CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF VANADIUM（V） COMPLEX OF SCHIFF BASE

<正> The complex C23H29N2O6V crystallizes as a dark red crystal in monoclinic space group P21/a, with a = 10. 233(2), b = 24.805(8), c= 10. 423(2) (?). β=117. 93(2)°, V =2337.1 (?)3. Mr = 480.43, Z = 4, Dx =1. 368g/cm3, μ = 4. 463cm-1,. F(000) = 1061. The final R is 0. 054 for 1778 observed reflections. X-ray crystallography demonstrates that the ligand in the complex is a condensation pro-suet from l:l 4-tert-butyl-6-formyl salicylaldehyde to benzoyl hydrazine. The compound has a five-coordinated square pyramidal VO3+ gump.     

RE（NO_3）_3·［CH_3CH（NH_2）COOH］_4·H_2O的燃烧热

用转动弹量热计测定了稀土（Ｃｅ、Ｎｄ、Ｓｍ、Ｅｕ、Ｇｄ、Ｄｙ、Ｅｒ、Ｙｂ）硝酸盐与ＤＬ－ａ－丙氨酸（１：４）配合物的燃烧热－△_ｃｕ（Ｊ·ｇ￣（－１）），其结果依次为９５９６．１，８８７４．７，８７１０．１，８９３７．３，８９６１．３，８７５１．８，８７００．０和８６５６．４。据此计算的生成焓－△_ｆＨ（ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１））分别为３３９３．５３，３６７１．３７，３７４０．８２，３４９５．２１，３４９７．５２，３６２６．７９，３６４１．６４和３５６８．５８。这些结果不但为稀土元素的三分组提供了可靠的实验依据，亦发现了ＲＥ（ＮＯ_３）_３·（ＣＨ_３ＣＨＮＨ_２ＣＯＯＨ）_４·Ｈ_２Ｏ配合物稳定性之变化规律与稀土原子序数的关系。     

SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF Eu[（CH3O）2PO2]3

<正> The title complex has been synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis,FT-IR and Raman spectra. The crystal and molecular structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of this complex C6H18O12P3Eu(Mr = 527. 08) is monoclinic with space group P21/c and cell parameters a= 10. 418(2) ,b= 16. 596(6) ,c =10. 766(2) A ,β=111. 67(2)°,V=1729. 8(8) A3 and Z=4. Dimethyl phosphate an-ions coordinate with europium ions through double O-P-O bridges to form a special network of rings-linking-rings. The local coordination geometry of Eu is a slightly distorted octahedron.

SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF MgCl_2(CH_3COOC_2H_5)_2

The crystal of the title compound was prepared and its structure determined by X-ray diffraction method.1672 independent reflections were collected. The crystal is orthogonal with space group P2_12_12, and a=7.353(3),b=25.111(10), c=8.631(2), Z=8. The structure was solved by using Patterson method and modified with LSM program.The final R= 0.0795. The structural features of the title compound are:Mg(Ⅱ) is octahedral and ethyl acetate is located on trans-position.Mg atoms are connected by double chloro-bridge and form polychains.

SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF V ^（v）O[N（CH2Ch2O）3]

<正> Reaction of ammonium metavanadate with triethanolamine in ethanol yields the title compound (2,2' , 2"-nitrilotriethoxy)oxo-vanadium (Ⅴ ). The crystal and molecular structure has been determined crystallographically. The complex V(v) O[N(CH2CH2O)3] crystallzes in the monoclinic system, space group P21, a = 7.140(1), 6 = 7.474(2), c=8.040(2) A ,β=92. 48(2)°, V=428. 7(1) A3, Mr= 213.1, Z = 2, F(000) = 220,μ= 10. 95cm-1, Dc= 1. 65gcm-3, final R= 0. 032 and Rw = 0. 034 based on 758 independant reflections with I>2σ(I). The vanadium center is in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment of a quadridentate chelating ligand and a terminal oxygen atom.     

SYNTHESIS OF LANSFORDITE MgCO_3·5H_2O AND ITS CRYSTAL STRUCTURE INVESTIGATION

Euhedral crystals of the uncommon low-temperature mineral lansfordite have been obtained by the synthetic method, and the crystal structure analysis has been accomplished correspondingly. The structural parameters and the general view of structure were presented for the first time. The results obtained show that the coordination configuration of two magnesium ions in the unit cell is octahedral arrangement and the coordination number is 6, but in two forms: one in the complex ion Mg(CO_3)_2(H_2O)_4~(2-) and the other in the Mg(H_2O)_6~(2+). There is only a CO_3~(2-) group in the structure, not three distinct groups as reported by Hill et al. previously based on the IR absorption spectrum research data. The authors of this paper believe that the exact chemical formula of lansfordite should be expressed as "Mg(H_2O)_6. Mg(CO_3)_2 (H_2O)_4", and MgCO_3-5H_2O is only a simple chemical expression.
