新型杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及其氨基酸萃取性能

杯[4]-1,3-二乙酸乙酯衍生物(1)与水合肼反应生成杯[4]芳烃酰肼衍生物(2),化合物(2)与异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到含酰胺和硫脲单元的新型杯[4]芳烃衍生物(3).总产率达70%.系列氨基酸萃取实验表明化合物(3)对异亮氨酸有较好的选择性萃取能力.     

一种新型杯[4]芳烃的合成

本文通过对特丁基杯[4]芳烃的酚羟基烷基化和苯环特丁基位上的IPSO-硝化制备了一系列对硝基杯[4]芳烃烷基醚,烷基分别是n-C~4H~9(3a)、n-C~8H~1~7(3b)、n-C~1~2H~2~5(3c)和n-C~1~6H~3~3(3d)。^1HNMR表明所有新的杯[4]芳烃都具有锥形(cone)构象。     

Anion‐binding properties of two calix[4]arene derivatives containing two ferrocene imine or ferrocene amine units at the upper rim

Calix[4]arene derivatives containing ferrocene units at the upper rim have been synthesized and their anion‐binding and sensing investigated towards anions such as chloride, bromide and hydrogen sulfate by cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical studies show that these redox‐active ligands electrochemically recognize chloride and bromide anions. These compounds have excellent selectivity for chloride and bromide ions, in the comparison with hydrogen sulfate anion. With ferrocenyl Schiff base calix[4]arene 1 an anodic shift as large as 302 mV is observed on addition of four equivalents of Cl⁻ anion. Also electrochemical and UV–vis spectroscopic titrations ferrocenyl calix[4]arene derivatives 1 with chloride and bromide ions and 2 (only with Cl⁻) indicate a 1:1 binding‐stiochiometry. 以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为起始原料,通过一步或两步取代反应合成了对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃的衍生物(1和2),其结构经FT-IR,^1H NMR,FAB-MS表征．     

New preorganized calix[4]arenes. Part I. A doubly-crowned calix and a double-calixcrown derived from 4,6,10,12,16,18,22,24,25,26,27,28-Dodecamethyl-5,11,17,23-tetrahydroxycalix[4] arene

A doubly-crowned calix and a double-calixcrown derived from 4,6,10,12,16,18,22,24,25,26,27, 28-dodecamethyl-5,11,17, 23-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (1) have been prepared by reaction of appropriate oligoethylene glycol ditosylates with (1) in acetonitrile in the presence of potassium carbonate. A potassium template effect is observed during one of the double cyclizations.

控制反应物的物质的量比, 杯式对叔丁基杯[4]-1,3-二乙酸乙酯衍生物1与5或50倍二乙烯三胺反应, 分别得到杯[4]氮杂冠醚2和开链的氮杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物3. 化合物2和3进一步与异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到首例侧链含硫脲基的套索杯[4]氮杂冠醚4和含4个硫脲基的杯[4]芳烃衍生物5, 产率为92%和87%. 新化合物的结构与构象经元素分析、红外、质谱、核磁共振谱等表征证实.     

Selective extraction of Fe3+ by a polymeric calix[4]arene

A polymeric compound containing more than one calixarene molecule was synthesized by reacting the oligomer ( 2 ) with 25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxy calix[4]arene. After basic hydrolysis of 3a , the polymeric calixarene ( 3b ) was utilized for selective extraction of some metal cations from aqueous phase to organic phase. It was found that the compound ( 3b ) was selective toward Fe³⁺ from an aqueous solution containing Cu²⁺, Ni²⁺, Co²⁺ and Fe³⁺ cations. The mechanism of the extraction process was discussed. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

对叔丁基杯[4]-1,3-二乙酸乙酯与过量的二乙基三胺反应,生成含有游离氨基的杯芳烃酰胺衍物(2),2再与异硫氰酸苯酯反应合成了含4个硫脲基的杯[4]芳烃衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。     

Synthesis and Conformational Properties of Bis（calix [4] arene）

The bis(calix [4] arene)3 was synthesized in moderate yield by the reaction of p-tert-butylcalix [4] arene (1) with 1,4-bis(chloromethyl) benzene (2). The conformation of all alkylated product 4 was investigated by the variable-temperature ^1H-NMR.     

杯[4]芳烃单取代1,3-二酮衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

以杯[4]芳烃为原料经醚化和克莱森缩合两步反应首次合成杯[4]芳烃单取代1,3-二酮衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR及MS表征。初步的HIV-1整合酶链转移反应活性测试结果表明,该杯[4]芳烃单取代1,3-二酮衍生物在测试浓度为25μM时其抑制率为12.67%。     

含卤素杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及其对金属离子的萃取性能

以对叔丁基苯酚为原料,经逐步反应在对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃的下缘引入含卤素的基团,得到了一系列含卤素的杯[4]芳烃衍生物(记为1,2,3,4);利用核磁共振谱和气相色谱-质谱证实了目标产物的结构;并评价了产物对水中的Cr3+、Cu2+、Ag+的萃取性能.结果表明:杯[4]芳烃衍生物2、3和4分别对Cr3+、Cu2+和Ag+具有较好的萃取效果.     

Isolation and X-ray crystal structure of a stable calix[4]arene monohemiketal

The formation of a stable calix[4]arene monohemiketal is described. X-ray crystallographic data provide conclusive evidence for the presence of a stabilizing hydrogen bond. Supplementary Data. Synthesis and fluorescence sensing properties of novel pyrene-armed calix[4]arene derivatives

Fluorogenic tert-butylcalix[4]arenes bearing two pyrene pendant groups at the lower rim were synthesized. Based on ratiometric changes of monomer and excimer emissions, the pyrene amine derivative of calix[4]arene has been found to act as a selective sensor for Pb²⁺ and Cu²⁺ ions, respectively, due to a conformational change upon chelation of these ions.

Synthesis of calix[4]resorcinarenes,containing phosphoryl fragments at the lower rim of the molecule

Reaction of resorcinol with phosphorylated acetals or ethoxyvinylphosphonic acid esters in acidic media leads to calix[4]resorcinarenes, containing dialkoxyphosphoryl fragments at the lower rim of the molecule. When the alkyl substituent in alkoxy groups at phosphorus atom is not very long, a partial hydrolysis of the initially formed products takes place to give calixarenes with alkoxyhydroxyphosphoryl fragments. Synthesis of calix[4]resorcinarenes with phosphorylaryl substituents at the lower rim of the molecule
