荧光光谱发现,Ag掺杂后Ho3+离子2μm处的荧光强度得到了极大的提高,其中AgCl掺杂质量分数为0.3%时的荧光强度比未掺杂时的荧光强度增强10倍,这归因于Ag纳米颗粒的局域场增强作用.计算得到Ho3+离子的吸收截面为0.491×10-20cm-2,发射截面为1.03×10-20cm-2,当增益系数为0.2时即可实现正的增益. 相似文献
