Chiral bis-α-thiooxime (H2L1), the derivative of the natural monoterpenoid (+)-3-carene, was synthesized and used to prepare paramagnetic complexes of the composition M(H2L1)Cl2 (M=Ni, Cu). The crystal structures of [Ni(H2L1)Cl2] (I) and [Cu(H2L1)Cl2] (II) were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystals I and II consist of mononuclear acentric molecules. The Ni2+ ion in a molecule of complex I coordinates two N atoms and two S atoms of a tetradentate chelating ligand (the H2L1 molecule) and two Cl atoms. The NiCl2N2S2 coordination core forms octahedron compressed along the apical N atoms. In a molecule of complex II, the Cu2+ ion coordinates two S atoms and the N atom of a tridentate chelating H2L1 ligand and two Cl atoms. The CuCl2NS2 coordination core forms a trigonal bipyramid.  相似文献

The reduction of trans-[Pd(NHC)2Cl2] (NHC = IMes, 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene; IiPr2 = 1,3-bis-isopropylimidazol-2-ylidene) with potassium graphite under an atmosphere of CO affords the palladium NHC carbonyl clusters [Pd3(μ-CO)3(NHC)3] (NHC = IMes, 1; IiPr2, 3). Treatment of 1 with SO2 at room temperature yields the bridging SO2 complex [Pd3(μ-SO2)3(IMes)3] (4) in quantitative yield. Complexes 1, 3 and 4 have been structurally characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Palladium(II) complexes of thiones having the general formula [Pd(L)4]Cl2, where L = thiourea (Tu), methylthiourea (Metu), N,N′-dimethylthiourea (Dmtu), and tetramethylthiourea (Tmtu) were prepared by reacting K2[PdCl4] with the corresponding thiones. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, and two of these, [Pd(Dmtu)4]Cl2 · 2H2O (1) and [Pd(Tmtu)4]Cl2 (2), by X-ray crystallography. An upfield shift in the >C=S resonance of thiones in 13C NMR and downfield shift in N–H resonance in 1H NMR are consistent in showing sulfur coordination with palladium(II). The crystal structures of the complexes show a square-planar coordination environment around the Pd(II) ions with the average cis and trans S–Pd–S bond angles of 89.64° and 173.48°, respectively. Using the single crystal X-ray diffraction data (150 K, Bruker X8 Apex CCD autodiffractometer, MoK α radiation), the crystal structure of the [Cd2L2Cl4]·CH2Cl2 (L = pyrazolylquinoline, the derivative of monoterpenoid (+)-3-carene) compound is determined. Crystals are monoclinic, unit cell parameters are: a = 10.7005(4) ?, b = 16.8491(4) ?, c = 11.9658(4) ?, β = 93.308(1)°, P21 space group. The structure is formed from discrete acentric molecules of a binuclear [Cd2L2Cl4] complex and uncoordinated CH2Cl2 molecules. The Cd2+ ions coordinate N atoms of bidentate chelating ligands L, which leads to the closure of two five-membered chelate CdN3C rings. The coordination sphere of Cd atoms also includes three Cl atoms (two bridging and one terminal), consequently, two CdCl3N2 coordination sites and a Cd2Cl2 metal ring are formed. The Cl3N2 polyhedra have the form of distorted tetragonal pyramids. The CH2Cl2 molecules located in the channels formed by the complexes are linked with them by weak H-bonds. The excitation spectra of L and the CdLCl2 compound contain bands with λmax of 352 nm and 360 nm respectively. At 300 K and λexcit 350 nm, in the photoluminescence spectrum of L a rather intense broad split band with λmax 372 nm and 386 nm is observed. The photoluminescence spectrum of the CdLCl2 compound contains a broad band with λmax 418 nm. The photoluminescence intensity of this compound is significantly lower than that of L.  相似文献

The reaction of chlorine with triamine [PtEnPyCl3]Cl in aqueous solution yields an insoluble powdered product, which is a mixture of compounds. Extraction with acetonitrile isolates a number of complexes: a glassy polymeric product (I), which contains a C=O group, an amino group, and pyridine; [PtPy(NH2CH2CN)Cl4] (II) as the major product (ethylenediamine converts to aminoacetonitrile as a result of oxidative dehydrogenation); and the aminochloro complex [PtPy(NClCH2CH2NH2)Cl3] (III) in a minor amount. The IR spectra of the products were studied. X-ray structure analysis was carried out for complexes II and III. The pressure dependences (dν/dP) of the main IR and Raman bands of Zeise’s complexes, K[Pt(η2-C2H4)Cl3] and [Pt(η2-C2H4)Cl2]2, have been determined for the first time for selected pressures up to ∼33 kbar with the aid of diamond-anvil cells. Neither complex undergoes a pressure-induced structural change throughout the pressure range investigated. The dν/dP values range from −0.13 to 0.79 cm−1 kbar−1. The negative values have proved particularly informative in identifying the location of the CC stretching modes of the Pt-ethylene groups, a topic of considerable disagreement in the literature.  相似文献

The chain coordination polymers [Na2(μ-H2O)(H2O)CB[5]]Cl2 · 6H2O (I), [Na3(μ-H2O)4(H2O)4(CNPy@CB[6])]Cl3 · 8H2O (II), and [Rb2(μ-H2O)2(CNPy@CB[6])]Cl2 · 8H2O (III) were prepared by heating (110°C) of a mixture of sodium or rubidium chloride, cucurbit[n]uril (CB[n], where n = 5, 6), 4-cyanopyridine, and water. According to X-ray diffraction data, binding of polynuclear cations with CB[n] in IIII occurs through coordination of the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[n]uril portals to alkali metal atoms. Complexes IIII of the above composition isolated to the solid phase as supramolecular compounds with CB[n] were structurally characterized for the first time.  相似文献

The reaction of indium thiocyanate with bipyridine (4,4-Bipy) and urotropine (Ur) gave [H2(4,4′-Bipy)][In(H2O)2(NCS)4]2 (I) and [HUr]2[In(H2O)(NCS)5] · 2H2O (II), which were identified using elemental analysis, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. The thermal decomposition of compound I and II ends at 650 and 640°C, respectively, and gives In2O3. X-Ray diffraction analysis of compound I showed that complex anions in the crystal form chains through O-H…S hydrogen bonds. The anion chains form a close packing of columns with bipyridine cations located in the voids. Original Russian Text ? S.P. Petrosyants, A.B. Ilyukhin, V.A. Triphenylbenzylphosphonium tetrachloroaurate (I) and triethanolammonium tetrachloroaurate hydrate (II) were prepared by reacting tetrachloroauric acid in acetone with triphenylbenzylphosphonium and triethanolammonium, respectively. Triphenylethylphosphonium hexachlorodicuprate (III) was synthesized from triphenylethylphosphonium chloride and copper chloride in acetone. The crystal structures of complexes I to III were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The phosphorus atoms in complex I have a nearly undistorted tetrahedral coordination (CPC, 108.3°–110.6°; P-C, 1.788–1.793 ?). The coordination of nitrogen atoms in the cations of complex II is a distorted tetrahedron (CNC, 111.7°–112.4°). The square coordination of aurum in I and II is only slightly distorted: the ClAuCl angles are 89.6°–90.3° (I) and 89.5°–90.6° (II) and the Au-Cl distances are 2.256–2.278 ? I) and 2.280–2.285 ? (II). The phosphorus atoms in complex III are tetracoordinated (CPC, 106.34°–111.73°; P-C, 1.790–1.795 ?). The copper atoms in III have a distorted tetrahedral coordination (ClCuCl, 98.48°–144.85°; Cu-Cl, 2.1999–2.3263 ?). The central fragment Cu2Cl2 in the anion of complex III is bent relative to the Cu2 axis (the chlorine atom deviates from the Cu2Cl plane by 0.27 ?).  相似文献

Two novel organic amine templated lanthanide sulfates, layer (H3DETA)[Nd(H2O)(SO4)3] (I) and chain-like (H3DETA)[Ho(H2O)2(SO4)3] (II), are hydrothermally synthesized by using diethylenetriamine (DETA) as template, and are structurally characterized by ICP, elemental analysis, X-ray single-crystal diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, IR, and TG. Compound I is monoclinic with space group P21 and data of unit cell: a = 6.6518(13), b = 10.373(2), c = 11.091(2) ?, β = 93.61(3)°, V = 763.7(3) ?3, ρ c = 2.421 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 3.885 mm−1, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0194 for 3312 reflections with F o > 2σ(F o). The Nd ions are nine-coordinated by one oxygen atom of coordinated water and eight oxygen atoms of sulfates. Compound I displays the layer structure constructed by linking Nd ions with three-linkage SO4 tetrahedra as the bridge (affording one coordinated vertex and coordinated edge). Compound II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell data: a = 6.594(13) ?, b = 14.783(3) ?, c = 16.599(3) ?, β = 93.47(3)°, V = 1614.2(6) ?3, ρ c = 2.454 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 5.37 mm−1, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0259 for 1815 reflections with F o > 2σ(F o). The Ho ions are eight-coordinated by two oxygen atoms of coordinated water and six oxygen atoms of sulfates. The straight chain-like structure of II is attained by alternatively arranging HoO8 polyhedra and two-linkage SO4 tetrahedra (affording two coordinated vertices). The TG results indicate that the two compounds experience three weight losses and lead to distinct residues: Nd2O3 for I and HoO(SO4)0.5 for II.  相似文献
