多输入多输出非线性系统的一种函数级数模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出一种表示多输入多输出非线性多自由度系统的输入与输出关系的函数级数模型,并对模型作了讨论,证明了单输入单输出Voltera级数模型只是本文的一种特殊情况。用这个模型对多自由度多项式刚度非线性振动系统进行分析,得出这一类系统的高阶核和多维频率响应函数。文中模型为具有多输入多输出的非线性系统分析及响应预测与谱分析提供了一种基础工具。  相似文献

三轴液压仿真转台本质上是非线性变参数多输入多输出系统.系统负载、油源压力、增益的变化及耦合作用随速度,加速度的变化造成很大的参数不确定性.针对液压转台提出一种基于SIMULINK模型线性化的多输入多输出非线性定量反馈设计方法.其本质是找到液压伺服系统一系列控制特性最差的运行点,直接用它们的频率响应集合来综合非线性定量反馈控制器.这种方法简化了目前的QFT多输入多输出控制系统设计方法,显示了很大的优越性.文中举例说明这种方法的效果.  相似文献

本文利用状态空间方程给出一般粘性阻尼线性振动系统的线性高阶微分多项式模型,及其所对应的离散差分模型.这个模型描述了系统多输入激励信号和多输出响应信号之间的关系.近十年来发展起来的多输入—多输出实验模态参数识别都是建立在这个模型之上的,在这个意义上,我们称之为多输入—多输出实验模态参数识别技术的统一数学模型.当考虑到测量频段外模态和测量数据中噪声的影响时,本文也给出了相应的统一数学模型.  相似文献

以兆瓦级水平轴风力发电机组传动系统为研究对象,基于多体系统建模理论和集中参数法建立了精细的传动系统动力学模型。将传动系统分解成若干子系统,并进一步细化传动系统内部结构;根据子系统动力学模型和边界条件综合得到了传动系统的动力学方程;通过Matlab/Simulink构建相应的仿真模型,并应用其对1.5MW风力机传动链进行了仿真计算。结果表明:考虑齿轮箱各部件的柔性后,传动系统关键部件的振动出现较大范围的波动,且增加了机组总传动比的不稳定性。最后将仿真结果与多体系统动力学软件Adams建立的传动系统虚拟样机运行结果进行了比较,两者振动位移变化关系基本相同,验证了本文模型的有效性。此建模方法为实验室模拟风力发电系统和机组部件的优化设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

为了降低系统求解规模,提高复杂多体系统动力学求解效率,研究了多体动力学子系统求解算法.通过分析系统拓扑构型,基于雅克比矩阵分块特性,提出子系统综合算法.算法采用半递归法建立含开环、闭环的子系统运动方程,将子系统质量和外力等效作用在内接基体上,解耦系统运动方程组装和加速度求解.此外,针对松散耦合子系统,提出了予系统分治算法.算法针对子系统间的耦合特点,分解复杂多体系统模型,实现子系统的独立求解.最后以机构动力学数值求解实例,验证上述算法的正确性和求解效率.  相似文献

军用运输车辆在运载弹药的过程中,车身的振动会影响到车载弹药的安全性和可靠性。本文针对我军某常用型号运输车的弹药运输过程,使用动态信号测试系统对车身进行了振动测试,对车辆的多输入多输出系统进行了建模。用MATLAB对实测信号进行处理,用Hn方法估计振动系统的频响函数矩阵,并对辨识出的结果进行了检验。该成果对如何提高车载弹药安全性的研究提供了一定的理论依据,同时可以作为分析整车振动系统传递函数、振动强度和结构参数的基础。  相似文献

随着科技不断进步,智能结构的振动控制在航天航空、机械制造、车辆与船舶等领域得到了广泛应用。由于多输入多输出存在多样性和复杂性,严重威胁系统稳定性。为了解决这一问题,针对两输入单输出的双驱动智能悬臂梁系统提出一种自适应控制策略,首先基于压电线性本构方程,应用假设模态方法建立双驱动智能悬臂梁的力学模型,得到了基于闭环控制系统的状态方程,同时利用递推最小二乘法在线辨识系统参数设计比例积分微分(proportional–integral–derivative, PID)控制器实现自校正PID控制。通过数值仿真对比在有无PID控制下两输入单输出双驱动智能悬臂梁系统的振动情况,分析自校正PID控制的控制效果。通过实验验证自校正PID控制对双输入单输出的双驱动智能悬臂梁系统的控制效果;再设置两组不同的单输入单输出自校正PID控制实验作对比。结果表明:自校正PID控制方法可以较为有效地抑制智能悬臂梁的自由振动,相比单输入单输出的两组,两输入单输出自校正PID控制的效果更为明显和有效。  相似文献

The identification of Multi-input Multi-output (MIMO) Wiener systems is concerned in this paper. The system presented is comprised of a multi-dimensional linear subsystem and a memory-less nonlinear block which is made of discontinuous asymmetric piece-wise linear functions. A recursive algorithm is proposed to estimate all the unknown parameters of the system with interference noises. It is shown that the recursive algorithm for the disturbed MIMO Wiener system is convergent. Finally, some simulation results illustrate the identification accuracy and the convergence rate.  相似文献

The Continuous Miner machines are exposed to time dependent loads during normal operation of the rock cutting process. These loads cause vibrations, which have a negative influence on the whole structure of the machine. This phenomenon can be eliminated by applying passive or active vibration control systems (VCS). Generally these systems are coupled with additional elements, which provide dispersion or transfer energy. The energy thus acquired can also reinforce the intended function such as rock cutting operation in the case of mining machines. The objective of this paper is to present the method of numerical identification of VCS parameters for Continuous Miner machines. The main function of the presented system is to reduce displacement of cutting drum by using elastic element joined to machine chassis and applying appropriate algorithm of control of the angular velocity of cutting drum. The method described improves efficiency of mining and increases durability of machine. In order to determine mechanical and control parameters of VCS the genetic algorithm optimisation method conjugated with numerical modal analysis was used. Finally the transient dynamic analysis was performed for the full-scale model of Continuous Miner in order to verify VCS in normal working condition.  相似文献

The data-driven methods extract the feature information from data to build system models, which enable estimation and identification of the systems and can be utilized for prognosis and health management (PHM). However, most data-driven models are still black-box models that cannot be interpreted. In this study, we use the neural ordinary differential equations (ODEs), especially the inherent computational relationships of a system added to the loss function calculation, to approximate the governing equations. In addition, a new strategy for identifying the local parameters of the system is investigated, which can be utilized for system parameter identification and damage detection. The numerical and experimental examples presented in the paper demonstrate that the strategy has high accuracy and good local parameter identification. Moreover, the proposed method has the advantage of being interpretable. It can directly approximate the underlying governing dynamics and be a worthwhile strategy for system identification and PHM.  相似文献

This paper presents a wavelet-based approach of deformation identification and vibration control of beam-type plates with geometrically nonlinear deflection using piezoelectric sensors and actuators. The identification is performed by transferring the nonlinear equations of identifying deflection into a system of solvable nonlinear algebraic equations in terms of the measurable electric charges and currents on piezoelectric sensors. After that, a control law of negative feedback of the identified signals of deflection and velocity is employed, and the weighted residual method is chosen to determine control voltages applied on the piezoelectric actuators. Due to that the scaling function transform is like a low-pass filter which can automatically filter out high-order signals of vibration or disturbance from the measurement and the controller employed here, this control approach does not lead to the undesired phenomenon of control instability which is generated by the spilling over of high-order signals. Finally, some numerical simulations are carried out to show the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

应用多体系统传递矩阵法,建立了全新的多管火箭发射动力学控制模型,以二次型性能指标为成本函数, 设计了脉冲推力器为控制执行机构的振动主动控制律,并设计了多管火箭发射系统在燃气流冲击下定向器的振动主动控制系统,获得了最优脉冲控制力幅值和脉冲推力器工作次数. 应用设计的控制律数值仿真了某多管火箭定向器无控和受控状态下的振动响应,仿真结果表明该法可有效地降低定向器的振动.该方法易于工程实现,对控制多管火箭发射系统的振动、提高多管火箭射击的精度具有重要意义.   相似文献

The nonlinear behavior is the primary attribute of the dynamic system stability. In this study, the time-delayed transfer entropy method is proposed to identify the nonlinear dynamic behavior of hydropower house and civil construction, including the transport directionality of information, cracked damage location, and degree of dynamic nonlinearity. Differing from the objects investigated in currently available literature, large-scale civil engineering structures such as hydropower house are more complex and larger size, which stimulate the demand for special identification techniques. Due to the fact that nonlinearity of hydropower house can be induced by many types of interactions between structure and mechanism, a simple similarity model of a multistory building, including damaged contact nonlinearity is studied first following by a discussion of the method for identifying information transmission directionality of the linear or nonlinear structure. The method for identifying the source and degrees of structural nonlinearity vibration is described. Furthermore, the procedure for identification of nonlinearity dynamic behavior in the hydropower house structure based on transfer entropy is studied based on a prototype field experiment under various load cases. Rather than the traditional linear signal processing tools and identification methods, the advantage of this proposed method is to identify the nonlinearity dynamic characteristics of hydropower house structure. This study provides a valuable reference for identifying the damage-induced nonlinearities in civil engineering structures as well as studying the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of hydropower house.  相似文献

In this paper, the on-orbit identification of modal parameters for a spacecraft is investigated. Firstly, the cou-pled dynamic equation of the system is established with the Lagrange method and the stochastic state-space model of the system is obtained. Then, the covariance-driven stochas-tic subspace identification (SSI-COV) algorithm is adopted to identify the modal parameters of the system. In this algo-rithm, it just needs the covariance of output data of the system under ambient excitation to construct a Toeplitz matrix, thus the system matrices are obtained by the singular value decom-position on the Toeplitz matrix and the modal parameters of the system can be found from the system matrices. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the SSI-COV algorithm. Simulation results indi-cate that the SSI-COV algorithm is effective in identifying the modal parameters of the spacecraft only using the output data of the system under ambient excitation.  相似文献

为了降低经典恒温法爆热测量中出现系统故障而导致测量失败的风险,提出了基于故障前内桶水温升曲线辨识爆热值的测量方法。首先,分析了测量过程的传热机制,建立了量热计的传热模型,解算得到了各测量阶段的内桶水温升曲线;然后,基于系统辨识理论,提出了中间参数的辨识算法,并基于隔离易振荡参数的思路,给出了修正温升与爆热的快速系统辨识算法,通过误差分析证明了爆热辨识值近似收敛于经典值;最后,应用爆热值分布在4~9 kJ/g的8个炸药样品的实验数据对算法进行了检验,并提出了判断收敛时刻的实验判据。结果表明,辨识算法有效隔离了振荡参数的影响,对内桶水温度变化有较强的预测能力,爆热辨识值能在40 min(主末期1/3)内快速稳定地收敛到3.5%的相对误差上限水平内,实验判据能较准确地判断爆热辨识值收敛时刻。本方法理论上还可拓展至绝热法爆热值计算。  相似文献

振动系统动力学设计被抽象为高维广义非线性特征值反问题。若系统构成以可变参数表示,则可构造一个非线性多元函数。基于多元函数极小原理,提出了一套求解这一特征值反问题的迭代算法。该算法不受系统给定阶数和给定方向的限制,也适用于具有重特征值的退化情况,系统或结构的构成材料可以是任意的。文中同时讨论了解的存在条件,且以显式表达,可方便地应用于工程实际。结合某直升机旋翼桨叶的动力学设计,给出了应用的数值算例。大量数值仿真结果及应用实践表明,本文算法具很好的收敛性,并有较高的计算精度。  相似文献
