Synthesis of Substituted Phosphonates and Their Reactions with Carbonyl Compounds

Abstract

The reaction of the derivatives of 3-phenyl-3-chloro-2-oxopropionic acid with the trivalent phosphorus compounds has been studied. The esterification or amidation of this acid have been shown to influence the course of reaction with Ph₃P. In the reaction with esters enolphosphonium salts are produced, ketophosphonium salts are obtained when amides are involved. Properties of these compounds have also been studied in the Wittig reaction. 3-(α-chlorobenzyl)-2-oxoquinoxaline which reacted with trialkyl phosphates (Arbuzov reaction) has been synthesized. These phosphonates are obtained in nearly quantitative yields, in alkaline conditions (Horner-Emmons reaction) they react smoothly with aromatic aldehydes to give the substituted vinylyuinoxalines.     

O-乙基-O-取代苯基-O-[(2-邻苯二甲酰亚胺基)乙基]硫代磷酸酯的合成及其异构化研究

合成了１１个新的硫羰磷酸酯及其１１个异构化产物硫羟磷酸酯，其结构经１ＨＮＭＲ、元素分析证实。研究了温度、溶剂对异构化反应的影响，并对反应机理进行了讨论。     

1-(2-苯并呋喃酰基)愈创兰烃薁的合成

在路易斯酸作用下, 以氯乙酰氯为酰基化试剂, 对愈创兰烃薁进行了酰化反应研究, 将氯乙酰化产物与水杨醛在温和反应条件下进行缩合, 以较好的收率、高选择性地得到1-(2-苯并[b]呋喃酰基)兰烃薁类衍生物, 其结构经1H NMR, IR及元素分析等得以证实.     

Arbuzov重排反应合成烷基膦酸酯的研究进展

膦酸烷基酯是一类具有多种生物活性的有机磷化合物,在农业和医药化工领域具有广泛的应用。本文介绍了Michaelis-Arbuzov重排反应构建P-C键合成膦酸烷基酯类化合物的方法,着重阐述了通过催化剂、微波、超声波等促进的绿色环保的Arbuzov重排反应。特别是在连续流动条件下通过微反应进行的无溶剂Arbuzov重排反应,能够缩短反应时间,提高反应效率,使膦酸烷基酯的合成具有更广阔的应用前景。     

Reaction of 2-Chloro-5(6)-nitrobenzimidazole with Cloromethylthiirane and Isomeric Composition of the Products

The alkylation of 2-chloro-5(6)-nitrobenzimidazole with 2-chloromethylthiirane was studied for the first time. Depending on the conditions, isomeric mixtures of nitro-substituted 2-chloro-1-(thietan-3-yl)benzimidazoles and dihydrothiazolo[3,2-a]benzimidazoles were obtained.

A Convenient Synthesis of 1-(Dichloro-Pyrimidinyl Carbamyloxy) Alkyl Phosphonates

Abstract

In the study of the nucleophilic addtion reaction of dialkyl I-hydroxyphosphonate and dichloropyrimidinyl isocyanate. We found this reaction was a convenient way for the synthesis of 1-(substituted carbamy1oxy)alkyl phosphonatc derivative. Dialkyl 1 - hydroxyphos-phonate can be easily prepared by addtion of dialkylphosphitc to carbonyl compounds. 4,6-dicloro-2-isocyanato pyrimidine can be synthesized by the reaction of oxalyl chloride and 2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine which can be obtained from 2-amino-4,6-dihydroxy pyrimidine.     

α-(5—四唑基)氨基烃基膦酸酯的合成及其生物活性

合成了12个新的5—氨基—1H—1，2，3，4—四唑的Schiff碱，而后与亚磷酸 二乙酯反应，合成出了12个新的含四唑基的α-氨基烃基膦酸酯，通过IR，^1H NMR，^31P NMR和元素分析证实了它们的结构．生物活性实验证明，一些目标化合 物具有良好的植物生长调节活性，其中氯代苯甲醛和吲哚甲醛的Schiff碱生成的α -氨基烃基膦酸酯的生长素活性更好。     

1-氨基环己基苯基膦酸酯和1-环丙基膦酸酯的合成

1-氨基环烷基膦酸酯类化合物是一种新型高效植物生长调节剂^[1],与某些化合物混合使用^[2],不但可以作脱水、脱叶剂还可以用作除草剂,抑制杂草生长,为了进一步探索这类化合物的结构与活性关系,我们合成出4个新的1-氨基环己基取代苯基膦酸酯化合物,并讨论了反应机理.     

Reaction Pathways upon Interaction of Allenic Phosphonates with Selenyl Chlorides

Abstract

Studies were performed on the reaction between alkyl- and arylselenyl chlorides with esters of allenic phosphonic acids, variously substituted at their terminal C-atom. With the esters of the C-3 diasubstituted acids the reaction is highly regioselective and only oxaphosphol heterocyclization occurs to 2,5-dihydro-1,2-oxaphosphols 21-e. With the esters of the propadiene phosphonic acid the reaction is regio- and (Z)-stereoselective: only the 2,3-adducts 3a-b are formed, where the (Z)-isomer and the allenic phosphonates 4a-b are prevalent, as a result of 1,3-sigmatropic isomerization of 3a-b. With the esters of the C-3 monosubstituted acids, complex reaction mixtures are formed. From them were isolated: (E)- and (Z)-isomers of 2,5-dihydro-1,2-oxaphosphols 2f-j; (E)-and (Z)-isomers of the 2,3-adducts 3c-h; (E)-and (Z)-isomers of 4c-f; and (E)-and (Z)-isomers of the 1,2-adducts 5a-d. The reaction partially loses its regioselectivity, but the (Z)-stereoselectivity is preserved:

Expedient and High-Yield Synthesis of Alkylphos-Phonyl Bichlorides Under Mild,Neutral Conditions: Reaction of Bis(Trimethylsilyl)Alkyl Phosphonates with Oxalyl Chloride/Dimethylformamide

Structurally variant bis(trimethylsilyl)alkyl phosphonates were converted in high yields (80–88%, distilled) to the corresponding phosphonyl dichlor-ides upon reaction with (COCl)₂/DMF.     

N-(R-Cyclopropyl) Trifluoroacetimidoyl Phosphonates

Abstract

A convenient synthetic approach for previously unknown N-(R-cyclopropyl)trifluoroacetimidoyl phosphonates 5a,b (R?H, CF₃) was developed on the basis of the reaction of respective trifluoroacetimidoyl chlorides with triethyl phosphite. It was shown that imidoyl phosphonates 5a,b exist as equilibrium mixture of Z/E isomers (Z:E ～92:8). Activation parameters of Z–E isomerization were evaluated by ¹⁹F NMR spectroscopy. Catalytic hydrogenation of 5a,b can serve as a convenient method for the synthesis of trifluoroethylaminophosphonates with a rigid N-cyclopropyl group.     

苯基锡炔基膦酸酯的合成

由于烃基锡的磷(膦)酸衍生物具有广泛的生物活性,近年来受到人们的极大关注,相继合成出了许多具有杀虫、杀菌、除草等性能的烃基锡-O,O-二烃基二硫代磷酸酯[1,2]、烃基锡-O-烃基膦酸酯[3]等.但烃基锡烃基膦酸酯的研究则很少,尤其是烃基锡不饱和膦酸酯的研究至今仅有一篇文献[4].本文以二(三)苯基氯化锡和炔基膦酸二钠为原料,合成了10种新的苯基锡炔基膦酸酯,以期获得高生物活性的有机锡化合物.

Darzens-type reaction of chloromethyl phosphonate with (S)-(+)-N-sulfinimines gave (Ss, 2S, 3R)-diethyl 3-aryl-2-N-(p-toluenesulfinyl)aziridinyl-phosphonate (3) in good yields.
