以氧、氮为配位原子的锰配合物特别是多核配合物由于可作为多种锰蛋白活性部位的模型配合物研究,因此日益受到人们的关注。以β-二酮和芳酰肼形成的腙类化合物(H_2L)可作为三齿配体(ONO)以HL~-和L~(2-)的形式和过渡金属离子配位,但至今未见有关锰配合物的研究报导。本文利用由苯甲酰丙酮和苯甲酰肼缩合而形成的苯甲酰丙酮苯甲酰腙C_(17)H_(16)O_2N_2(H_2L)合成了锰(Ⅲ)配合物Mn(HL)L、Mn(HL)L·H_2O和Mn_2L_2(OCH_3)_2·2H_2O。  相似文献

合成了5种通式为(NH4)15「RE(PMl9V2O39)2」.xH2O(RE=La^3+,Ce^3+,Gd^3+,Y^3+,Yb^3+)的稀土钼钒磷四元杂多配合物,并用IR,UV,XRD,ICP,TG-DTA和CV等手段对其结构和性能进行了表征。催化活性实验表明,标题化合物对苯酚过化羟化制苯二酚反应有良好的催化活性。  相似文献

合成了3个含N-苯甲酰皮考林酰肼(简写为HL)的钒、镍和锰配合物[VO_2L](1,C_(13)H_(10)N_3O_4V,M_r=323.18),[NiL_2]·0.5CH_3OH(2,C_(26.5)H_(22)N_6NiO_(4.5),Mr=555.21)和[MnL_2]·0.5CH_3OH(3,C_(26.5)H_(22)MnN_6O_(4.5),Mr=551.44)。配合物1属三斜晶系,空间群为P1,a=0.71241(3)nm,b=0.89625(6)nm,c=1.11706(6)nm,α=94.715(2)°,β=102.053(2)°,γ=112.375(3)°,V=0.63461(7)nm~3,Z=2,F(000)=328,μ(MoKα)=0.802mm~(-1),R=0.0290,wR=0.0816;配合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=2.5875(1)nm,b=1.4868(1)nm,c=1.8353(1)nm,β=134.470(4)°,V=5.2081(5)nm~3,Z=8,F(000)=2368,μ(MoKα)=0.795mm~(-1),R=0.0459,wR=0.1330;配合物3属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=2.60113(3)nm,b=1.45231(4)nm,c=1.92903(1)nm,β=132.824(1)°,V=5.3448(2)nm~3,Z=8,F(000)=2344,μ(MoKα)=0.543mm~(-1),R=0.0457,wR=0.1325。在配合物1中,钒(V)原子具有畸变的N_2O_3四角锥配位构型,晶体内每两个分子通过分子间氢键作用形成缔合分子对。在配合物2和配合物3中,镍(Ⅱ)原子和锰(Ⅱ)原子具有扭曲的N_4O_2八面体配位构型,晶体通过分子间氢键作用形成一维的无限链状结构。红外光谱表明,配体在形成配合物后,ν(C=O)和ν(C=N)红移。电  相似文献

本文合成了单硫代二苯甲酰甲烷(HTDBM)和三价希土离子及路易斯碱(Q)的Ln(TDBM)4QH型配合物(Ln=除Ce外的La~Lu,Q=二乙基胺).测定了它们的摩尔电导值、红外光谱,可见—紫外光谱,核磁共振谱.观察到配合物是通过硫原子、氧原子同时与Ln3+离子配位.Ln-O键强于Ln-S键.在Nd3+、Pr3+、Ho3+、Er3+离子的该类配合物的可见吸收光谱中发现超灵敏跃迁现象.讨论了题述配合物作为核磁共振化学位移试剂的可能性.  相似文献

以吡啶,DMF为溶剂,成功合成了未见文献报道的2,4-二羟基-5-乙酰苯乙酮缩水杨酰肼单Schiff碱(LH2)的过渡金属配合物[ML,M=Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)],其结构经UV,1HNMR,IR,MS及元素分析表征。结果表明,Schiff碱是一种三齿配体,在配合物中溶剂分子参与了配位。  相似文献

二苄基二氯化锡分别与对甲氧基苯甲酰肼缩丙酮酸及对硝基苯甲酰肼缩丙酮酸反应,合成了2个二苄基锡配合物(C1、C2),通过元素分析、IR、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、~(119)Sn NMR、HRMS以及X射线单晶衍射等表征了配合物结构。测试了配合物C1、C2的热稳定性以及配合物对癌细胞H460、HepG2、MCF7的体外抑制活性;在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,以EB做为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物C1与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用;并且用凝胶电泳法研究了配合物C1切割质粒DNA pBR322的能力。结果表明:配合物C1、C2对3种癌细胞都有较好的抑制作用,但是C1更优于C2;配合物C1与小牛胸腺DNA作用是插入结合作用所致,能有效的将超螺旋DNA pBR322切割成缺刻型DNA。  相似文献

Two new iron-sulfur carbonyl complexes, [Fe2(SC6H4Cl)2(CO)6]?0.5(Et2O) 1 and [Fe3(SC6H4NH2)6(CO)6]?2(MeOH) 2, have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, C2/c, a = 18.4439(8), b = 11.0999(5), c = 25.1830(10) ?, β = 97.0370(10)o, V = 5116.8(4) ?3, Z = 8, C20H13Cl2Fe2O6.50S2, Mr = 604.02, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 1.540 mm–1, F(000) = 2424, the final R = 0.0545 and wR = 0.1454 for 3443 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2: monoclinic, P21/n, a = 12.350, b = 26.3050(11), c = 16.057 ?, β = 97.891(3)°, V = 5166.9(2) ?3, Z = 4, C44H44Fe3N6O8S6, Mr = 1144.76, Dc = 1.472 g/cm3, μ = 1.128 mm–1, F(000) = 2352, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1197 for 7978 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex 1 contains one iron dimer, in which two tricarbonyliron(I) fragments are bridged together by two 4-chlorophenylthiolate ligands, whereas complex 2 contains a linear tri-iron cluster, in which two terminal tricarbonyliron(II) fragments and the central Fe(II) atom are linked together by six 4-aminophenylthiolate bridging ligands.  相似文献

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.  相似文献
