N-Chloro-1,4-benzoquinone imines reacted with arenethiols to give different products, depending on the conditions and initial quinone imine structure. N-(Arylsulfanyl)-1,4-benzoquinone imines were obtained as a result of nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom, and 1,4-benzoquinone imines containing an aryl-sulfanyl substituent in the quinoid ring were formed according to the radical mechanism. The reactions of N-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone imines with heterocyclic thiols afforded only the corresponding chlorine substitution products.  相似文献

Tropylium, xanthylium, and tritylium salts characterized by different stabilities differently reacted with biologically active amines. The reactions of tropylium perchlorate and tetrafluoroborate with 4-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)aniline was accompanied by hydrolysis of the N-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl) derivative, the N-xanthenyl derivative underwent dehydrogenation, whereas tritylium perchlorate failed to react with 4-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)aniline. The reactions of pyrimidin-2-amine with tropylium, xanthylium, and tritylium salts afforded products of substitution of one hydrogen atom in the amino group with high yields. The N-substituted pyrimidin-2-amine derivatives were stable, and neither their dehydrogenation nor hydrolysis was observed.  相似文献

Diamidophosphite ligand bearing (1R,2R)-1,2-bis(3-hydroxybenzamido)cyclohexane fragment and stereogenic phosphorus atoms in the 1,3,2-diazaphopholidine cycles was synthesized. Catalytic performance of this ligand was evaluated in asymmetric allylic substitution. In the reactions involving (E)-1,3-diphenyl allyl acetate as a substrate, up to 94% ee in alkylation with dimethyl malonate and up to 68% ee in amination with pyrrolidine was achieved in the presence of this ligand.  相似文献

Aryl-substituted alkenes of the adamantane series, 1-[(Z,E)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-yl]adamantane and 1-[(Z)-3-phenylprop-1-en-1-yl]adamantane, have been synthesized by the Wittig reaction. Their allylic bromination involves two concurrent reactions, radical substitution and raical addition. The different chemical behaviors of the aryl-substituted alkenes have been demonstrated in the Ritter reaction. Depending on the alkene structure and acid catalyst nature, the products are secondary amides, sulfonic acid derivatives, and homoadamantane γ-sultone.  相似文献

The reactions of pentabromotoluene with i-PrONa or t-BuONa in pyridine give N-(pentabromobenzyl)pyridinium bromide and a mixture of isomeric tetrabromotoluenes. In the presence of bromine or carbon tetrabromide, the reductive debromination is blocked, and the reactions involve exclusively substitution of hydrogen in the methyl group of pentabromotoluene by the pyridinium residue.  相似文献

N-Allyl- and N-propargyltrifluoromethanesulfonimides were synthesized by reaction of trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride with allylamine and propargylamine. A theoretical investigation of the reaction mechanism and kinetics of the reaction between chloromethanes CH4–xClx (x = 1–3) and chlorine atoms was performed. The height of the reaction barrier was found to decrease with the degree of substitution of chloromethanes with atomic chlorine. A direct dynamics method was employed to study the kinetic nature of these hydrogen-abstraction reactions. The sequence of calculated reaction rate coefficients is: k(CH3Cl + Cl) < k(CH2Cl2 + Cl) < k(CHCl3 + Cl).  相似文献

In contrast to O,O-dialkyldithiophosphoric acids, the reactions of more weak diphenyldithiophosphinic acid with N-alkyl-2-chloro-2-methylpropanimines at a 1 : 1 reagent ratio follow two pathways. The first route is nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom of the initially formed iminium salt with the diphenylthiophosphinylthio moiety and the second route is the reduction of the C–Cl bond of this iminium salt cation. The main reaction direction is nucleophilic substitution producing new iminium salts, namely, N-alkyl-2-(di phenyl thiophosphinylthio)-2-methylpropaniminium chlorides. These salts were used as the starting material to synthesize new organophosphorus compounds bearing aldehyde, imine, and acetal groups and 1,3-diazolidine cycle.  相似文献

Silver(I) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes were synthesized in good yields by the reactions of 1,3-dialkylperhydrobenzimidazolium salts with silver(I) oxide in dichloromethane. The silver complexes were used as carbene-transfer agents to synthesize palladium(II) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes. All of the complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The new palladium complexes were tested as catalysts in the direct C5 arylation of 2-n-butylfuran, 2-n-butylthiophene and 2-n-propylthiazole with aryl bromides at 130 °C in N,N-dimethylacetamide. The arylation reactions proceeded selectively at the C5 position of the heteroaromatic compounds, and the corresponding coupling products were obtained in moderate to good yields by using 0.5 mol% of the palladium complex.  相似文献

6,7-Difluoroquinoxalin-2-one reacted with indoles, 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one, resorcinol, and pyrogallol on heating in acetic acid to give products of hydrogen substitution in the heterocyclic fragment. Heating of 6,7-difluoro-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with N-methylpiperazine gave the corresponding 7-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl) derivatives.  相似文献

Effect of the solvent nature on the kinetics of photoreduction of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone and its six derivatives in the presence of N,N-dimethylaniline and 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzaldehyde has been investigated. It has been found that for the о-quinone—amine pair, for which the free energy change of electron transfer is ΔGe > +0.11 eV, the rate constant of о-quinone photoreduction kH decreases proportionally to the increase in the acceptor number of the solvent. For the о-quinone—amine pair with ΔGe < +0.11 eV, the kH value decreases proportionally to the increase in the donor number of the solvent. It has been established that the enhancement of the electron-acceptor properties of the solvent leads to the emergence of kinetic isotope effect for the reactant pairs of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone and 4,5-dimethoxy-3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with N,N-di-methylaniline (ΔGe = +0.11 and +0.22 eV, respectively).  相似文献

The (S,S)- and (R,R)-enantiomers of dimethyl 2,4-diphthalimidoglutarate were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of bromine in dimethyl (2S,4RS)-4-bromo-N-phthaloyl-glutamate upon treatment with potassium phthalimide, followed by separation. The crystal structure of the obtained compounds was studied by X-ray diffraction. Crystals of enantiomerically pure dimethyl 4-hydroxy- and 4-phthalimido-N-phthaloylglutamates were found to possess a noticeable piezoelectric activity.  相似文献

Three-component heterocyclizations of trifluoro-N-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide, trifluoro-N-pheny-N-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide, and trifluoro-N,N-di(prop-2-yn-1-yl)methanesulfonamide with formaldehyde and sodium azide afforded N-{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}-, N-{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}-N-phenyl-, and N,N-bis{[2-(hydroxymethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}trifluoromethanesulfonamides as the major products together with minor 1-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole isomers.  相似文献

A convenient procedure has been developed for the synthesis of cis-and trans-isomeric 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazoles by reaction of the corresponding pyrazoles with β-methylacrolein diethyl acetal and subsequent 1,4-cleavage of the nucleophilic substitution products. The behavior of the title compounds in Diels-Alder reactions with maleic anhydride has been studied. According to the 1H NMR data, 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazole is a mixture of cis and trans isomers. Butadienylpyrazoles having methyl groups in the pyrazole ring do not react with maleic anhydride.  相似文献

Positional selectivity (α:β ratio) of electrophilic substitution in pyrrole, N-methylpyrrole, and N-tert-butylpyrrole was analyzed by ab initio [RHF/6-31G(d), MP2/6-31G(d)//RHF/6-31G(d)] and DFT [B3LYP/6-31G(d)] calculations of some σ-complexes derived from the substrates. The results of calculations with the use as model electrophilic species of trimethylsilyl cation [MP2/6-31G(d)//RHF/6-31G(d) and B3LYP/6-31G(d)] and SO3 molecule [B3LYP/6-31G(d)] instead of proton are fairly consistent with the experimental data, according to which trimethylsilylation of pyrrole and its N-substituted derivatives with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate, as well as sulfonation with pyridine-sulfur trioxide complex, gives the corresponding β-substituted products.  相似文献

N-(Quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carboxamide was prepared by the coupling of quinoline-6-amine with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in propan-2-ol. Treatment of the product with excess Р2S5 in anhydrous pyridine gave N-(quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carbothioamide which was oxidized with potassium ferricyanide in an alkaline medium by the Jakobson procedure to obtain 2-(furan-2-yl)thiazolo[5,4-f]quinoline. The latter was subjected to electrophilic substitution reactions (nitration, bromination, formylation, and acylation), as well as characteristic nucleophilic substitution involving the quinoline ring and quaternization with methyl iodide in benzene.  相似文献

A number of nitrogen heterocycles reacted with 4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl chloride in dimethyl-formamide in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the corresponding N-(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl) derivatives. The reaction of 5-fluoro-1,3-bis(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione with aqueous methylamine afforded N,N′-bis(4-methylamino-3-nitrobenzyl)urea, whereas analogous reaction with 1-(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl)-2-(methylsulfanyl)-1H-benzimidazole resulted in substitution of the methoxy group by methylamino.  相似文献

Reaction of N-phenyltriflamide with 1,2-dibromoethane under basic conditions in DMSO unexpectedly results in N-methyl-N-phenyltriflamide and 1,3-diphenylurea. The presumed reaction mechanism includes the formation of unstable intermediate disubstitution product TfN(Ph)CH2CH2N(Ph)Tf that suffers the the С–С bond cleavage resulting in TfN(Me)Ph and N,N′-methanediylbis(N-phenyltriflamide). The latter reacts with K2CO3 releasing two molecules of potassium triflinate and after hydrolysis of diphenylcarbodiimide PhN=C=NPh gives 1,3-diphenylurea. With propargyl bromide, N-phenyltriflamide affords N-propargyl-Nphenyltriflamide in high yield. The bromination of the latter results in a mixture of Z,E-isomers of N-(2,3-dibromoprop-2-en-1-yl)-N-phenyltriflamide which undergo dehydrobromination giving first N-(3-bromopropanedienyl)-N-phenyltriflamide and then the products of the C–N bond cleavage: N-phenyltriflamide and 3,3-dimethoxyprop-1-yne.  相似文献
